Abstract:On the basis of systems science,this thesis analyzes the nature of graduates' vocational competence,systematic elements and systematic structure,and constructs a graduates' vocational competence model through empirical study.And it puts forward that graduates' vocational competence consists of basic vocational competence,psychological capital,career planning capability,professional quality,and innovation ability.It helps people further understand the structural relationship between the nature of graduates' vocational competence and elements.It has important significance on improvement of graduates' vocational competence and higher education reforms.
