Abstract:Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) is the key subunit of methyltransferase complex responsible for catalyzing N6-methyladenosine (m 6 A) modification on mRNA, which is the most prevalent post-transcriptional modification in eukaryotes. In this study, we utilized online databases to analyze the association between METTL3 expression and various aspects of tumorigenesis, including gene methylation, immunity, and prognosis. Our investigation revealed that METTL3 serves as a prognostic marker and therapeutic target for liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC). Through experimental studies, we observed frequent upregulation of METTL3 in LIHC tumor tissue and cells. Subsequent inhibition of METTL3 using a novel small molecule inhibitor, STM2457, significantly impeded tumor growth in LIHC cell lines, spheroids, and xenograft tumor model. Further, transcriptome and m 6 A sequencing of xenograft bodies unveiled that inhibition of METTL3-m 6 A altered genes enriched in SMAD and MAPK signaling pathways that are critical for tumorigenesis. These findings suggest that targeting METTL3 represents a promising therapeutic strategy for LIHC.

Targeting METTL3 enhances the chemosensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer cells by decreasing ABCC2 expression in an m6A-YTHDF1-dependent manner

Abstract:Patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are easily resistant to first-line chemotherapy with paclitaxel (PTX) or carboplatin (CBP). N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) has crucial functions in m6A modification and tumorigenesis. However, its role in chemoresistance of NSCLC is still elusive. Here, we demonstrated that METTL3 inhibitor STM2457 significantly reduced the IC50 values of PTX or CBP in NSCLC cells, and they showed a synergistic effect. Comparing with monotherapy, a combination of STM2457 and PTX or CBP exhibited more potent in vitro and in vivo anti-tumor efficacy. In addition, we found that ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 2 (ABCC2) was responsively elevated in cytomembrane after PTX or CBP treatment, and targeting METTL3 could reverse this effect. Mechanistically, targeting METTL3 decreased the m6A modification of ABCC2 mRNA and accelerated its mRNA degradation. Further studies revealed that YTHDF1 could bind and stabilize the m6A-modified mRNA of ABCC2, while YTHDF1 knockdown promoted it mRNA degradation. These results, taken together, demonstrate that targeting METTL3 enhances the sensitivity of NSCLC cells to PTX or CBP by decreasing the cytomembrane-localized ABCC2 in an m6A-YTHDF1-dependent manner, and suggest that METTL3 may be a potential therapeutic target for acquired resistance to PTX or CBP in NSCLC.

Abstract:Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) presents a significant global health burden, with high rates of incidence and mortality, and an urgent need to improve prognosis. STM2457, a novel small molecule inhibitor specific for N6-methyladenosine (m6A) catalytic enzyme Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) has implicated significant treatment potentials in a few of types of cancer. However, its impact and underlying mechanism are still unclear in CRC cells. Methods: We used CCK-8 and colony formation assay to observe cell growth, flow cytometry and TUNEL approaches to detect cell apoptosis under the treatment of STM2457 on CRC cells in vitro or in vivo. RNA-sequencing, qRT-PCR and western blotting were performed to explore downstream effectors of STM2457. Messenger RNA stability was evaluated by qRT-PCR after treatment with actinomycin D. The methylated RNA immunoprecipitation (MeRIP) qPCR, dual-luciferase reporter analyses and m6A dot blotting were carried out to measure the m6A modification. Associated gene expression pattern and clinical relevance in CRC clinical tissue samples were analyzed using online database. Results: STM2457 exhibited a strong influence on cell growth suppression and apoptosis of CRC cells in vitro and subcutaneous xenograft growth in vivo. Asparagine synthetase (ASNS) was markedly downregulated upon STM2457 treatment or METTL3 knockdown and exogenous overexpression of ASNS could rescue the biological defects induced by STM2457. Mechanistically, the downregulation of ASNS by STM2457 may be due to the decrease of m6A modification level in ASNS mRNA mediated by METTL3. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that STM2457 may serve as a potential therapeutic agent and ASNS may be a new promising therapeutic target for CRC.

