Abstract:Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly aggressive type of breast cancer with poor prognosis, and neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) has emerged as an important component in managing advanced-stage patients by providing surgical opportunities and improving survival outcomes. A search of publications on NAT for TNBC from 2002 to 2023 was conducted through the Web of Science core collection. A comprehensive bibliometric analysis was conducted on the data using CiteSpace, VOSviewer, and Bibliometrix. The analysis revealed a continuous and steady growth in the number of articles published in this field over the past 20 years. The United States has made significant contributions to this field, with The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center publishing the most articles. Loibl, S. from Germany was found to be the most published author with 54 articles. Analysis of the journals showed that the Journal of Clinical Oncology is the most cited journal. Combined with the keyword co-occurrence analysis and clustering analysis, current research topic focuses on treatment regimens and disease prognosis. Dual-map overlay of the journals indicates that the research trend is gradually shifting from molecular biology and genetics to immunology and clinical research. Combination therapy, including immunotherapy, may be the future direction for NAT treatment of TNBC. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the current research status, latest advancements, and emerging development trend of NAT for TNBC.
Global biomarker trends in triple-negative breast cancer research: a bibliometric analysis

Abstract:Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is defined as breast cancer that is negative for estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) in cancer tissue. The lack of specific biomarkers makes the diagnosis and prognosis of TNBC challenging. Method: A comprehensive literature review and bibliometric analysis was performed using CiteSpace, VOSviewer and Scimago Graphica. Results: TNBC biomarker research has been growing rapidly in recent years, reflecting the enormous academic interest in TNBC biomarker research. A total of 127 journals published relevant studies and 1749 authors were involved in the field, with developed countries such as the United States, France, and the United Kingdom contributing greatly to the field. Collaborative network analysis found that the research in this field has not yet formed good communication and interaction, and the partnership should be strengthened in the future in order to promote the in-depth development of TNBC biomarker research. Comprehensive analysis of keywords and co-cited literature, etc. found that TNBC biomarker research mainly focuses on immune checkpoint markers, microenvironment-related markers, circulating tumour DNA, metabolic markers, genomics markers and so on. These research hotspots will help to better understand the molecular characteristics and biological processes of TNBC, and provide more accurate biomarkers for its diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Conclusions: The bibliometric analysis highlighted global trends and key directions in TNBC biomarker research. Future developments in TNBC biomarker research are likely to be in the direction of multi-omics integration, meticulous study of the microenvironment, targeted therapeutic biomarkers, application of liquid biopsy, application of machine learning and artificial intelligence, and individualised therapeutic strategies. Young scholars should learn and collaborate across disciplines, pay attention to new technologies and methods, improve their data analysis skills, and continue to follow up on the latest research trends in order to meet the challenges and opportunities in the field of TNBC biomarkers.

Abstract:Background and aims: The tumor microenvironment (TME) has pivotal parts within multiple tumor models of onset/progression, such as triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). This bibliometric analysis was developed to explore trends and research niches revolving around TME in TNBC. Methods: Web of Science Core Collection was queried for identifying studies linked with TME in TNBC, after which the VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and R software programs were used to conduct bibliometric analyses and to generate corresponding visualizations. Results: In total, this study included 1,604 studies published from 2005-2023. The USA and China exhibited the highest numbers of citations, and the research institutions with the greatest output in this field included Harvard University, the University of Texas System, and Fudan University. Ying Wang from Sun Yat-Sen University was the most published and most cited author in this space. The highest number of articles were published in Cancer , while the greatest co-citation number was evident in Breast Cancer Research . Important keywords related to this research topic included metastasis, tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and nanoparticles. In particular, pembrolizumab, immunotherapy, nanoparticles, combination treatment, and biomarkers were topics of marked interest in recent reports. Conclusion: The TME in TNBC is an area of rapidly growing and evolving research interest, with extensive global collaboration helping to drive this field forward. Antitumor therapies targeting the TME in TNBC patients represent an emerging topic of future research, providing opportunities for translational findings. The results of this analysis may provide additional guidance for work focused on the TME in TNBC.

