Abstract:OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to investigate the expression characteristics of LINC01857 in gastric cancer (GCa), and to further study whether it could promote GCa development by modulating microRNA-200b. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to examine LINC01857 expression in 60 pairs of GCa tissues and adjacent tissues. The interplay between LINC01857 level and clinical indexes and the prognosis of GCa patients was analyzed. Meanwhile, qRT-PCR was used to verify the expression level of LINC01857 in GCa cell lines. LINC01857 knockdown model was constructed by lentivirus transfection in GCa cell lines. Subsequently, the effect of LINC01857 on the biological function of GCa cells was analyzed by Cell Counting Kit 8 (CCK8), wound healing, and transwell assays. Furthermore, the in-depth relationship between LINC01857 and microRNA-200b was explored. RESULTS: QRT-PCR results showed that LINC01857 level in GCa tissues was remarkably higher than that of adjacent tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Compared with patients with a low level of LINC01857, the rate of lymph node and distant metastasis in patients with a high level of LINC01857 was remarkably higher, while the overall survival rate was lower (p<0.05). In vitro experiments showed that LINC01857 knockdown remarkably decreased the invasion, migration, and crawling ability of GCa cells (p<0.05). Subsequent qRT-PCR results demonstrated that the level of microRNA-200b was remarkably upregulated after the silence of LINC01857. In addition, the silence of microRNA-200b could reverse the biological function of GCa cells induced by the knockout of LINC01857. CONCLUSIONS: LINC01857 was highly expressed in GCa, and was associated with lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and poor prognosis of patients with GCa. In addition, LINC01857 enhanced the metastatic ability of GCa cells by regulating microRNA-200b.
LncRNA AC093818.1 accelerates gastric cancer metastasis by epigenetically promoting PDK1 expression

Abstract:Abstract Gastric cancer (GC) is a highly prevalent type of metastatic tumor. The mechanisms underlying GC metastasis are poorly understood. Some long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) reportedly play key roles in regulating metastasis of GC. However, the biological roles of five natural antisense lncRNAs (AC093818.1, CTD-2541M15.1, BC047644, RP11-597M12.1, and RP11-40A13.1) in GC metastasis remain unclear. In this study, the expression of these lncRNAs was measured by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Migration and invasion were evaluated by wound-healing and the Transwell assay, respectively. Stable cells were injected into the tail veins of nude mice. Sections of collected lung and liver tissues were stained using hematoxylin and eosin. Protein expression was analyzed by western blot. RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assay was used to verify whether the STAT3 and SP1 transcription factors bound to AC093818.1 in GC cells. Expression levels of the five lncRNAs, especially AC093818.1, were significantly upregulated in metastatic GC tissues relative to those in nonmetastatic GC tissues. AC093818.1 expression was correlated with invasion, lymphatic metastasis, distal metastasis, and tumor-node-metastasis stage. AC093818.1 expression was highly sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of metastatic or nonmetastatic GC. AC093818.1 overexpression promoted GC migration and invasion in vitro and in vivo. AC093818.1 overexpression increased PDK1, p-AKT1, and p-mTOR expression levels. AC093818.1 silencing decreased these expressions. AC093818.1 bound to transcription factors STAT3 and SP1, and SP1 or STAT3 silencing could alleviated the effect of AC093818.1 overexpression. The data demonstrate that lncRNA AC093818.1 accelerates gastric cancer metastasis by epigenetically promoting PDK1 expression. LncRNA AC093818.1 may be a potential therapeutic target for metastatic GC.

