Abstract:The evaluation of Physical Education Teaching Methods in Colleges and Universities faces two main challenges: an excess of evaluating elements and a lack of assessment framework. Hence, the research proposes the multi-feature fuzzy evaluation model based on artificial intelligence to streamline the evaluation process and provide an efficient framework for accessing teaching methods. The framework integrates natural/human language using fuzzy instructions considering three evaluation perspectives, including the management stage, instructors, and students and employs the enhanced cuckoo search optimization algorithm. After the teaching expert has determined each parameter's ratings, they are fed into the improved cuckoo search algorithm and solved using an unbiased function to assess the assessment's final result. It incorporates the students' mobility mechanism and movement vector deconstruction designed based on functional criteria. A system for evaluating the quality of instruction has been developed utilizing the proposed model with enhanced cuckoo search optimization. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm has achieved the highest scores across multiple assessment categories, average skill performances of 97.01%, learning progress of 87.36%, physical fitness of 93.49%, participation rate of 95.04%, student satisfaction of 95.49%, and physical education of 96.8% teaching efficiency. The usefulness of the proposed framework in enhancing physical education teaching methods has been demonstrated by comparing the results with traditional methods. It contributes to advancing pedagogical practices in the field.

Abstract:The integration of green design into building construction is a necessary process in today’s world to address environmental issues and achieve sustainable development. However, when evaluating green building design schemes, various factors are intertwined with a high degree of complexity and uncertainty. To realise rational decision-making about green building design schemes, this paper first adopts the mixed techniques of triangular fuzzy numbers, quality function deployment, and Best–Worst Method. It aims to analyse the complex factor relationship between customer needs and green building design technical features and to solve the optimal green building design index weight allocation. Next, a hybrid fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method integrating triangular fuzzy numbers, the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, and Grey Correlation (GC) are proposed to evaluate green building design scheme performance. Finally, an example of a green design project for a hotel building is selected for application validation and analysis in comparison with the existing Complex Proportional Assessment, VlseKriterijuska Optimizacija I Komoromisno Resenje, and DEMATEL-ANP methods. These analyses demonstrate the stability and validity of the results, as well as the rationality and practicability of the proposed triangular fuzzy QFD–MCDM method. This research is a guide to the problem of evaluating green building design schemes.

Abstract:There are two major problems with teaching quality evaluation of physical education (PE) in colleges: the excessive number of evaluation factors, and the incomplete evaluation system. To solve the problems, this paper puts forward a multi-attribute fuzzy evaluation model of college PE teaching quality, and provides the strategies to implement the model. Firstly, the problems of college PE teaching were analyzed, and a novel multi-dimensional evaluation system was developed for college PE teaching quality. To quantify college PE teaching quality, an evaluation model of college PE teaching quality was established based on the Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). In addition, several strategies were presented to improve college PE teaching quality. The proposed model and strategies provide a good reference for solving similar complex system problems.

Abstract:Before the advent of the new era, my country has completed the popularization of higher education, and the country has gradually begun to pay attention to the quality of higher education. Under the background of Healthy China, the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities has become a hot topic of social concern. The quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities directly determines the quality of physical education talents. A reasonable, complete, and scientific evaluation system of physical education teaching quality in colleges and universities is an effective measure to improve the quality of physical education teaching and the training of physical education talents. The physical education teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities is frequently viewed as the multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) issue. In such paper, taxonomy method is designed for solving the MAGDM under single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs). First, the score function of SVNSs and criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) method is used to derive the attribute weights. Second, then, the optimal choice is obtained through calculating the smallest single-valued neutrosophic number development attribute values from the single-valued neutrosophic number positive ideal solution (SVNNPIS). Finally, a numerical example for physical education teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities is given to illustrate the built method.

