Abstract:Streptococcus agalactiae is an emerging infectious disease adversely affecting Nile tilapia (Niloticus oreochromis) production in aquaculture. Research carried out in the last decade has focused on developing protective vaccines using different strategies, although no review has been carried out to evaluate the efficacy of these strategies. The purpose of this review is to provide a synopsis of vaccination strategies and antigen delivery systems currently used for S. agalactiae vaccines in tilapia. Furthermore, as shown herein, current vaccine designs include the use of replicative antigen delivery systems, such as attenuated virulent strains, heterologous vectors and DNA vaccines, while non-replicative vaccines include the inactivated whole cell (IWC) and subunit vaccines encoding different S. agalactiae immunogenic proteins. Intraperitoneal vaccination is the most widely used immunization strategy, although immersion, spray and oral vaccines have also been tried with variable success. Vaccine efficacy is mostly evaluated by use of the intraperitoneal challenge model aimed at evaluating the relative percent survival (RPS) of vaccinated fish. The major limitation with this approach is that it lacks the ability to elucidate the mechanism of vaccine protection at portals of bacterial entry in mucosal organs and prevention of pathology in target organs. Despite this, indications are that the correlates of vaccine protection can be established based on antibody responses and antigen dose, although these parameters require optimization before they can become an integral part of routine vaccine production. Nevertheless, this review shows that different approaches can be used to produce protective vaccines against S. agalactiae in tilapia although there is a need to optimize the measures of vaccine efficacy.

Serotype distribution, virulence and antibiotic resistance of Streptococcus agalactiae isolated from cultured tilapia Oreochromis niloticus in Lake Volta, Ghana

Abstract:Streptococcus agalactiae infection is one of the major factors limiting the expansion of tilapia farming globally. In this study, we investigated the serotype distribution, virulence and antimicrobial resistance of S. agalactiae isolates from tilapia farmed in Lake Volta, Ghana. Isolates from 300 moribund fish were characterised by Gram staining, MALDI-TOF/MS and 16S rRNA sequencing. Serotype identification was based on multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of the capsular polysaccharide genes. Detection of virulence genes (cfb, fbsA and cspA) and histopathology were used to infer the pathogenicity of the isolates. The susceptibility of isolates to antibiotics was tested using the Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion assay. All 32 isolates identified as S. agalactiae were of serotype Ia. This was notably different from isolates previously collected from the farms in 2017, which belonged to serotype Ib, suggesting a possible serotype replacement. The prevalence of the pathogen was related to the scale of farm operation, with large-scale farms showing higher S. agalactiae positivity. Data from histopathological analysis and PCR amplification of targeted virulence genes confirmed the virulence potential and ability of the isolates to cause systemic infection in tilapia. Except for gentamicin, the majority of the isolates were less resistant to the tested antibiotics. All isolates were fully sensitive to oxytetracycline, erythromycin, florfenicol, enrofloxacin, ampicillin and amoxicillin. This study has improved our understanding of the specific S. agalactiae serotypes circulating in Lake Volta and demonstrates the need for continuous monitoring to guide the use of antimicrobials and vaccines against streptococcal infections in Ghanaian aquaculture systems.
Sequestration of tau by granulovacuolar degeneration in Alzheimer's disease.

Abstract:Antibodies directed against three regions of tau have been used in a histologic study of granulovacuolar degeneration (GVD) in Alzheimer's disease (AD). Granulovascular degeneration complexes, consisting of a dense granule in a less-dense vacuole, were found in hippocampal pyramidal neurons in all patients studied. Anti-tau antibodies directed against the N-and C-termini, and the repeat region of tau, were found to immunolabel the granule of the GVD complex. Intracellular neurofibrillary tangles also were labeled by these antibodies. In particular, MAb6.423, which recognizes tau protein sequestered in paired helical filaments (PHF) in AD, but not the normal tau proteins so far described in human brain, labeled GVD granules. Contrarily, a generic tau marker (MAb7.51), which immunolabels all known isoforms of isolated and expressed tau protein, including PHF-tau, did not label the GVD granule. These findings demonstrate that the entire tau molecule is sequestered within the GVD granule, and that the tau protein found in GVD complexes is antigenically related to that found in PHFs. There is, however, a difference in the way in which the repeat region of tau is incorporated into the two structures, making the MAb7.51 epitope unavailable in the GVD complex. These findings suggest that the formation of GVD complexes in hippocampal pyramidal neurons vulnerable to neurofibrillary degeneration may represent an alternative pathway for dealing with an aberrant molecular complex, which contributes to the formation of GVD granules and neurofibrillary tangles in AD.
An investigation of the role of fathers in immunization uptake.