Abstract:Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) were recently reported to play an essential role in multiple cancer types. Herein, through next-generation sequencing, we screened metastasis-driving molecules by using tissues from early-stage gastric cancer (GC) patients with lymph node metastasis, and we identified a lncRNA LINC01094, which was associated with the metastasis of GC. According to the clinical data from the TCGA, GSE15459, and GSE62254 cohorts, the high expression of LINC01094 was associated with an unfavorable prognosis. Moreover, 106 clinical GC and paired normal samples were collected, and the qRT-PCR results showed that the high expression of LINC01094 was associated with high T and N stages and a poor prognosis. We found that LINC01094 promotes the proliferation and metastasis of GC in vitro and in vivo. AZGP1 was found as the protein-binding partner of LINC01094 by using RNA pulldown and RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays. LINC01094 antagonizes the function of AZGP1, downregulates the expression of PTEN, and further upregulates the AKT pathway. Collectively, our results suggested that LINC01094 might predict the prognosis of GC patients and become the therapy target for GC.
The Role of Long Non-Coding RNA LINC00467 in Gastric Carcinoma: High Proliferation, Migration and Autophagy

Abstract:The goal of this study is to investigate the role of long non-coding RNA LINC00467 in gastric carcinoma (GC) progression. Differential expressions of LINC00467 in GC samples were detected. By analyzing the follow-up data of recruited GC patients, the influence of LINC00467 on their prognosis was assessed. After knockdown of LINC00467 in SGC7901 and MKN45 cells, cell autophagy was examined by GFP-LC3 puncta assay and Western blot analyses on autophagy-associated genes. Additionally, cell growth and migration were assessed using cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8), 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU), and transwell assays. The connection between LINC00467 and miR-18a-5p was studied through a luciferase assay and Pearson correlation analysis. Increased expression of LINC00467 was observed in GC samples and its elevated levels predicted a poor outcome for GC patients. The suppression of LINC00467 reduced the proliferative and migratory capacities of SGC7901 and MKN45 cells. LINC00467 level was closely linked to autophagy activity in GC. The level of miR-18a-5p was decreased in GC tissues and had an inverse correlation with LINC00467, which was established as the target of miR-18a-5p. Upregulated LINC00467 induces growth, metastasis and autophagy activity in GC through negatively regulating miR-18a-5p level, thus leading to the poor prognosis in GC patients.

Abstract:Our study revealed that LINC00501 is highly expressed in GC and promotes GC metastasis by enhancing the EMT process and tumour environment remodel. To describe the underlying mechanism, LINC00501 promoted SLUG expression through hnRNPR. Background The molecular mechanism of the significant role of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in the progression and metastasis of gastric cancer (GC) remains largely elusive. Our objective is to detect overexpressed lncRNA in GC and investigate its role in promoting epithelial‐mesenchymal transition and tumour microenvironment remodel. Methods LncRNA differential expression profile in GC was analysed using RNA microarrays. The level of LINC00501 was evaluated in both GC patient tissues and GC cell lines by quantitative reverse transcription PCR and large‐scale (n = 304) tissue microarray. To explore the biological role and regulatory driver of LINC00501 in GC, various experimental techniques including Chromatin isolation by RNA purification (ChIRP), RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assay, dual luciferase assays were performed. Results Clinically, it was observed that LINC00501 level was abnormal overexpression in GC tissue and was associated with GC progression and distant metastasis. Gain and loss molecular biological experiments suggested that LINC00501, promoted EMT process and angiogenesis of GC. Mechanically, the enrichment of H3K27 acetylation in LINC00501 promoter region contributed to the increase of LINC00501 in GC. LINC00501 transactivated transcription of SLUG, by recruiting hnRNPR to its promoter. The growth of GC was inhibited both in vitro and in vivo by suppressing the level of LINC00501 using pharmacological intervention from the histone acetyltransferase (HAT) inhibitor ‐C646. Conclusions This study suggests that LINC00501 promotes GC progression via hnRNPR/SLUG pathway, which indicates a promising biomarker and target for GC.

