Abstract:Appetite has recently received the attention of researchers in developing countries due to the increasing prevalence of obesity. There are multiple complex mechanisms involved in food intake. The satiety level and the physiological state of a person are responsible for appetite expression. Specific manipulations of macronutrients have the potential to affect appetite control. Certain pharmaceutical formulations and sensitizer compounds/chemicals can also be used as appetite suppressants either orally or intravenously. Several aspects related to appetite control and obesity have been briefly reviewed in view of the current scientific and commercial trends.

Fourteen measuring points and defined distances as well as six ratios of specific distances based on position, plumpness, similarity and the width‐to‐length ratio of the remnant ear have been described, and relevant tactics for appropriate treatments are introduced. Results Definite morphometric results contribute to attaining satisfactory contours of reconstructed auricles with harmonious earlobes, which exhibit highly similar dimensions and appearances compared to the contralateral normal ears. Conclusion With the help of the proposed locating points and measuring approaches, the procedure of remnant ear treatment is systematically clarified. APPLICATION OF RESIDUAL EAR IN AURICULAR RECONSTRUCTION OF MICROTIA

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To summarize different treatments of the residual ear in auricular reconstruction, to investigate the reasonable applications of the residual ear.METHODS:From September 2005 to July 2006, 128 patients (79 males, 49 females; aging 5-21 years with an average of 11 years) with unilateral microtia underwent the staged repair. In the patients, there were 44 cases of left-unilaterally microtia and 84 cases of right-unilaterally microtia. The residual ears looked like peanut in 56 patients, like sausage in 35 patients, like boat in 27 patients, and like shells in 10 patients. Among all the patients, the external acoustic meatus was normal in 5 patients, stenosis in 11 patients, and atresia in 112 patients. According to auricular developmental condition, the patients were divided into three types: 17 cases of type I, 98 cases of type II, and 13 cases of type III. In the first stage operation, a 50 mL kidney-liked expander was implanted into post aurem subcutaneous tissue. The residual ear whose superior extremity was close to the hair line was treated. The middle and superior part of the residual ear was cut. The redundant residual auricular cartilage was removed. In the second stage operation, the inferior part of the cartilage frame was covered by the middle and superior part of the residual ear. According to the location of the residual ear, "V-Y" plasty, "Z"-plasty and reversal of the residual ear were used to correct the location of the residual ear. In the third stage operation, the remained residual ear was used to reconstruct crus of helix or cover the wound surface which was resulted from repairing the reconstructed ear.RESULTS:The residual ears which were reshaped and transferred had good blood circulation. All residual ears were survival. The wounds healed by first intention. The follow-up for 8-15 months showed that the auricular lobule of the reconstructed ear was turgor vital is and natural. The locations of the reconstructed ear and normal side ear were symmetry. The auricular lobules of the reconstructed ear survived well. The reconstructed crus of helix, helix, antihelix and triangular fossa were clear. The results were satisfactory.CONCLUSION:Using residual ear reasonably is an important procedure of successful auricular reconstruction and the symmetry of the reconstructed ear and uninjured side ear.

Abstract:Abstract This article investigates an effective method with which to reconstruct the tragus and external auditory meatus for microtia reconstruction. The external ear was reconstructed using a delayed postauricular skin flap in patients with congenital microtia. After the first stage of delaying the postauricular skin flap and the second stage of otoplasty with ear framework fabricated from autogenous rib cartilage draping with the delayed skin flap, the third stage involved tragus and external auditory meatus canaloplasty. After designing the remnant auricle flap, the lower part was trimmed and the tragus was reconstructed. The upper part was trimmed into a thin skin flap, which was rotated and used to cover the hollowed wound posterosuperior to the tragus so as to mimic the external auditory meatus. If remnant wounds were present, skin grafting was conducted. In total, 121 patients with congenital microtia were treated from March 2010 to March 2016. The reconstructed tragus and external auditory meatus were well formed, and all wounds healed well. No severe complications such as flap necrosis occurred. Six months postoperatively, the morphology of the reconstructed tragus and external auditory meatus was good. Overall, the patients and their families were satisfied. The use of remnant auricle to reconstruct the tragus and external auditory meatus is an effective auricular reconstruction technique.

