Abstract:Cytotoxic T cells are able to recognise whether a cell of our body is infected by a virus or whether it has acquired mutations leading to tumour formation. The cells show on their surface what kind of proteins are synthesised intracellularly and whether non-self proteins encoded by a virus or tumour antigens are among them. The proteins are presented not as functionally intact proteins but as peptide fragments which originate from their regular intracellular degradation. This fragmentation is accomplished by the proteasome, a large proteinase complex in the cytoplasm and nucleus of all cells. Upon stimulation with the antiviral cytokine interferon-gamma, subunits of the proteasome are exchanged, thus leading to optimised production of peptide antigens. In this review we introduce the system of antigen processing by the proteasome and sum up our latest results on the question how the interferon-gamma-mediated reorganisation of the proteasome occurs and what consequences and benefits this has for the cytotoxic immune response against viruses and tumours.
The Importance of Interprofessional Education in Developing Collaboration-Ready Biomedical Scientists For Translational Research

Abstract:The biomedical sciences have advocated for interdisciplinary training to bridge the bench-to-bedside gap and strengthen translational research outcomes. As a functional extension of interdisciplinary collaboration, interprofessional education (IPE) represents a viable solution to strengthen collaborative relationships among basic science researchers and other health professional students at a very early stage in their academic journey in order to benefit patient-centered care. To support this direction, we developed a two-year longitudinal IPE curriculum at our institution (6 schools and 19 programs) termed TEAM UP TM . The focus of TEAM UP TM Year 1 includes building an interprofessional team while developing effective communication and collaboration skills. Case-based activities and a Health Partner Project are the main learning activities during the year. The Health Partner Project connects each diverse student team with an individual in the community to learn about the Health Partner's lived experiences and health-related goals. For the purposes of this report, we evaluated post-Year 1 individual perceptions and reflection assignments. The past 5 cohorts (2018-2022) have included a total of 42 biomedical sciences students (2018=10; 2019=11; 2020=10; 2021=8; 2022=3). After the final Year 1 session, students were asked to complete two assignments: a quantitative IPE perceptions survey and a written reflection focused on their interprofessional growth over the past academic year. IPE perceptions were measured using the Student Perceptions of Interprofessional Clinical Education-Revised Instrument, Version 2 (SPICE-R2) and examined retrospectively. We hypothesized that student SPICE-R2 scores would increase following participation in the TEAM UP TM curriculum. Indeed, when data are pooled across all five years, students exhibited a significant increase in total SPICE-R2 scores (p<0.001 by paired Student’s t-test). SPICE-R2 subscores were also analyzed separately, representing IPE attitudes related to (A) Teamwork, (B) Roles & Responsibilities, and (C) Patient Outcomes. One-way repeated-measures ANOVA analysis of score changes discovered a significant main effect of subscore category (p<0.001), with subsequent Bonferroni post hoc analyses revealing greater changes in the Roles & Responsibilities subscore (p<0.001) relative to the Teamwork and Patient Outcomes subscores. Student reflections were also analyzed using a qualitative approach, indicating a greater appreciation of communication skills as applied to decision-making and belief that building relationships with health providers would allow for better translational research. These findings highlight IPE as an innovative strategy to support collaborative mindsets and bidirectional relationships between biomedical science researchers and health providers at an early educational stage. One Health in Medical Education: A Proposed Framework

Abstract:The One Health concept focuses on the interconnections between human health, animal health, and the environment, stressing the need for interdisciplinary collaborations to address complex issues such as the health challenges posed by climate change and global pandemics. One Health is a central part of the curriculum of veterinary schools, however, it is rarely incorporated into medical school education. Nationally, there are limited examples of formal One Health education and training for medical students. To incorporate One Health into its curriculum, John A. Burns School of Medicine developed a Dean's Certificate of Distinction in One Health that consists of a One Health foundational course, a clinical One Health elective course, participation in the One Health Interest Group, engagement in One Health educational and outreach activities, and a One Health research or curriculum development project. To the authors' knowledge, this is the first One Health certificate program developed and implemented in any Association of American Medical Colleges accredited medical school. Although introducing similar programs into medical curricula will continue to be challenging, we hope it will serve as a framework for other academic institutions.

