Abstract:Cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) is an autosomal-dominant heritable skeletal disease caused by heterozygous mutations in the RUNX2 gene. Here, the RUNX2 gene was analyzed within a CCD family from China, and a novel missense mutation (c. 475G --> C [p.G159R]) was identified. Normal and mutant RUNX2 expression vectors were then constructed and expressed transiently in NIH3T3 cells. Immunofluorescent staining and Western blotting showed that wild-type RUNX2 protein was localized exclusively in the nucleus; however, the mutant protein was found in both the nucleus and the cytoplasm, which demonstrated that transport of the RUNX2 mutant into the nucleus was disturbed by the G159R mutation. Therefore, we suggest that G159 is very important to promote RUNX2 nuclear localization. According to clinical analysis, the patient displays severe dysplasia of bones and relatively low-grade craniofacial abnormality, and we infer that G159 may be vital for normal skeletal development, other than control of tooth number. These findings confirm that mutations in the RUNX2 gene are associated with the pathogenesis of CCD across different ethnic backgrounds.

Abstract:Background: RUNX1 is one of the most frequently mutated genes in human AMLs, most of RUNX1 mutations in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) are missense or deletion-truncation and behave as loss-of-function mutations. The molecular consequences of cancer associated mutations in Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) linked factors are not very well understood. Here, we recognize possible pathogenic SNPs in the RUNX1 gene as Functional differences caused by SNPs might have harmful effects on protein structure and function using various computational tools. Methodology: Data gained from NCBI database and various tools used to study nsSNPs which they are: SIFT, Polyphen-2, Provean, SNAP2, I-Mutant, Project Hope, Raptor X, PolymiRTS and Gene MANIA. Result: Our study reveals six novel SNPs observed to be the most damaging SNPs that affect structure and function of RUNX1 gene using various bioinformatics tools. Conclusion: This study revealed 7 damaging SNPs, 6 novel nsSNP out of them in the RUNX1 gene that leads to AML, by using different bioinformatics tools. Also, 23 functional classes were predicted in 8 SNPs in the 3-UTR, among them, 6 alleles disrupted a conserved miRNA site and 16 derived alleles created a new site of miRNA. This might result in the de regulation of the gene function. Hopefully, these results will help in genetic studying and diagnosis of AML improvement.

Ten different computational tools, i.eSIFT,Polyphen-2, I-Mutant 3.0,PROVEAN, SNAP2, PHD-SNP, PMut, SNPs&GO were used for the screening of damaging SNP for the estimation of conserved regions of amino acids Consurf Server was used for the evaluation of the structural stability of both native and mutant proteins, Project Hope was used to examine the structural effects of mutant protein.GeneMANIA predicted that RB1 Gene was expected to have a strong association with 20 other genes i.e. CCND1 and RBP2 etc. As per data retrieved from dbSNP hosted by NCBI,the Rb1 gene probed in this study carried a total of 36,358 SNPs. 345 were found in 3'UTR, 65 in 5'UTR, and 34,543 were found in the intron region. 844 were coding SNPs, and out of 844, 199 were synonymous And 450 were non-synonymous, including 425 missense, five nonsense, and 20 frameshift mutations. And remaining all are other types of SNPs. We took 425 missense SNPs for our investigation. A total of 17 mutations i.e. D332G, R445Q, E492V, P515T, W516G, V531G, E533K, E539K, M558R,W563G, L657Q, A658T, R661Q, D697H, D697E, P796L and R798W were predicted to have Damaging effects on structure and function of Rb1 protein..

Polymorphisms of a Novel Long Non-Coding RNA RP11-108K3.2 with Colorectal Cancer Susceptibility and Their Effects on Its Expression