Abstract:Introduction: Ovarian cancer remains to be a significant cause of global cancer-related mortality. In recent years, there has been a surge of studies in investigating the application of nanomaterials in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian cancer. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis regarding nanomaterial-based researches on ovarian cancer to evaluate the current state and emerging patterns in this field. Methods: A thorough literature search on the Web of Science Core Collection database was conducted to identify articles focused on nanomaterial-based ovarian cancer researches. The studies that met the inclusion criteria were selected for further analysis. VOSviewer and CiteSpace were applied for the bibliometric and visual analyses of the selected publications. Results: A total of 2,426 studies were included in this study. The number of annual publications showed a consistent upward trend from 2003 to 2023. Notably, China, the United States, and India have emerged as the leading contributors in this field, accounting for 37.39%, 34.04%, and 5.69% of the publications, respectively. The Chinese Academy of Sciences and Anil K. Sood were identified as the most influential institution and author, respectively. Furthermore, the International Journal of Nanomedicine was the most frequently cited journal. In terms of the research focus, significant attention has been directed towards nanomaterial-related drug delivery, while the exploration of immunogenic cell death and metal-organic frameworks represented recent areas of interest. Conclusion: Through comprehensive analyses, an overview of current research trends and emerging areas of interest regarding the application of nanomaterials in ovarian cancer was illustrated. These findings offered valuable insights into the status and future directions of this dynamic field.

Abstract:Background: Cervical cancer is currently the second leading cause of death among women. However, there is a lack of effective treatment methods, and the existing treatments often result in significant adverse reactions and high chances of recurrence, which ultimately impact the prognosis of patients. As a result, the application of nanotechnology, specifically nanoparticle-based approaches, in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer has gained significant attention. This study aims to examine the current research status and future development trends of nanotechnology in relation to cervical cancer using a bibliometric perspective. Methods: A bibliometric analysis was performed to gather relevant research papers from the Web of Science database. VOSviewer and CiteSpace were utilized to conduct quantitative analysis and identify hot topics in the field, focusing on countries, institutions, journals, authors, and keywords. Result: A total of 997 eligible literature were retrieved. From January 1, 2014 to September 20, 2023, the overall number of publications showed an upward trend. The paper mainly comes from China (n=414). The main institution is the Chinese Academy of Sciences (n=62), and 60% of the top 10 institutions in the number of documents issued are from China. First authors Ma, Rong (n=12) and Alifu, Nuernisha (n=12). The journal with the highest publication volume is ACS Applied Materials&INTERFACES (n=35), and the journal with the highest citation frequency is BIOMATERIALS (n=508). "Nanoparticles (n=295)", "cervical cancer (n=248)", and "drug delivery (n=218)" are the top three most frequently occurring keywords. In recent years, photothermal therapy and indocyanine green have become research hotspots. Conclusion: The application of nanotechnology in the field of cervical cancer has garnered considerable attention. Nanoparticles-based methods for diagnosis, administration, and treatment have proven to be instrumental in enhancing the sensitivity of cervical cancer detection, improving the accuracy and efficiency of administration, and reducing drug toxicity. Enhancing treatment efficacy and improving patient prognosis have emerged as current research priorities and future directions.

Abstract:The treatment of breast cancer (BC) is a serious challenge due to its heterogeneous nature, multidrug resistance (MDR), and limited therapeutic options. Nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems (NDDSs) represent a promising tool for overcoming toxicity and chemotherapy drug resistance in BC treatment. No bibliometric studies have yet been published on the research landscape of NDDS-based treatment of BC. In this review, we extracted data from 1,752 articles on NDDS-based treatment of BC published between 2012 and 2022 from the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) database. VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and some online platforms were used for bibliometric analysis and visualization. Publication trends were initially observed: in terms of geographical distribution, China and the United States had the most papers on this subject. The highest contributing institution was Sichuan University. In terms of authorship and co-cited authorship, the most prolific author was Yu Zhang. Furthermore, Qiang Zhang and co-workers have made tremendous achievements in the field of NDDS-based BC treatment. The article titled "Nanomedicine in cancer therapy: challenges, opportunities, and clinical applications" had the most citations. The Journal of Controlled Release was one of the most active publishers in the field. "Global cancer statistics 2018: GLOBOCAN estimates of incidence and mortality worldwide for 36 cancers in 185 countries" was the most cited reference. We also analysed "hot" and cutting-edge research for NDDSs in BC treatment. There were nine topic clusters: "tumour microenvironment," "nanoparticles (drug delivery)," "breast cancer/triple-negative breast cancer," "combination therapy," "drug release (pathway)," "multidrug resistance," "recent advance," "targeted drug delivery", and "cancer nanomedicine." We also reviewed the core themes of research. In summary, this article reviewed the application of NDDSs in the treatment of BC.