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the inhibitory effects of STM2457, which is a novel METTL3 (m6A writer) inhibitor, both as a monotherapy and in combination with anlotinib, in the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) both in vitro and in vivo. Materials and Methods The efficacy of STM2457 or STM2457 plus anlotinib was evaluated using two OSCC cell lines by CCK8, transwell, colony formation, would‐healing, sphere formation, cell cycle, apoptosis assays, and nude mice tumor xenograft techniques. The molecular mechanism study was carried out by western blotting, qRT‐PCR, MeRIP‐qPCR, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Results STM2457 combined with anlotinib enhanced inhibition of cellular survival/proliferation and promotion of apoptosis in vitro. Moreover, this combinatorial approach exerted a notable reduction in stemness properties and EMT (epithelial‐mesenchymal transition) features of OSCC cells. Remarkably, in vivo studies validated the efficacy of the combination treatment. Mechanistically, our investigations revealed that the combined action of STM2457 and anlotinib exerted downregulatory effects on EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) expression in OSCC cells. Conclusions The combination of STM2457 and anlotinib targeting EGFR exerted a multiple anti‐tumor effect. In near future, anlotinib combined with STM2457 may provide a novel insight for the treatment of OSCC.

Abstract:The tumor microenvironment (TME) is a heterogeneous ecosystem containing cancer cells, immune cells, stromal cells, cytokines, and chemokines which together govern tumor progression and response to immunotherapies. Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3), a core catalytic subunit for RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification, plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological and pathological processes. Whether and how METTL3 regulates the TME and anti-tumor immunity in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remain poorly understood. Here, we report that METTL3 elevates expression of pro-tumorigenic chemokines including CXCL1, CXCL5, and CCL20, and destabilizes PD-L1 mRNA in an m6A-dependent manner, thereby shaping a non-inflamed TME. Thus, inhibiting METTL3 reprograms a more inflamed TME that renders anti-PD-1 therapy more effective in several murine lung tumor models. Clinically, NSCLC patients who exhibit low-METTL3 expression have a better prognosis when receiving anti-PD-1 therapy. Collectively, our study highlights targeting METTL3 as a promising strategy to improve immunotherapy in NSCLC patients.

Abstract:Abstract Background METTL3 is the RNA methyltransferase responsible for the deposition of N-6-methyladenosine modification (m6A) on mRNA, to regulate its stability, splicing and protein translation. Small molecule inhibitors of METTL3 catalytic activity have previously demonstrated anti-tumor efficacy in pre-clinical models of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and solid tumors. Inhibition of METTL3 was shown to induce a cell-intrinsic innate immune response through activation of the double strand RNA (dsRNA) sensing machinery and interferon (IFN) signalling. Here we present new pre-clinical data, investigating the combination of METTL3 inhibitor (METTL3i) with DNA damaging therapies. We show that METTL3 inhibition profoundly changes the tumor microenvironment (TME), and we further demonstrate the generation of durable immune memory in mice treated with METTL3i, with or without anti-PD1 therapy. Materials & Methods The orally bioavailable small molecule clinical-stage METTL3i STC-15, or the equipotent tool compound STM3675 were used in these studies. To characterise transcriptomic changes following METTL3 inhibition, RNA sequencing was performed. Induction of specific genes was validated by Western Blot, and cytokine secretion assessed by ELISA. In-vitro cell viability was assessed by Cell TiterGlo (Promega). In vivo efficacy studies used subcutaneous MC38 and GL261 syngeneic tumor models, and characterisation of the TME was performed by flow cytometry. Results Treatment with METTL3i sensitized cells to DNA damaging agents such as doxorubicin. On the molecular level, further enhancement of the IFN pathway by the combination treatment was observed. Moreover, combination of METTL3i with radiation treatment (RT) in vivo in the MC38 colorectal syngeneic mouse model demonstrated a clear benefit of the combination over each of the single treatments. METTL3i alone or in combination with RT led to a major TME remodulation, reducing the number of Tregs, M2 macrophages and neutrophils, and increasing the number of M1 macrophages and CD8+ T-cells in tumors. The GL261 syngeneic glioma model is exquisitely sensitive to anti-PD1 treatment. Similarly, METTL3i treatment led to multiple complete regressions, and the combination of METTL3i and anti-PD1 further accelerated the occurrence of regressions. Following a 3-weeks’ observation period, tumor free mice were re-inoculated with GL261 cells. All tumor-free mice remained tumor free after the rechallenge. Conclusions In pre-clinical cancer models, treatment with METTL3i such as STC-15 resulted in activation of innate immune pathways and subsequent enhancement of cytotoxic T-cell activity. In-vivo, STC-15 had a profound effect on the TME, shifting it from an immunosuppressive, pro-tumorigenic state to an immunostimulatory, anti-tumor state. In combination with anti-PD1, METTL3 inhibitors generate a durable anti-tumor response and lasting immune memory. METTL3/IGF2BP1 influences the development of non-small-cell lung cancer by mediating m6A methylation modification of TRPV1