Abstract:Background: RP11-108K3.2 was recently identified as a novel long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) transcript, and several single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) have been identified in its coding region. This study aimed to explore the associations of tagSNPs in RP11-108K3.2 with the risk of colorectal cancer and their effects on its expression. Methods: A total of 821 colorectal cancer cases and 857 healthy controls were enrolled into this two-stage case-control study. Demographic characteristics and lifestyle information were collected by a validated questionnaire. Six tagSNPs were genotyped by using Sequenom MassARRAY platform. A total of 71 additional colorectal cancer cases were recruited, of which the genotypes of potential polymorphisms and the RP11-108K3.2 expression levels were determined. Results: In the discovery set, only the rs2470151 C/T polymorphism was found to have a promising association with the risk of colorectal cancer, and this polymorphism was further replicated in the validation set with a significantly decreased risk of colorectal cancer (adjusted odds ratio 0.73; 95% confidence interval 0.55, 0.97). Combined discovery set and validation set together, this negative association was found both in the heterozygote codominant model and the dominant model. Furthermore, colorectal cancer patients carrying rs2470151 CT/TT genotypes had a marginally lower RNA expression of RP11-108K3.2 than those carrying the CC genotype. Stratified analyses showed the association between rs2470151 and the risk of colorectal cancer were influenced by family history of cancer, smoking, alcohol consumption, and tea drinking. Conclusions: These findings suggest that RP11-108K3.2 rs2470151 had a significant association with the risk of colorectal cancer; this may help to predict the susceptibility of colorectal cancer in Chinese populations.

Abstract:Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are one of the most common determinants and potential biomarkers of human disease pathogenesis. SNPs could alter amino acid residues, leading to the loss of structural and functional integrity of the encoded protein. In humans, members of the minichromosome maintenance (MCM) family play a vital role in cell proliferation and have a significant impact on tumorigenesis. Among the MCM members, the molecular mechanism of how missense SNPs of minichromosome maintenance complex component 6 (MCM6) contribute to DNA replication and tumor pathogenesis is underexplored and needs to be elucidated. Hence, a series of sequence and structure-based computational tools were utilized to determine how mutations affect the corresponding MCM6 protein. From the dbSNP database, among 15,009 SNPs in the MCM6 gene, 642 missense SNPs (4.28%), 291 synonymous SNPs (1.94%), and 12,500 intron SNPs (83.28%) were observed. Out of the 642 missense SNPs, 33 were found to be deleterious during the SIFT analysis. Among these, 11 missense SNPs (I123S, R207C, R222C, L449F, V456M, D463G, H556Y, R602H, R633W, R658C, and P815T) were found as deleterious, probably damaging, affective and disease-associated. Then, I123S, R207C, R222C, V456M, D463G, R602H, R633W, and R658C missense SNPs were found to be highly harmful. Six missense SNPs (I123S, R207C, V456M, D463G, R602H, and R633W) had the potential to destabilize the corresponding protein as predicted by DynaMut2. Interestingly, five high-risk mutations (I123S, V456M, D463G, R602H, and R633W) were distributed in two domains (PF00493 and PF14551). During molecular dynamics simulations analysis, consistent fluctuation in RMSD and RMSF values, high Rg and hydrogen bonds in mutant proteins compared to wild-type revealed that these mutations might alter the protein structure and stability of the corresponding protein. Hence, the results from the analyses guide the exploration of the mechanism by which these missense SNPs of the MCM6 gene alter the structural integrity and functional properties of the protein, which could guide the identification of ways to minimize the harmful effects of these mutations in humans.