Abstract:Background Auricular reconstruction is one of the most challenging procedures in the field of plastic surgery. The aims of this study were to apply the modified 2-stage method to perform auricular reconstruction and to summarize the clinical experience in the past 10 years. Methods Auricular reconstruction was performed in 243 patients (total 254 ears) of congenital microtia using autologous costal cartilage. The whole procedure is divided into 2 stages. Stage I: the individualized framework fabricated with autologous costal cartilage is inserted into subcutaneous pocket in the mastoid region, and then the earlobe was transposed backward to connect with the lower part of the framework. The second-stage surgery mainly includes the following main contents: ear elevation, fixing the bracket behind the reconstructed ear framework, harvesting the retroauricular fascial flap to cover the bracket, and closing the defect with free skin grafts. Results A total of 243 patients (254 ears) of congenital microtia underwent ear reconstruction. The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 4 years; 220 patients were satisfied with the results. Surgery-related complications such as infection, partial skin graft necrosis, flap necrosis, bad projection of the constructed auricle, and extrusion of cartilage occurred in 24 cases, and hypertrophic scars occurred in 16 patients. Conclusions This modified 2-stage method for auricle reconstruction can receive acceptable results and fewer complications; furthermore, it is relatively simple and easy to master. The 10-year experience validates that this modified method is an ideal method in auricular reconstruction.

Abstract:Background and Objectives Microtia is a congenital deformity where the pinna and middle ear structures are underdeveloped. Auricular reconstruction in microtia is one of the most difficult surgeries in otolaryngology due to the complex three-dimensional structure of the auricle. This study investigated the post-operative results in total auricular reconstruction performed by otologic surgeons in a single institution.Subjects and Method We analyzed data from 27 microtia patients who underwent auricular reconstruction in our institution from 2011 to 2019. The post-operative results were evaluated in terms of the shape of the auricle, the symmetry of the ear, and the degree of auriculocephalic sulcus stricture. The type and frequency of post-operative complications associated with the reconstruction were also evaluated.Results Of the 24 patients, the shape of the auricle was good in 11 (40.7%), moderate in 11 (40.7%), and poor in 5 (18.6%) patients. The symmetry of the ear size was symmetric in 24 (88.9%) and asymmetric in 3 (11.1%) patients. The degree of auriculocephalic sulcus stricture was good in 11 (40.7%), partial stricture in 12 (44.4%), and severe stricture in 4 (14.8%) patients. Postoperative complications included skin necrosis, suture material exposure, and wound infection with cartilage deformation.Conclusion Total auricular reconstruction is a complex and sophisticated operation utilizing either autologous rib cartilage or artificial implant material. Considering that microtia is often accompanied by ear canal stenosis and hearing impairment, otolaryngologists should be more interested in the field of auricular reconstruction.

Abstract:Summary Background The presence of polyotia in individuals with microtia is a rare deformity. Due to the intricate structure of the auricle, uncertain etiology, and challenging corrective techniques, it has always been a focal point in the field of plastic surgery. The present study presents a technique for correcting the combination of polyotia and microtia by utilizing residual ear tissue as graft material. Methods The retrospective study included 23 patients with polyotia and microtia from 2018 to 2022. All patients employed their residual ear tissue to rectify auricular deformities. The patients were instructed to evaluate the satisfaction of the auricle shape using a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) both before and 6 months after the surgical procedure. The aesthetic outcomes of auricle subunits were simultaneously assessed by a senior physician pre-and post-operatively. Results The mean duration of follow-up in this study was 8.73 months. The preoperative VAS satisfaction score was recorded as 2.26±0.86, while the postoperative VAS score significantly increased to 7.86±0.86. The preoperative auricle aesthetic outcomes score was recorded as 9.95±1.74, while the postoperative score significantly increased to 24.04±2.16. The follow-up period did not present any cases of flap necrosis, hematoma, infection, or wound dehiscence. Conclusion The study demonstrates that comprehensive utilization of residual auricular tissue can lead to optimal outcomes in correcting polyotia with concha-type microtia. The utilization of residual ear tissue can be maximized to streamline the operation, minimize bodily harm, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Abstract:Despite various surgical techniques for ear elevation in autogenous cartilage microtia reconstruction, it is still challenging for plastic surgeons to obtain a satisfactory depth of the cephaloauricular sulcus and stable projection of the reconstructed ear. Here, the authors demonstrate individualized options for surgical approaches and relevant details for complication management. Between January 2014 and June 2020, a series of 895 patients who underwent the second stage of microtia reconstruction were reviewed. Complications occurred in 103 patients aged between 8 and 34 years. Recommended surgical selections, as well as appropriate strategies for complication prophylaxis and treatment, were shown to minimize the negative influence on the contour of the cephaloauricular sulcus according to individual conditions. We found that 78% of the patients were satisfied with the auricle contour with harmonious integrity. Individualized strategies for ear elevation and complication treatment contribute to symmetry and satisfactory projection of the reconstructed auricle.

