Abstract:Environmental management are collection of environmental standards, green technological innovation related to patent protection system, economic instruments, financial instruments, and other measures to limit damage to the environmental quality of human . This issue Analysis environmental management mechanisms from the economics perspective: Additional new targets affect the uncertainty of environment in the process of technological innovation, thus to make the goal of innovation more clearly.