Abstract:Heme Oxygenase 1 (HMOX1) is a cytoprotective enzyme, exhibiting the highest activity in the spleen, catalyzing the heme ring breakdown into products of biological significance- biliverdin, CO, and Fe 2+ . In vascular cells, HMOX1 possesses strong anti-apoptotic, antioxidant, anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory actions. The majority of these activities are crucial for the prevention of atherogenesis. Single amino acid substitutions in proteins generated by missense non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphism (nsSNPs) in the protein-encoding regions of genes are potent enough to cause significant medical challenges due to the alteration of protein structure and function. The current study aimed at characterizing and analyzing high-risk nsSNPs associated with the human HMOX1 gene. Preliminary screening of the total available 288 missense SNPs was performed through the lens of deleteriousness and stability prediction tools. Finally, a total of seven nsSNPs (Y58D, A131T, Y134H, F166S, F167S, R183S and M186V) were found to be most deleterious by all tools that are present at highly conserved positions. Molecular dynamics simulations (MDS) analysis explained the mutational effects on the dynamic action of the wild-type and mutant proteins. In a nutshell, R183S (rs749644285) was identified as a highly detrimental mutation that could significantly render the enzymatic activity of HMOX1. Abstract:Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) identified a coding single nucleotide polymorphism, MYNN rs10936599, at chromosome 3q. MYNN gene encodes myoneurin protein, which has been associated with several cancer pathogenesis and disease development processes. However, there needed to be a more detailed characterization of this polymorphism’s (and other coding and non-coding polymorphisms) structural, functional, and molecular impact. The current study addressed this gap and analyzed different properties of rs10936599 and non-coding SNPs of MYNN via a thorough computational method. The variant, rs10936599, was predicted functionally deleterious by nine functionality prediction approaches, like SIFT, PolyPhen-2, and REVEL, etc. Following that, structural modifications were estimated through the HOPE server and Mutation3D. Moreover, the mutation was found in a conserved and active residue, according to ConSurf and CPORT. Further, the secondary structures were predicted, followed by tertiary structures, and there was a significant deviation between the native and variant models. Similarly, molecular simulation also showed considerable differences in the dynamic pattern of the wildtype and mutant structures. Molecular docking revealed that the variant binds with better docking scores with ligand NOTCH2. In addition to that, non-coding SNPs located at the MYNN locus were retrieved from the ENSEMBL database. These were found to disrupt the transcription factor binding regulatory regions; nonetheless, only two affect miRNA target sites. Again, eight non-coding variants were detected in the testes with normalized expression, whereas HaploReg v4.1 unveiled annotations for non-coding variants. In summary, in silico comprehensive characterization of coding and non-coding single nucleotide polymorphisms of MYNN gene will assist researchers to work on MYNN gene and establish their association with certain types of cancers.

Abstract:T Cell Immune Regulator 1, ATPase H + Transporting V0 Subunit A3 (TCIRG1 gene provides instructions for making one part, the a3 subunit, of a large protein complex known as a vacuolar H + -ATPase (V-ATPase). V-ATPases are a group of similar complexes that act as pumps to move positively charged hydrogen atoms (protons) across membranes. Single amino acid changes in highly conserved areas of the TCIRG1 protein have been linked to autosomal recessive osteopetrosis and severe congenital neutropenia. We used multiple computational approaches to classify disease-prone single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in TCIRG1. We used molecular dynamics analysis to identify the deleterious nsSNPs, build mutant protein structures, and assess the impact of mutation. Our results show that fifteen nsSNPs (rs199902030, rs200149541, rs372499913, rs267605221, rs374941368, rs375717418, rs80008675, rs149792489, rs116675104, rs121908250, rs121908251, rs121908251, rs149792489 and rs116675104) variants are likely to be highly deleterious mutations as by incorporating them into wild protein they destabilize the wild protein structure and function. They are also located in the V-ATPase I domain, which may destabilize the structure and impair TCIRG1 protein activation, as well as reduce its ATPase effectiveness. These mutants have not yet been identified in patients suffering from CN and osteopetrosis while (G405R, R444L, and D517N) reported in our study are already associated with osteopetrosis. Mutation V52L reported in our study was identified in a patient suspected for CN. Finally, these mutants can help to further understand the broad pool of illness susceptibilities associated with TCIRG1 catalytic kinase domain activation and aid in the development of an effective treatment for associated diseases.

Abstract:The Regulator of Telomere Helicase 1 (RTEL1) gene encodes a critical DNA helicase intricately involved in the maintenance of telomeric structures and the preservation of genomic stability. Germline mutations in the RTEL1 gene have been clinically associated with Hoyeraal-Hreidarsson syndrome, a more severe version of Dyskeratosis Congenita. Although various research has sought to link RTEL1 mutations to specific disorders, no comprehensive investigation has yet been conducted on missense mutations. In this study, we attempted to investigate the functionally and structurally deleterious coding and non-coding SNPs of the RTEL1 gene using an in silico approach. Initially, out of 1392 nsSNPs, 43 nsSNPs were filtered out through ten web-based bioinformatics tools. With subsequent analysis using nine in silico tools, these 43 nsSNPs were further shortened to 11 most deleterious nsSNPs. Furthermore, analyses of mutated protein structures, evolutionary conservancy, surface accessibility, domains & PTM sites, cancer susceptibility, and interatomic interaction revealed the detrimental effect of these 11 nsSNPs on RTEL1 protein. An in-depth investigation through molecular docking with the DNA binding sequence demonstrated a striking change in the interaction pattern for F15L, M25V, and G706R mutant proteins, suggesting the more severe consequences of these mutations on protein structure and functionality. Among the non-coding variants, two had the highest likelihood of being regulatory variants, whereas one variant was predicted to affect the target region of a miRNA. Thus, this study lays the groundwork for extensive analysis of RTEL1 gene variants in the future, along with the advancement of precision medicine and other treatment modalities.

