Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low accuracy, poor stability, and effect of balance control in the current basketball skill balance control process, a basketball skill balance control method based on ant colony algorithm is proposed. The principle and characteristics of ant colony algorithm are analyzed, the mathematical model of ant colony algorithm is established, and the implementation steps of ant colony algorithm are given. According to the balance and stability control principle of basketball skills, this paper constructs the balance and stability control model of basketball skills. By establishing the knee-ankle-foot joint analysis model and using the ant colony algorithm, the basketball movement path is constructed. Through the fitness function, select the basketball motion path nodes and update the pheromone, obtain the relationship between the internal stress and displacement of the body under different force directions, and obtain the influence law of the effective knee joint stress with the varus and internal rotation, so as to achieve the balance and stability of the basketball skills sexual control analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better stability and effect of basketball technique balance control and can effectively improve the accuracy of basketball technique balance control.
Application of foot-hitting ball techniques in volleyball matches

Abstract:Taking the eight teams of the fourth round at the Chinese Volleyball League(Class A) of Bubugao Cup in 2000 and 2001 and four top players of Zhongnan University as the subjects of experiment,this paper compared and studied foot-hitting ball techniques in volleyball matches. The results proved that this technique was useful in volleyball matches. The rate of success of foot-hitting balls was higher than hand-hitting balls when the ball flew a short distance and when there were long-distance lower part balls.

Abstract:Since the 1980s, machine learning has attracted extensive attention in the field of artificial intelligence. Following the expert system, it opened a precedent for the application of machine learning in the field of artificial intelligence and became one of the important topics of artificial intelligence. However, in the field of volleyball, the application of machine learning and information technology in volleyball is extremely limited. Volleyball has not developed widely in society nor has it become a common event in people’s daily life. Therefore, the development of volleyball in China lags behind. Unlike other sports, volleyball requires both strong skills and playing tactics. While taking into account the technical and tactical aspects, the requirements for the comprehensive quality and learning ability of both sides of the teaching are relatively strict. If the application of modern information technology is neglected, it may affect the teaching effect of volleyball and hinder the long-term spread of volleyball. The article starts with the serving, landing, and blocking of two groups of volleyball players with different sports levels. Through the application of machine learning and digital information technology in volleyball, as well as the use of artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms, the reaction time and accuracy of judging serving, landing, and blocking are improved, and specific application strategies are further proposed. According to the influence of athletes of different levels on the cognition of volleyball landing points, it can be seen that there are three parts that account for 40% of the allocation.

Abstract:The article made a kinematics analysis of our national A-league women volleyball main attacker's swing arm velocity in spikes with the method of high-speed photography in biomechanics. The author analyzed the pictures with the advanced computer and combined the method of literature review, sports measurement, statistics, contrast, kinematics in biomechanics and the basic theory of spike. At the same time, the article also contrasted our excellent women attackers and the world excellent women attackers' spikes. Finally, the author discovered some important action rules of spikes. The paper supplied some important reference to the pertinence and scientific training of China's A-league women volleyballa ttackers.

Abstract:Abstract This paper first analyzes the basic law of the formation process of volleyball skills, puts forward the four-stage theory based on this, and then gives the elements of modern volleyball players’ competitive ability. Then, the evaluation system of volleyball players’ competitive level is constructed, the weight of the index is calculated, and the data is analyzed by grey correlation analysis, entropy method and other algorithms. Finally, data mining algorithms such as least square support vector regression and long and short memory neural networks are used to mine different kinds of data to achieve the purpose of risk prediction and timely release of early warning information. Finally, the women’s volleyball team of B City is taken as an example to evaluate and test. The results show that the top four weights of the secondary indexes are running height, field of vision, serving skill score and height, and their weights are 0.5157, 0.4862, 0.4431 and 0.4248, respectively. It shows that volleyball players can improve their muscle reaction speed by actively developing the explosive power of their lower limbs so as to improve the mastery of volleyball skills and enhance the level of volleyball competition.