Abstract:BACKGROUND Mothers, but not fathers, are the usual focus of strategies to maximize immunization coverage in low income countries. METHODS A study of the immunization determinants of children aged 12-18 months was conducted in 1991 in the Eastern Region of Ghana using structured interviews of a population sample of 294 mothers and 170 (67%) of the children's fathers. RESULTS Fathers were more likely than mothers to perceive that the fathers had participated in the decision to send children for immunizations. Where both parents reported that the father had participated in the decision, and he could speak English, the child was more likely to have completed the immunization schedule by 12 months (OR = 5.7, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.5-21.7), independently of other factors. Neither the father's participation, nor his ability to speak English, was independently associated with the child's immunization status. CONCLUSIONS The results of the study suggest that, where fathers have a higher level of education, programmes which are designed to involve them in decisions about their children's use of preventive health services have the potential to increase timely immunization coverage levels.

Abstract:Metabolic studies of human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) can provide important information for stem cell bioprocessing. To this end, we have examined growth and metabolism of hESCs in both traditional 2-dimensional (2D) colony cultures and 3-dimensional microcarrier cultures using a conditioned medium and 3 serum-free media. The 2D colony cultures plateaued at cell densities of 1.1-1.5 × 10⁶ cells/mL at day 6 due to surface limitation. Microcarrier cultures achieved 1.5-2 × 10⁶ cells/mL on days 8-10 before reaching a plateau; this growth arrest was not due to surface limitation, but probably due to metabolic limitations. Metabolic analysis of the cultures showed that amino acids (including glutamine) and glucose are in excess and are not limiting cell growth; on the other hand, the high levels of waste products (25 mM lactate and 0.8 mM ammonium) and low pH (6.6) obtained at the last stages of cell propagation could be the causes for growth arrest. hESCs cultured in media supplemented with lactate (up to 28 mM) showed reduced cell growth, whereas ammonium (up to 5 mM) had no effect. Lactate and, to a lesser extent, ammonia affected pluripotency as reflected by the decreasing population of cells expressing pluripotent marker TRA-1-60. Feeding hESC cultures with low concentrations of glucose resulted in lower lactate levels (∼10%) and a higher pH level of 6.7, which leads to a 40% increase in cell density. We conclude that the high lactate levels and the low pH during the last stages of high-density hESC culture may limit cell growth and affect pluripotency. To overcome this limitation, a controlled feed of low levels of glucose and online control of pH can be used.

Abstract:Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B Lancefield) has emerged as a significant pathogen affecting both humans and animals, including aquatic species. Infections caused by S. agalactiae are becoming a growing concern in aquaculture and have been reported globally in various freshwater and marine fish species, particularly those inhabiting warm water environments. This has led to numerous outbreaks with high morbidity and mortality in fish. Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), a member of the Cichlid family, is one of the severely affected fish species by S. agalactiae. The current study aims to focus on S. agalactiae infection in cultured O. niloticus with reference to its transmission and sources of infection; risk factors influencing GBS infection, disease clinical signs, lesions, and pathogenesis; S. agalactiae virulence factors; and how to diagnose, treat, control, and prevent infection including vaccination and herbal extract medication.