Abstract:In humans, FOXP gene family is involved in embryonic development and cancer progression. The FOXP4 (Forkhead box protein P4) gene belongs to this FOXP gene family. FOXP4 gene plays a crucial role in oncogenesis. Single nucleotide polymorphisms are biological markers and common determinants of human diseases. Mutations can largely affect the function of the corresponding protein. Therefore, the molecular mechanism of nsSNPs in the FOXP4 gene needs to be elucidated. Initially, the SNPs of the FOXP4 gene were extracted from the dbSNP database and a total of 23124 SNPs was found, where 555 nonsynonymous, 20525 intronic, 1114 noncoding transcript, 334 synonymous were obtained and the rest were unspecified. Then, a series of bioinformatics tools (SIFT, PolyPhen2, SNAP2, PhD SNP, PANTHER, I-Mutant2.0, MUpro, GOR IV, ConSurf, NetSurfP 2.0, HOPE, DynaMut2, GeneMANIA, STRING and Schrodinger) were used to explore the effect of nsSNPs on FOXP4 protein function and structural stability. First, 555 nsSNPs were analyzed using SIFT, of which 57 were found as deleterious. Following, PolyPhen2, SNAP2, PhD SNP and PANTHER analyses, 10 nsSNPs (rs372762294, rs141899153, rs142575732, rs376938850, rs367607523, rs112517943, rs140387832, rs373949416, rs373949416 and rs376160648) were common and observed as deleterious, damaging and diseases associated. Following that, using I-Mutant2.0 and MUpro servers, 7 nsSNPs were found to be the most unstable. GOR IV predicted that these seven nsSNPs affect protein structure by altering the protein contents of alpha helixes, extended strands, and random coils. Following DynaMut2, 5 nsSNPs showed a decrease in the ΔΔG value compared with the wild-type and were found to be responsible for destabilizing the corresponding protein. GeneMANIA and STRING network revealed interaction of FOXP4 with other genes. Finally, molecular dynamics simulation analysis revealed consistent fluctuation in RMSD and RMSF values, Rg and hydrogen bonds in the mutant proteins compared with WT, which might alter the functional and structural stability of the corresponding protein. As a result, the aforementioned integrated comprehensive bioinformatic analyses provide insight into how various nsSNPs of the FOXP4 gene change the structural and functional properties of the corresponding protein, potentially proceeding with the pathophysiology of human diseases.

Abstract:Understanding the consequences of single amino acid substitutions in cancer driver genes remains an unmet need. Perturb-seq provides a tool to investigate the effects of individual mutations on cellular programs. Here we deploy SEUSS, a Perturb-seq like approach, to generate and assay mutations at physical interfaces of the RUNX1 Runt domain. We measured the impact of 115 mutations on RNA profiles in single myelogenous leukemia cells and used the profiles to categorize mutations into three functionally distinct groups: wild-type (WT)-like, loss-of-function (LOF)-like and hypomorphic. Notably, the largest concentration of functional mutations (non-WT-like) clustered at the DNA binding site and contained many of the more frequently observed mutations in human cancers. Hypomorphic variants shared characteristics with loss of function variants but had gene expression profiles indicative of response to neural growth factor and cytokine recruitment of neutrophils. Additionally, DNA accessibility changes upon perturbations were enriched for RUNX1 binding motifs, particularly near differentially expressed genes. Overall, our work demonstrates the potential of targeting protein interaction interfaces to better define the landscape of prospective phenotypes reachable by amino acid substitutions. Abstract:Background: Pathogenic variants of RUNX2, a gene that encodes an osteoblast-specific transcription factor, have been shown as the cause of Cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD), which is a rare hereditary skeletal and dental disorder with dominant mode of inheritance and a broad range of clinical variability. Due to the relative lack of clinical complications resulting in CCD, the medical diagnosis of this disorder is challenging, which leaves it underdiagnosed. Methods: : In this study, nine healthy and affected members of an Iranian family were investigated. PCR and sequencing of all exons and exon-intron boundaries of runt-related transcription factor 2 (RUNX2; NM_001024630) gene was performed on proband. Co-segregation analysis was conducted in the other family members for the identified variant. Additionally, a cohort of 100 Iranian ethnicity-matched healthy controls was screened by Amplification Refractory Mutation System PCR method. Results: The novel splice site variant (c.860-2A>G), which was identified in the intron 6 of RUNX2 gene, co-segregated with the disease in the family, and it was absent in healthy controls. Pathogenicity of this variant was determined by several software, including , human splicing finder, which predicts the formation or disruption of splice donor sites, splice acceptor sites, exonic splicing silencer sites, and exonic splicing enhancer sites. In silico analysis predicted this novel variant to be disease causing. Conclusion: The identified variant is predicted to have an effect on splicing, which leads to exon skipping and producing a truncated protein via introducing a premature stop codon.