Abstract:Recently, long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been shown to have important regulatory roles in human cancer biology. By utilizing publicly available lncRNAs expression profiling data and integrating analyses, we screened out LINC00668, whose expression is significantly increased and correlated with outcomes in gastric cancer (GC). Further experiments revealed that LINC00668 knockdown significantly repressed proliferation, both in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistic investigations showed that LINC00668 was a direct transcriptional target of E2F transcription factor 1 (E2F1). We further demonstrated that LINC00668 was associated with PRC2 and that this association was required for epigenetic repression of cyclin-dependent protein kinase inhibitors (CKIs), including p15, p16, p21, p27 and p57, thus contributing to the regulation of the gastric cancer cell cycle. Our results suggest that E2F1-activated LINC00668, as a cell cycle regulator, enriches the mechanistic link between lncRNA and the E2F1-mediated cell cycle regulation pathway and may serve as a candidate prognostic biomarker and target for new therapies in human gastric cancer.

Abstract:Purpose: Emerging evidence has shown that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) participate in oncogenesis and tumor progression. We previously found a novel lncRNA p4516 which was closely associated with prognosis by preliminary study of lncRNA expression profile from paired tumors and nontumor tissues in 198 gastric cancer (GC) patients. However, the exact biological functions and the underlying molecular mechanisms of p4516 in gastric tumorigenesis still remain unclear. Materials and methods: The RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization (RNA-FISH) analysis, cytoplasmic and nuclear RNA isolation and qRT-PCR were applied to determine the subcellular localization of p4516. Expression levels of p4516 were assessed using qRT-PCR in both GC cell lines and in 142 primary GC tissues. Correlations between p4516 expression and GC patients' clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Gain- and loss-of-function experiments were employed to investigate the role of p4516 in proliferation, migration and invasion both in vitro and in vivo. In addition, Western blotting and immunohistochemical staining were used to examine the protein expression levels. Results: LncRNA p4516 was mainly localized in the nucleus of GC cells and p4516 tended to have higher expression levels in GC cells compared to the normal gastric mucosa-derived cells GES-1. Furthermore, higher expression levels of p4516 correlated with worse clinical outcomes in GC patients and acted as an independent prognostic biomarker. Functional analysis revealed that p4516 participated in the regulation of GC cell proliferation, invasion and migration both in vivo and in vitro. Moreover, p4516 was involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in GC cells. Conclusion: Our study demonstrated the oncogenic role of novel lncRNA p4516 in the gastric carcinogenesis for the first time. High expression of p4516 may act as prognostic marker in patient with gastric cancer.
Long Noncoding RNA LINC00165-induced by STAT3 Exerts Oncogenic Properties Via Interaction with Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 to Promote EMT in Gastric Cancer.

Abstract:Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a crucial member of the non-coding RNA family, and increasing evidence demonstrates that lncRNAs participate in the initiation and progression of cancers. Our study aimed to explore the role of the lncRNA LINC00165 in gastric cancer (GC) development. In the present study, our results showed that LINC00165 was upregulated in GC tissues and cell lines and high expression of LINC00165 was correlated with tumor-node-metastasis stage, invasion depth, and overall survival of GC patients. Functional assays showed that LINC00165 knockdown inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of GC cells and LINC00165 overexpression stimulated their proliferation, migration and invasion. Online transcription factor binding site prediction analysis showed that there were STAT3 binding sites in the LINC00165 promoter region. Furthermore, luciferase reporter and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays provided evidence that STAT3 could bind directly to the region between -547 bp to -537 bp (ATGTTGGGAAA) of LINC00165 promoter and activate its transcription. Then GC cells were partitioned into nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions and we found that LINC00165 was localized preferentially to the nucleus. Mechanistically, we revealed that LINC00165 functioned as a scaffold for interaction with Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 to promote the epithelial-mesenchymal transition in GC cells. Taken together, our study revealed that LINC00165 was involved in the progression and poor prognosis of GC as an oncogenic role. Therefore, LINC00165 might become a new potential target for GC chemotherapy and further predict prognosis of patients.
Long Intergenic Non-Coding Rna 00152 Promotes Tumor Cell Cycle Progression By Binding To Ezh2 And Repressing P15 And P21 In Gastric Cancer

