Evaluation of Comprehensive Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Training in Non-Medical Undergraduates

Abstract:Total 280 non-medical undergraduates (174 males and 106 females) were enrolled in the study from September 2015 to January 2016.Among all participants,132 received comprehensive cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training,including knowledge teaching,video playing and simulation practice (study group),and 148 received knowledge teaching and simulation practice only (control group).Changes of CPR knowledge,skills and willingness were evaluated before and after training,and compared between two groups.The theory scores were increased after the training in both groups (study group: 87.7±5.6 vs.47.9±4.7,P<0.001;control group: 71.6±5.2 vs.48.4±4.9,P<0.001);there was no significantly difference between two groups before the training (P>0.05),however,there was significant difference after the training (P<0.001).The qualified rates of CPR skills were increased after the training in both groups (study group 81.8% vs.26.5%,P<0.001;control group: 68.2% vs.26.4%,P<0.001);there was no significant difference in qualified rates before the training between two groups (P>0.05),however,there was significant difference after the training (P<0.01).The willingness rates of performing CPR were increased after the training in both groups (study group: 64.4% vs.13.6%,P<0.001;control group: 46.6% vs.14.2%,P<0.001);there was no significant difference in willingness level before the training between two groups (P>0.05),however,there was significantly difference after the training (P<0.01).The study shows that comprehensive training can enhance CPR knowledge,skills and willingness for non-medical undergraduates,indicating that it may also be effective for other social groups.

Abstract:Bystanders are less likely to perform prompt and effective CPR on women due to psychological barriers and lack of training on female physiology. Current CPR courses, often centered on male manikins, fail to address this gap. Broadening training to include female-specific scenarios could shorten response time and improve accuracy in emergency situations. In this paper, we introduce Equi CPR, an interactive system for female CPR training. This system includes a lightweight simulator for physical feedback and a MR application for guidance and visual feedback. We also conducted a preliminary user study of Equi CPR. The result shows that the system is effective and offers a positive user experience.

Abstract:Objective To explore the factors raising the effective ratio of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in cardiac arrest (CA).Methods A retrospective analysis was done on the clinical data of CPR in 87 CA patients.The clinical data included the age,the basic disease before CA,the starting time of electric defibrillation and CPR,the duration of CPR,the starting time of artificial respiration.Results In 87 cases,49 were successfully resuscitated(56.3%),while 38 were unsuccessful(43.7%).There were significant differences between the patients who were successfully resuscitated and those who were unsuccessful in the distribution of etiological factor,the age,the starting time of electric defibrillation and CPR,the duration of CPR (P0.05),but the starting time of artificial respiration were similar(P0.05).Adrenalin of 1mg was used at first,then the dosage of adrenalin was added,which was applied to 21 patients who were successfully resuscitated,and to 9 patients who were not.Conclusion The major factors affecting the effective rate of CPR are the primary disease,the age,the starting time of electric defibrillation and CPR and the duration of CPR;Building the artificial circulation immediately and the effective combination of the dosage and the time of using adrenaline are the key measures to raise the effective rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Abstract:Objective In response to Suzhou government"531"policy, resuscitation academy organized by HeartRes?cue China trained for emergency medical staff was hold to enhance the theoretical capacity and practice skills of cardi?ac arrest resuscitation in Suzhou city. Method Theoretical training (8 teaching hours) use American Arizona state standardized video teaching by china professional professors, practical operation (4 teaching hours) use the QCPR classroom real-time CPR feedback monitoring system to monitor the compression depth, frequency and the interrupt interval. Theoretical exam was conducted to investigate the attitudes, knowledge, and capacity about change trend of the participants before and after training.Results A total of 83 medical staff participants CPR practice and theoretical exam score were include in the analysis. the practice score were significantly improved after training (57.00(24.25~82.50)vs 96.00 (82.75~99.00),P<0.001). Compression release was target trained as it was the main problem during the CPR compression among medical staff. The release could be significant improvement after training (17.16% (2.32%~47.12%)vs 89.90%(43.35%~100%),P<0.001). Resuscitation key points exam accuracy were significant improved (10.05±1.30 vs 10.67±1.39, P<0.05). Conclusion We found the theoretical capacity and practice skills of cardiac arrest resuscitation need to improve among medical staffs in Suzhou city. Resuscitation academy with QCPR classroom feedback devices and Arizona theoretical training could be a new model. Regular resuscitation academy training should be hold to improve the cardiac arrest survival rate in Suzhou city.