Abstract:Topoisomerase 2-alpha (TOP2A) is a nuclear protein that is responsible for the maintenance of the topological state of DNA. TOP2A is highly upregulated in ovarian cancer, and its copy number is an important prognosis factor. A large number of single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), insertion, and deletion mutations have been reported in TOP2A. Thus, a structural and functional study of missense SNPs was carried out to screen potentially damaging mutations. The 193 non-synonymous SNPs in the coding region of TOP2A in the dbSNP database were selected for in silico analysis. The deleterious SNPs were screened using sorting intolerant from tolerant (SIFT), PolyPhen-2, SNAP2, and SNPs&Go, and we obtained four possibly damaging SNPs at the end (Y481C, N7741, E922K, and R1514W). Mutants Y481C and E922K were predicted to be highly deleterious and showed decreased protein stability compared with native proteins, as predicted by I-Mutant 3. We used the SWISS-MODEL to model the structure of these two mutants, and the structural attributes of modeled mutants were studied using Hope Project, solvent accessibility-based protein–protein interface identification and recognition (SPPIDER), SRide, and HBAT, which predicted small variations from the native protein. Molecular dynamics simulation demonstrated a decrease in root mean square deviation (RMSD) and the radius of gyration of two mutants, which is relative to the native protein. The molecular docking of TOP2A with etoposide suggests that mutations may lead to resistance to TOP2A-targeted chemotherapy. In addition, the relative expression analysis performed by qRT-PCR also reveals that there is a three-fold increase in the expression levels of the TOP2A protein in ovarian adenoma cancer cell lines. Our analysis reveals that Y481C and E922K are highly damaging variants of TOP2A, which alter the protein dynamics and may be implicated in causing ovarian cancer.

Abstract:Introduction: Colorectal cancers are the world's third most commonly diagnosed type of cancer. Currently, there are several diagnostic and treatment options to combat it. However, a delay in detection of the disease is life-threatening. Additionally, a thorough analysis of the exomes of cancers reveals potential variation data that can be used for early disease prognosis. Method: By utilizing a comprehensive computational investigation, the present study aimed to reveal mutations that could potentially predispose to colorectal cancer. Ten colorectal cancer exomes were retrieved. Quality control assessments were performed using FastQC and MultiQC, gapped alignment to the human reference genome (hg19) using Bowtie2 and calling the germline variants using Haplotype caller in the GATK pipeline. The variants were filtered and annotated using SIFT and PolyPhen2 successfully categorized the mutations into synonymous, non-synonymous, start loss and stop gain mutations as well as marked them as possibly damaging, probably damaging and benign. This mutational profile helped in shortlisting frequently occurring mutations and associated genes, for which the downstream multi-dimensional expression analyses were carried out. Result: Our work involved prioritizing the non-synonymous, deleterious SNPs since these polymorphisms bring about a functional alteration to the phenotype. The top variations associated with their genes with the highest frequency of occurrence included LGALS8, CTSB, RAD17, CPNE1, OPRM1, SEMA4D, MUC4, PDE4DIP, ELN and ADRA1A . An in-depth multi-dimensional downstream analysis of all these genes in terms of gene expression profiling and analysis and differential gene expression with regard to various cancer types revealed CTSB and CPNE1 as highly expressed and overregulated genes in colorectal cancer. Conclusion: Our work provides insights into the various alterations that might possibly lead to colorectal cancer and suggests the possibility of utilizing the most important genes identified for wetlab experimentation.