Abstract:Management of microtia can be one of the most rewarding yet humbling challenges faced by the reconstructive surgeon. The preferred method of total auricular reconstruction is with autologous cartilage and skin, based on modifications of the methods of Tanzer and Brent. Our goals in auricular reconstruction of microtia are: (1) a satisfied patient; (2) proper positioning; and (3) a pleasing size and contour. The reconstructive process in classic microtia reconstruction can be divided into four stages. The first stage is the creation and placement of the underlying framework derived from the autologous rib cartilage of the sixth to eighth ribs. The second stage is rotation of the lobule from the microtia remnant into position inferiorly on the helical rim. The third stage is elevation by creation of an auriculocephalic angle with a skin graft. The final stage is formation of the tragus from a composite graft from the opposite ear. Atypical microtia presents distinct challenges to the reconstructive surgeon. Complete framework insertion may not be necessary with the presence of some recognizable structure. Other circumstances arise that make each reconstruction unique, such as low-lying hairline or skin shortage. The extreme situations of skin shortage will benefit from the use of a temporoparietal fascia flap. However, adherence to the well-established principles of total auricular reconstruction will lead to satisfaction of the patient, the patient's family, and the surgeon.
Auricular reconstruction for microtia: personal 6-year experience based on 350 microtia ear reconstructions in China

Abstract:Background: Favorable results in auricular reconstruction are difficult to achieve. The authors report 350 patients with different types of microtia who underwent total ear reconstruction. The youngest was aged 5.5 years and the oldest was aged 50 years. Methods: The authors performed auricular reconstruction using autologous costal cartilage with the combination of the Brent and Nagata methods, with some modifications. At the first stage, an individualized framework fabrication based on different degrees of strength and thickness of the rib cartilages was performed. One piece of cartilage was added vertically under the reconstructed tragus to enhance conchal depth to provide a more prominent appearance. At the second stage, the elevated reconstructed ear was supported by bone cement with a special shape that was 2 mm wider at the end of two poles, giving the reconstructed ear more projection on the upper and lower poles. This external ear morphology occurs quite often in China. Results: In this series, the follow-up time in 322 patients ranged from 8 months to 6 years. Two hundred eighty-eight patients were satisfied with the results, including good shape, accurate size, right orientation, and duplication of more than 10 well-detailed structures. Surgery-related complications such as broken helix, skin necrosis, infection, blunted convolution, and extrusion of cartilage occurred in 13 cases and hypertrophic scars occurred in 21 patients. Conclusions: The authors' techniques produce acceptable results and fewer complications. This 6-year experience confirms the reliability, versatility, and reproducibility of this type of combined technique in auricular reconstruction, especially for Asian patients.

Abstract:The taxonomic status of Pasteurella piscicida (strain NCIMB 2058T [T = type strain] and a strain isolated from the environment) was investigated by performing phylogenetic analyses of small-subunit rRNA sequences, DNA-DNA hybridization analyses, and biochemical characterization analyses. The results of the phylogenetic analyses and the levels of DNA-DNA complementarity demonstrated conclusively that Pasteurella piscicida is extremely closely related to Photobacterium damsela ATCC 33539T. Since the two taxa exhibited a level of DNA-DNA relatedness of 80%, they are members of the same species. The high level of DNA relatedness and the presence of specific morphological and biochemical characteristics support the hypothesis that two subspecies should be recognized. On the basis of its phylogenetic position, we concluded that Pasteurella piscicida should be renamed Photobacterium damsela subsp. piscicida comb. nov.
Treatment of Ectopic Earlobe in Microtia Reconstruction Using Delayed Postauricular Skin Flap

