Abstract:This paper focuses on the development of a wireless surveillance industrial terminal,based on GPRS/CDMA communication channels,which can collect images and data of industrial processes remotely through network. In addition,using embedded real-time operating system Linux,the surveillance terminal can do management such as collecting,coding,storage,query and uploading with high reliability and feasibility.The successful application results of circumstance protection field show that the surveillance terminal is stable and reliable.

Abstract:A remote monitoring system of greenhouse based on GPRS is designed.The low computer of this system is composed of the temperature sensor,humidity sensor,GPRS module and singlechip STC89C52 and so on.The upper computer is a PC connected to internet web.Firstly,the sensors gather temperature and humidity data.After being a series of disposed,the data is sent to the GPRS network via SIM300 module.And then,the soft of the upper computer detect the corresponding network port constantly.And the information of the port is received,processed and analysised.When the temperture or the humidity is abnormal,the alarming is given so as to achieve the purpose of unmanned monitoring in greenhouse.The result shows that this system is steady and it complies with the design requirements.

Abstract:The remote monitoring and alarm system based on ARM9 forsending alarm images in real time is proposed and designed.With Linux as software platform and mini2440 board as hardware platform,this system acquires photos by cameras,and monitors the screen with LCD real-time display.If any change of the monitoring area is found within the set time,the alarm image would be sent through GSM communication module.The existing monitoring system is relatively complex and only suitable for large-scale applications,the proposed system is more applicable to small occasions.The user may pick up the alarm image with mobile phone,thus saving the cost and extending the application scope.

Abstract:In order to improve the safety, convenience and comfort of the home, this paper designs a smart home environment monitoring system based on the STM32 microcontroller. The design adopts STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor as the core, and collects indoor environment information by temperature and humidity, photosensitivity, air quality, flame and other sensors. Wi-Fi module is used to complete the communication between the device and the cloud platform. With the help of LCD display and mobile phone APP to display the indoor environmental information in real time, when the indoor environmental parameters are abnormal, the system will automatically alarm, through the buzzer, screen prompt alarm, and the mobile phone will also send out the corresponding prompt message. Experiments show that the system can effectively realise remote monitoring of the environment, with good compatibility of system modules, low cost, easy operation and strong scalability, and has certain application value.

Abstract:In accordance with the application demands,a home environment monitoring and early warning system based on Basic RF was designed in combination with Basic RF wireless communication technology,network communication technology and GSM communication technology. The system is composed of information processing subsystem and wireless sensor network subsystem. The wireless sensor network subsystem is built by utilizing Basic RF two way wireless communication protocol of CC2530 combined with application layer algorithm. The data remote transmission is realized by the information processing sub system taking microcontroller STM32 as the core,by means of ENC28J60 network module and SIM900A SMS module. Users can easily monitor the home environmental data through an Internet terminal and receive alarm SMS timely when the environ ment is abnormal. The experimental results show that the system has the advantages of stability,practicality and flexibility,and has a wide application prospect for home environmental monitoring and early warning.

Abstract:This paper aims to modify an existing safety and security model for the environment of educational institutions and in home. The aim of this project is to design an embedded system for remote monitoring of the laboratory environment. Nowadays remote monitoring the laboratory and its building is necessary for safety and security purpose, which also help us to know the environmental status of the laboratory. The environmental parameters inside the laboratory, such as presence of alcohol, gas and fire can be detected using respective sensors and the sensed data are then transferred to the microcontroller. The microcontroller takes the control action of activating an alarm whenever the presence of these parameters is found. In turn, the Voice alarm and alert message as SMS through GSM are also sent to the remote area. The advantage of this automated detection and alarm system is that, it offers faster response time and accurate detection during an emergency. Our experimental results show that, the system provides safe and secure remote monitoring of the environment in laboratories and it has high reliability and easy to implement a system like this wherever needed.

Abstract:Abstract An intelligent lifestyle has become a hotspot for researchers and industries nowadays. The smart home monitoring and controlling system with the Arduino as the main controller is designed in this paper, combined with sensors, Wi-Fi, and cloud technologies. Various sensors collect household environmental information, such as indoor temperature and humidity, soil moisture, combustible gas concentration, and light intensity. The main controller processes the collected signals and automatically operates the devices, including a refrigeration equipment, water pump, buzzer, fan, stepping motor. The data can also be transmitted to the cloud platform through Wi-Fi for processing, and the home environment information and device can be remotely monitored and controlled by the cloud platform or smartphone APP.

Abstract:In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional smart home server, the development and implementation of a novel embedded smart home control system based on STM32F407VGT6 microprocessor and μC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system is proposed in this paper. The hardware implementation and software design of embedded smart home control system based on STM32 are described in detail. The proposed hardware architecture is composed of remote user application terminals, the terminal control unit and various terminals distributed in different rooms. The communication between the terminal control unit and the field terminals is implemented using ZigBee technology. Moreover, the temperature and humidity digital composite sensors DHT11 are used to collect real-time data of temperature and humidity in different rooms. Then, the dual-band GSM/GPRS module SIM800A is selected for information transmission of sensor data and remote commands. The final experimental results show that the remote terminal can realize the control of the field intelligent appliances. Remote users can also easily browse the household temperature and humidity data using the mobile APP or the web page.

Abstract:This paper first designed the overall scheme of a wireless-based intelligent environment monitoring system; this system is comprised of the following four parts: server part, client part, slave computer part, and master computer part. The master computer is equipped with a wireless transmission module and an LCD module. Slave computers are equipped with temperature-humidity sensing modules and wireless transmission modules. The server side has two major interfaces: data display and server establishment. An Android phone as the client can realize the communication between the mobile APP and server through network communication to obtain environmental data in real time. The hardware part of the system consists of wireless transmission module, temperature and humidity module, smoke module, lighting module, flame module, and LCD module. The software implementation part mainly includes the design and implementation of serial communication, the design and implementation of wireless communication, the design and implementation of collection of data acquisition in each sensor module, and the design and implementation of network communication as well as the design and implementation of display unit. With the cooperation of these four parts, we can automatically sense and control the state of the environment to realize human-computer interaction.

Abstract:A remote wireless monitoring terminal design, using ARM microprocessor as its core controller, is proposed in this paper. The whole system includes two sections. The first is the acquiring of physical signal design as monitoring terminal, which is composed of Blood Pressure Module, Blood Oxygen Module, ECG (Electrocardiogram), and respiration. The second is a method to achieve the function of remote monitoring based on 3G wireless network and SSH (Secure Shell). The whole software is run in embedded Linux system including driver and the corresponding applications. Experimental results showed that the design of telemonitoring system is reasonable, effective, meeting requirements basically.