Abstract:High-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and training are important for successful revival during out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). However, existing training faces challenges in quantifying each aspect. This study aimed to explore the possibility of using a three-dimensional motion capture system to accurately and effectively assess CPR operations, particularly about the non-quantified arm postures, and analyze the relationship among them to guide students to improve their performance. We used a motion capture system (Mars series, Nokov, China) to collect compression data about five cycles, recording dynamic data of each marker point in three-dimensional space following time and calculating depth and arm angles. Most unstably deviated to some extent from the standard, especially for the untrained students. Five data sets for each parameter per individual all revealed statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). The correlation between Angle 1′ and Angle 2′ for trained (rs = 0.203, p < 0.05) and untrained students (rs = −0.581, p < 0.01) showed a difference. Their performance still needed improvement. When conducting assessments, we should focus on not only the overall performance but also each compression. This study provides a new perspective for quantifying compression parameters, and future efforts should continue to incorporate new parameters and analyze the relationship among them.

Do laypersons need App-linked real-time feedback devices for effective resuscitation? - Results of a prospective, randomised simulation trial

Abstract:Background: App-linked real-time feedback-devices for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) aim to improve laypersons' resuscitation quality. Resuscitation guidelines recommend these technologies in training settings. This is the first study comparing resuscitation quality of all App-linked feedback-devices currently on market. Methods: A prospective randomised simulation study was performed. After standardised instructions, participants performed 2-minutes compression-only CPR on a manikin without feedback (baseline). Afterwards, participants performed 4 × 2 min CPR with four different feedback devices in randomised order (CorPatch® Trainer, CPRBAND AIO Training, SimCPR®ProTrainer, Relay Response™) (intervention). CPR metrics (chest compression depth (CD), chest compression rate (CR), percentage of correct CD/CR (%), correct hand position, correct chest recoil, and technical preparation-time) were assessed. Devices data were compared to the baseline group using Wilcoxon testing with IBM SPSS (primary outcome). Differences between devices were analysed with ANOVA testing (secondary outcome). Normally distributed data were described as mean ± standard deviation (SD) and non-normally distributed data as Median [Interquartile range (IQR). CPR self-confidence was measured by means of questionnaire before and after feedback devices' use. Comparison was performed by students t-test. Results: Forty participants were involved. SimCPR®ProTrainer was the only device, which resulted in guideline-compliant chest compressions (Mean ± SD:5.37 ± 0.76) with improved chest compression depth (p < 0.001), and percentage of correct chest compression depth (p < 0.001) compared to unassisted CPR (baseline). CorPatch® Trainer as the only device with audio-visual recoil instructions resulted in improved chest recoil (Mean ± SD:72.25 ± 24.89) compared to baseline (Mean ± SD:49.00 ± 42.20; p < 0.01), while the other three devices resulted in significantly lower chest recoil rates (CPRBAND AIO Training: 37.03 ± 39.90; p < 0.01, SimCPR®ProTrainer: Mean ± SD:39.88 ± 36.50; p = 0.03, Relay Response™: Mean ± SD:36.88 ± 37.73; p = 0.02). CPR quality when using the different feedback devices differ in chest compression depth (p = 0.02), chest compression rate (p < 0.001), percentage of correct chest compression depth/rate (p = 0.03/p = 0.04), and technical preparation-time (p < 0.001). Feedback-devices' use increased participant's CPR self-confidence (p < 0.001). Conclusion: Although, CPR feedback devices show improved CPR performance in layperson in some metrics, none of the tested CPR feedback devices supported layperson in overall adequate CPR performance. More and better technical functionality is necessary, to fully utilise the potential of CPR feedback devices and to prevent a worsening of CPR performance when layperson use this technology.