Abstract:China plays an important role in the global basic education of mathematics. Moreover, China has a lot of educational experience and methods and trains many excellent talents in the field of mathematics. However, there are still various disadvantages in the process of mathematics teaching. The traditional exam-oriented education makes the talent thought of mathematics education lack openness. Teachers also focus on difficult problems, partial questions, and exam questions during teaching. When teaching, teachers cannot contact students' daily life, which has low value. Mathematics teaching methods are too rigid and lack attraction. Most teachers focus on contents in textbooks while students cannot understand the value of mathematics in learning. This results in the decline of most students' interest in mathematics courses. To solve this problem, mathematical modeling teaching is put forward. China has a short application time in this field, and mathematical modeling is complex and systematic. When dealing with mathematical modeling problems, we must be able to skillfully use the basic knowledge learned and also involve the knowledge of other disciplines, so we must realize the integration of the knowledge of various disciplines. In addition, mathematical modeling teaching attaches great importance to students' communication ability, mathematical interpretation ability, and teamwork ability. Teachers can improve students' ability; however, our teachers' abilities in mathematical modeling teaching are uneven and there are no relevant standards. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an evaluation index system to accurately judge teachers' abilities. Based on this, this study uses the Delphi AHP method to construct the evaluation index system and selects four criteria level indexes and 12 index level indexes to judge teachers' mathematical modeling teaching ability.

Abstract:The evaluation of undergraduate teaching levels by the Ministry of Education has greatly promoted the construction of software and hardware in universities. After the evaluation, it will be a long-term task to build a long-term decision-making mechanism to guarantee the continuous improvement of teaching quality. As an important part of university education, physical education (PE) has always played an irreplaceable role in improving current students' physical quality and cultivating their awareness of lifelong physical exercise. How to establish and improve the quality evaluation information system of PE to guarantee the quality of PE is not only related to the awareness of physical education workers about their own teaching work but also to the effective means to regulate the quality monitoring of PE. An effective PE quality evaluation system depends not only on the teaching management department but also on the evaluation of teaching by students and teachers themselves. Only in this way can PE classroom teaching quality be comprehensively and truly reflected. The evaluation of PE quality in higher education is often considered as a multiattribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem. In this article, the EDAS model is extended to the single-valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) setting to deal with MAGDM and the computational steps, for all designs are listed. Finally, the PE quality evaluation is given to prove the SVNN-EDAS model and some good comparative analysis is done to demonstrate the advantages of SVNN-EDAS. It is shown that the SVNN-EDAS method emphasizes the expectation value of the SVNN average alternative. Compared with different methods mentioned, the SVNN-EDAS method is more practical and efficient because the calculation steps are simpler and easier to apply in practice.

Abstract:Recently, there is of significant interest in developing multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) techniques with large applications for real-life problems. Making a reasonable and accurate decision on MCDM problems can help develop enterprises better. The existing MCDM methods, such as the grey comprehensive evaluation (GCE) method and the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS), have their one-sidedness and shortcomings. They neither consider the difference of shape and the distance of the evaluation sequence of alternatives simultaneously nor deal with the interaction that universally exists among criteria. Furthermore, some enterprises cannot consult the best professional expert, which leads to inappropriate decisions. These reasons motivate us to contribute a novel hybrid MCDM technique called the grey fuzzy TOPSIS (FGT). It applies fuzzy measures and fuzzy integral to express and integrate the interaction among criteria, respectively. Fuzzy numbers are employed to help the experts to make more reasonable and accurate evaluations. The GCE method and the TOPSIS are combined to improve their one-sidedness. A case study of supplier evaluation of a collaborative manufacturing enterprise verifies the effectiveness of the hybrid method. The evaluation result of different methods shows that the proposed approach overcomes the shortcomings of GCE and TOPSIS. The proposed hybrid decision-making model provides a more accurate and reliable method for evaluating the fuzzy system MCDM problems with interaction criteria.

Abstract:Ensuring and improving quality in higher education is a never-ending theme in university construction and development. College teaching quality includes the quality of physical education instruction. Physical education’s unique focus necessitates the use of teaching quality evaluation tools. This paper develops a decision tree algorithm-based evaluation index system for college physical education teaching quality. The evaluation index and weight of the system for evaluating the quality of physical education teaching are determined using the expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process. To put it another way, while discussing data mining theory in general, the paper focuses on decision tree algorithm flow and structure. To develop a decision tree model for the established PE teaching quality evaluation system, the modified C4.5 algorithm was applied to classroom teaching evaluation data from 125 teachers, and the model’s correctness and applicability were verified. When it is all said and done, it highlights key decision-making attributes that have an impact on how well physical education teachers are evaluated, and it offers some sound advice based on these findings.

