Abstract:The effect of raw materials on the compressive strength of concrete is a complex process, especially in the case of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC), where a higher number of inter-dependent parameters are involved in the strength development. In this era of digitalization, advanced machine learning methods are used to predict the material's mechanical characteristics because of their superior performance compared to conventional and nonlinear statistical regression models. Thus, the goal of the current study is to estimate the compressive strength of UHPC from the designed raw materials using advanced machine learning techniques. The compressive strength of UHPC is predicted from the 14 input parameters, i.e., cement, fly ash, slag, silica fume, nano-silica, limestone powder, sand, coarse aggregate, quartz powder, water, superplasticizer, PE fiber, steel fiber, and curing time. A total of eight machine learning models were compared that include multi-layer perceptron neural network (MLPNN), MLPNN Bootstrap aggregating (MLPNN-BA), MLPNN adaptive boosting (MLPNN-AB), Gradient boosting (GB), Decision tree (DT), DT Bootstrap aggregating (DT-BA), DT adaptive boosting (DT-AB) and Random Forest (RNF). The validation and performance evaluation of the above models were checked by using K-fold cross-validation, mean absolute error (MAE), root mean square error (RSME), coefficient of determination (R2), relative root mean square error (RRMSE), performance index (PI), and Nash Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE). The optimal model was selected based on the results of all statistical checks. It was found the ensembled machine learning models especially decision tree-based models outperform the neural network-based models with higher accuracy and low error. Thus, the recommended machine learning model is random forest having superior prediction capacity followed by DT Bootstrap aggregating and DT adaptive boosting.

Abstract:Green concrete has been widely used in recent years because its production compliments environmental conservation. The prediction of the compressive strength of concrete using non-destructive techniques is of interest to engineers worldwide. Such methods are easy to carry out because they require little or no sample preparation. Conventional models and artificial intelligence models are two main types of models to predict the compressive strength of concrete. Artificial intelligence models main include the artificial neural network (ANN) model, back propagation (BP) neural network model, fuzzy model etc. Since both conventional models and artificial intelligence models are flawed. This study proposes to build a concrete compressive strength development over time (CCSDOT) model by using conventional method combined with the artificial intelligence method. The CCSDOT model performed well in predicting and fitting the compressive strength development in green concrete containing cement, slag, fly ash, and limestone flour. It is concluded that the CCSDOT model is stable through the use of sensitivity analysis. To evaluate the precision of this model, the prediction results of the proposed model were compared to that of the model based on the BP neural network. The results verify that the recommended model enjoys better flexibility, capability, and accuracy in predicting the compressive strength development in concrete than the other models.

Abstract:High-strength concrete (HSC) is a functional material possessing superior mechanical performance and considerable durability, which has been widely used in long-span bridges and high-rise buildings. Unconfined compressive strength (UCS) is one of the most crucial parameters for evaluating HSC performance. Previously, the mix design of HSC is based on the laboratory test results which is time and money consuming. Nowadays, the UCS can be predicted based on the existing database to guide the mix design with the development of machine learning (ML) such as back-propagation neural network (BPNN). However, the BPNN’s hyperparameters (the number of hidden layers, the number of neurons in each layer), which is commonly adjusted by the traditional trial and error method, usually influence the prediction accuracy. Therefore, in this study, BPNN is utilised to predict the UCS of HSC with the hyperparameters tuned by a bio-inspired beetle antennae search (BAS) algorithm. The database is established based on the results of 324 HSC samples from previous literature. The established BAS-BPNN model possesses excellent prediction reliability and accuracy as shown in the high correlation coefficient (R = 0.9893) and low Root-mean-square error (RMSE = 1.5158 MPa). By introducing the BAS algorithm, the prediction process can be totally automatical since the optimal hyperparameters of BPNN are obtained automatically. The established BPNN model has the benefit of being applied in practice to support the HSC mix design. In addition, sensitivity analysis is conducted to investigate the significance of input variables. Cement content is proved to influence the UCS most significantly while superplasticizer content has the least significance. However, owing to the dataset limitation and limited performance of ML models which affect the UCS prediction accuracy, further data collection and model update must be implemented.