Abstract:Background Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is proposed at the beginning of this century, which is still the most challenging breast cancer subtype due to its aggressive behavior, including early relapse, metastatic spread, and poor survival. This study uses machine learning methods to explore the current research status and deficiencies from a macro perspective on TNBC publications. Methods PubMed publications under “triple-negative breast cancer” were searched and downloaded between January 2005 and 2022. R and Python extracted MeSH terms, geographic information, and other abstracts from metadata. The Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm was applied to identify specific research topics. The Louvain algorithm established a topic network, identifying the topic’s relationship. Results A total of 16,826 publications were identified, with an average annual growth rate of 74.7%. Ninety-eight countries and regions in the world participated in TNBC research. Molecular pathogenesis and medication are most studied in TNBC research. The publications mainly focused on three aspects: Therapeutic target research, Prognostic research, and Mechanism research. The algorithm and citation suggested that TNBC research is based on technology that advances TNBC subtyping, new drug development, and clinical trials. Conclusion This study quantitatively analyzes the current status of TNBC research from a macro perspective and will aid in redirecting basic and clinical research toward a better outcome for TNBC. Therapeutic target research and Nanoparticle research are the present research focus. There may be a lack of research on TNBC from a patient perspective, health economics, and end-of-life care perspectives. The research direction of TNBC may require the intervention of new technologies.

New advances in nanotechnology have led to the development of strategies intended to target breast cancer cells more precisely while causing the least amount of damage to healthy cells. We retrieved articles about nanomaterials for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database between 2008 and 2023. Our research aims to assess publications on the use of nanomaterials for breast cancer treatment and diagnosis to predict future research directions.

Abstract:Background: Gastric cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide. In recent years, an increasing number of studies aimed at designing and developing nanomaterials for use in diagnosing and treating gastric cancer have been conducted. In this study, we aimed to comprehensively assess the current status and trends of the research on the application of nanomaterials in gastric cancer through a bibliometric analysis. Methods: Studies focusing on nanomaterials and gastric cancer were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database and relevant articles were selected for inclusion in the study according to the inclusion criteria. Bibliometric and visual analysis of the included publications was performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace. Results: A total of 793 studies were included. An increase in annual publications was observed from 2004 to 2023. China, Iran and the USA were the dominant countries in this field, accounting for 66.1%, 11.5% and 7.2% of publications, respectively. Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Cui DX were the most influential institution and author, respectively. The International Journal of Nanomedicine was the most prolific journal; Biomaterials was the most cited and most cocited journal. Nanomaterial-related drug delivery and anticancer mechanisms were found to be the most widely researched aspects, and green synthesis and anticancer mechanisms are recent research hotspots. Conclusion: In this study, we summarized the characteristics of publications and identified the most influential countries, institutions, authors, journals, hot topics and trends regarding the application of nanomaterials in gastric cancer.