Abstract:Purpose: With the emergence of zoonoses such as Ebola, many medical educators, have recommended the need for providing Interprofessional Education (IPE) as a pedagogical tool for familiarizing medical (MD) students with the framework of One Health (OH). This is important as students need to understand, the wider impacts of animal and environmental health factors on human health. IPE initiatives which typically incorporate the principles of OH, can provide MD and veterinary (DVM) students with a greater awareness of the role that animal diseases and climate change have on global health. However, negative attitudes to IPE have been reported as a key limitation to IPE implementation. The purpose of this paper is to examine the differences in readiness for interprofessional learning of medical and other allied human health professional students, including veterinarians and students undertaking dual degrees in combination with a Master of Public Health (MPH). Reflecting on Role Theory (RT) and Social Identity Theory (SIT), the paper aims to contribute to the understanding of differences in perceptions that exist between different types of health professionals. Methods: Students at a medical University enrolled in MD, DVM, DVM MPH and MD MPH programs, were invited to complete the standardized Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS), which consists of 19 Likert scale items measuring concepts relating to teamwork, professional identity and roles and responsibilities. A total of 364 students across the four programs took part. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses were performed to assess differences between the programmes. Results: Results indicate that MD students score lower on the different RIPLS items compared to DVM, MD MPH and DVM MPH students. DVM and DVM MPH students are generally more positive about the need for teamwork, while MD MPH and DVM MPH students have a stronger positive identity about the need for IPE. Conclusions: The findings drawn from this study suggests that the MD students keep on seeing themselves as a separate group of health professionals in their own right. In order to guarantee an increased level of understanding on issues relating to the human-animal-environmental spectrum, medical curricula might benefit from the incorporation of shared learning and teamwork, as occurs within the MPH, enabling students to appreciate the value of interprofessional collaboration to their future practice. This is especially important during a time at which human-animal-environmental issues are affecting social and economic life worldwide.

Abstract:Effective teamwork and collaboration among health professionals is a well-recognized strategy toward enhancing patient outcomes. However, there is a lack of understanding on how to best prepare health professionals for collaborative practice. The aim of this research is to gain a better understanding of how graduates of five health professions (dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy) perceive and experience interprofessional education for collaborative practice (IPECP) throughout their health professions journey, with a focus on transition to practice. This longitudinal study employed an interpretive, narrative methodology to understand interprofessional identity development of 24 individuals who had recently graduated from a health professions program (dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy) at a Canadian university. Participant experiences were analyzed using narrative analysis. Participants' narratives provided insight into the context, factors and curricular experiences needed for interprofessional identity development and preparedness for collaborative practice. Participants identified the importance of socialization and connection with others, collaborative role models and exposure to collaborative experiences and settings for interprofessional practice. Participants expressed some dissatisfaction with their earliest IPECP experiences and most valued their exposure to 'real-life' practice examples and clinical scenarios. Participants desired more authentic experiences of interprofessional collaboration during their programs. Improving health professionals' interprofessional socialization and collaborative experiences within IPECP is critical to improving patient outcomes. Study findings can inform future curricula and IPECP strategies that create conditions to enhance collaborative practice and ensure the preparedness of a future health workforce with a strong collaborative identity.

Abstract:Interprofessional Education (IPE) has the potential to create and sustain the type of vibrant environments needed for Integrative Medicine (IM) to thrive. IPE strategies and initiatives are conducive to the goals of integrative medicine in that both seek to bring together diverse professionals. This makes the application of IPE towards advancing integrative medicine timely. Bringing together varied disciplines which represent biomedicine and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), while maintaining each of their unique attributes, is what IPE can accomplish. Their synergy has the potential to improve holistic and patient-centered care, as well as bolster chronic disease management. That biomedical and CAM driven practice domains could work more collaboratively, by implementing IPE, for their own enhanced legitimisation as well as for the benefit of the people they serve, speaks of the importance of this emerging topic.