Abstract:This study develops and presents an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model employing the Levenberg-Marquardt Backpropagation (LMBP) training algorithm to predict the compressive strength of both normal and high strength concrete. The model's robustness was evaluated using an extensive dataset comprising 1637 samples. Eight input variables, including the cement content, blast furnace slag, fly ash, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water content, superplasticizer, and testing age, were considered. The optimal number of hidden layers and neurons in the layer were identified through analysis, and the effectiveness of the model was assessed through k-fold cross-validation and statistical measures, including correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R2 ), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Error (MEA). Comparison with other models was carried out, and the perturbation/super-position method was employed for parametric studies to investigate the effect of each input variable on the output variable. The k-fold cross-validation confirmed the generalizability of the model, and statistical measures showed good results, with unit cement content and superplasticizers having the highest impact on compressive strength. The findings demonstrate that the suggested ANN model is an extremely precise, economical, and practical predictive tool for concrete compressive strength.

Abstract:This work can be utilized to predict the flexural strength and the compressive strength of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC), determine the volume fraction of steel fibers in ultra-high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC), and optimize the UHPFRC mixtures. Steel fibers enhance the flexural strength, the compressive strength and the ductility of untra-high performance concrete, predicting the flexural strength and the compressive strength of ultra-high performance steel fiber reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) accurately has significant influence on controlling steel fiber volume fraction and optimizing UHPFRC mix proportion. In this study, to evaluate the effects of steel fibers on the mechanical properties of UHPFRC, two artificial neural networks were developed in order to predict the flexural strength and the compressive strength of UHPFRC, respectively. 102 test data sets and 162 test data sets from literature were trained and tested to establish the flexural strength model and the compressive strength model, respectively. In these two models, the influential parameters, including the water to binder ratio, the diameter, the length, the aspect ratio, and the volume fraction of steel fibers, as well as the compressive strength and the flexural strength of concrete without fibers were investigated as the inputs, while the compressive strength and the flexural strength of UHPFRC were the outputs. The results show that the artificial neural network models predicted the compressive strength and flexural strength of UHPFRC accurately. Then, by comparing with existing analytical models, it was determined that the proposed models had high applicability and reliability with respect to predicting the compressive strength and the flexural strength of UHPFRC.

Abstract:Compressive strength is the most essential mechanical characterization for concrete due to its crucial role in stating the design standards. Therefore, early, and accurate evaluation of concrete compressive strength minimizes efforts, costs, and time. In this study, we investigate the ability of artificial neural network (ANN) incorporated with principal component analyses (PCA) and cross-validation (CV) techniques to forecast the high-performance concrete (HPC) compression strength. The obtained results from the ANN-CVPCA model showed a good agreement between predicted and actual values. The proposed model provides high accuracy prediction of HPC compressive strength. It also provided a higher correlation coefficient (0.96) and a lower value of mean absolute error (3.43mpa), root mean square error (4.64mpa) and normalized root mean square error (0.13). Moreover, a sensitivity analysis was carried out to identify the most influential parameters and the simulated results showed that the superplasticizer, blast furnace slag, and cement parameters respectively have great effects on the compressive strength of HPC. The performance of the ANN-CVPCA model compared with other models published in previous studies and achieved the desired superiority and more stable predictions due to the existence of PCA and CV which play a significant role in increasing the generalization ability as well as avoiding redundant data and reducing the uncertainty in modeling outcomes.
Prediction of the Interface Shear Strength between Ultra-High-Performance Concrete and Normal Concrete Using Artificial Neural Networks