Abstract:Background: Breast cancer, particularly triple-negative (TNBC), is a leading malignancy with aggressive traits and high metastasis rates. Clinical trial is an important tool for optimizing therapeutic strategies in the evaluation of the safety and efficacy for TNBC. Our bibliometric study of TNBC clinical trials aims to assess therapeutic strategies, identify trends, and explore advancements in treatment. We focus on mapping knowledge development, including key research entities and topics, and analyzing research trends and emerging methods. This analysis intends to inform future research, especially in personalized and precision medicine for TNBC. Methods: We selected publications on clinical trials for the treatment of TNBC from 1997 to 2024 in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). After an initial screening, we downloaded key data including titles, publication years, authors, countries, institutional affiliations, journals, keywords, and abstracts, and saved them in BibTex format. We then conducted a bibliometric analysis using Bibliometrix in R and VOSviewer to illustrate the prospects, highlights, and trends of TNBC treatment options. Furthermore, to emphasize the hot topics in TNBC treatment strategies, we performed a bibliometric analysis of immunotherapy using the same approach. Results: 1907 publications were included, most of which were from China, Italy, and the United States. The number of annual publications has increased dramatically since 2010. The focus of TNBC clinical trial research has shifted from understanding the biology, such as breast cancer subtyping and genotyping, to novel therapeutic approaches. The major advancement in clinical trials is the switch from late-stage palliative treatment to early preoperative neoadjuvant therapy, as more TNBC cases are discovered at an early stage. Immunotherapy is also highlighted with additional alternatives for advanced or metastasized TNBC, such as targeted inhibitors with unusual mutation rates and antibody drug conjugates (ADC). Conclusions: This investigation made it apparent how immunotherapy has recently made major advancements in TNBC treatment plans and how ADCs, or targeted therapies, are currently popular for TNBC. By identifying significant papers, comprehending trending topics, and collaborating across multiple disciplines, this study may accelerate research on TNBC therapy options.

Abstract:Background Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a highly heterogeneous breast cancer subtype with a poor prognosis due to its extremely aggressive nature and lack of effective treatment options. This study aims to summarize the current hotspots of TNBC research and evaluate the TNBC research trends, both qualitatively and quantitatively. Methods Scientific publications of TNBC-related studies from January 1, 2010 to October 17, 2020 were obtained from the Web of Science database. The BICOMB software was used to obtain the high-frequency keywords layout. The gCLUTO was used to produce a biclustering analysis on the binary matrix of word-paper. The co-occurrence and collaboration analysis between authors, countries, institutions, and keywords were performed by VOSviewer software. Keyword burst detection was performed by CiteSpace. Results A total of 12,429 articles related to TNBC were identified. During 2010-2020, the most productive country/region and institution in TNBC field was the USA and The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, respectively. Cancer Research, Journal of Clinical Oncology, and Annals of Oncology were the first three periodicals with maximum publications in TNBC research. Eight research hotspots of TNBC were identified by co-word analysis. In the core hotspots, research on neoadjuvant chemotherapy, paclitaxel therapy, and molecular typing of TNBC is relatively mature. Research on immunotherapy and PARP inhibitor for TNBC is not yet mature but is the current focus of this field. Burst detection of keywords showed that studies on TNBC proteins and receptors, immunotherapy, target, and tumor cell migration showed bursts in recent three years. Conclusion The current study revealed that TNBC studies are growing. Attention should be paid to the latest hotspots, such as immunotherapy, PARP inhibitors, target, and TNBC proteins and receptors.

Abstract:Abstract: Approximately 1,70,000 of the 1 million cases of Breast Cancer (BC) identified every year globally are triple-negative. Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) has different clinical and pathologic features. Because of its aggressive attitude, typically poor prognosis, and non-existence of targeted medicines, chemotherapy is the only treatment available, making it a clinical problem. This subgroup is responsible for 15% of all types of BC cases and a larger proportion of BC cases in African- American females. It can be treated with conventional therapy because there are no special treatment recommendations for this subtype; nonetheless, this therapy leaves patients with a high incidence of local and systemic recurrence. Clinically, they manifest as interval cancer in younger women and have a higher chance of recurrence in the first three years. Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), VEGF, basal cytokeratins, poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1, p53, tyrosinase kinases, mTOR, heat and stress proteins, and TOP-2A are only a few of the biomarkers examined in research on TNBC. This study aims to concentrate on its characteristics, definition, and available treatments now and in the future. Additionally, we looked for angiogenesis, growth, and survival pathway blockade, as well as synthetic lethality. Moreover, nanomolecular therapeutic therapy options, the role of biomarkers, and various clinical trials are discussed briefly. The successful development of targeted therapy for TNBC is still limited because of its heterogeneity. In this article, we outline the present and potential treatment landscape for TNBC and discuss how a thorough knowledge of the ecosystem around TNBC could aid in categorizing risk levels and improving the likelihood of therapy personalization.