Abstract:Few post-graduate training programs offer a comprehensive curriculum that includes structured clinical experiences to teach interprofessional care. To address this need, the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Academic Affiliations funded the Centers of Excellence in Primary Care Education (CoEPCE) from 2011–2019 to provide interprofessional curricula for health profession trainees (HPTs), including physician residents, nurse practitioner residents, pharmacy residents, and psychology residents. We examined changes over time in curricular domains, system impacts, and program practices based on HPT survey data and the qualitative evaluation of narrative feedback. An annual survey was administered to participants. Indirect standardized ratios were calculated for interprofessional professional education (IPE) program domains, system impacts, and program practices. Qualitative responses were coded based on curricular domains and key program components. The study cohort included 369 HPTs. Site and profession standardized indirect ratios across all professions indicated improvements in curricular domains, system impacts, and program practices, with significant differences observed for associated health HPTs as compared to other HPTs for performance improvement. Qualitative data indicated that profession was associated with differences in perceptions of the curriculum. Although improvements occurred over time, our findings support the need for the thoughtful consideration of profession-specific identity characteristics when designing interprofessional curricula.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To identify differences among faculty members in various health professional training programs in perceived benefits and challenges of implementing interprofessional education (IPE).METHODS: A 19-item survey using a 5-point Likert scale was administered to faculty members across different health disciplines at a west coast, multicollege university with osteopathic medicine, pharmacy, and physician assistant programs.RESULTS: Sixty-two of 103 surveys (60.2%) were included in the study. Faculty members generally agreed that there were benefits of IPE on patient outcomes and that implementing IPE was feasible. However, group differences existed in belief that IPE improves care efficiency (p=0.001) and promotes team-based learning (p=0.001). Program divergence was also seen in frequency of stressing importance of IPE (p=0.009), preference for more IPE opportunities (p=0.041), and support (p=0.002) within respective college for IPE.CONCLUSIONS: Despite consensus among faculty members from 3 disciplines that IPE is invaluable to their curricula and training of health care students, important program level differences existed that would likely need to be addressed in advance IPE initiatives.

Abstract:Animal health care is being delivered by an increasing number of professions and occupations. This article takes an inward look at the veterinary team, focusing on the day-to-day life of veterinarians and those with whom they work, such as veterinary technicians/nurses, physical therapists, and farriers. The evolution of the work of the veterinarian should be explored alongside the evolution of closely related occupations, as the current working practice of veterinarians is affected by the practice of these other occupations. An example is given of UK veterinary nurses (similar to veterinary technicians in North America) who are currently undergoing professionalization. Seminal implementations have included a register (2007), disciplinary procedures (2011), a declaration of professional responsibilities (2012), and required continuing professional development for registered veterinary nurses (RVNs). These implementations result in veterinary nurses who are now accountable for their actions. There are many potential benefits to good inter-professional practice for the practice itself, individual team members, clients, and patients, including better results produced by the whole team rather than the sum of the parts, financial benefits to using individuals in lower-paid occupations for shared roles, and greater client satisfaction regarding increased options for treatment. There are, however, many challenges to inter-professional working that center on the interlinked themes of hierarchy (power, status, and the understanding/appreciation of professional roles) and communication (lack of/poor). Inter-professional education (IPE) is suggested as a potential means to overcome these challenges; however, research into IPE exclusively related to the veterinary team is lacking.

Abstract:Workplace Health &Safety, Ahead of Print. Background:Occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals increasingly need interdisciplinary collaborative practice competencies to respond to complex worker safety, health, and well-being risks. Effective collaboration with non-OSH-trained professionals (e.g., health promotion, human resources) is critical for planning integrated interventions that address work and non-work risks, consistent with a "Total Worker Health" (TWH) approach. Interprofessional education (IPE) pedagogy offers skill-building for interdisciplinary collaboration, but little attention has been given to IPE in OSH education and training literature. The goal of this study was to assess OSH professionals' perceptions about IPE to guide application in postgraduate TWH education.Methods:The mixed-methods study involved 210 U.S. professionals in safety (31%), industrial hygiene (16%), occupational nursing (12%) and medicine (11%), and related disciplines (30%). Participants completed a 12-item Readiness for Interprofessional Education Scale (RIPLS) adapted for TWH. Nineteen survey-takers also participated in virtual focus groups to share opinions about IPE benefits, barriers, and desirable course features.Findings:Occupational safety and health professionals reported high overall readiness for IPE (RIPLS, 4.45 ± 0.47), endorsing IPE for interdisciplinary skill-building. Salient IPE motivators were learning new perspectives from diverse disciplines and industries; gaining new subject expertise; developing common ground across disciplines; and learning TWH best practices. Participants recommended case studies to practice interdisciplinary problem-solving through group work.Conclusions/Application to Practice:Interprofessional education is a promising pedagogy for OSH continuing education to promote interdisciplinary collaboration skills needed for TWH practice in the workplace. Occupational safety and health educators need to build competency in IPE pedagogical theory and practice to ensure effective training design and evaluation.

