Abstract:Research background: Fintech development shapes corporate investment efficiency and economic growth with innovative tools, and can decrease financing constraints of enterprises, enabling direct and indirect financing and furthering inter-bank competition. Crowdfunding- and blockchain-based fintech operations harness deep and maching learning algorithms, augmented and virtual reality technologies, and big data analytics in mobile payment transactions. Purpose of the article: We show that fintechs have reconfigured financial service delivery by harnessing AI-based data-driven algorithms and cloud and blockchain technologies. Fintech optimizes financial organization and services, economic structures and growth, data analysis, and digital banking performance. Machine learning algorithms can streamline payment operation capabilities and process promptness, ensuring smooth operational flows, assessing risks, and detecting frauds and money laundering by historical data and customer behavior analysis across instant payment networks and infrastructures. Abstract:The rapid evolution of financial technology (fintech) platforms has exponentially increased the volume and sophistication of financial transactions, concurrently elevating the risk and complexity of fraudulent activities. This necessitates a paradigm shift in fraud detection methodologies towards more agile, accurate, and predictive solutions. This paper presents a comprehensive study on the transformative potential of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms in enhancing fintech fraud detection mechanisms. By leveraging cutting-edge AI techniques including deep learning, machine learning, and natural language processing, this research aims to develop a robust fraud detection framework capable of identifying, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent transactions in real-time. Our methodology encompasses the deployment of several AI algorithms on extensive datasets comprising genuine and fraudulent financial transactions. Through a comparative analysis, we identify the most effective algorithms in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Key findings reveal that deep learning models, particularly those employing neural networks, outperform traditional machine learning models in detecting complex and nuanced fraudulent activities. Furthermore, the integration of natural language processing enables the extraction and analysis of unstructured data, significantly enhancing the detection capabilities. Conclusively, this paper underscores the critical role of advanced AI algorithms in revolutionizing fintech fraud detection. It highlights the superior performance of AI-based models over conventional methods, offering fintech platforms a more dynamic and predictive approach to fraud prevention. Abstract:Financial technology and continuous digital growth are having an influence on financial inclusion which has significant ramifications for the faith-based financial paradigm. The objective of this research is to investigate the relationships and effects of financial technologies in Islamic financing inside financial institutions within the framework of digital transformation and blockchain technology. The use of these advancements will significantly affect Sharia-compliant Islamic finance. This paper critically investigates the historical and current implications of Financial Technologies, financial inclusion, and Blockchain in Islamic Finance worldwide with a focus on banking, investing, and compliance with regulations. Using a comprehensive review of the literature, indexing journals, and empirical case studies, this research seeks to provide significant new insights on the development and status of several areas within the Islamic financial industry. In order to make Sharia compatible, it also examines how digitalization has altered the landscape. Furthermore, before they can considerably promote financial inclusion in many countries, the Islamic financial services industry and the junction of technology and Islamic finance still have a ways to go due to the scale necessary. The study's findings may serve as a guide for financial institutions, decision-makers, and other interested parties in order to maximise the potential of blockchain technology and other financial innovations in Islamic finance across a range of Islamic nations. Abstract:With the development of engineering technology and computer networks, artificial neural networks, which mimic human brain neural networks, are being used in financial market forecasting to improve the accuracy of stock predictions and are making significant progress. Therefore, there is a great need to actively investigate the method of financial data analysis based on blockchain technology. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the neural network method of financial data analysis based on blockchain technology. Shanghai Index and Shenzhen 200 Index are chosen as experimental data, which are divided into two subsets: training and test samples. The BP model is constructed based on blockchain technology to analyze MARE, RMSRE, MSPEE, RMSPE, and MARE errors. The results show that the mean absolute error rate (MARE), RMSPE, and MSPEE of training samples of blockchain-based BP model are 0.0056, 0.0787, and 0.0085, respectively. Blockchain-based BP model plays an important role in solving financial data analysis problems.

This paper aims to study the research on financial automation auditing methods supported by blockchain technology and proposes the related concepts of blockchain technology, hash function, financial auditing analysis, and the impact of BP Neural Network (BPNN) and its algorithms on financial automation auditing methods. Abstract:Abstract In recent years, the rapid development of FinTech has attracted widespread attention globally. It not only brings unprecedented challenges to the financial industry, but also inspires significant reforms and innovations in banks’ internal operations. In this paper, based on the support of fintech, the Harris Hawk algorithm is used to optimize the GRU algorithm to construct an efficient digital operation system for banks. This system focuses on improving and enhancing the operation work of different business areas within the bank. After applying this system, the bank has combined fintech with risky operational work, resulting in an average capital adequacy ratio of 12.97, which is strong evidence of the bank’s high affordability in risk management. In addition, the banks’ efficiency of technological advancement grew at an average annual rate of 0.4%, which is the most significant change, showing a trend of growth in tandem with total factor productivity. The scale efficiency has an average annual growth rate of 0.5%, which further demonstrates the system’s significant effectiveness in enhancing banks’ operational efficiency. The system proposed in this paper can effectively promote the digitization process of bank operations and significantly improve banks’ operational efficiency and risk management capability.