Abstract:The bond strength between ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) and normal-strength concrete (NC) plays an important role in governing the composite specimens' overall behaviors. Unfortunately, there are still no widely accepted formulas targeting UHPC-NC interfacial strength, either in their specifications or in research papers. To this end, this study constructs an experimental database, consisting of 563 and 338 specimens for splitting and slant shear tests, respectively. Moreover, an additional 35 specimens for "improved" slant shear tests were performed, which could circumvent concrete crushing and trigger interfacial debonding. Additionally, for the first time in our tests, the effect of casting sequence on UHPC-NC bond strength was identified. Based on the database, an artificial neural network (ANN) model is proposed with the following inputs: namely, the normal stress perpendicular to the interface, the interface roughness, and the compressive strengths of the UHPC and NC materials. Based on the ANN analyses, the explicit expression of UHPC-NC bond strength is proposed, which significantly lowers the prediction error. To be fully compatible with the specifications, the conventional shear-friction formula is modified. By splitting the total force into adhesion and friction forces, the modified formula additionally takes the casting sequence into account. Although sacrificing accuracy to some extent compared to the ANN model, the modified formula relies on a solid physical basis and its accuracy is enhanced significantly compared to the existing formulas in specifications or research papers.

Abstract:The main objective of the research study described herein is to build two analytical models based on artificial neural networks (ANNs) and the statistical mixture design (SMD) method to predict the required performance of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC). Two different curing conditions—heat treatment and water storage—were applied to the specimens. To train the neural network, a total set of 53 different mixtures was designed based on the design matrix of SMD. The statistical analysis results showed the adequacy of both models to predict the required performance of UHPC; however, the ANN model could predict the compressive strength (water storage) and slump flow with higher accuracy than the SMD. The optimum combination of the cement, silica fume, and quartz flour was determined to be 24, 9, and 5% by total volume to achieve a flowable mixture with the highest compressive strength. The accuracy of the model was verified with additional experimental tests.

Abstract:Machine learning and response surface methods for predicting the compressive strength of high-strength concrete have not been adequately compared. Therefore, this research aimed to predict the compressive strength of high-strength concrete (HSC) using different methods. To achieve this purpose, neuro-fuzzy inference systems (ANFISs), artificial neural networks (ANNs), and response surface methodology (RSM) were used as ensemble methods. Using an ANN and ANFIS, high-strength concrete (HSC) output was modeled and optimized as a function of five independent variables. The RSM was designed with three input variables: cement, and fine and coarse aggregate. To facilitate data entry into Design Expert, the RSM model was divided into six groups, with p-values of responses 1 to 6 of 0.027, 0.010, 0.003, 0.023, 0.002, and 0.026. The following metrics were used to evaluate model compressive strength projection: R, R2, and MSE for ANN and ANFIS modeling; R2, Adj. R2, and Pred. R2 for RSM modeling. Based on the data, it can be concluded that the ANN model (R = 0.999, R2 = 0.998, and MSE = 0.417), RSM model (R = 0.981 and R2 = 0.963), and ANFIS model (R = 0.962, R2 = 0.926, and MSE = 0.655) have a good chance of accurately predicting the compressive strength of high-strength concrete (HSC). Furthermore, there is a strong correlation between the ANN, RSM, and ANFIS models and the experimental data. Nevertheless, the artificial neural network model demonstrates exceptional accuracy. The sensitivity analysis of the ANN model shows that cement and fine aggregate have the most significant effect on predicting compressive strength (45.29% and 35.87%, respectively), while superplasticizer has the least effect (0.227%). RSME values for cement and fine aggregate in the ANFIS model were 0.313 and 0.453 during the test process and 0.733 and 0.563 during the training process. Thus, it was found that both ANN and RSM models presented better results with higher accuracy and can be used for predicting the compressive strength of construction materials.

Abstract:Civil engineering has a specific position for different forms of concrete as a century-old material. One of the most popular materials for human consumption is made from this substance. In recent years, solutions have been presented for the manufacturing of concrete, making concrete environmentally friendly and also making current waste useable as additives for concrete. In this research, the mechanical features of self-compacting green concrete (SCGC) comprising of compressive, tensile and flexural strength have been studied while diverse amounts of calcium carbide waste (CCW) and rice husk ash (RHA) were tested as partial cement replacements at 3, 7 and 28 days of the curing age. Then, according to available experimental results, artificial intelligence algorithms including Emotional Neural Network-chaotic particle swarm optimization (EANN-CPSO), First-principles molecular-dynamics (FPMD), and conventional Linear Regression (LR) model were applied for predicting the mechanical features of self-compacting concrete (SCC) while adding up to 10% RHA and up to 20% CCW in the SCGC blends. It was reported that the addition of CCW decreases the workability of SCGC mixes and raises the compressive strength (CS) at 28 days for SCGC mixes including 10% of RHA and without CCW compared to control mixes. Also, in both the testing and training phases, the minimum R2 value FPMD, EANN-CPSO and LR models is about 0.904. It was found that the hybrid models of EANN-CPSO-S3, FPMD -S3 and LR-S3 show the most accurate performance with R2 = 0.997 and 0.970 for EANN-CPSO-S3, R2 = 0.967 and 0.954 for FPMD -S3 and R2 = 0.934 and 0.929 for LR-S3 in both phases. The result shows that additional models might increase the performance of the model, such as new algorithms, hybrid models and optimization approaches.