Abstract:Background: Methyltransferase 3 (METTL3) accelerates N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modifications and affects cancer progression, including non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In this study, we aimed to explore the regulatory mechanisms of METTL3 underling NSCLC. Methods: Immunohistochemical assay, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) assay, and western blot assay were conducted for gene expression. MTT assay and colony formation assay were performed to explore cell proliferation capacity. Cell apoptosis and THP-1 cell polarization were estimated by flow cytometry analysis. Cell migration and invasion capacities were evaluated by transwell assay. Methylated RNA immunoprecipitation assay, dual-luciferase reporter assay, actinomycin D treatment and RIP assay were performed to analyze the relationships of METTL3, insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 1 (IGF2BP1), and transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1 (TRPV1). The functions of METTL3 and TRPV1 in vivo were investigated through establishing the murine xenograft model. Results: TRPV1 expression was upregulated in NSCLC and related poor prognosis. TRPV1 silencing inhibited NSCLC cell growth and metastasis, induced NSCLC cell apoptosis, and repressed M2 macrophage polarization. The results showed that METTL3 and IGF2BP1 could regulate TRPV1 expression through m6A methylation modification. Moreover, METTL3 deficiency inhibited NSCLC cell growth, metastasis, and M2 macrophage polarization and facilitated NSCLC cell apoptosis, while TRPV1 overexpression restored the impacts. In addition, METTL3 knockdown restrained tumor growth in vivo via regulating TRPV1 expression. Conclusion: METTL3 bound to IGF2BP1 and enhanced IGF2BP1's m6A recognition of TRPV1 mRNA, thereby promoting NSCLC cell growth and metastasis, and inhibiting M2 macrophage polarization.
The m6A Methyltransferase METTL3 Promotes Cisplatin Resistance and Invasion in Testicular Seminoma via BCL2

Abstract:Abstract Background: Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) involves in promoting tumor progression through tumor-related genes N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification. Our previous study found that METTL3 plays an important role in seminoma chemosensitivity. BCL-2 is a key cause of cisplatin resistance in many tumors. Therefore, we want to explore whether METTL3 affects cisplatin resistance of seminoma by regulating BCL-2. Methods: In this study, we downregulated and overexpressed METTL3 in TCam-2 cisplatin resistant cells (TCam-2/CDDP). Then, m6A RNA methylation quantification of BCL-2 and cell viability assay, cell apoptosis analysis and cell invasion assay were investigated under the condition of with or without cis‐dichlorodiammine platinum (CDDP) treatment. Results: Consistent with our previous results, METTL3 significantly affects the chemosensitivity of TCam-2/CDDP. After METTL3 downregulated, the proliferation and anti-apoptosis ability of TCam-2/CDDP cells significantly weakened. Correspondingly, overexpression of METTL3 could promote the chemoresistance. However, the phenotype could be partly reversed by decreasing the expression of BCL-2. Moreover, we found that the m6A modification of BCL-2 is more abundant in cisplatin-resistant strains. Knockdown and overexpression of METTL3 significantly affected the m6A modification and the protein level of BCL-2 in TCam-2/CDDP. Finally, we found that METTL3 also promoted the invasion ability of TCam-2/CDDP cells via BCL2. Conclusion: This study revealed that METTL3 promotes anti-apoptosis and invasion of TCam-2/CDDP through BCL-2. And it indicated that METTL3 and BCL-2 may be an effective treatment target for CDDP-resistance seminoma.