Abstract:Background: The most recent international guidelines recommended support training of chest compression (CC) using feedback devices. This study aimed to compare the training efficacy of a simplified feedback trainer with the traditional cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) simulator in CPR training. Methods: A total of 60 soldiers were randomly allocated into three groups equally, trained with a simplified external cardiac massage (ECM) trainer named Soul Sheath TM (SS) (SS group), a Resusci Anne manikin (RA group), or traditional simulation training with instructor feedback, respectively. After 7 days of training, the CPR skills were tested blindly in a 2-min assessment session. The primary outcome was the proportion of effective CC, and the secondary outcome included CC rate, depth, compression position, and extent of the release. Results: The percentage of effective CC achieved in the SS group was comparable with the RA group (77.0 ± 15.52 vs. 77.5 ± 10.73%, p = 0.922), and significantly higher than that in the control group (77.0 ± 15.52 vs. 66.8 ± 16.87%, p = 0.037). Both the SS and RA groups showed better CC performance than the control group in terms of CC rate (SS group vs. control group, P = 0.032 and RA group vs. control group, P = 0.026), the proportion of shallow CC (SS group vs. control group, P = 0.011 and RA group vs. control group, P = 0.017). No difference between the SS group and RA group was found in all the CC parameters. Conclusions: The simplified ECM trainer (SS) provides a similar efficacy to the traditional manikin simulator with feedback in CC training to improve the quality of CPR skills.

Abstract:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) education for the public may improve bystander intention to perform CPR on cardiac arrest patients. Studies have shown that different CPR education intervention methods can improve learning performance, with key indicators including attitude toward to CPR, intention to perform CPR, and degree of CPR knowledge and skills. The present study compared the traditional face-to-face method to hybrid and virtual reality (VR) methods to observe difference in learning performance and length of performance retention. This study adopted randomized controlled trial to compare CPR learning performance between traditional face-to-face, hybrid, and VR methods. Participants from each intervention group completed a pretest and 2 posttests. The measurement tools included an attitude and intention questionnaire, knowledge examination, and skill examination with a RESUSCI ANNE QCPR ® manikin. The performance among all participants in pretest showed no significant difference between the intervention groups, indicating no difference in their background attitude, knowledge, and skill level. Significant differences were observed in the average degree of intention to perform CPR between the hybrid and traditional groups in 1st and 2nd posttest. Compared to the pretest results, the posttests revealed significantly higher attitude toward CPR, intention to perform CPR, knowledge examination results, accuracy of overall chest compression, accuracy of CPR procedure, accuracy of AED usage, accuracy of chest compression rate, and accuracy of chest compression depth. The average time to reattending CPR learning and practice session was 11–12 weeks reported by participants. The hybrid and VR methods to CPR education resulted in the same level of improvement in learning performance as traditional face-to-face teaching. The suggested frequency for renewing CPR knowledge and skills is 12 weeks which may be considered in new strategies aimed at promoting CPR education and exposure to the public.

Effect of a Low-Cost Instruction Card for Automated External Defibrillator Operation in Lay Rescuers: a Randomized Simulation Study

Abstract:BACKGROUND: To evaluate whether a simplified self-instruction card can help potential rescue providers use automated external defibrillators (AEDs) more accurately and quickly. METHODS: From June 1, 2018, to November 30, 2019, a prospective longitudinal randomized controlled simulation study was conducted among 165 laypeople (18-65 years old) without prior AED training. A self-instruction card was designed to illuminate key AED operation procedures. Subjects were randomly divided into the card (n =83) and control (n =82) groups with age stratification. They were then individually evaluated in the same simulated scenario to use AED with (card group) or without the self-instruction card (control group) at baseline, posttraining, and at the 3-month follow-up. RESULTS: At baseline, the card group reached a significantly higher proportion of successful defibrillation (31.1% vs. 15.9%, P=0.03), fully baring the chest (88.9% vs. 63.4%, P<0.001), correct electrode placement (32.5% vs. 17.1%, P=0.03), and resuming cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) (72.3% vs. 9.8%, P<0.001). At post-training and follow-up, there were no significant differences in key behaviors, except for resuming CPR. Time to shock and time to resume CPR were shorter in the card group, while time to power-on AED was not different in each phase of tests. In the 55-65 years group, the card group achieved more skill improvements over the control group compared to the other age groups. CONCLUSION: The self-instruction card could serve as a direction for first-time AED users and as a reminder for trained subjects. This could be a practical, cost-effective way to improve the AED skills of potential rescue providers among different age groups, including seniors.