Abstract:10538 Background: With projected provider shortages and increasing pharmaceutical complexity, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Pharmacists are becoming increasingly utilized members of hematology/oncology teams. Despite significant interdependence in practice, inter-professional training remains rare. Medical IPE has been shown to improve learning satisfaction and attitudes, however, IPE has seldom incorporated inter-professionalism into content development nor has it been evaluated in terms of sustainability. Methods: We developed a pilot IPE curriculum consisting of six, 1-hour long, case-based sessions. A preparation phase required a lead APP, Fellow, and Pharmacist to collectively build a case around three teaching points; 1) diagnosis, 2) treatment, and 3) coordination of care. The APP and Pharmacist presented the case while the Fellow moderated to ensure active participation among all groups. Surveys on collaboration, interaction, interest, and connection, as well as open-ended comments on strengths and areas for improvement were collected after each session ( > 80% completion rate). Results: With 3 of 6 sessions completed (02/19), attendance was stable, averaging 10 of 18 (Fellow), 5 of 8 (APP), and 3 of 6 (Pharmacist). Sessions were rated an average of 4.6/5 on collaboration, 4.5/5 interactive, 4.7/5 application, 4.3/5 communication, and 4.2/5 professionalism. 69% of attendees reported being more likely to attend future conferences. 65% reported feeling more connected to the care team. The most common suggestion for improvement was giving more teaching opportunities to the APPs. Session leaders were initially recruited but quickly transitioned to eager volunteers. Conclusions: Our IPE curriculum shows promising initial sustainability with perceived high marks in collaboration and applicability. Incorporating inter-professionalism into content development and longitudinal delivery to providers in practice provides a novel approach to educating IP teams. Future steps include ensuring continued sustainability, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and dissemination to other units.

Abstract:Background: Multidisciplinary and multisectoral approaches such as One Health and related concepts (e.g., Planetary Health, EcoHealth) offer opportunities for synergistic expertise to address complex health threats. The connections between humans, animals, and the environment necessitate collaboration among sectors to comprehensively understand and reduce risks and consequences on health and wellbeing. One Health approaches are increasingly emphasized for national and international plans and strategies related to zoonotic diseases, food safety, antimicrobial resistance, and climate change, but to date, the possible applications in clinical practice and benefits impacting human health are largely missing.Methods: In 2018 the "Application of the One Health Approach to Global Health Centers" conference held at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine convened experts involved in One Health policy and practice. The conference examined issues relevant to One Health approaches, sharing examples of challenges and successes to guide application to medical school curricula and clinical practice for human health. This paper presents a synthesis of conference proceedings, framed around objectives identified from presentations and audience feedback.Findings and Recommendations: The following objectives provide opportunities for One Health involvement and benefits for medical schools and global health centers by: 1) Improving One Health resource sharing in global health and medical education; 2) Creating pathways for information flow in clinical medicine and global health practice; 3) Developing innovative partnerships for improved health sector outcomes; and 4) Informing and empowering health through public outreach. These objectives can leverage existing resources to deliver value to additional settings and stakeholders through resource efficiency, more holistic and effective service delivery, and greater ability to manage determinants of poor health status. We encourage medical and global health educators, practitioners, and students to explore entry points where One Health can add value to their work from local to global scale.