Abstract:METTL3, a primary methyltransferase catalyzing RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification, has been identified as an oncogene in several cancer types and thus nominated as a potentially effective target for therapeutic inhibition, although current options using this strategy are limited. In this study, we targeted protein-protein interactions at the METTL3-METTL14 binding interface to inhibit complex formation and subsequent catalysis of RNA m6A modification. Among candidate peptides, RM3 exhibited the highest anti-cancer potency, inhibiting METTL3 activity while also facilitating its proteasomal degradation. We then designed a stapled peptide inhibitor (RSM3) with enhanced peptide stability and formation of the α-helical secondary structure required for METTL3 interaction. Functional and transcriptomic analysis in vivo indicated that RSM3 induced upregulation of programmed cell death-related genes while inhibiting cancer-promoting signals. Furthermore, tumor growth was significantly suppressed while apoptosis was enhanced upon RSM3 treatment, accompanied by in-creased METTL3 degradation, and reduced global RNA methylation levels in two in vivo tumor models. This peptide inhibitor thus exploits a mechanism distinct from other competitive-binding small molecules to inhibit oncogenic METTL3 activity. Our findings collectively highlight the potential of targeting METTL3 in cancer therapies through peptide-based inhibition of complex formation and proteolytic degradation.

METTL3 Intensifies the Progress of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Via Modulating the M6a Amount of PRMT5 and PD-L1

Abstract:N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) modification is one of the commonest chemical modifications in eukaryotic mRNAs, which has essential effects on mRNA translation, splicing, and stability. Currently, there is a rising concern on the regulatory role of m6A in tumorigenesis. As a known component in the m6A methyltransferase complex, METTL3 (methyltransferase-like 3) plays an essential role in m6A methylation. Till now, the functions of METTL3 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and its relative mechanism remain to be explored. In this research, through the GEPIA database, we found that high METTL3 expression has a correlation with poor prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck. qRT-PCR displayed that METTL3 was highly expressed in OSCC cells. Functionally, METTL3 knockdown reduced the invasion, migration, and proliferation competence of OSCC cells and attenuated the activation of CD8+ T cells. In contrast, METTL3 overexpression resulted in opposite results. GEPIA, UALCAN, and SRAMP databases, PCR, western blot, and m6A RNA methylation assay confirmed the m6A modification of PRMT5 and PD-L1 mediated by METTL3. In conclusion, our results displayed that METTL3 intensified the metastasis and proliferation of OSCC by modulating the m6A amounts of PRMT5 and PD-L1, suggesting that METTL3 may be a therapeutic target for OSCC patients.
Methyltransferase-like 3 upregulation is involved in the chemoresistance of non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract:Background: Treatments for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) have improved tremendously, but therapeutic resistance is a common and major clinical challenge in treatment. Methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) is a ribonucleic acid (RNA) methyltransferase that has crucial functions in the development and progression of cancers, including drug resistance, by regulating N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification. However, the role of METTL3 in the progression and drug resistance of NSCLC is poorly understood.Methods: The expression levels of METTL3 and AKT serine/threonine kinase 1 (AKT1) in NSCLC tissues were detected using quantitative real-time PCR (RT-qPCR), Western blots, and immunohistochemical assays. The m6A levels of AKT1 messenger RNA (mRNA) in NSCLC tissues were detected using m6A methylated RNA immunoprecipitation-quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results: The expression levels of METTL3 and the AKT1 protein were significantly increased in NSCLC tissues, and m6A expression levels of AKT1 mRNA were dramatically upregulated in NSCLC tissues. Additionally, METTL3, AKT1 protein, and m6A levels of AKT1 mRNA were overexpressed in chemoresistant NSCLC samples, and high expression levels of METTL3 and AKT1 were correlated with poor patient survival, especially in chemoresistant NSCLC patients. Further, AKT1 protein expression and m6A levels of AKT1 mRNA were positively correlated with METTL3 expression, and AKT1 protein expression was positively correlated with m6A levels of AKT1 mRNA. Moreover, METTL3 and AKT1 protein expression levels were significantly associated with cisplatin susceptibility, tumor, node, metastasis stage, and lymph node metastasis.Conclusions: Taken together, our results indicate that METTL3 contributes to the progression and chemoresistance of NSCLC by promoting AKT1 protein expression through regulating AKT1 mRNA m6A levels, and may provide an efficient therapeutic intervention target for overcoming chemoresistance in NSCLC.