Abstract:Abstract Badminton is a sport carried out relatively well in the sports, recreation, and fitness programs in China. There are many basic batting techniques in badminton. Among them, the technical movements feature the short flight path, straight arc, short time, and fast fall, which are the techniques required for the attack players. Throughout the development history of badminton sports skills and tactics, in the singles and doubles badminton competitions, powerful kill movement techniques, especially back-field movement techniques, are essential means of scoring in the match. In this paper, the computer-based Ariel system and myoelectric telemetry system are used to analyze two technical movements of male players in the badminton team, that is, near-net forehand smash and far-net forehand smash, to lay a foundation for comprehensive quantitative analysis of badminton technical movements while avoiding sports injuries due to irregular movements at the same time. The potential commonalities between different athletes’ different technical movements are explored to lay a theoretical foundation for further improving the badminton technical movements.

Abstract:At present, science and technology have become an important step in the reform and development of sports, promoting the vigorous development of sports in our country. From the perspective of virtual computer technology, this paper applies virtual computer technology to modern training and designs a training system for volleyball players based on virtual reality technology. First, collect the sports data of the athletes, use the virtual reality perception interaction model to input the data into the virtual environment generation unit, perform data fusion under the control of the simulation management module, and combine the database in the sports simulation volleyball training data unit and the sports in the image card Behavioral interpretation, simulating 3D modeling based on User settings within the 3D Model Processor. The test results show that the system helps to improve the training effect of athletes, saves the cost of sports training, and has high practical application value.

Abstract:The difficulty of applying data mining technology to the technical-tactics analysis in sports field was investigated and a solution to mining the key factor of scoring in volleyball matches was presented. This solution applied an approach of data mining based on Markov process to find focal process of action transitions by calculating system reliability difference. Because rules of volleyball match brought ambiguity to data, a solution was proposed which preprocessed the data respectively by setting the threshold of the state transition probability. The experiment proves the correctness and feasibility of the solution.

Abstract:Data analysis and machine learning are the backbones of the current era. Human society has entered machine learning and data science that increases the data capacity. It has been widely acknowledged that not only does the number of information increase exponentially, but also the way of human information management and processing is completed to be changed from manual to computer, mainly depending on the transformation of information technology including a computer, network, and communication. This paper is aimed at a solution to the lag of the methods and means of volleyball technique prediction in China. Through field visits, it is found that the way of analysis and research of techniques and tactics in Chinese volleyball practice is relatively backward, which to a certain extent affected the rapid development of Chinese volleyball. Therefore, it is a necessary and urgent task to realize the reform of the methods and means of volleyball technical and tactical analysis in China. The data analysis and prediction are based on the machine learning and data mining algorithm applied to volleyball in this paper is an inevitable trend. The proposed model is applied to the data produced at the edges of the systems and thoroughly analyzed. The Apriori algorithm of the machine learning algorithm is utilized to process the data and provide a prediction about the strategies of a volleyball match. The Apriori algorithm of machine learning is also optimized to perform better data analysis. The effectiveness of the proposed model is also highlighted.

Improvement of basic techniques in volleyball in higher education institutions

Abstract:The article presents a comparative analysis of the basic techniques of students who play volleyball as part of the university team. After analyzing the literature and Internet data, we identified the main techniques, namely: submission, 1st reception, attack, defense, second gear. The results obtained during the video analysis with further study of the dynamics of the main techniques of volleyball at the initial stage of the study showed that the athletes of the first year of training all indicators are less successful than the volleyball players of the second year. The worst indicator of technique for first-year students is "submission", as unsuccessfully submitted applications are 7.2% more than successful. Having received the data, we developed a program to improve the elements of volleyball players' equipment and tested its effectiveness. The program was implemented in the training process for two months, performed at each training session, twice a week. At the end of the experiment, we conducted a video recording of the participation of student-athletes in competitions of various levels of games with the subsequent processing of video materials. Comparative analysis of the performance of the main techniques of volleyball in the competitive activities of students-volleyball players at the beginning and end of the study allowed us to determine the effectiveness of our program. The introduction of our program to improve the basic techniques in the training process revealed that volleyball players in the first year of training all indicators increased by an average of 8.4%, and athletes in the second year of training by 6.96%. All of the above indicates the effectiveness of our program.

Abstract:Receiving,first round attack and smashing are the three major skills of volleyball. The application of such skills determines the results of the whole game. After collecting the field statistics of the Chinese team in five games of 2013 World Volleyball Grand Prix and using SPSS to process the statistics of receiving,first attacks and smashing of both sides,the writer compared and analyzed the effectiveness of these skills between them. The aim was to provide statistical support and scientific reference for Chinese Women Volleyball Team. According to the results,the Chinese team has an advantage in high power attack at No. 4 point,yet disadvantages lie in receiving and spiking. In the future,the Chinese team should strengthen its advantage in high power attacking and further improve the ability of receiving at the same time.