Abstract:Background: Interprofessional education (IPE) has the potential to shape students' collaboration perception and interprofessional identity but remains understudied. This study aims to understand the effects of the IPE program as a contextual trigger to promote collaboration perception change and interprofessional identity formation among healthcare professional students. Methods: Using concurrent triangulation mixed-methods, we examined the relationship between collaboration perception and interprofessional identity change among health profession students (N = 263), and explored their perspectives on how their IPE experiences influenced their perception and identity. Participants completed the Interdisciplinary Education Perception Scale and Extended Professional Identity Scale and responded to open-ended questions before and after the IPE intervention. Pearson's correlation, t-tests, regression (quantitative), and thematic analysis (qualitative) were conducted. Results: Teams with initially lower collaboration perception (M = 3.59) and lower interprofessional identity (M = 3.59) showed a significant increase in collaboration perception (M = 3.76, t = 2.63; p = .02) and interprofessional identity (M = 3.97, t = 4.86; p < .001) after participating in IPE. The positive relationship between collaboration perception and interprofessional identity strengthened after participating in IPE, as evident from the correlation (Time 1: r = .69; p < .001; Time 2: r = .79; p < .001). Furthermore, collaboration perception in Time 1 significantly predicted the variance in interprofessional identity at Time 2 (β = 0.347, p < .001). Qualitative findings indicated that 85.2% of students expressed that IPE played a role in promoting their interprofessional identity and collaboration attitudes. Conclusions: Incorporating the IPE program into the curriculum can effectively enhance students' collaboration perception and interprofessional identity, ultimately preparing them for collaborative practice in the healthcare system. By engaging students in interprofessional teamwork, communication, and joint decision-making processes, the IPE program provides a valuable context for students to develop a sense of belonging and commitment to interprofessional collaboration.

Abstract:Animal health and veterinary medicine are integral to One Health, contributing important perspectives on complex challenges arising at the human–animal–environment interface. The published Competency-Based Veterinary Education (CBVE) framework dedicates a domain of competence and three associated sub-competencies to Public Health (Domain 4). However, a panel of One Health scientists sought to establish additional outcomes believed necessary to support core veterinary curricula related to veterinary public health (VPH)/One Health. We hypothesized that early career veterinarians use knowledge, skills, and abilities consistent with VPH/One Health and that the existing CBVE could incorporate these concepts. We conducted key informant and exploratory interviews with veterinarians across 12 sectors of veterinary medicine and used inductive coding to identify VPH/One Health codes. We then cross-analyzed these codes with the existing CBVE framework to incorporate field-validated VPH/One Health codes into the published framework. Thirty codes emerged which were designated as either adequately represented (5), not represented (6), or represented with sub-competency creation or augmentation recommended (19) in the existing framework. This information was used to cross-map, validate, and update the CBVE sub-competencies so that they accurately reflect the breadth and depth of One Health engagement required for competent veterinarians. This iterative, evidence-based revision process is a model for integrating One Health into medical professional curricula.

Abstract:Public Health has been a key contributor in the Interprofessional Education Collaborative expert panel for Interprofessional Education (IPE) programs; however, limited programs have directly addressed population health concepts such as social determinants of health and health disparities in healthcare, which directly impact the health and well-being of patients. Thus, this study presents the development and implementation of population health concepts within a traditional, clinically focused IPE program. Within the IPE program conducted in 2016, more than 575 students from 12 health-related disciplines participated in a 4-month academic course. A new curriculum was developed that included a new module on social determinants of health. Previously developed sessions on roles and responsibilities, standardized patient interviewing, patient care planning, and patient safety were re-examined to incorporate the concepts of social determinants of health and health disparities. Course evaluations reported higher mean scores for each new session when compared to scores from previous years evaluation, when social determinants of health had not been addressed. Findings from this evaluation highlight the importance of developing innovative experiential learning experiences that include public health concepts within IPE in order to create a more fulfilling and enriched curriculum to better prepare healthcare students to address the social determinants of health that they will be encountering in their future practice.

Interprofessional collaboration: three best practice models of interprofessional education