Abstract:With the continuous development of the times, the educational concept in the information age continues to advance, in order to meet the needs of the society, each school in China has reformed and piloted according to its own situation to improve the quality of teaching. The research of conventional mixed physical education teaching, from the perspective of research methods, can be divided into two orientations: qualitative and quantitative. On the other hand, from the perspective of sample size, traditional research is a small sample study, and these objective behavioral data have opened up a new perspective for the research of blended physical education teaching from the research methods and research content. In this context, this paper combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to propose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods for mixed physical education teaching, such as preclass preparation, in-class links, teaching content, and teaching methods and designs an online and offline hybrid teaching mode for physical education courses based on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct an evaluation system, determine its fuzzy operators, determine indicators, and evaluate them comprehensively, reasonably and accurately through experiments. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is based on the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method, which can evaluate the evaluation object from all aspects, can objectively reflect the essential characteristics of things, and the evaluation process of the mixed mode construction of physical education courses is more scientific and reasonable. The application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has effectively promoted the reform and improvement of education and provided a foundation for the continuous improvement and innovation of students' learning and teachers' teaching effects.

Abstract:Abstract The assessment findings are given too much weight in the current system of evaluation for physical education instruction at higher education institutions. In contrast, the method of teaching and students’ basic health literacy are given insufficient weight. To address this phenomenon, this paper utilizes educational evaluation theory, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory, and multiple evaluation theory as the basis for setting up the higher education institution’s physical education teaching assessment system. Three first-level indexes comprise the entire index system, namely, “condition quality,” “process quality,” and “result quality.” Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, hierarchical analysis, and genetic algorithm, it is determined that the “process quality” is the most important factor. The “process quality” has the highest weight coefficient of 0.4419, which enhances the importance of the physical education teaching process in higher education institutions. After determining the evaluation index system, the average physical education scores of X physical education classes in University H were calculated by conventional teaching evaluation means and the evaluation means established in this paper, respectively, and compared and analyzed. The difference between the two final average scores was 2.9, which was attributed to the fact that the multivariate evaluation means paying more attention to the core literacy of students’ health. The standard deviation of the statistical results is 2.3, and the skewness, kurtosis, and S-W test values meet the statistical requirements and satisfy the normal distribution, which is thorough and scientific and can encourage academic institutions to pay more focus on how they teach and students’ fundamental physical literacy. These institutions can enhance their instruction by implementing the evaluation system established in this paper, which will improve the quality of instruction and learning in higher education sports.

Abstract:In this paper, the forest algorithm and the decision tree algorithm are mainly used to analyze students’ physical education information, course exam results, and student learning data and relevant feature attributes from the online teaching platform. We aim to generate decision trees using the decision tree algorithm for the purpose of generating classification rules, based on which we can find factors that are important to students’ physical education performance and form data basis for improving teaching quality to help teaching management and teachers improve teaching methods and adjust teaching strategies. We specifically achieved this objective by constructing a model for assessing the effectiveness of student teaching, the steps of which include data collection and preparation, data preprocessing (data cleaning, conversion, integration), model construction (algorithm training), and algorithm optimization, as well as realizing the simulation results of the model. At the same time, the importance of the relevant attributes of the model is analyzed, and some measures are proposed to improve the universities: the standard of physical education teaching and the corresponding strategies for improving teaching methods. The mainstream development environment is chosen to ensure the complete operation of the project system that integrates learning, operation, and evaluation. The sports virtual simulation experimental teaching system realized in this paper has good functionality, stability, and application benefits in operation and use.

Abstract:This study presents a new framework for evaluating data asset quality using a hybrid multi‐criteria decision‐making (MCDM) approach that integrates the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), best–worst method (BWM), and fuzzy‐technique for order of preference by similarity to the ideal solution (TOPSIS) techniques. First, the framework considers data as both a product and an asset, leading to the development of quality indicators beyond the traditional dimensions. Subsequently, the interrelationships among indicators are addressed using the DEMATEL method, allowing for the identification of key indicators that significantly influence data asset quality in a given scenario. The BWM method is then employed to determine the weights of these key indicators, enabling a more precise assessment of their importance. After that, the TOPSIS method, incorporating triangular fuzzy numbers, is utilized to rank the data asset quality of different companies. Finally, the effectiveness of the framework is demonstrated by applying it to a group of companies, and the results of the company's evaluation are discussed, along with the corresponding data asset quality improvement initiatives.