Abstract:Objective: This article discusses a treatment technique for ectopic earlobe in microtia reconstruction using a delayed postauricular skin flap. Methods: From January 2015 to September 2018, microtia reconstruction using a delayed postauricular skin flap was performed on 10 patients with microtia. During the operation, the position of the affected-side earlobe was designed according to the position of the opposite side. The ectopic earlobe was corrected by performing asymmetric Z-plasty or using an irregular "Y-V" advancement skin flap. This allowed full use of the remnant tissue of the microtia-affected ear to form a soft, plump, and realistic earlobe. Results: After the earlobe displacement surgery, the blood supply of the earlobe was good, and the reconstructed earlobe survived well without ulceration in all 10 patients. All patients were followed up for 2 months to 2 years. During this time, the positions of the reconstructed ear and the healthy side were basically symmetrical, and the shape of the earlobe formed by the remnant ear was natural. Conclusion: The use of asymmetric Z-plasty or an irregular "Y-V" advancement skin flap for the treatment of ectopic earlobe in microtia reconstruction using a delayed postauricular skin flap is a safe and effective method.
A modified tissue expander method for ear reconstruction in patients with excessively insufficient postauricular skin

ObjectiveFor microtia patients with excessively insufficient postauricular skin, it is difficult to obtain a satisfied outcome with existing strategies. In this study, we developed a modified tissue expander method for auricular reconstruction.MethodsThe modified tissue expander method divided into 4 stages. In the first stage, a 30 ml or 50 ml kidney-shaped tissue expander was implanted in the mastoid region. A short time expansion (average 33.5 days) was conducted subsequently. In the second stage, the expander was removed and a modified cartilage framework without tragus was inserted through the same incision. A crescent-shaped cartilage pad was inserted into the incision of cartilage-harvest site at the same time. In the third stage, the reconstructed ear was elevated. Lobule rotation and remanent modification were performed in the fourth stage. The patients were followed up between half a year and 10 years. The outcomes of the reconstructed ears were scored with evaluation criteria.ResultsFrom January 2010 to December 2019, a total of 45 microtia patients with excessively insufficient postauricular skin were performed the modified tissue expander method. Fourty-two patients showed satisfied outcomes. Complications such as hyperpigmentation in the skin graft area (3, 6.7%), scar hyperplasia (3, 6.7%) and folliculitis (1, 2.2%) were found. There were no complications related to the tissue expander.ConclusionThe modified tissue expander method is an effective and safe technique for auricular reconstruction in patients having excessively insufficient postauricular skin, with satisfying medium-term results.

Auricular reconstruction of congenital microtia: personal experience in 225 cases

Abstract:SUMMARY Microtia is a congenital disease with various degrees of severity, ranging from the presence of rudimentary and malformed vestigial structures to the total absence of the ear (anotia). The complex anatomy of the external ear and the necessity to provide good projection and symmetry make this reconstruction particularly difficult. The aim of this work is to report our surgical technique of microtic ear correction and to analyse the short and long term results. From 2000 to 2013, 210 patients affected by microtia were treated at the Maxillo-Facial Surgery Division, Head and Neck Department, University Hospital of Parma. The patient population consisted of 95 women and 115 men, aged from 7 to 49 years. A total of 225 reconstructions have been performed in two surgical stages basing of Firmin's technique with some modifications and refinements. The first stage consists in fabrication and grafting of a three-dimensional costal cartilage framework. The second stage is performed 5-6 months later: the reconstructed ear is raised up and an additional cartilaginous graft is used to increase its projection. A mastoid fascial flap together with a skin graft are then used to protect the cartilage graft. All reconstructions were performed without any major complication. The results have been considered satisfactory by all patients starting from the first surgical step. Low morbidity, the good results obtained and a high rate of patient satisfaction make our protocol an optimal choice for treatment of microtia. The surgeon's experience and postoperative patient care must be considered as essential aspects of treatment.