Abstract:Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is characterised by the lack or low expression of estrogen, progesterone, and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 receptors. TNBC has a high recurrence rate, swiftly metastasizes, and has a high mortality rate. Subsequently, the increase in cases of TNBC has signaled the need for treatment strategies with improved drug delivery systems. New diagnostic approaches, chemical entities, formulations particular those in the nanometric range have emerged after extensive scientific research as alternative strategies for TNBC treatment. As compared to contemporary cancer therapy, nanoparticles offer peculiar tunable features namely small size, shape, electrical charge, magnetic and fluorescent properties. Specifically in targeted drug delivery, nanoparticles have been demonstrated to be highly efficient in encapsulating, functionalization, and conjugation. Presently, nanoparticles have ignited and transformed the approach in photodynamic therapy, bioimaging, use of theranostics and precision medicine delivery in breast cancer. Correspondingly, recent years have witnessed a drastic rise in literature pertaining to treatment of TNBC using nanomaterials. Subsequently, this manuscript aims to present a state-of-the-art of nanomaterials advance on TNBC treatment; the ubiquitous utility use of nanomaterials such as liposomes, dendrimers, solid lipid nanomaterials, gold nanomaterials and quantum dots as anticancer agents and drug delivery systems in TNBC.
The top 100 most cited articles on triple-negative breast cancer: a bibliometric analysis

Abstract:Breast cancer is the most frequent cause of death from cancer in 12 regions of the world. Among the breast cancer subtypes, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most aggressive, leading to an adverse prognosis. Thus, we aimed to identify the top 100 most cited articles regarding TNBC through bibliometric analyses, to explore their current impact and publication status. We searched TNBC-related articles from the Web of Science core database on September 19, 2021, and ranked them by citation in descending order. Information extracted from the top 100 most cited articles, included title, author, institution, country, year, publication, Journal Cited Rank, citation, Web of Science category, were extracted by two researchers independently. VOSviewer was used to analyze data, such as co-authoring institutions, and author cooperation. Descriptive statistical analysis of data was performed using Excel. Citations from the top 100 most cited articles ranged from 225 to 2753, and all were published after 2007. The top 100 most cited articles were published in 38 journals, with the Journal of Clinical Oncology published the most (n = 15), followed by Clinical Cancer Research (n = 11), Lancet Oncology(n = 6). Eric P. Winer from USA, who participated 12 articles, was the most frequently published author. The USA (n = 71) was the country with the most contributions to TNBC. The most prevalent topics included: clinical features, molecular subtypes, relevant influencing factors, exploration of treatment options and prognosis of TNBC. The leading institution was the Dana Farber Cancer Institute (n = 20) from the USA. This is the first bibliometric analysis on the TNBC 100 most cited article. We provided insights into the most cited articles on TNBC and listed a detailed description of their characteristics and trend, which provides ideas for further study.

Abstract:Cancer is a major public health concern worldwide; it is the second-highest cause of death in the United States. According to projections of cancer incidence and mortality rates throughout the world for the year 2023, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is expected to be the leading cause of cancer related death among women worldwide. Traditional strategies for the treatment of TNBC have many drawbacks, such as drug resistance, toxicity etc. Discovering novel treatment delivery techniques and researching innovative, efficient drug delivery methods is important. This review discusses the types and subtypes of TNBC. The problems associated with standard therapies, mechanism of drug resistance for TNBC and highlights the need to develop novel therapeutic strategies. It provides information on the relative prevalence and severity of TNBC in the world of cancer. Several treatment approaches viz. targeted therapy, gene therapy, bacterial-mediated therapy, nanomedicine, immune checkpoint inhibitors, theranostic, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, herbal therapy, and AI-based treatment for TNBC, are discussed in detail. Additionally, diagnostic techniques, including imaging and biopsy, gene expression profiling, mammography, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, computed tomography scan, positron emission tomography scan, and immunohistochemistry, have been discussed in the review for effective cancer treatment. This in-depth analysis highlights the need for innovative and individualized TNBC care methods to serve patients better. Abstract:In cases of emergency surgery for geriatric patients, immediate anesthesia induction and careful intraoperative management is necessary without sufficient preoperative information. We report anesthesia management of a 96-year and a 90-year old patients with FloTrac sensor which is an arterial pressure-based cardiac output monitoring device and is able to manage critical patients effectively and safely during anesthesia.

