Abstract:We provide a brief overview of the connotation and characteristics of data mining technology in the era of big data, analyze the feasibility of data mining technology in business management from the economic and technical perspectives, and propose specific application suggestions according to the content and requirements of business management. This paper describes in detail the principles and steps of using the weighted plain Bayesian algorithm and the decision tree algorithm to analyze students' performance; firstly, we need to obtain the plain Bayesian analysis model of college students' learning literacy in physical education and the C4.5 graduation literacy analysis model, and then use certain rules to combine the weighted plain Bayesian algorithm and the decision tree algorithm to obtain the WNB-C4.5 college students' learning literacy analysis model. In addition, in the prediction of financial risks, the classification scheme can be used in the judgment of violation of regulations, but the most used classification scheme is the decision tree. Experiments show that the effectiveness of this scheme in data mining for financial companies is increased by 2% compared to the benchmark method.
Optimizing the Isolation Forest Algorithm for Identifying Abnormal Behaviors of Students in Education Management Big Data

Abstract:With the changes in educational models, applying computer algorithms and artificial intelligence technologies to data analysis in universities has become a research hotspot in the field of intelligent education. In response to the increasing amount of student data in universities, this study proposes to use an optimized isolated forest algorithm for recognizing features to detect abnormal student behavior concealed in big data for educational management. Firstly, it uses logistic regression algorithm to update the calculation method of isolated forest weights, and then uses residual statistics to eliminate redundant forests. Finally, it utilizes discrete particle swarm optimization to optimize the isolated forest algorithm. On this basis, improvements have also been made to the traditional gated loop unit network. It merges the two improved algorithm models and builds an anomaly detection model for collecting college student education data. The experiment shows that the optimized isolated forest algorithm has a recognition accuracy of 0.986 and a training time of 1 second. The recognition accuracy of the improved gated loop unit network is 0.965, and the training time is 0.16 seconds. In summary, the constructed model can effectively identify abnormal data of college students, thereby helping educators to detect students' problems in time and helping students to improve their learning status.

Abstract:With the advent of the Big Data era, information and data are growing in spurts, fueling the deep application of information technology in all levels of society. It is especially important to use data mining technology to study the industry trends behind the data and to explore the information value contained in the massive data. As teaching and learning in higher education continue to advance, student academic and administrative data are growing at a rapid pace. In this paper, we make full use of student academic data and campus behavior data to analyze the data inherent patterns and correlations and use these patterns rationally to provide guidance for teaching activities and teaching management, thus further improving the quality of teaching management. The establishment of a data-mining-technology-based college repetition warning system can help student management departments to strengthen supervision, provide timely warning information for college teaching management as well as leaders and counselors’ decision-making, and thus provide early help to students with repetition warnings. In this paper, we use the global search advantage of genetic algorithm to build a GABP hybrid prediction model to solve the local minimum problem of BP neural network algorithm. The data validation results show that Recall reaches 95% and F1 result is about 86%, and the accuracy of the algorithm prediction results is improved significantly. It can provide a solid data support basis for college administrators to predict retention. Finally, the problems in the application of the retention prediction model are analyzed and corresponding suggestions are given.

Abstract:Recently, the rise in student numbers has led to the establishment of many new colleges and universities in China. As a result, there has been a significant increase in data collection on students' athletic skills. To manage these data, educational institutions are implementing information management systems. However, tracking sports results remain challenging since sports information may not always be collected during sports teaching. This work presents a systematic strategy to address this problem by evaluating student athletes' abilities using an Apriori algorithm, decision tree (DT), and association rule. It covers the processes for collecting data, preprocessing, selecting features, and evaluating models. The efficiency of the DT algorithm in solving classification problems, including student achievement analysis, is emphasized. The association rule algorithm is applied to figure out the correlation between students' physical fitness and their involvement in physical education. The Apriori algorithm is introduced to reduce the amount of data needed in merging item sets. Lastly, the overall architecture of the college students' physical fitness analysis system is presented. It covers the insertion of sports test scores, the calculation of total scores, and the application of DT analysis for evaluating student achievements. The process involves standardizing database information, selecting a training instance set, and determining attributes based on information gain. The efficiency of the system is evaluated in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. In comparison with previous works, our recommended system can track and analyze students' athletic capability, fitness, and physical ability to create personalized workout routines and monitor their health in real-time.