Abstract:BACKGROUND: Reconstruction of Grade III microtia is a challenging entity in maxillofacial esthetic rehabilitation. Several advocacies and philosophies exist in this field. The aim of the manuscript is to present a single South Indian Experience with Ear reconstruction among South Indian Population.MATERIALS AND METHODS: Retrospective analysis of unilateral Grade III microtia reconstruction was performed. Using a set of predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, the population was selected. Outcome measures in terms of the ear size, auriculocephalic angle, and the conchal depth were measured in the reconstructed and normal side. Descriptive statistics is presented.RESULTS: Twenty-four patients formed the study group and had undergone the classical two-stage reconstruction in a similar fashion. The mean ear size in normal side was 65.8 ± 2.8 mm whereas on the reconstructed side, it was 61.3 ± 5.8 mm. The center's technique achieved above 75% similarity as that of the other normal ear. The mean auriculocephalic angle was 44.6 ± 5.2° whereas for the surgically reconstructed ear, it was 41.9 ± 2.6°. Overall, in these patients, we achieved a 79.94% similarity of auriculocephalic angle in the reconstructed ear as compared to the normal auricle. The conchal depth was 19.2 ± 2.1 mm and 16.6 ± 1.9 mm for normal and reconstructed ear, respectively. In terms of conchal depth, the present study group showed an achievement of 82.88% of accuracy even after a prolonged follow-up.DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: The center employs a classic two stage reconstruction with a customized prosthesis that helps to avoid the loss of projection geometry and minimizes adhesion, infection, and early loss of structural stability.

Abstract:BackgroundOrgan reconstruction is one of the most challenging tasks in plastic and reconstructive surgery. This is particularly true of ear reconstruction, which requires enormous attention to detail.MethodsIn the first of two articles, we set out details and precautions for each step of the preoperative and intraoperative stages of the ear reconstruction process for microtia patients. We cover preoperative screening and assessment of surgical conditions, the design of intraoperative incisions, flap separations, costal cartilage extraction, framework carving and cranial ear angle surgery.ResultsOver the period Jan 2015–July 2021, our surgical team carried out 1012 microtia ear reconstructions, at the rate of 3–4 per week. This article presents the key learnings from this high volume of operations. Two typical cases involving different types of microtia are presented in order to illustrate the process of total ear reconstruction.ConclusionsThis article describes in detail the preoperative and intraoperative stages of the ear reconstruction process. We share our cumulative surgical experience gained over 20 years, especially the latest practical lessons gleaned over the last six and a half years.Level of Evidence IVThis journal requires that authors assign a level of evidence to each article. Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical results of three-stage functional ear reconstruction for microtia with congenital aural stenosis (CAS).Methods From September 2007 to June 2017,53 cases of microtia with CAS underwent all three-stage functional ear reconstruction,and 445 cases of microtia underwent two stage ear reconstruction without meatoplasty at the same periods.First-stage of three-stage functional ear reconstruction:it was similar to Nagata technique.The crus of helix could not be too long,since we needed the space for the next meatoplasty.Second-stage:it was a modified meatoplasty with endoaural-conchal incision,in which two local rotation flaps and a transposition split-thickness scalp flap were used to widen the stenotic external auditory canal (EAC) and reconstructed the tympanic membrane.Third-stage:it was a modified technique for firm elevation of the reconstructed auricle by using the retro-auricular fascial flap wrapping a porous polyethylene (Medpor) wedge or stored cartilage as the strut.If the patient showed EAC cholesteatoma or infection,we could do the meatoplasty at the first stage.If the patient had completed ear reconstruction,meatoplasty could be done at the third stage.Results 53 cases underwent all three-stage functional ear reconstruction.There were 41 cases (77.4％) obtaining serviceable hearing.The complication rate of meatoplasty was 1.89％ and the complication rate of ear reconstruction was 5.66％.Among the 445 cases of microtia treated with two stage ear reconstruction without meatoplasty,the complication rate of ear reconstruction was 9.43％.There was no significant difference between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Our novel three-stage functional ear reconstruction is a feasible strategy for microtia with CAS.The patients can obtain satisfactory auricle and serviceable hearing.The results are stable and can improve the life quality in both aesthetics and hearing function.