Abstract:There are many difficulties in the evaluation of the teaching quality of phys-ical education (PE) in colleges: the evaluation factors are complicated, the evaluation systems are incomplete, and the evaluation methods are not com-prehensive enough. To overcome these difficulties, this paper introduces an-alytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the evaluation of PE teaching quality in colleges. Firstly, the authors identified the influencing factors of PE teaching in colleges today. Next, an index system was established for the evaluation, and an evaluation model was set up based on the AHP and grey system theo-ry (GST). Finally, our method was proved feasible through example analysis. The research results provide new insights on the application of state-of-the-art theories in quality evaluation of higher education.

Abstract:The status of physical education courses in education is increasing, there are many problems in teaching traditional physical education courses, and information technology and information-based education are developing continuously, providing enough space for the research of the topic. The online teaching of public physical education courses in colleges and universities is very complex, and its quality evaluation faces many difficulties. Considering the problem that most traditional PE teaching quality evaluation methods are affected by the accuracy of the established model in the process of positioning, a PE teaching quality evaluation model based on random matrix theory is established by using the advantage that random matrix theory does not rely on the simplification and assumptions of the system model and can extract effective information from a large amount of data. Firstly, the influencing factor data and physical education state data are constructed as a state augmentation matrix. Then, the average spectral radius of the characteristic statistic is used to construct indicators to analyze the size of the correlation between each influencing factor and physical education state to achieve the fundamental positioning of physical education quality. The main influencing factors of online teaching of public physical education classes in colleges and universities mainly include teacher quality, teaching process, course resources, and course effect, and the construction of an evaluation index system should be implemented based on adhering to the scientificity, accessibility, independence, and generality from these four aspects to construct the evaluation index system and evaluation criteria of online teaching quality of public physical education class in colleges and universities, which provides the final realization of the goal of physical education class in colleges and universities.

Abstract:Physical education teaching in colleges and universities is a complicated project for systematic optimization with multiple factors. As a vital approach to enhance the quality of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, it is of great importance to have a scientific, accurate and objective evaluation of physical education teaching. The thesis, on the one hand, analyzes the existent problems during the evaluation course of physical education teaching in colleges and universities; and on the other hand, discusses the related improved measures on the aforementioned basis. In order to update the evaluation index system of physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the thesis, based on the multiple intelligence theory, constructs an evaluation index system of physical education from all-round aspects, i.e., teaching step, teaching and learning step as well as managing step. Furthermore, according to the weight of various evaluation indexes on the foundation of AHP method, plus with the involvement of fuzzy evaluation information, the thesis puts forward with a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities. This model serves as an attempt to effectively evaluate physical education teaching, the validity of which is proved in the case analysis part.

Abstract:The environmental design major has certain practical characteristics. In the teaching process, it is necessary to effectively combine practical methods and theoretical knowledge in order to improve the overall quality and efficiency of education to a certain extent. The most important training measure currently is project-based teaching method, which has also been recognized by many researchers. The environmental design majors teaching quality evaluation is a classical multiple-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Recently, the Taxonomy has been used to cope with MAGDM problems. The interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets (IVPFSs) are useful tools to depict uncertainty in MAGDM. This paper use Taxonomy method to solve MAGDM with IVPFSs. Firstly, the concepts of IVPFSs are presented. Then, the classical Taxonomy method is used to solve MAGDM with IVPFSs. Finally, a numerical example for environmental design majors teaching quality evaluation is proposed and a comparative analysis is also given to show the developed approach. The main study motivations of built paper are outlined: (1) the Taxonomy method is extended to IVPFSs; (2) the score function of IVPFSs and information entropy method is used to derive the attribute weights; (3) the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Taxonomy (IVPF-Taxonomy) method is built to deal with MAGDM; (4) a case study about environmental design majors teaching quality evaluation is given to show the built method; (5) some comparative analysis are given to show the rationality of IVPF-Taxonomy method.