Prediction of the Compressive Strength of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Based on Artificial Neural Network

Abstract:Recycled aggregate concrete (RAC), due to its high porosity and the residual cement and mortar on its surface, exhibits weaker strength than common concrete. To guarantee the safe use of RAC, a compressive strength prediction model based on artificial neural network (ANN) was built in this paper, which can be applied to predict the RAC compressive strength for 28 days. A data set containing 88 data points was obtained by relative tests with different mix proportion designs. The data set was used to develop an ANN, whose optimal structure was determined using the trial-and-error method by taking cement content (C), sand content (S), natural coarse aggregate content (NCA), recycled coarse aggregate content (RCA), water content (W), water–colloid ratio (WCR), sand content rate (SR), and replacement rate of recycled aggregate (RRCA) as input parameters. On the basis of different numbers of hidden layers, numbers of hidden layer neurons, and transfer functions, a total of 840 different back propagation neural network (BPNN) models were developed using MATLAB software, which were then sorted according to the correlation coefficient R2. In addition, the optimal BPNN structure was finally determined to be 8–12–8–1. For the training set, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.97233 and RMSE = 2.01, and for the testing set, the correlation coefficient R2 = 0.96650 and RMSE = 2.42. The model prediction deviations of the two were both less than 15%, and the results show that the ANN achieved pretty accurate prediction on the compressive strength of RAC. Finally, a sensitivity analysis was carried out, through which the impact of the input parameters on the predicted compressive strength of the RAC was obtained.

Abstract:Ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) is a recently developed material which has attracted considerable attention in the field of civil engineering because of its outstanding characteristics. One of the key factors in concrete design is the compressive strength (CS) of UHPC. As one of the most potent tools in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) can accurately predict concrete's mechanical properties. Hyperparameter tuning is crucial in ensuring the prediction model's reliability. However, it is a complex work. The purpose of this study is to optimize the CS prediction method for UHPC. Three ML methods, random forest (RF), support vector machine (SVM), and k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are selected to predict the CS of UHPC. Among them, the RF model demonstrates superior predictive accuracy, with the testing dataset R2 of 0.8506. In addition, three meta-heuristic optimization algorithms, particle swarm optimization (PSO), beetle antenna search (BAS), and snake optimization (SO), are utilized to optimize the prediction model hyperparameters. The R2 values for the testing dataset of SO-RF, PSO-RF, and BAS-RF are 0.9147, 0.8529, and 0.8607, respectively. The results indicate that SO-RF exhibits the highest predictive performance. Furthermore, the importance of input parameters is evaluated, and the findings prove the feasibility of the SO-RF model. This research enriches the prediction method of the CS of UHPC.

Abstract:In the 21st century, numerous numerical calculation techniques have been discovered and used in several fields of science and technology. The purpose of this study was to use an artificial neural network (ANN) to forecast the compressive strength of waste-based concretes. The specimens studied include different kinds of mineral additions: metakaolin, silica fume, fly ash, limestone filler, marble waste, recycled aggregates, and ground granulated blast furnace slag. This method is based on the experimental results available for 1303 different mixtures gathered from 22 bibliographic sources for the ANN learning process. Based on a multilayer feedforward neural network model, the data were arranged and prepared to train and test the model. The model consists of 18 inputs following the type of cement, water content, water to binder ratio, replacement ratio, the quantity of superplasticizer, etc. The ANN model was built and applied with MATLAB software using the neural network module. According to the results forecast by the proposed neural network model, the ANN shows a strong capacity for predicting the compressive strength of concrete and is particularly precise with satisfactory accuracy (R2 = 0.9888, MAPE = 2.87%).