Abstract:Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play important regulatory roles in several human cancers. Integrated analysis revealed that expression of long intergenic noncoding RNA 152 (LINC00152) was significantly upregulated in gastric cancer (GC). Further analysis in a cohort of 97 GC patients revealed that LINC00152 expression was positively correlated with tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis, higher TNM stage, and poor survival. Gene set enrichment analysis revealed that cell proliferation and cell cycle progression were increased in patients with high LINC00152 expression. In both GC cell lines and xenograft systems, LINC00152 overexpression facilitated GC cell proliferation by accelerating the cell cycle, whereas LINC00152 knockdown had the opposite effect. Moreover, by binding to enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), LINC00152 promotes GC tumor cell cycle progression by silencing the expression of p15 and p21. These findings suggest that LINC00152 may play contribute to the progression of GC and may be an effective therapeutic target.

Abstract:Objective: Emerging evidence indicates that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) RP11-93B14.5 facilitates tumor progression in variety of malignancies. The present study proposed to study the functional effect of lncRNA RP11-93B14.5 in gastric cancer (GC) as well as the underlying mechanism. Methods: Bioinformatics analysis was utilized to analyze lncRNA expression in GC tissues. siRNA was used for knockdown of RP11-93B14.5 in GC cells MKN45 and KATO III. The stable knockdown cell lines were constructed by CRISPR-Cas9. Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay and soft agar colony formation assay were used to analyze GC cell viability. Flow cytometry analysis was performed to analyze the cell cycle distribution of MKN45 and KATO III. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was employed to detect differential genes after transfection with siRP11-93B14.5. Quantitative PCR (Q-PCR) was used to examine gene expression in GC cell lines. Western-blot assay was used to measure protein levels. RNA fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH) was conducted for lncRNA cellular location and expression. Results: Based on the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) database, RP11-93B14.5 was upregulated in GC tissue, which was also verified in GC cell lines in comparison to the normal gastric epithelial HFE145 cells. Knockdown of RP11-93B14.5 decreased cell viability and the colony number of MKN45 and KATO III cells, and altered cell cycle distribution in vitro. RNA-seq analysis revealed RP11-93B14.5 may modulate genes expression of S100A2 and TIMP2 in MKN45 and KATO III cells. Mechanistically, RP11-93B14.5 may drive the progression of GC via S100A2 related-PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Conclusions: LncRNA RP11-93B14.5 knockdown alleviated the malignant phenotypes of GC cells through regulating PI3K/AKT. Our results provide evidence for the role of lncRNAs in regulating tumor progression.

Abstract:Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a key role in human cancer development; nevertheless, the effect of lncRNA LINC00665 on the progression of gastric cancer (GC) still unclear. In this study, we found that LINC00665 expression is upregulated in GC than normal gastric mucosa tissues and higher LINC00665 expression is associated with a poor prognosis in GC patients. Downregulated LINC00665 inhibited GC cells proliferation, invasion, and migration in vitro. Pulmonary metastasis animal models showed that downregulated LINC00665 could reduce the lung metastasis of GC in vivo. Tumor organoids were generated from human malignant GC tissues, downregulated LINC00665 could inhibit the growth of the organoids of GC tissues. Mechanistically, downregulated LINC00665 could inhibit GC cells EMT. RNA pulldown, RIP, and RIP-seq studies found that LINC00665 can bind to the transcription factor YBX1 and form a positive feed-forward loop. The luciferase reporter and CHIP results showed that YBX1 could regulate the transcriptional activity of Wnt3a, and downregulation of LINC00665 could block the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling. In conclusion, our results identified a feedback loop between LINC00665 and YBX1 that activates Wnt/β-catenin signaling, and it may be a potential therapeutic approach to suppress GC progression.