Computational Analysis of Functional Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Associated with the CYP11B2 Gene

Abstract:Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are the most common type of genetic variations in humans and play a major role in the genetics of human phenotype variation and the genetic basis of human complex diseases. Recently, there is considerable interest in understanding the possible role of the CYP11B2 gene with corticosterone methyl oxidase deficiency, primary aldosteronism, and cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases. Hence, the elucidation of the function and molecular dynamic behavior of CYP11B2 mutations is crucial in current genomics. In this study, we investigated the pathogenic effect of 51 nsSNPs and 26 UTR SNPs in the CYP11B2 gene through computational platforms. Using a combination of SIFT, PolyPhen, I-Mutant Suite, and ConSurf server, four nsSNPs (F487V, V129M, T498A, and V403E) were identified to potentially affect the structure, function, and activity of the CYP11B2 protein. Furthermore, molecular dynamics simulation and structure analyses also confirmed the impact of these nsSNPs on the stability and secondary properties of the CYP11B2 protein. Additionally, utilizing the UTRscan, MirSNP, PolymiRTS and miRNASNP, three SNPs in the 3'UTR region were predicted to exhibit a pattern change in the upstream open reading frames (uORF), and eight microRNA binding sites were found to be highly affected due to 3'UTR SNPs. This cataloguing of deleterious SNPs is essential for narrowing down the number of CYP11B2 mutations to be screened in genetic association studies and for a better understanding of the functional and structural aspects of the CYP11B2 protein.

Abstract:Paired homologous domain transcription factor 2 (PITX2) is critically involved in ocular and cardiac development. Mutations in PITX2 are consistently reported in association with Axenfeld-Rieger syndrome, an autosomal dominant genetic disorder and atrial fibrillation, a common cardiac arrhythmia. In this study, we have mined missense mutations in PITX2 gene from NCBI-dbSNP and Ensembl databases, evaluated the pathogenicity of the missense variants in the homeodomain and C-terminal region using five in silico prediction tools SIFT, PolyPhen2, GERP, Mutation Assessor and CADD. Fifteen homeodomain mutations G42V, G42R, R45W, S49Y, R53W, E53D, E55V, R62H, P65S, R69H, G75R, R84G, R86K, R87W, R91P were found to be highly pathogenic by both SIFT, PolyPhen2 were further functionally characterized using I-Mutant 2.0, Consurf, MutPred and Project Hope. The findings of the study can be used for prioritizing mutations in the context of genetic studies.

Abstract:ABSTRACT Background The human SAT1 gene encodes spermidine/spermine N1‐acetyltransferase 1 (SSAT1), a regulatory biological catalyst of polyamine catabolism. Numerous essential biological processes, such as cellular proliferation, differentiation, and survival, depend on polyamines like spermidine and spermine. Thus, SSAT1 is involved in key cellular activities such as proliferation and survival of cells and mediates various diseases including cancer. A plethora of studies established the involvement of missense single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in numerous pathological conditions due to their ability to adversely affect the structure and subsequent function of the protein. Aims To date, an in silico study to identify the pathogenic missense SNPs of the human SAT1 gene has not been accomplished yet. This study aimed to filter the missense SNPs that were functionally detrimental and pathogenic. Methods and Results The rs757435207 (I21N) was ascertained to be the most deleterious and pathogenic by all algorithmic tools. Stability and evolutionary conservation analysis tools also stated that I21N variant decreased the stability and was located in the highly conserved residue. Molecular dynamics simulation revealed that I21N caused substantial alterations in the conformational stability and dynamics of the SSAT1 protein. Consequently, the I21N variant could disrupt the native functional roles of the SSAT1 enzyme. Conclusion Therefore, the I21N variant was identified and concluded to be an oncogenic missense variant of the human SAT1 gene. Overall, the findings of this study would be a great directory of future experimental research to develop personalized medicine.
