Abstract:Microbial desulfurization had advantages like low energy consumption and less investment,so it replaced hydrodesulfurization in recent years and became a research hotspot.The latest developments of three aspects of the biodesulfurization pathway,the desulfurization enzymes,which including the flavin reductase DszD,the dibenzothiophene monooxygenase DszC,the dibenzothiophene sulfone monooxygenase DszA,and the 2′-hydroxybiphenyl-2-sulfinate desulfinase DszB,and the future prospective of microbial desulfurization enzymes were introduced.