Abstract:Background. The quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is pivotal in improving the outcome of cardiac arrest. Nevertheless, there is evidence that even professional rescuers may deliver ineffective chest compressions (CCs). We sought to evaluate the impact of a CPR feedback device on the quality of CC performed by a supposedly highly trained and skilled population of attendees to the national annual congress of the Italian Resuscitation Council. Methods. A total of 202 congress attendees were enrolled to perform 2 min CC without feedback, followed by a 5 min rest and another 2 min interval of CC with feedback. Moreover, participants were randomly assigned to two study groups: "feedback later", in which the first 2 min CCs were delivered without the feedback, and "feedback first", in which the first 2 min CCs were aided by feedback. CPR quality has been analyzed in terms of the percentage of CC with adequate depth (CC, %), complete chest release (CR, %), and the CC rate (CC/min). Results. Approximately 60% of correct CCs were performed without feedback, which significantly increased to 79% with the use of feedback. In the "feedback later" group, the percentage of correctly performed CC and CR significantly increased during the second 2 min interval of CC with feedback (median value 51% vs. 86%, p < 0.0001 and 71% vs. 84%, p = 0.025, respectively). In the "feedback first" group, the percentage of correct CC remained stable during the two CC intervals (71% vs. 80%, p = 0.06), while CR was better without the help of the feedback (70% vs. 93%, p < 0.0001). CC/min was in the recommended range (100–120/min) in all the CC events. Conclusions. In this population of expected highly skilled CPR providers, the overall quality was inconsistent and, in many cases, did not reach guidelines recommendations. The use of a feedback device significantly improved the quality of CC. When the feedback device was used in the first CC attempt, it had a learning effect that was reflected in maintaining quality during the second CC series.

Effect of a Real-Time Feedback Smartphone Application (tcprlink) on the Quality of Telephone-Assisted CPR Performed by Trained Laypeople in China: a Manikin-Based Randomised Controlled Study

Abstract:Objectives To determine the effect of a free smartphone application (TCPRLink) that provides real-time monitoring and audiovisual feedback on chest compressions (CC) on trained layperson telephone-assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitation (T-CPR) performance.Design A manikin-based randomised controlled study.Setting This study was conducted at a multidisciplinary university and a community centre in China.Participants One hundred and eighty-six adult participants (age 18–65 years) with T-CPR training experience were randomly assigned to the TCPRLink (n=94) and T-CPR (n=92) groups with age stratification.Interventions We compared the participants’ performance for 6 min of CC in a simulated T-CPR scenario both at the baseline and after 3 months.Primary and secondary outcome measures The primary outcomes were the CC rate and proportion of adequate CC rate (100–120 min−1). The secondary outcomes included the proportion of participants counting the CC rhythm, time to first CC, CC depth, hands-off time and CC full-release ratio.Results Participants in the TCPRLink feedback group more consistently performed CC with higher rate, both initially and 3 months later (median 111 (IQR 109–113) vs 108 (103–112) min−1, p=0.002 and 111 (109–113) vs 108 (105–112) min−1, p<0.001, respectively), with less need to count the rhythm (21.3% vs 41.3%, p=0.003% and 7% vs 22.6%, p=0.004, respectively) compared with the T-CPR group. There were no significant differences in time to the first CC, hands-off time or CC full-release ratio. Among 55–65 year group, the CC depth was deeper in the TCPRLink group than in the TCPR group (47.1±9.6 vs 38.5±8.7 mm, p=0.001 and 44.7±10.1 vs 39.3±10.8 mm, p=0.07, respectively).Conclusions The TCPRLink application improved T-CPR quality in trained laypersons to provide more effective CCs and lighten the load of counting out the CC with the dispatcher in a simulated T-CPR scenario. Further investigations are required to confirm this effectiveness in real-life resuscitation attempts.