Abstract:The migration of an intra uterine device (IUCD) into the bladder is a rare complication. The authors report a case of IUCD migrated into the bladder. The patient was asymptomatic. Diagnosis was made on abdominal X-ray performed for another reason. It was confirmed by ultrasound and cystoscopy. As the IUCD was only partially intra vesical, it's removal was made by laparoscopy and cystoscopy. The authors then discussed the frequency, the physiopathology, the diagnosis and the treatment with arguments from the literature.

Abstract:Background Many studies have demonstrated the relationship between METTL3 protein expression and clinical outcomes in various cancers and elucidated the mechanism by which METTL3 disrupts the behavior of cancer cells. Here, we attempted to define the prognostic value of METTL3 protein in patients with cancer via systematic analysis and explored the potential effect of inhibiting METTL3 using its specific inhibitor. Methods We searched PubMed, Embase, and the Web of Science databases for studies that elucidated the prognostic value of METTL3 protein expression in all cancer types and then calculated the pooled hazard ratios with 95% confidence intervals for the overall survival (OS) of all cancer types and subgroups. Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset were used to study METTL3 mRNA expression in cancers. Further, the effects of a METTL3‐specific inhibitor were studied in cancer cells via the colony formation assay, the cell proliferation assay, and apoptosis detection. Results Meta‐analysis of the 33 cohorts in 32 studies (3666 patients in total) revealed that higher METTL3 protein expression indicated poor OS in the majority of cancers. Bioinformatics analysis of METTL3 mRNA expression and cancer prognosis did not show the extremely prominent prognostic value of METTL3 mRNA. Nevertheless, the METTL3‐specific inhibitor attenuated cell proliferation and cell cloning formation and promoted apoptosis. Conclusions METTL3 protein expression is associated with poor prognosis in most cancer types and could be a biomarker for OS. Further, METTL3 inhibition might be a potential treatment strategy for cancers.

Abstract:Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is the most aggressive subtype of lung cancer. Although most patients are initially sensitive to first-line combination chemotherapy with cisplatin and etoposide, chemotherapy drug resistance easily develops and quickly leads to tumour progression. Therefore, understanding the mechanisms of chemotherapy drug resistance and how to reverse it is key to improving the prognosis of patients with SCLC. Moreover, N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is the most abundant mRNA modification and is catalysed by the methyltransferase complex, in which methyltransferase-like 3 (METTL3) is the sole catalytic subunit.

Abstract:Abstract Lung cancer remains one of the major causes of cancer-related death globally. Recent studies have shown that aberrant m 6 A levels caused by METTL3 are involved in the malignant progression of various tumors, including lung cancer. The m 6 A modification, the most abundant RNA chemical modification, regulates RNA stabilization, splicing, translation, decay, and nuclear export. The methyltransferase complex plays a key role in the occurrence and development of many tumors by installing m 6 A modification. In this complex, METTL3 is the first identified methyltransferase, which is also the major catalytic enzyme. Recent findings have revealed that METTL3 is remarkably associated with different aspects of lung cancer progression, influencing the prognosis of patients. In this review, we will focus on the underlying mechanism of METT3 in lung cancer and predict the future work and potential clinical application of targeting METTL3 for lung cancer therapy.

