Abstract:We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Giulio Cabrelle and his colleagues for their valuable correspondence. We greatly appreciate their keen interest in our research and thorough examination of our paper. We also wish to express our thanks to the editorial board for granting us the opportunity for extensive discussions. After meticulously reviewing and deliberating upon the various opinions raised by Giulio Cabrelle and his team, we are pleased to provide the following responses. First and foremost, we would like to provide further clarification on the inclusion criteria for superselective adrenal artery embolization (SAAE) in primary aldosteronism (PA). After diagnosing patients with PA at our hypertension center, and conducting thorough assessments, we ensure each patient is fully informed about the treatment options available. They are provided with a comprehensive overview of the advantages and disadvantages of each approach before we arrive at a definitive treatment.
