[Cardiogenic shock presenting a cardiac sarcoidosis. Apropos of a case].

Abstract:The authors report a case of cardiac sarcoidosis in a 38 year old patient presenting initially with cardiogenic shock. The diagnosis was made by myocardial biopsy. The patient underwent cardiac transplantation for terminal, refractory cardiac failure but postoperative complications led to the death of the patient a few weeks later. This rare observation should be noted because the causal disease may benefit from specific therapy.
