Abstract:Song and Ming Dynasty is a very important period for philosophy and theorization of Chinese Medicine. Zhang Jingyue is a typical representative of Confucian physicians and his ideology has been influenced deeply by Neo-Confucianism in this period. Zhang Jingyue makes use of the Neo-Confucianism to reinterpret Emperor's Canon of Medicine, he integrates and absorbs many philosopher's theories, such as Zhou Dunyi, Zhang Zai and Zhu Xi etc, forming and developing Qi monism, Yang Deficiency theory ,water &fire vital gate,thus making the ideological system of Chinese Medicine more full fledged.