Abstract:In this paper, we address the problems of fraud and anomalies in the Bitcoin network. These are common problems in e-banking and online transactions. However, as the financial sector evolves, so do the methods for fraud and anomalies. Moreover, blockchain technology is being introduced as the most secure method integrated into finance. However, along with these advanced technologies, many frauds are also increasing every year. Therefore, we propose a secure fraud detection model based on machine learning and blockchain. There are two machine learning algorithms—XGboost and random forest (RF)—used for transaction classification. The machine learning techniques train the dataset based on the fraudulent and integrated transaction patterns and predict the new incoming transactions. The blockchain technology is integrated with machine learning algorithms to detect fraudulent transactions in the Bitcoin network. In the proposed model, XGboost and random forest (RF) algorithms are used to classify transactions and predict transaction patterns. We also calculate the precision and AUC of the models to measure the accuracy. A security analysis of the proposed smart contract is also performed to show the robustness of our system. In addition, an attacker model is also proposed to protect the proposed system from attacks and vulnerabilities.

Abstract:FinTech has proven its true potential in traditional financial offerings by delivering digital financial services to individuals worldwide. The pandemic has accelerated how people interact with financial services and has resulted in long-term changes to societies and economies. FinTech has expanded access to financial services and has made such changes possible. FinTech or Financial Technology refers to using new technologies for financial services. Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and cloud computing are a few technologies currently being applied to FinTech. In this paper, we consider FinTech, which partly uses blockchain technology. Blockchain technology plays a vital role in the financial sector as it ultimately lifts trust and the need for third-party verification by using consensus-based verification. This survey provides a comprehensive summary of the most relevant blockchain-based FinTech implementations and an overview of FinTech sectors and segments. For each segment, we provide a critique and a discussion on how each blockchain implementation contributes to solving the majority of problems faced by FinTech companies and researchers. This research aims to direct the future of financial solutions by providing an outline of the applications of blockchain technology and distributed ledger technology (DLT) for FinTech. We discuss various implementations, limitations, and challenges of blockchain-based FinTech applications. We conclude this work by exploring possible strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis and future research directions.

Abstract:The exponential expansion of addressing payment risks through E-Commerce Apps is mostly attributable to technical developments in this area. Although the blockchain was first created to support Bitcoin, its potential applications outside that digital currency are currently being explored. The adoption of blockchain technology may reduce the time it takes to complete a transaction, provide a more secure platform, and eliminate payment risk. Before this change, businesses were forced to go outside their borders for a satisfactory answer to the problem of payment risks. Blockchain technology has allowed us to overcome this obstacle. DTA-KNN is used as a cross-border model in this study. To do this, KNN is used to analyse data from neighbouring nations, and DTA is used to choose the most appropriate international payment gateway. To evaluate the efficacy of the suggested model, it is put up against well-established algorithms like DTA and KNN. The findings demonstrate that the hybrid model is more accurate than the other two separately.

Abstract:The contemporary innovations in financial technology (fintech) serve society with an environmentally friendly atmosphere. Fintech covers an enormous range of activities from data security to financial service deliverables that enable the companies to automate their existing business structure and introduce innovative products and services. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for scholars and professionals to identify the future trends and directions of the topic. This is why the present study conducted a bibliometric analysis in social, environmental, and computer sciences fields to analyse the implementation of environment-friendly computer applications to benefit societal growth and well-being. We have used the ‘bibliometrix 3.0’ package of the r-program to analyse the core aspects of fintech systematically. The study suggests that ‘ACM International Conference Proceedings’ is the core source of published fintech literature. China leads in both multiple and single country production of fintech publications. Bina Nusantara University is the most relevant affiliation. Arner and Buckley provide impactful fintech literature. In the conceptual framework, we analyse relationships between different topics of fintech and address dynamic research streams and themes. These research streams and themes highlight the future directions and core topics of fintech. The study deploys a co-occurrence network to differentiate the entire fintech literature into three research streams. These research streams are related to ‘cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, financial technology’, ‘financial industry stability, service, innovation, regulatory technology (regtech)’, and ‘machine learning and deep learning innovations’. The study deploys a thematic map to identify basic, emerging, dropping, isolated, and motor themes based on centrality and density. These various themes and streams are designed to lead the researchers, academicians, policymakers, and practitioners to narrow, distinctive, and significant topics.

