Abstract:Objective To analyze related factors of incision infection after joint replacement.MethodsPatients with joint arthroplasty from January 2009to January 2013in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Select 8kinds of factors related to hospital infection,including gender,age,diabetes,hypoalbuminemia,presence of moderately severe anemia,operation time,preoperative hospitalization time and ways of anesthesia.ResultsAfter statistical analysis,we found that the patients' age,diabetes,hypoalbuminemia,presence of moderately severe anemia,surgery and preoperative hospitalization time are risk factors for joint arthroplasty infection of incision(P 0.05).And the sex of the patients and anesthesia had nothing to do with joint arthroplasty infection of incision(P 0.05).Conclusion Joint replacement incision infection in patients has a variety of related factors.We should focus on prevention in order to strengthen the management of aseptic operation and operating room infection at the same time,minimize postoperative incision infection,and improve the patients' quality of life and health.