Abstract:The rational treatment of severe microtia or anotia should be to restore not only the form but also the auditory function of the ear. To achieve this aim it is obvious that plastic surgeons must co-operate closely with an otologist: yet this degree of co-operation is seldom seen. This paper describes a two-stage procedure for total ear reconstruction with auditory function. In stage I, a tympanoplasty is performed before transplantation of the carved cartilage framework. Stage II consists of elevation of the reconstructed auricle and transplantation of a full-thickness skin graft to the post-auricular defect. Certain modifications of the operative techniques that we have found useful are discussed in detail.
Auricular reconstruction using Medpor combined with different hearing rehabilitation approaches for microtia

Abstract:<span>Congenital microtia-atresia affects patients in two specific ways: severe conductive hearing loss and difficulty in integrating into social environments due to auricle malformation.To investigate the safety and efficacy of single-stage auricular reconstruction and hearing rehabilitation in children with microtia and external auditory canal atresia.From January 2016 to December 2019, we included 32 patients with microtia and external canal atresia who received auricle reconstruction with high-density polyethylene (Medpor) framework and three different hearing rehabilitation approaches at the Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Twenty patients underwent the traditional external auditory canal and middle ear repair (EACR), eight patients were implanted with Bonebridge (BB) devices, and four patients were implanted with bone-anchored hearing aid (BAHA) in one stage. Postoperative changes in auricle morphology and hearing and speech recognition and occurrence of complications were evaluated.After 6–24 months of follow-up, the auricle shape recovered well in all three groups, and the average score of 14 fine structures in the auricle was 9.43 (EACR), 10.67 (BB), and 9.75 (BAHA) points. The average score of auricle symmetry was 6.83 (EACR), 6.00 (BB), and 6.44 (BAHA) points. No significant differences in auricle shape were observed among the three groups (<i>p</i> > .05). After surgery, the average hearing improvement in the BB group was 43.33 dB, and the average speech recognition threshold declined to 42.28 dB. In the BAHA group, the average hearing improvement was 35 dB, and the average speech recognition threshold declined to 33.5 dB, similar to that of the BB group. However, in the EACR group, the average hearing improvement was only 4.13 dB, and the average speech recognition threshold declined to 11.36 dB. No vertigo, tinnitus, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, facial nerve paralysis, osseointegration failure, and other complications occurred in all the patients. In the EACR group, auricle stent fracture, ear canal restenosis, and canal atresia occurred in one patient each. In the BAHA group, two patients developed local ear infections.The procedure of single-stage auricular reconstruction and hearing rehabilitation for microtia is feasible and effective. The appropriate method of hearing reconstruction should be determined by evaluating the development of the inner and middle ear of the patients. For those patients with poor development of the mastoid and ossicular chain, hearing aid devices are recommended to achieve a stable and significant hearing effect.</span>

Abstract:Objective To investigate the validity and feasibility of consecutive three-stage surgical technique of combining auricle reconstruction with external auditory canal atresia reconstruction in patients with congenital microtia-atresia,and to assess the post-surgery results by cosmetic and hearing aspects.Methods From Sep.2007 to Jun.2011,all 74 patients (79 ears) with congenital microtia-atresia treated in our department were enrolled in this study.They consecutively accepted the following three-stage surgical technique:The first stage was Brent's technique as follows,rib cartilage graft harvest,framework fabrication,and implantation.The second stage combined transfer of the lobule with meatoplasty and tympanoplasty.The third stage was the elevation of the reconstructed auricle.Both the cosmetic and functional hearing results were recorded at follow-ups.Results Among these patients,60 patients (78.5％),62 ears,acquired extremely satisfactory cosmetic results; 10 patients (16.5％),13 ears,acquired acceptable cosmetic results; while the remaining 4 patients (5.1％) acquired unsatisfactory cosmetic results.However,the height of elevation of the newly performed auricle framework was not enough due to the existence of newly formed external ear canal.Regarding the hearing results,there were 69 ears with followup audiograms.An air-bone gap (ABG) improvement of 12.5 dB was achieved.The airconduction hearing threshold improved (10.9 ± 8.2) dBHL,37 ears (53.6％) achieved serviceable hearing after surgery,with ABG less than 30 dB.There were multiple complications occurred after surgery with the incidence of 49.4％ (39/79).Conclusions The combined three-stage surgical microtia and canal atresia reconstruction technique is a viable choice for some suitable patients with microtia-atresia.However,the incidence of complication after meatoplasty is very high and the hearing restoration is not good enough,which need further investigation for the better results.