Abstract:The game analysis is known as a useful tool for understanding the level of technical-tactical performance of volleyball. As one of the main characteristics of volleyball is defined as the intense relationship between its skills and concluded performance, the present study aimed to perform a comprehensive analysis of the serve reception zone, set zone and attack quality of the top-level volleyball players. The analysis process included reviewing the videos of the games by an experienced scout man who was an expert analyst and specialist inthe knowledge of volleyball skills. Initially, during each game video checking, data were collected, and irrelevant/invalid outputs were deleted. Data were exported to the Data Volley special volleyball analysis software. Bivariate associations were assessed for pairs of variables with Pearson’s chi-squared tests. Statistical significance was set at p<0.05. Moreover, the effect size was calculated in terms of Crammer’s V, with values of 0.5 for small, medium, and large effects respectively. The results showed that there were significant relationships between reception zone with setting zone, setting zone with attack quality as well as reception zone with attack quality. Coaches may consider the relationship between critical skills of volleyball to promote their team performance.

Abstract:Today, while people’s satisfaction with materials is high, the pursuit of health has begun and sports are becoming increasingly important. Volleyball is a good physical and mental exercise, which helps improve the health of the body. However, excessive exercise usually leads to muscle strain and more serious accidents. Therefore, how to effectively prevent excessive fatigue and sports injuries becomes more and more important. In the past, some methods of exercise fatigue detection were mostly self-assessment through some indicators, which lacked real-time and accuracy. With the advancement of smart technology, in order to better detect sports fatigue, smart wearable technology and equipment are used in volleyball. Firstly, surface electromyography signals (sEMG) are collected through wearable technology and equipment. Secondly, the signal is preprocessed to extract features that are conducive to exercise fatigue assessment. Finally, a motion fatigue detection algorithm is designed to identify and classify features and evaluate the motion status in real-time. The simulation results show that it is feasible to collect ECG signals and EMG signals to detect exercise fatigue. The algorithm has good recognition performance, can evaluate exercise conditions in real-time, and prevent fatigue and injury during exercise.

Abstract:By using the videotape and tape analysis system, the author compares the movement characteristics of gravity center of body in the phase of jumping of spike between beach and indoor volleyball. Comparing with indoor volleyball, beach volleyball has some characteristics, for example, smaller loss of horizontal velocity in the phase of jumping, and bigger at the moment of takeoff, shorter displacement in the phase of accelerating thrust, and smaller value of vertical velocity at the moment of takeoff and smaller angle of takeoff. It suggests that the volleyball players should pay more attention to the direction of treading down in the phase of spike jumping, and the setter should take it into consideration in the course of setting.

Abstract:In the preparation of the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the Technique and Tactic Research Center of Shanghai University of Sport developed a series of softwares and conducted a large number of game analyses for national teams of table tennis, badminton, tennis and volleyball, and the results proved to be quite effective. Based on the methods of data collection and computation, the present paper classifies the computer-aided game analysis into non-systematic analysis, systematic analysis and intelligent analysis. The non-systematic analysis is mainly conducted by collecting the technique and tactic attributes of the last stroke in every rally (such as the technique, position, striking sequence, scoring and losing). The strength of non-systematic analysis lies in its quick feedback of the results to the coaches and players, but this method may fail to obtain the technical and tactical attributes of other strokes. The systematic analysis is done according to the strictly defined technical and tactical observation system by collecting all the technical and tactical attributes of every stroke of the player in the competition (match, set, score, player, striking technique, striking position, striking placement, technical state, effect, scoring and losing). It can provide complete information of the techniques and tactics and conduct different types of detailed analysis, but due to the heavy workload of data collection for systematic analysis, it may need longer time to provide feedback to coaches and players. Intelligent analysis is the method based on data mining and artificial neural network techniques. Data mining (association analysis) could reveal the association characteristics between several consecutive strokes or stroke positions or placements and scoring or losing. It could help coaches understand better the characteristics of the techniques and tactics and thus is likely to become one of the major methods in future ball game analysis. Through automatic training with only the input data (such as technique and tactic indexes) and output data (such as winning probability), the artificial neural network can construct models with very high precision. Therefore, further investigation in this field is necessary and worthwhile.