Abstract:The therapeutic effect of highly malignant triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is negatively affected by the formation of tumor cell resistant clone and the severe toxicity of chemotherapy drugs to normal tissues. In accordance with research findings, in the comprehensive targeted therapy of TNBC, the nano delivery system effectively suppresses and kills tumor cells on the basis of its unique targeting properties as well as the ability to co-load, deliver, and release chemotherapeutic drugs, active gene fragments and immune enhancing factors, etc. When combined with photothermal ablation therapy, the synergism and toxicity reduction effect of chemotherapy drugs, the inhibition of tumor proliferation related genes as well as activation of immune system can be achieved. Nanoparticle delivery systems present a totally new way of drug design and usage, and change the pharmacokinetic characteristics of conventional chemotherapeutic drugs with significantly reduced adverse effects of some otherwise very toxic chemodrugs via targeted delivery. In this paper, a detailed review was carried out focusing on the research progress of nanoparticle delivery system in the comprehensive targeted therapy of TNBC. We also summarize the merits, shortcomings, perspectives and future developments of nanoparticle-drug delivery systems.

Abstract:Background: Nanovaccine treatment is an exciting area of research in immunology and personalized medicine, holding great promise for enhancing immune responses and targeting specific diseases. Their small size allows efficient uptake by immune cells, leading to robust immune activation. They can incorporate immune-stimulating molecules to boost vaccine efficacy. Therefore, nanovaccine can be personalized to target tumor-specific antigens, activating the immune system against cancer cells. Currently, there have been ample evidence showing the effectiveness and potential of nanovaccine as a treatment for cancer. However, there was rare bibliometric analysis of nanovaccine for cancer. Here we performed a bibliometric and visual analysis of published studies related to nanovaccine treatment for cancer, providing the trend of future development of nanovaccine. Methods: We collected the literatures based on the Web of Science Core Collection SCI-Expanded database. The bibliometric analysis was performed via utilizing visualization analysis tools VOSviewer, Co-Occurrence (COOC), Citespace, Bibliometrix (R-Tool of R-Studio), and HitCite. Results: A total of 517 literatures were included in this study. China is the country with the most publications and the highest total local citation score (TLCS). The Chinese Academy of Sciences holds the largest research count in this field and the most prolific author is Deling Kong from Nankai University. The most prominent journal for publishing in this area is Biomaterials. The researches mainly focus on the therapeutic process of tumor nanovaccines, the particle composition and the application of nanovaccines, suggesting the potential hotspots and trends of nanovaccine. Conclusion: In this study, we summarized the characteristics and variation trends of publications involved in nanovaccine, and categorized the most influential countries, institutions, authors, journals, hotspots and trends regarding the nanovaccine for cancer. With the continuous development of nanomaterials and tumor immunotherapy, nanovaccine for cancer provides a research field of significant clinical value and potential application.

Abstract:Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the subtype with the least favourable outcomes in breast cancer. Besides chemotherapy, there is a chronic lack of other effective treatments. Advances in omic technologies have liberated us from the ambiguity of TNBC heterogeneity in terms of cancer cell and immune microenvironment in recent years. This new understanding of TNBC pathology has already led to the exploitation of novel nanoparticulate systems, including tumor vaccines, oncolytic viruses, and antibody derivatives. The revolutionary ideas in the therapeutic landscape provide new opportunities for TNBC patients. Translating these experimental medicines into clinical benefit is both appreciated and challenging. In this review, we describe the prospective nanobiotherapy of TNBC that has been developed to overcome clinical obstacles, and provide our vision for this booming field at the overlap of cancer biotherapy and nanomaterial design.