[Representations of clinical practice guidelines by general practitioners].

Abstract:The objective of this study is to understand the representations of general practitioners in regards to clinical practice guidelines. Two general practitioners samples have been studied according to two analytical methods: the method of scenarios, sent by e-mail to doctors belonging to a network, and a round table gathering volunteers having answered the scenario and drawn lots. 279 answers were received from 252 men and 27 women (response rate of 80%); eleven doctors (4 women) participated in the round table. Results analysis shows that the credibility of the scenario is judged as very good. Only 39% of the referees estimated that practice guidelines are little useful. The ideal type of answers was established. Five themes appeared from the debate, the main two being the elaboration of the guidelines and the measured opposition between medicine applied to individuals and epidemiology. The majority of the physicians considered clinical guidelines as a trump card, at the same moment as a tool and as an instigation, but found them difficult to hold and asked for their improvement.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the sensitivity and robustness of two Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques, namely Gaussian Process Regression (GPR) with five different kernels (Matern32, Matern52, Exponential, Squared Exponential, and Rational Quadratic) and an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) using a Monte Carlo simulation for prediction of High-Performance Concrete (HPC) compressive strength. To this purpose, 1030 samples were collected, including eight input parameters (contents of cement, blast furnace slag, fly ash, water, superplasticizer, coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, and concrete age) and an output parameter (the compressive strength) to generate the training and testing datasets. The proposed AI models were validated using several standard criteria, namely coefficient of determination (R2), Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE), and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). To analyze the sensitivity and robustness of the models, Monte Carlo simulations were performed with 500 runs. The results showed that the GPR using the Matern32 kernel function outperforms others. In addition, the sensitivity analysis showed that the content of cement and the testing age of the HPC were the most sensitive and important factors for the prediction of HPC compressive strength. In short, this study might help in selecting suitable AI models and appropriate input parameters for accurate and quick estimation of the HPC compressive strength.

Abstract:Based on the heterogeneity of concrete constituents as well as variability in compressive strength over many magnitudes for various types of concrete, predictive methods for evaluating the compressive strength have now been given considerable attention. As a result, this research compares the performance of the Artificial Neural Network, ANN, in forecasting the compressive strength of geopolymer recycledconcrete (GPRC)based on selected pozzolans (Coal Fly Ash (CFA) and Rice Husk Ash (RHA)) at ages 7, 28, and 56 daysto the traditional Multiple Linear Regression, MLR. The compressive strength of GPRC-based CFAand RHA was determined using 65 concrete samples from eight different mixtures.The developed models were based on the experimental results, which used varying material quantities. The ANN and MLR models were built with eightinput variables: Ordinary Portland cement (OPC), RHA, CFA, Crushed granite (CG), Cupola Furnace Slag (CFS), Alkaline Solution (AS), Water-Binder Ratio (WB), and Concrete Age (CA), with compressive strength being the only predicted variable. Using MATLAB® code, approximately 75% and 25% of the input data were used for training and testing to develop an ANN model for predicting compressive strength, fcu.For ANN and MLR, the input data were trained and tested using the feedforward back-proportion and backward eliminationapproaches, respectively. Based on satisfactory performance in terms of means square error MSE, the most likely model architecture containing eight input layers, thirteen hidden layers, and one output layer neurons was chosen after several trials. According to the MLR results, only three input variables, CFA, CG, and CA, are statistically significant with p-values less than 0.05. R2= 0.9972, MSE = 0.4177, RMSE = 1.8201,for ANN and R2= 0.7410, MSE = 66.6308, RMSE = 290.4370, for MLR. The predicted results demonstrate the proposed model's dependability and computational forecasting capability. The findings of the study have the potential to help a wide range of construction industry in predicting the concrete properties and managing scarce resources.