Abstract:Background:A trained lay rescuer is the most important determinant of survival from sudden cardiac arrest. Augmented Reality (AR) device may represent a powerful instrument for CPR assistance and self-training especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods:A prospective, parallel, 1:1 pilot randomized clinical trial was designed. An AR CPR app was developed and 28 participants were randomly allocated into AR-assisted group and instructor-assisted group. Acceptability, usability, and mean per minute/per cycle chest compression depth, rate and accuracy were measured.Results:The mean scores for acceptability and usability were all rated good in each group. Comparing real-time AR-assisted CPR to instructor-assisted CPR, the mean difference of compression depth was 0.18 (95% CI: -0.18-0.53) cm and rate was -1.58 (95% CI: -6.11-2.95) min-1. Comparing AR self-training to instructor training, the AR group was not significantly different between two groups regarding both compression depth, rate and accuracy (p > .05).Conclusion:We found that the AR CPR app was an acceptable and usable tool both in real-time-assisted CPR and self-training CPR.

Abstract:High-quality chest compression is essential for successful cardiac arrest resuscitation. High-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can effectively improve the survival rate of patients with cardiopulmonary arrest. However, bystanders untrained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation may provide inadequate chest compressions. Previous studies have shown that the use of feedback devices in training alone or in simulated cardiopulmonary arrest alone can improve cardiopulmonary resuscitation. This study aims to determine whether using an audiovisual feedback (AVF) device during CPR training or a simulated cardiopulmonary arrest (CA) scenario would be more effective in improving the quality of chest compressions (CC).

Abstract:Aim: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) quality affects survival after cardiac arrest. We aimed to investigate if a smartwatch with real-time feedback can improve CPR quality by healthcare professionals. Methods: An app providing real-time audiovisual feedback was developed for a smartwatch. Emergency Department (ED) professionals were recruited and randomly allocated to either the intervention group wearing a smartwatch with the preinstalled app, or to a control group. All participants were asked to perform a two-minute CPR on a manikin at a 30:2 compression-ventilation ratio. Primary outcomes were the mean CCR and CCD measured on the manikin. A secondary outcome was the percentage of chest compressions meeting both the guideline-recommended rate (100-120 min-1) and depth (50-60 mm) of high-quality CPR during a 2-min period. Differences between groups were evaluated with t-test, Chi-Square test, or Mann-Whitney U test depending on the distribution. Results: Eighty participants were recruited. 40 people were assigned to the intervention and 40 to the control group. The compression rates (mean ± SD, min-1) were significantly faster (but above the guideline recommendation, P < 0.001) in the control (129.1 ± 14.9) than in the intervention group (112.0 ± 3.5). The compression depths (mean ± SD, mm) were significantly deeper (P < 0.001) in the intervention (50.9 ± 6.6) than in the control group (39.0 ± 8.7). The percentage (%) of high-quality CPR was significantly higher (P < 0.001) in the intervention (median 39.4, IQR 27.1-50.1) than in the control group (median 0.0, IQR 0.0-0.0). Conclusion: Without real-time feedback, chest compressions tend to be too fast and too shallow. CPR quality can be improved with the assistance of a smartwatch providing real-time feedback.
Effectiveness of a Novel Augmented Reality Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Self-Training Environment for Laypeople in China: a Randomized Controlled Trial

Abstract:Abstract Objectives: The training rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) among the general population in China is relatively low. Augmented reality (AR) may be an effective method of CPR training, especially where in-person interactions may not be possible. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of AR CPR self-training for people who are not professional health care workers. Methods: A 2-arm and prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted. Participants were recruited via advertisements from August to October 2021 in Beijing and were randomly assigned to either an AR self-training CPR group (n=82) or an instructor-led training group (n=81). Participants in the AR group spent 25 minutes in a simulated environment using HoloLens to engage them in immersive multisensory CPR self-training. Participants in the instructor-led group received 25 minutes of CPR instruction with the guidance of a certified instructor. The outcomes, including the mean chest compression depth (centimeter) and rate (/min), the proportion of correct positioning of hands, correct rescue breaths, compression accuracy, and the proportion of participants that adhered to the American Heart Association’s CPR guidelines, were compared between the 2 groups. Results: The median age of the participants was 23 years old (interquartile range: 22–25) and the median weight was 55 kg (interquartile range: 51–63). The mean difference (95% CI) in the compression rate between the 2 groups [mean (SD): AR 109.03 (2.68)/min vs. instructor-led 110.88 (3.03)/min] was −1.85 (−2.74 to −0.96)/min. The mean difference (95% CI) in the depth of compressions between the groups [mean (SD): AR 5.59 (0.59) cm vs. instructor-led 5.55 (0.47) cm] was 0.04 (−0.13 to 0.20) cm. The AR self-training was noninferior to the instructor-led CPR training, as measured by the rate and depth of compressions (P<0.001). The proportion of participants that adhered to the AHA guideline for compression depth (AR: 65.85% vs. instructor: 72.84%, χ2=0.935, P=0.334) was similar in the 2 groups. The proportion of correct rescue breaths [AR: 64 (78.05%) vs. instructor: 74 (91.36%), P<0.001] were significantly higher in the instructor-led group. Heterogeneity of the effect of AR self-training on the chest-compression rate were found in subgroups of sex (P=0.03 for the interaction) and weight (P=0.03 for the interaction). Discussion: The AR self-training and instructor-led training are comparable in terms of both groups’ compression rate and depth. This study may have important implications to improve the CPR training rates in China.
High-Quality Chest Compression for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Using Newly-Designed Automatic Device