The linc00501-HSP90B1-STAT3 positive feedback loop promotes malignant behavior in gastric cancer cells

Abstract:Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been implicated in gastric cancer (GC) carcinogenesis and progression. However, the role of linc00501 in GC growth and metastasis remains unclear. In this study, we found that linc00501 was frequently upregulated in GC cells and tissues and was closely related to adverse GC clinicopathological features. Aberrant overexpression of linc00501 promoted GC cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis both in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, linc00501 stabilized client protein STAT3 from deubiquitylation by directly interacting with cancer chaperone protein HSP90B1. Furthermore, the linc00501-STAT3 axis modulated GC cell proliferation and metastasis. In turn, STAT3 bound directly to the linc00501 promoter and positively activated linc00501 expression, thus forming a positive feedback loop, thereby accelerating tumor growth, invasiveness, and metastasis. In addition, linc00501 expression was positively correlated with STAT3 and p-STAT3 protein expression levels in gastric clinical samples. Our results reveal that linc00501 acts as an oncogenic lncRNA and that the linc00501-HSP90B1-STAT3 positive feedback loop contributes to GC development and progression, suggesting that linc00501 may be a novel potential biomarker and treatment target for GC.

Abstract:Gastric cancer (GC) is considered a global health crisis due to the scarcity of early diagnostic methods. Numerous studies have substantiated the involvement of histone acetylation imbalance in the progression of diverse tumor types. The potential roles of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in improving prognostic, predictive as well as therapeutic approaches in cancers have made it a major hotspot in recent years. Nevertheless, existent studies have never concerned the prognostic and clinical value of histone acetylation-related lncRNAs (HARlncs) in GC. Based on the aforementioned rationale, we developed a prognostic model incorporating four HARlncs-AC114730.1, AL445250.1, LINC01778, and AL163953.1-which demonstrated potential as an independent predictor of prognosis. Subsequently, GC patients were stratified into high-risk and low-risk groups. The low-risk group exhibited significantly higher overall survival (OS) compared to the high-risk group. Based on the analyses of the tumor microenvironment (TME) and immune responses, significant differences were observed between the two risk groups in terms of immune cell infiltration, immune checkpoint (ICP) expression, and other TME alterations. Furthermore, the sensitivity of GC patients to some chemotherapeutic drugs and the discrepant biological behaviors of three tumor clusters were studied in this model. In summary, we developed an effective HARlncs model with the objective of offering novel prognostic prediction methods and identifying potential therapeutic targets for GC patients.

Abstract:<p>Lately, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is recognized as a key regulator of gastric cancer (GC) which has aroused great interest in the fields of medicine, toxicology, and functional food. Studies related to LncRNA expression microarray data indicate that BX357664 is down-regulated in GC specimens. However, the expression pattern and molecular mechanism of BX357664 in GC have not been studied so far. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of lncRNA BX357664 in GC and its function in GC cell lines. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was used to detect the level of BX357664 in 50 pairs of cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancer tissues collected from GC patients. It was found that BX357664 level was lowered in cancer specimens than adjacent non-cancer tissues and correlated with tumor size and TNM stage. Also, we used cell counting kit 8 (CCK8), cell clone formation assay and transwell assay, which affirmed that up-regulation of BX357664 inhibited the proliferation, migration, and invasion of GC cells, but promoted apoptosis. In the dual-luciferase report analysis, BX357664 acted as a miR-183-3p ceRNA to target and regulate the expression of PTEN and affect the PI3K / AKT pathway. These results indicate that BX357664 can inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of GC through the miR-183-3p / PTEN / PI3K / AKT pathway, which may serve as potential targets for the treatment of GC in the future.</p>

Cell proliferation, migration and invasion were evaluated by Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) and Transwell assay. Epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT)-related proteins were also measured by Western blot. The relationship between LINC01089 and miR-27a-3p was revealed by a bioinformatics analysis and dual-luciferase reporter assay. Results: LINC01089 was significantly down-regulated in GC tissues, as well as GC cell lines. GC patients with lower LINC01089 expression were more likely to have poor outcomes. Overexpression of LINC01089 significantly suppressed GC cells growth, migration and invasion and forbade the EMT process. LINC01089 was directly targeted at miR-27a-3p. The transfection of miR-27a-3p mimics reversed the inhibitory effects on proliferative and metastatic abilities of GC cells with LINC01089 overexpression. Conclusion: LINC01089 inhibits cell proliferation and metastasis in GC by targeting miR-27a-3p/EMT axis, which should be considered as a promising therapeutic target. Exosome-transferred LINC01559 promotes the progression of gastric cancer via PI3K/AKT signaling pathway