Abstract:Achieving a reliable model for predicting the compressive strength (CS) of concrete can save in time, energy, and cost and also provide information about scheduling for construction and framework removal. In this study, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) techniques were hybridized by Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) to develop the predictive models for predicting the CS of Normal Concrete (NC) and High-Performance Concrete (HPC). The classical optimization algorithms (COAs) served in training of ANN and ANFIS have a high capability in the exploitation phase. In this study, GWO was used in the training phase of ANN and ANFIS to eliminate this weakness. In this regard, a comprehensive dataset containing 2817 distinctive data records was collected to develop six ANN and three ANFIS models. In case of ANN models, three models were developed using three different COAs and the others were constructed using hybridization of these COAs and GWO. With regard to ANFIS models, one model was developed using the original version of ANFIS and two models were hybridized with GWO. The results indicate that the hybridization of the models with GWO improves the training and generalization capability of both ANN and ANFIS models. It is also deduced that ANN models trained with Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm outperformed other ANN-based models as well as all ANFIS-based models.

Abstract:The effect of various parameters on the flexural strength (FS) of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) is an intricate mechanism due to the involvement of several inter-dependent raw ingredients. In this digital era, novel artificial intelligence (AI) approaches, especially machine learning (ML) techniques, are gaining popularity for predicting the properties of concrete composites due to their better precision than typical regression models. In addition, the developed ML models in the literature for FS of UHPC are minimal, with limited input parameters. Hence, this research aims to predict the FS of UHPC considering extensive input parameters (21) and evaluate each their effect on its strength by applying advanced ML approaches. Consequently, this paper involves the application of ML approaches, i.e., Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), and Gradient Boosting (GB), to predict the FS of UHPC. The GB approach is more effective in predicting the FS of UHPC precisely than the SVM and MLP algorithms, as evident from the outcomes of the current study. The ensembled GB model determination coefficient (R 2 ) is 0.91, higher than individual SVM with 0.75 and individual MLP with 0.71. Moreover, the precision of applied models is validated by employing the k-fold cross-validation technique. The validity of algorithms is ensured by statistical means, i.e., mean absolute error and root mean square errors. The exploration of input parameters (raw materials) impact on FS of UHPC is also made with the help of SHAP analysis. It is revealed from the SHAP analysis that the steel fiber content feature has the highest influence on the FS of UHPC.

Abstract:Conventional neural networks tend to fall into local extremum on large datasets, while the research on the strength of rubber concrete using intelligent algorithms to optimize artificial neural networks is limited. Therefore, to improve the prediction accuracy of rubber concrete strength, an artificial neural network model with hybrid algorithm optimization was developed in this study. The main strategy is to mix the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm with the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, using the SA algorithm to compensate for the weak global search capability of the PSO algorithm at a later stage while changing the inertia factor of the PSO algorithm to an adaptive state. For this purpose, data were first collected from the published literature to create a database. Next, ANN and PSO-ANN models are also built for comparison while four evaluation metrics, MSE, RMSE, MAE, and , were used to assess the model performance. Finally, compared with empirical formulations and other neural network models, the result shows that the proposed optimized artificial neural network model successfully improves the accuracy of predicting the strength of rubber concrete. This provides a new option for predicting the strength of rubber concrete.

Prediction of HPC compressive strength based on machine learning

Abstract:There is a complex high-dimensional nonlinear mapping relationship between the compressive strength of High-Performance Concrete (HPC) and its components, which has great influence on the accurate prediction of compressive strength. In this paper, an efficient robust software calculation strategy combining BP Neural Network (BPNN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) is proposed for the prediction of compressive strength of HPC. 8 features were extracted from the previous literature, and a compressive strength database containing 454 sets of data was constructed. The model was trained and tested, and the performance of 4 Machine Learning (ML) models, namely BPNN, SVM, GA-BPNN and GA-SVM, was compared. The results show that the coupled model is superior to the single model. Moreover, because GA-SVM has better generalization ability and theoretical basis, its convergence speed and prediction accuracy are better than GA-BPNN. Then Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and Shapley analysis were used to verify the interpretability of the GA-SVM model, which showed that the water-binder ratio had the most significant influence on the compressive strength. Finally, the combination of multiple input variables to evaluate the compressive strength supplemented this research, and again verified the significant influence of water-binder ratio, providing reference value for subsequent research.