Abstract:We previously developed and assessed the effectiveness of the attenuated Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B Streptococcus , GBS) strain WC1535 ∆Sia (with neuA-D gene cluster deletion) vaccine in tilapia ( Oreochromis niloticus ). In this study, we characterized the bacterial communities of the tilapia intestines by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing and assessed the serum antibody response, expression of immune-related genes, and histological changes following formalin-killed GBS vaccine (FKV) and the live attenuated vaccine ∆Sia (LAV). Results showed that FKV and LAV induced robust systemic and intestinal mucosal immune responses in tilapia without causing obvious pathological changes in the hindgut, spleen, and head kidney but exerted different effects on intestinal bacterial communities. The richness or diversity of the intestinal bacterial community of FKV tilapia showed no significant changes compared with that of the control fish ( p > 0.05) at either day 21 post-initial vaccination (21 dpiv) or day 35 (day 14 after the second immunization) (35 dpiv). The community composition of FKV tilapia and controls was significantly similar, although the relative abundance of some genera was significantly altered. Relative to control fish, the gut ecosystem of LAV tilapia was significantly disturbed with a substantial increase in community diversity at 21 dpiv ( p < 0.05) and a significant decrease at 35 dpiv in fish with high serum antibody response (ΔSia35H) ( p < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between ΔSia35H and ΔSia35L (low serum antibody response) fish ( p > 0.05). Moreover, the community composition of LAV tilapia at 21 dpiv or 35 dpiv was considerably different from that of the controls. Particularly, GBS ∆Sia was found to be abundant in the intestine at 21 and 35 dpiv. This result suggested that the parenteral administration of the LAV (∆Sia) may also have the effect of oral vaccination in addition to the immune effect of injection vaccination. In addition, a significant correlation was found between the expression of immune-related genes and certain bacterial species in the intestinal mucosal flora. Our findings will contribute to a better understanding of the effects of inactivated and attenuated vaccines on gut microbiota and their relationship with the immune response.

Thus, this study aims to evaluate the haemato-immunological responses and effectiveness of a newly developed feed-based killed bivalent vaccine against Streptococcus iniae and Aeromonas hydrophila in hybrid red tilapia. A total of 495 hybrid red tilapia of 61.23 ± 4.95 g were distributed into 5 groups (each with triplicate). The fish were immunized orally through bivalent (combined S. iniae and A. hydrophila) spray vaccine (BS group), bivalent formulate vaccine (BF group), monovalent S. iniae vaccine (MS group), monovalent A. hydrophila vaccine (MA group) and unvaccinated as a control group. The vaccine was orally administered on days 0, 14 and 42 applied feed-based bacterin at 5% body weight. The blood and spleen samples were collected from all groups on 7, 21 and 49 days post-vaccination, and also 96 h post-infection to assess their haemato-immune responses.

Abstract:Streptococcosis is a bacterial disease in tilapia that produces economic losses, caused mainly by Streptococcus agalactiae and S. iniae. It is treated using oxytetracycline and florfenicol, which when inappropriately used promotes the selection of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs). The disease has been mainly associated with stress events such as variations in temperature. The aims of the present study were (1) to detect by molecular methods two species of Streptococcus sp. in a tilapia farm, (2) to relate their presence to physicochemical parameters in the culture system, and (3) to detect the presence of ARGs in tilapia tissues and/or ponds. Tilapia grow-out ponds (n = 30) were sampled, collecting 15 individuals per pond. The physicochemical parameters of water were measured in each pond. Per pond, organs such as the liver, spleen, brain, and eyes were collected from each individual. Then, each organ type was pooled with the respective organ of the other individuals, processed for DNA extraction, and used for PCR analyses to determine the presence of S. agalactiae and S. iniae and for the detection of ARGs (tetM, tetO, fexA, and ermB). The correlations between the presence of S. agalactiae and water physicochemical parameters were determined. Sixty percent of the ponds and 46% of the organ pools were positive for S. agalactiae, whereas S. iniae was not detected. The positive samples showed the following resistance genes: tet(O) (29.1%), tet(M) (12.7%), and erm(B) (1.8%). A moderate but significant positive correlation was found between temperature and the presence of S. agalactiae. This work reported the molecular detection of two species of Streptococcus and ARGs, providing information that allows fast and effective control of these pathogens in tilapia farming. In addition, a future complementary study on Streptococcus sp. serotype distribution and antibiotic resistance genes from tilapia cultured in Costa Rica could also contribute to increase the knowledge of S. agalactiae infections in tilapia farming worldwide.

