Universal Instructional Design of Digital Curriculum Resources for Community Education

Abstract:The rapid development of IT,such as technology of multimedia and network and their wide applications in the field of community education,provided technical support for the application of the universal instructional design in community education.In the process of designing community digital curriculum resources,according to three principles of universal instructional design based on recognition network,strategic network and emotional network,which are recent achievements of recognition.On the basis of the understanding of special needs,cognitive differences,interaction method between three learning networks,community digital curriculum resources with universal instructional design from object,objectives,content,strategy,evaluation aspects shouldbe builded.It's necessary to integrate multimedia technology into learning content,support tools,learning situation,in order to promote the development of each member in the community.