Abstract:Interprofessional education is a collaborative approach to develop healthcare students as future interprofessional team members and a recommendation suggested by the Institute of Medicine. Complex medical issues can be best addressed by interprofessional teams. Training future healthcare providers to work in such teams will help facilitate this model resulting in improved healthcare outcomes for patients. In this paper, three universities, the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, the University of Florida and the University of Washington describe their training curricula models of collaborative and interprofessional education.The models represent a didactic program, a community-based experience and an interprofessional-simulation experience. The didactic program emphasizes interprofessional team building skills, knowledge of professions, patient centered care, service learning, the impact of culture on healthcare delivery and an interprofessional clinical component. The community-based experience demonstrates how interprofessional collaborations provide service to patients and how the environment and availability of resources impact one's health status. The interprofessional-simulation experience describes clinical team skills training in both formative and summative simulations used to develop skills in communication and leadership.One common theme leading to a successful experience among these three interprofessional models included helping students to understand their own professional identity while gaining an understanding of other professional's roles on the health care team. Commitment from departments and colleges, diverse calendar agreements, curricular mapping, mentor and faculty training, a sense of community, adequate physical space, technology, and community relationships were all identified as critical resources for a successful program. Summary recommendations for best practices included the need for administrative support, interprofessional programmatic infrastructure, committed faculty, and the recognition of student participation as key components to success for anyone developing an IPE centered program.
One health in our backyard: Design and evaluation of an experiential learning experience for veterinary medical students

Abstract:Background: New educational approaches are needed to improve student understanding of the wider sociological and ecological determinants of health as well as professional responsibilities in related areas. Field trips allow students to observe interaction between plant, animal and human communities, making them an ideal tool for teaching One Health concepts. Methods: Veterinary medical students participated in a field trip to a local parklands area, frequented by humans, dogs, horses, and wildlife. Students rotated through 5 learning activities ('stations') that focused on: (1) response to exotic animal disease incursion (equine influenza); (2) impact of cultures and belief systems on professional practice; (3) management of dangerous dogs; (4) land use change, biodiversity and emerging infectious disease; and (5) management of environmentally-acquired zoonoses (botulism). Intended learning outcomes were for students to: evaluate the various roles and responsibilities of veterinarians in society; compare the benefits and risks associated with human-animal and animal-animal interactions; and evaluate the contributions made by various professionals in safeguarding the health and welfare of animals, humans and the environment. Following the field trip, students participated in a debrief exercise and completed an online survey on their experiences. Results: Feedback from students collected in 2016/2017 (n = 211) was overwhelmingly positive. The learning experience at each station was rated as 4 ('Good') or 5 ('Very Good') out of 5 by 82-96% of students. Responses to closed- and open-ended questions - as well as outputs generated in the debrief session - indicated that students achieved the learning outcomes. Overall, 94% of students agreed or strongly agreed that they had a better understanding of One Health because of the field trip. Conclusions: Field trips to local parklands are effective in promoting learning about One Health and can be incorporated into the core curriculum to maximize student exposure at relatively low cost.
Human hepatic microsomal metabolism of delta 1-tetrahydrocannabinol.

Abstract:Hepatic microsomal metabolism of delta 1-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) has been extensively studied in many rodent species, but there have been few reports describing such metabolism in humans. Because several THC metabolites are known to be pharmacologically active, identifying the P-450 subfamilies responsible for their formation is of clinical importance. We have found that, in addition to catalyzing the formation of significant amounts of 7-hydroxy-THC, hepatic microsomes from nine human livers also formed 6 beta-hydroxy-THC at approximately the same rate. In addition, 1 alpha,2 alpha-epoxyhexahydrocannabinol (EHHC) was formed at approximately one-third the rate of 7-hydroxy- and 6 beta-hydroxy-THC, and small amounts of 6 alpha-hydroxy- and 6-keto-THC were also found. Immunoinhibition studies with antibodies raised against human hepatic P-450 2C9, or a mouse hepatic P-450 isozyme belonging to the P-450 3A subfamily, revealed that P-450 2C9 catalyzed the formation of 7-hydroxy-THC, whereas P-450 3A catalyzed the formation of 6 beta-hydroxy-THC, EHHC, and the relatively minor metabolites. In contrast, antibodies raised against human P-450 2C8 had no affect on human microsomal THC hydroxylation. Excellent correlations were found between hepatic microsomal P-450 2C9 and 3A content and 7-hydroxy- and 6 beta-hydroxy-THC formation, respectively. In addition, purified P-450 2C9 catalyzed the formation of 7-hydroxy-THC at a 7-fold higher rate than that observed with microsomes. Microsomal 7-hydroxy-THC formation varied less than 5-fold between the livers, suggesting that this activity is normally expressed and probably not subject to environmental influences.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