Abstract:Blockchain has become a widely used information system technology recently because of its effectiveness as an intermediary-free platform. While the use of blockchain in various fields, such as finance, supply chains, healthcare, education, and energy consumption, is increasingly enabling the development of Internet-enabled "distributed databases," there are not many exploratory studies available to provide an understanding of how the field is progressing. Therefore, it is imperative to explore the status quo of blockchain technology in the finance sector, particularly highlighting how blockchain architectures can aid the finance sector to gain competitive advantage. This systematic literature review analyzes the content of the 50 most relevant articles and professional industry reports through peer-reviewed relevant academic literature in the finance sector from 2008 to 2022 to identify several possible features of blockchain research in the financial sector. This study highlighted the dimensions of blockchain technology, blockchain in finance, its competitive advantages, the current status of finance, and various challenges that keep the implementation of blockchain-based financial information systems at the initial stage. We identified three main areas that require research attention in order for blockchain technology to become the "next-generation networks" that will revolutionize the financial sector.

Abstract:The financial data of some listed companies is not transparent enough, especially in financial-related management and program planning. In addition to legal and ethical constraints, with the continuous upgrading of blockchain technology, it is possible to explore the use of blockchain technology to lower the threshold for a certain number of investors to participate in corporate financial governance. Jointly supervising the capital flow of listed companies can ensure the safety of funds and improve the efficiency of capital use, thereby solving the problem of financial fraud of listed companies to a certain extent. The four core features of blockchain technology include decentralized distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, asymmetric encryption, and smart contracts. Exploring the feasibility and embedding path of chain technology in the capital supervision of listed companies will help to solve this problem. The integrated application of blockchain technology plays an important role in new technology innovation and industrial transformation. According to the unique technical characteristics of blockchain technology such as decentralization, nontampering, and traceability, combined with its application scenarios in the accounting field, it is hoped to use blockchain technology to solve problems such as information asymmetry and easy tampering of financial amounts from the source. Risk management is one of the key tasks of the credit business of banks and other financial institutions, which runs through all aspects of the credit business before, during, and after the loan. This article combines blockchain and fuzzy neural network algorithms to study the credit risk of SME financing from the perspective of supply chain finance. This article builds a supply chain financial system through blockchain technology and integrates supply chain financial information into blocks. The fuzzy neural network algorithm is used for financial data processing and risk assessment, effectively solving and improving the risk processing level of the supply chain. Through further simulation, the application effect of blockchain and machine learning algorithms in the supply chain financial system was verified.

Abstract:Research background: Fintech companies should optimize banking sector performance in assisting enterprise financing as a result of firm digitalization. Artificial IoT-based fintech-based digital transformation can relevantly reverse credit resource misdistribution brought about by corrupt relationship chains. Purpose of the article: We aim to show that fintech can decrease transaction expenses and consolidates firm stock liquidity, enabling excess leverage decrease and cutting down information asymmetry and transaction expenses across capital markets. AI- and IoT-based fintechs enable immersive and collaborative financial transactions, purchases, and investments in relation to payment tokens and metaverse wallets, managing financial data, infrastructure, and value exchange across shared interactive virtual 3D and simulated digital environments. Methods: AMSTAR is a comprehensive critical measurement tool harnessed in systematic review methodological quality evaluation, DistillerSR is harnessed in producing accurate and transparent evidence-based research through literature review stage automation, MMAT appraises and describes study checklist across systematic mixed studies reviews in terms of content validity and methodological quality predictors, Rayyan is a responsive and intuitive knowledge synthesis tool and cloud-based architecture for article inclusion and exclusion suggestions, and ROBIS appraises systematic review bias risk in relation to relevance and concerns. As a reporting quality assessment tool, the PRISMA checklist and flow diagram, generated by a Shiny App, was used. As bibliometric visualization and construction tools for large datasets and networks, Dimensions and VOSviewer were leveraged. Search terms were “fintech” + “artificial intelligence”, “big data management algorithms”, and “Internet of Things”, search period was June 2023, published research inspected was 2023, and selected sources were 35 out of 188. Findings & value added: The growing volume of financial products and optimized operational performance of financial industries generated by fintech can provide firms with multifarious financing options quickly. Big data-driven fintech innovations are pivotal in banking and capital markets in relation to financial institution operational efficiency. Through data-driven technological and process innovation capabilities, AI system-based businesses can further automated services.
