Generation of an induced pluripotent stem cell line SDPHi002-A from a patient with lung cancer

Abstract:Here, an induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line from a patient with lung neuroendocrine carcinoma was generated. The iPSCs were developed using nonintegrating episomal vectors carrying OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, BCL-XL and c-MYC. The established iPSCs (SDPHi002-A) had normal karyotype, excellent differentiation potential in vitro, showing pluripotent stem cell morphology and high expression of pluripotent markers.
