Abstract:Several risks and influence factors of quoted price on tender of light-current systems of intelli-gent building are discussed, and some relevant strategies are presented. The quoted price is affected by many factors such as technological demand, selected equipment, taking-over standard, financial condi-tion, payment items, time limit for project, quality assurance period, ete. Therefore, the tender files are very flexible. It is important for tenderers to determine responsibilities and the allowable range of quoted price by thorough understanding tender files and communicating with owners, and to find the items that may bring some great risks and manage to obviate, divert and control them. Reasonable plan and quoted price are the major factors to redound to the rate of acceptance, also are essential for tenderee to choose an excellent tenderer.