Abstract:Abstract Increasing evidence indicates that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are associated with the progression of human cancers. However, the expression level and function of LINC01559 (long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1559) in gastric cancer (GC) are rarely reported. Here we found that LINC01559 was upregulated in GC tissues based on GEPIA (Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis) and TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) databases. Also, LINC01559 was expressed at a lower level in GC cells than in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). In vitro experiments revealed that silencing LINC01559 remarkably hindered GC cell proliferation, migration and stemness. Then, we identified that LINC01559 was transmitted form MSCs to GC cells via the exosomes. Immunofluorescence staining and electron microscope validated the existence of exosomes in GC cells. Mechanistically, LINC01559 sponged miR-1343-3p to upregulate PGK1 (phosphoglycerate kinase 1), therefore activating PI3K/AKT pathway. Moreover, LINC01559 recruited EZH2 (enhancer of zeste 2 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit) to PTEN (phosphatase and tensin homolog) promoter, inducing the methylation of PTEN promoter and finally resulting in PTEN repression. Of note, LINC01559 targeted both PGK1 and PTEN to promote GC progression by activating PI3K/AKT pathway. Taken together, our study demonstrated that LINC01559 accelerated GC progression via upregulating PGK1 and downregulating PTEN to trigger phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/AKT serine/threonine kinase (PI3K/AKT) pathway, indicating LINC01559 as a potential biomarker for GC treatment.

Abstract:Multiple studies have revealed that long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) extensively participate in human cancer malignant progression. The long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 707 (LINC00707), 3087 bp in length, was recently reported to be an essential oncogene in promoting lung adenocarcinoma cell proliferation and metastasis. However, its role in gastric cancer (GC) remains unclear. In this study, we identified that LINC00707 was excessively expressed in GC tissues and correlated with advanced stage, larger tumor size, lymph node metastasis and poorer prognosis in GC patients. In vitro and in vivo assays showed that LINC00707 promote GC cell proliferation and metastasis. Mechanistically, LINC00707 could abundantly interact with mRNA stabilizing protein HuR; "LINC00707-HuR" coalition ulteriorly combined with VAV3/F11R mRNAs and increased their stability. Taken together, our findings prove that LINC00707 may act as an oncogene in GC by regulating mRNA stability and serve as a potential target for GC diagnosis and prognosis.

Abstract:Abstract Gastric cancer (GC) is a common type of tumor that is characterized with high metastatic rate. In recent years, increasing studies have indicated that lncRNAs are involved in the regulation on cancer cell proliferation and migration. However, the functional role of long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 1559 (LINC01559) in GC is still unclear. In this study, we applied quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) and examined that LINC01559 expression was significantly enhanced in GC cells. Functional assays such as EdU, colony formation, JC-1 and transwell assays displayed that silencing LINC01559 inhibited cell proliferation and migration while promoted cell apoptosis in GC. Besides, western blot analysis and immunofluorescence assays examined the expression of factors related to epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and indicated that EMT process was blocked by LINC01559 knockdown in GC cells. Besides, LINC01559 silencing inhibited tumor growth in vivo. In addition, Chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays demonstrated that zinc finger E-box binding homeobox 1 (ZEB1) served as a transcription factor to combine with LINC01559 promoter and activated the expression of LINC01559 in GC cells. In return, LINC01559 recruited insulin like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2) to stabilize ZEB1 mRNA to up-regulate ZEB1 in GC cells. In short, the findings in this research might provide a novel target for GC treatment.