METTL3 Promotes Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Progression by Enhancing SLC7A11 mRNA Stability via m6A-Mediated IGF2BP2 Binding

Abstract:Abstract Background: As the key enzyme of the N6-methyladenosine (m6A) in eukaryotic messenger RNA, METTL3 plays important roles in tumor progression, but the exact mechanism by which METTL3 controls oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) progression remains unclear. Methods: METTL3 expression in OSCC samples was analyzed by qPCR and immunohistochemistry. The effects of METTL3 suppression on OSCC cell lines were measured by CCK-8, Ki-67 flow cytometry analysis, invasion transwell and wound healing assays. MeRIP-seq and RNA-seq analysis were performed to explore target gene of METTL3. RIP-qPCR and RNA stability assays were performed to explore the mechanism by which METTL3 regulated the target genes. Triptolide was used to evaluate its specific treatment effects on METTL3 in OSCC cells. BALB/c nude mice were used to establish orthotopic and subcutaneous xenograft models to verify the in vitro results.Results: METTL3 was upregulated in OSCC tissues than adjacent normal tissues, and its expression was associated with T stage, lymphatic metastasis and prognosis. In vitro and in vivo studies suggested that METTL3 suppression impaired cell proliferation, invasion, and migration. MeRIP-seq and RNA-seq analysis identified that SLC7A11 mRNA was the m6A target of METTL3, which was verified by meRIP-qPCR, qPCR and western blot. METTL3 depletion decreased the stability of SLC7A11 mRNA, and IGF2BP2 was involved in this process. Moreover, METTL3 knockdown attenuated the binding between SLC7A11 mRNA and IGF2BP2, finally leading to accelerate SLC7A11 mRNA degradation. Triptolide inhibited METTL3 and SLC7A11 expression in a dose-dependent manner, thus suppressing malignancy of OSCC cells. Conclusions: METTL3 enhances the mRNA stability of SLC7A11 via m6A-mediated binding of IGF2BP2, which thus promotes OSCC progression, and triptolide inhibits OSCC by suppressing METTL3-SLC7A11 axis.

Abstract:Background: METTL3 accelerates m6A modification to influence cancer progression including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). To illustrate the role and underlying mechanism of METTL3 mediated miR-196a upregulation in NSCLC. Method: The global level of m6A modification was detected by qPCR, western blot and immumohistochemical staining. The TCGA, GEPIA, CPTAC and TIMER databases were used to explore the expression change of METTL3, miR-196a and GAS7 in NSCLC patients. Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed to analyze the prognostic value of miR-196a. NSCLC cells overexpressed or knockdown miR-196a were constructed and used for CCK8, colony formation assay, western blot and immunofluorescence in vitro. The effect of miR-196a on tumor growth was investigated in vivo. Result: We found that METTL3 mediated miR-196a were notably enhancive in NSCLC tissues and in NSCLC cells, which is markedly positively related with the serious TNM stage, the large tumor size, the distant metastasis, and the poor prognosis in patients of NSCLC. Further investigation showed that up-regulated miR-196a promoted cell viability and cell autophagy, while down-regulation of miR-196a revealed opposite results in H1299 and A549 cells. In terms of mechanism, we found that miR-196a interacted with GAS7. In addition, GAS7 expression in NSCLC patients may be positively related with the infiltration of immune cell subsets in tumor microenvironment (TME). Conclusion: The axis of METTL3-miR-196a-GAS7 might be a target for molecular targeted therapy, a potential and novel diagnostic marker for NSCLC patients.

Abstract:Our experimental study showed that METTL3 was highly expressed in NSCLC cells and promoted the growth of tumor cells. METTL3 takes N6-methyladenosine (m6A) as the main means of mRNA modification to control the expression and function of RIG-I-MAVS signalling pathway. RIG-I-MAVS constitute the first line frontier in the innate immune defense of human cells. Activation of RIG-I-MAVS signaling can inhibit tumor cell growth and activate the immune microenvironment. Our experimental data reveal that lung cancer cells utilize METTL3-mediated methylation modifications to inhibit the activation of RIG-I-MAVS signaling pathway and immune responses. Our work provides new ideas for biotherapy and immunotherapy.