Results Compared with the unvaccinated group, leukocyte, lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes counts in vaccinated groups were significantly ( P < 0.05) increased on 21, 49 days post-vaccination and also 96 hours post-infection, while erythrocytes, haemoglobin and haematocrit in vaccinated groups were significantly ( P < 0.05) enhanced only 96 hours post-infection. Additionally, the lysozyme and phagocytic activity and, serum antibody (IgM) were significantly higher ( P < 0.05) against S. iniae and A. hydrophila in vaccinated groups compared to the unvaccinated group in the pre- and post-infection. Results from the challenge through co-infection with S. iniae and A. hydrophila showed the relative percent survival (RPS) in BF group was 76.37±5.14%, which had the capacity to induce significant protection ( P < 0.05) compared to others groups. Conclusions This study demonstrates the bivalent formulate (BF) group could elicit significant non-specific and specific immunological responses with higher protection in hybrid red tilapia. In addition, this newly developed feed-based bivalent vaccination can be a promising technique for effective and large scale fish immunization in the aquaculture industry.
Vaccination with bacterial ghosts of Streptococcus iniae and Lactococcus garvieae originated from outbreak of marine fish streptococcosis, induce potential protection against the disease in Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus (Linnaeus, 1758)

Abstract:Streptococcosis is an important bacterial disease affects fresh, brackish and marine fish. The disease caused annual severe economic losses in Egyptian Mari-culture. S. iniae and L. garvieae usually the main causative agents isolated. The presented study conducted to prepare bacterial ghost vaccine (BGV) candidates from isolated strains of marine streptococcosis outbreaks using NaOH chemical approach. Selected strains confirmed as pathogenic for Nile tilapia, therefore the fish selected as an experimental model. In such respect, the re-isolated S. iniae and L. garvieae were used for ghost preparations, BGVs evaluation and fish challenges. Apart of four, three fish groups namely, A, B, C designated for BGVs evaluations, while the fourth one (D) designated as control. Vaccination experiments performed via intra-peritoneal injection with 0.1 mL (1.5 × 108 CFU/mL/fish) of their corresponding BGVs twice with 2 weeks' interval; however, control fish received 0.1 mL of fish saline instead. Blood, serum, and tissue samples collected from all groups at 2 and 4 weeks post immunization (PI) for estimation of hematological, innate, and specific immune parameters. At the end, all remained fish challenged with appropriated pathogen (s) and the relative percentage of survival (RPS) calculated. Three BGVs generated namely, SiG, in addition to, novel contributions of LgG and SiLgG. Ghosts were corresponding to S. iniae, L. garvieae and their both ghost mixtures, respectively. Fish groups immunized with prepared BGVs revealed variable significant increases in PCV, GLB, PP, SOD, CAT, C5, IL-β1, LZM, specific antibody titers and CD4 expression 2 and 4 weeks PI. MDA decreased in all vaccinated groups that was significantly with group C. Expression of MHC-II showed elevations 2 weeks PI, however, it significantly decreased at 4 weeks. The RPS recorded 90, 88.89 and 95.46% in immunized groups A, B and C, respectively. At all levels tested, obtained results proposed SiG, LgG and SiLgG as innovative vaccine candidates, which can protect cultured fish from being attacked by S. iniae, and/or L. garvieae.

Abstract:Streptococcus agalactiae causes systemic disease in a variety of wild and farmed fish, resulting in high levels of morbidity and mortality, as well as serious economic losses to the Nile tilapia aquaculture industry. The development of economic and applicable oral vaccines is therefore urgently needed for the sustainable development of Nile tilapia aquaculture. In this study, mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) were fabricated using sol–gel synthesis technology, and the antigens of surface immunogenic protein (Sip) was loaded into MSNs to develop a nanovaccine MSNs-Sip@HP55. The results showed that the prepared nanovaccine exhibited pH-controlled release, which could survive in the simulated gastric environment (pH 1.5), and release antigens in the simulated intestinal environment at pH 7.4. The nanovaccine could induce innate and adaptive immune responses in Nile tilapia. When the challenge doses were 1.5 × 106, 1.18 × 106, and 0.88 × 106 CFU/mL, the relative protection rates in immunized Nile tilapia were 63.33 %, 64.23 %, and 76.31 %, respectively. Taken together, the nanovaccine exhibited a high antigen utilization rate and was easily administered orally via feeding, which could protect Nile tilapia against challenge with S. agalactiae in large-scale farms. Oral vaccine based on MSNs carriers is a potentially promising strategy for the development of fish vaccines.