Abstract:Abstract Every institution in China has undergone reform and piloting based on its unique situation to enhance the quality of instruction as a result of the ongoing advancement of the times and the educational idea in the information age. The effectiveness of education is increased by hybrid teaching, which combines offline and online approaches. It empowered educators and motivates learners to take responsibility for their learning. Classes in physical education (PE) that place a strong emphasis on training and technical performance are especially well-suited for hybrid instruction. This mode improves teaching abilities and supports the long-term growth of education. As a result, we offer an online and offline technique for assessing the quality of PE instruction that is relied on mobile edge computing (MEC). With the use of the target, index, weight, and standard assessments, this study builds a quality evaluation index (QEI) approach for PE that combines online and offline techniques. Assessing the corresponding significance of every index, factor, and cluster analysis compresses index elements. The weights of the QEIs for integrated instruction are determined using MEC. The efficacy of combined PE is assessed using the fuzzy logic-based comprehensive assessment methodology. According to the analytical model, this strategy increases teaching quality while reducing costs and mistakes and improves assessment effectiveness. The experimental results proved that the proposed model has provided an accuracy of 95.98%.

Abstract:As an effective tool to show the fuzziness of qualitative information, the probabilistic hesitant fuzzy set (PHFS) can utilize a group of membership degrees with a clear probability distribution to show the opinions of decision-maker (DM). Given this merit, many probabilistic hesitant fuzzy multi-criteria group decision-making (PHF-MCGDM) methods have been designed. However, most of the existing PHF-MCGDM methods have some limitations, including the difficulty of reflecting DMs' ambiguous and hesitant preferences for criteria weights and the inability to comprehensively show the impacts of DMs' irrational behaviors. To address these limitations, this paper develops a novel PHF-MCGDM method that integrates the defining interrelationships between ranked criteria (DIBR) approach and tri-reference point (TRP) theory. First, the PHF-DIBR approach is constructed to determine criteria weights by fully expressing DMs' ambiguous and hesitant preferences for the importance of criteria. Second, the novel probabilistic hesitant fuzzy correlation coefficient (NPHFCC) is developed for deriving the weights of DMs, which remedies the flaws of the existing correlation coefficients (CC). Moreover, TRP theory is used to describe the psychological behavior effects of DMs and derive the order of alternatives. Finally, the applicability of the proposed method is validated by the case about office flooring material selection, while the sensitivity and comparison analyses are also conducted to further prove its advantages and effectiveness.

Abstract:One of the most significant components of the teaching department is the evaluation of teaching quality. The traditional teaching quality evaluation model has the problems of low weight calculation accuracy and long evaluation time. With the development of educational informatization, modern information processing technology can be used to effectively evaluate teachers’ teaching quality. In this article, a physical education teaching quality evaluation model based on the simulated annealing algorithm is proposed. An evaluation index system is established based on the construction principles of the evaluation index system followed by the construction of a judgment matrix to calculate the weight of the evaluation index. The simulated annealing algorithm is employed to effectively optimize the weight of the evaluation index and improve the evaluation accuracy. In addition, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to test the consistency of the judgment matrix, and the weight ranking results of the evaluation indexes are obtained to complete the teaching quality evaluation of physical education. The experimental results show that the performance of the proposed model in terms of evaluation weight calculation accuracy and evaluation calculation time is higher than that of the existing models. Therefore, the proposed model can better meet the requirements of physical education teaching quality evaluation.

Abstract:ABSTRACT With the continuous improvement of people's material living standards, public health and national fitness has become a social topic, and has been widely concerned by the public, in terms of the traditional physical education and impact of the concept of health. This not only needs the school to carry on the multi-directional adjustment to the physical education teaching, but also needs the physical education teacher to respond positively to this in order to adapt to the development needs of the times and society. This study uses the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the professionalization model of physical education teachers in Colleges and Universities, and makes decision on the index weight of the model through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The results show that the weight of the first-class indicators of P.E. Teachers' professionalization model from large to small is ability > quality > knowledge, and the consistency ratio (CR) of the model indicators is less than 0.1, and the fuzzy score of the model is 85 points. Therefore, the model of P.E. Teachers' professionalization constructed in this study has consistent indicators and shows good applicability. This does not only provide the basis for the professional development evaluation of College PE teachers, but also provides research ideas for the development of the sports industry from the perspective of public health.