Abstract:High-quality chest compression during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) can remarkably improve survival rate and reduce the risk of secondary injury. In this study, a newly-designed automatic chest compression device was applied on an animal model and the effects of chest compression were examined in comparison of manual compression and machine compression by a commercialized device. Three pigs (weight:30±2 kg) were used for the experiment. A LUCAS2 CPR machine and the newly-designed CPR device were used for automatic compression treatment. Compression pressure and chest displacement were collected in the process of CPR. Regarding the statistical distribution of compression depths, the new CPR device showed a mean of the depths at 1.64 inches, which was greater than that of manual (mean = 1.21 inches) and of LUCAS2 (mean = 1.18 inches). In addition, the new CPR device showed a standard deviation (SD) of compression depths at 0.07 inches, which was lower than that of manual (SD = 0.15 inches) and of LUCAS2 (SD = 0.25 inches). These results suggested that the new CPR device performed higher compression depths with lower compression variability, indicating enforced compression and better stability. This study provided a preliminarily outcomes validating the new CPR device, which may play a role in high-quality chest compression for the first aid in emergency.Clinical Relevance- This study established an animal model to validate a newly-designed automatic device for CPR. Comparing with manual chest compression and automatic compression using LUCAS2, the new device showed greater compression depths and better stability, which may provide more effective CPR treatment for clinical usage.

Abstract:Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving skill that can significantly increase survival rates in an emergency. Medical professionals, health students, and trained lay people must all perform high-quality CPR. As an outcome, effective CPR training using instruments that support the achievement of high-quality CPR is essential. Objective: This systematic review aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of feedback provided via mobile devices in measuring the quality of CPR training. Method: Design used systematic review with reference to the PRISMA Statement Guidelines 2020. Search results through database of ScienceDirect (778 articles), Wiley Online Library (765 articles), PubMed (55 articles), and ResearchGate (73 articles). The research designs of articles analyzed was randomized controlled trial which published from 2013 to 2023 with the keywords cardiopulmonary resuscitation, CPR training, mobile devices. The sample in this study was taken from five articles that match the inclusion criteria. JBI's critical assessment tool for assessing bias risk in randomly controlled 2023 checklist tests is used to critically evaluate the instruments used for the selected article. Results: The primary results that five publications were based on CPR quality metrics such as chest compression depth and speed, as well as the proportion of acceptable chest compression depth. Conclusions: This review discovered evidence that mobile devices have an effect on the effectiveness of real-time feedback on CPR quality in CPR training. CPR trainees received effective instant guidance from a variety of mobile devices, including smartphones and smart watches equipped with sensors.

Abstract:Objective: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment is widely used in clinic, based on previous studies, this paper focused on the establishment of data acquisition system to achieve data acquisition and analysis accurate and efficient. Methods: Based on the data acquisition system, CPR device simplify CPR parameter model to achieve rapid acquisition parameters by the transformation of the signal waveform and curve fitting methods. Results: The system implements CPR device detects rapid acquisition parameters and equivalent process. Conclusion: It can be widely used in cardiopulmonary resuscitation equipment, clinical testing, and important to improve the rapid test related equipment.