Abstract:This review aimed to provide the current status of streptococcosis in freshwater aquaculture in Indonesia. So far, this disease has been mostly reported in tilapia aquaculture, and there have been no serious reports of this disease in other species of freshwater aquaculture. The disease is mostly encountered during the dry season or the transition period from the dry season to the rainy season or vice versa. Initially, the disease was mostly reported in tilapia larger than 250 grams, but in its development, it was also reported in smaller fish. The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) has classified this disease as a major disease in tilapia in Indonesia since 2014. Based on the characteristics of Streptococcus agalactiae isolates collected from diseased tilapia from various regions in Indonesia, two biotypes were found consisting of ?-hemolytic S. agalactiae (biotype I) and non-hemolytic S. agalactiae (biotype II). Biotype I cause disease with acute mortality patterns, while biotype II causes disease with chronic and persistent mortality patterns. Based on susceptibility to S. agalactiae during artificial infection testing, it is known that all tilapia strains that have been released to the public for aquaculture purposes are susceptible to infection with the bacteria; although each strain has a different level of susceptibility. Fish health management strategies that are based on preventive measures and relevant to sustainable aquaculture programs should be based on ecological-biological approaches such as the implementation of biosecurity systems, the use of vaccines for endemic diseases, probiotics, essential herbs, and the development of more disease-resistant populations.Keywords: health management, streptococcosis, Streptococcus agalactiae, tilapia

Abstract:This study aimed to assess the genetic diversity of fish isolates of Streptococcus agalactiae by capsular serotyping, MLST and the pattern of selected virulence genes. Forty-six isolates from Nile tilapia and Amazon catfish were screened by PCR for the twelve virulence genes. The molecular capsular type and sequence type (ST) were determined. Two capsular types (Ia and Ib) and four STs (103, 260, 552 and 553) were identified. The ST-552 and ST-553 represent new allelic combinations. Variable results were found for the genes gbs2018-6, lmb, hylB and cylE. The combined evaluation of serotype, sequence type and pattern of the presence or absence of cylE and hylB allowed the classification of isolates into nine genetic profiles (I-IX). The proposed scheme showed higher discriminatory power and was able to detect evolutionary events missed by MLST analysis. This study provides new information about the genetic diversity of fish pathogenic Strep. agalactiae, and the proposed scheme was shown to be an improved approach to genotyping these strains.SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: This study showed that critical genetic events in Streptococcus agalactiae isolates pathogenic for fish have been missed by serotyping and multilocus sequence typing (MLST). A proposed genotyping scheme based on the evaluation of concatenated data from serotyping, MLST, and the presence/absence of virulence genes was created, and this was able to detect old and recent evolutionary events. It provided a better understanding of the genetic diversity of Strep. agalactiae populations from fish and will contribute to future studies of the molecular epidemiology, pathogenesis and evolutionary aspects of this pathogen.

Abstract:Aeromonas hydrophila causes motile Aeromonas septicemia (MAS), a disease with a high mortality rate in tilapia culture. Feed-based vaccines with the incorporation of inactivated whole-cell bacteria into the feed offer promising tools to control MAS. Currently, the incorporation of genome-free bacteria as bacterial vaccine through the implementation of SimCells® technology into the feed has become a particular interest. Background/Objectives: This study investigates the efficacy of a feed-based vaccine incorporating genome-free A. hydrophila (FBV-GFAH) against MAS infection in red tilapia. Methods: The vaccine was prepared and delivered at 5% fish body weight for three consecutive days in weeks 0 (prime vaccination) and 2 (first booster vaccination), orally. Throughout a five-week experimental period, the immune-related genes (IL-1β, MHC-II, CD4, IgT, and IgM) expression in the hindgut and head kidney of the fish was determined using RT-qPCR assay. Lysozyme (serum) and overall IgM (serum, gut lavage, and skin mucus) productions were also detected. Results: Fish vaccinated with FBV-GFAH showed a significant (p ≤ 0.05) improvement in relative percent survival compared with unvaccinated fish following bacterial challenge. FBV-GFAH induced the expression of immune-related genes in the hindgut and head kidney, especially after booster vaccination. Furthermore, serum lysozyme activity and overall IgM production in serum, skin mucus, and gut lavage were also significantly (p ≤ 0.05) improved in the FBV-GFAH vaccinated fish than the unvaccinated fish. Conclusions: This study showed that FBV-GFAH is a promising feed-based vaccine technology to control MAS in cultured tilapia.

Abstract:The treatment of Nile tilapia with ozone nanobubbles (ONb) prior to vaccination with an immersible heat-killed Streptococcus agalactiae (Sa) vaccine has been reported to modulate and enhance both innate and specific immunity. The efficacy of this novel vaccination strategy is explored further in field trials. This strategy involved a short-term treatment of ONb to activate the fish9s immunity prior to immersion vaccination during their transportation in oxygenated plastic bags (VAC in BAG), followed by two oral boosters during the grow-out stage mixing vaccine in feed (VAC in FEED). The field trial was conducted over 112 days in open cages, comprising four groups: normal aeration control (AC), normal aeration + vaccine (AV), ONb control (NC), and ONb + vaccine (NV). The efficacy of the vaccine was evaluated by measuring specific antibodies for S. agalactiae, monitoring expressions of IgM and IgT transcripts in the gills and head kidney every two weeks, and a laboratory pathogen challenge. Results found that fish in the NV group had significant increases in anti-S. agalactiae antibodies after the primary dose, whereas fish in the AV group required an oral booster dose to produce significant anti-S. agalactiae antibodies. In the vaccinated groups (AV and NV), only IgM was observed to be upregulated at 14 days post-immersion (dpi), while this gene was upregulated in both gills and head kidney in the NC group. No statistically significant upregulation of IgT was recorded in any group at any time point. Despite a decline in the levels of specific antibodies among the vaccinated groups at the time of challenge (88 dpi), the NV and AV groups demonstrated a relative percent survival (RPS) of 50% and 46.7%, respectively, following a relatively high injection dose of S. agalactiae injection (0.1 mL of 108 CFU/mL). In summary, this ONb, VAC in BAG and VAC in FEED vaccination strategy represents a promising alternative to the undesirable handling and costly injection approach used within the Nile tilapia industry.

Abstract:Streptococcosis, an emerging infectious disease caused by Streptococcus agalactiae, has had adverse effects on farmed tilapia. Several vaccines have been developed to prevent this disease and induce a specific immune response against S. agalactiae infection. In this study the use of MONTANIDE™ GR01, a new adjuvant for oral vaccination, was optimized for use in tilapia under laboratory and field studies. In the laboratory trial the immune response and protective efficacy of two doses of MONTANIDE™ GR01, 20 % (w/w) and 2 % (w/w), included into the feed-based adjuvanted vaccines were assessed comparatively. Following immunization, the innate immune parameters studied in serum, including lysozyme, myeloperoxidase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase activity, were all increased significantly. Furthermore, specific IgM antibodies against S. agalactiae were induced significantly in serum post-vaccination, with higher levels observed in both groups that received the feed-based adjuvanted vaccine. Under both injection and immersion challenge conditions, the relative percent survival for the feed-based adjuvanted vaccine groups ranged from 78 % to 84 %. Following use of the low dose concentration of MONTANIDE™ GR01 for oral vaccination of tilapia in cage culture systems, several innate immune parameters were effectively enhanced in the immunized fish. Similarly, the levels of specific IgM antibodies in the serum of feed-based vaccinated fish were significantly enhanced, reaching their highest levels 2-5 months post-vaccination. Cytokines associated with innate and adaptive immunity were also examined, and the expression levels of several genes showed significant up-regulation. This indicates that both cellular and humoral immune responses were induced by the feed-based adjuvanted vaccine. The economic impact of a feed-based adjuvanted vaccine was examined following vaccination, considering the growth performance and feed utilization of the fish. It was found that the Economic Performance Index and Economic Conversion Ratio were unaffected by vaccination, further demonstrating that there are no negative impacts associated with administering a feed-based vaccine to fish. In conclusion, the data from this study indicate that MONTANIDE™ GR01 is a highly valuable adjuvant for oral vaccination, as demonstrated by its ability to induce a strong immune response and effectively prevent streptococcal disease in Nile tilapia.