All kinds of enterprises and organizations, especially large enterprises, urgently need to improve the operational efficiency of financial systems. By enhancing the integrity, timeliness, and synergy of financial information, it improves the comprehensiveness and ability of analyzing complex problems in financial analysis. It can cope with such rapid changes and help improve the financial management capabilities of enterprises. It provides more valuable decision-making guidance for business operations and reduces business risks. In recent years, the vigorous development of artificial intelligence technology has provided a feasible solution to meet the urgent needs of enterprises. This paper studies the company's intelligent financial reengineering process, so as to provide reference and reference for other enterprises to upgrade similar financial systems. The results of the analysis showed that at the level of α = 0.05 , there was a significant difference in the mean between the two populations. When the r value is in the range of -1 and 1, the linear relationship between the x and y variables is more obvious. This paper proposes decision-making suggestions and risk control early warning to the group decision-making body, or evaluates the financial impact of the group's decision-making, and opens the road to financial intelligence.

Abstract:With the advent of the era of big data, although enterprises have certain strategic choices in the process of active early warning of financial operational risks, the effect of financial risk early warning method is not obvious due to lack of understanding. This paper will apply the idea of decision tree algorithm to the construction of financial risk management model, give full play to the advantages of big data, and try to digitize useful information, so as to find leading indicators to make early warning of financial crisis and control risks as soon as possible. The financial risk early warning management system based on decision tree algorithm can effectively and accurately prevent the financial management risks of enterprises, and effectively avoid the possible financial management risks in the process of business development. When the decision-making problem is in multi-stage and multi-level, the decision tree algorithm can conveniently express the correlation and mutual influence between each stage decision-making and the overall decision-making. When using the decision tree algorithm, we should collect data extensively, consult relevant experienced experts and managers, and repeatedly check and modify the probability distribution, so as to provide a reliable basis for financial decision-making of enterprises.

Abstract:To improve enterprise financial early warning, we propose an algorithm based on a decision tree. According to the shortcomings and defects of the classical algorithm and the traditional decision tree algorithm, in the ordinary decision tree improved algorithm based on PCA, there is a problem that the representativeness of the data after dimensionality reduction processing are not high, resulting in the fact that the accuracy of the algorithm can be improved slightly after multiple data runs. Based on the classical algorithm, attribute eigenvalues before classification are extracted twice, and the amount of data to be classified is calculated. That is, the most important attributes of the original data are selected. After the subtree is established, the dimension reduction and merging selection of the data are performed, and the improved algorithm is verified by using three data sets in the UCI database. The results show that the average accuracy in the three datasets is 94.6%, which is improved by 1.6% and 0.6% for the traditional classical algorithm and the ordinary PCA decision tree optimization algorithm, respectively. PCA-based decision tree algorithms can improve the accuracy of the results to some extent, which is of practical importance. In the future, a classic algorithm improved for secondary modeling will be used to obtain a more efficient decision tree model. The decision tree algorithm has been proven to recognize an early warning of an enterprise's financial risks, which enhances the effectiveness of an enterprise's early financial warning.

Abstract:Abstract This paper first describes the process of the BP neural network mining algorithm, then applies the optimization algorithm to optimize the BP neural network model to improve its performance. The data mining algorithm is used to mine the financial management and supervision data of colleges and universities and analyze the problems in the financial management and supervision system of colleges and universities in terms of the financial management reimbursement process, budget process, financial information entry, and financial supervision respectively, and put forward suggestions for improvement. Regarding the awareness of financial information in colleges and universities, only about 30% of the people in each project said they understood it. In terms of financial work satisfaction, more than 50% are satisfied and very satisfied. On the problems of the reimbursement process, 87.75% of people think the approval process is long, 70.5% think the reimbursement rework rate is high, and 57.6% think the reimbursement queuing time is long. It is difficult to track the budget progress on a financial budget, lack of modern technology in the financial system, and lack of budget supervision are the top three, accounting for 77.3%, 77.5%, and 69.6%, respectively. Financial management in universities should keep up with the times and actively reform for the existing problems.
A Hybrid Intelligent System for Company Financial Risk Detection Based on Tree-Based Model and Deep Neural Network

Abstract:At present, the process of security issuance in China has changed from examination and approval system to approval system. With the increasing stock that enters the capital market through the IPO, establishing an effective financial risk monitoring and control system of listed companies has great practical significance and application value. In the perspective of big data, this paper constructs a new practical financial early warning integration model. A total of 32,283 financial statements of 3,025 listed companies are collected from 2000 to 2017. First, this paper collected and built a financial crisis prediction database: a total of 32,283 financial statements of 3,025 listed companies occurred from year 2000 to 2017 and corresponding financial indicators including 6 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators are collected. Next, the financial crisis model based on financial indicators is proposed and trained by the classic machine learning method such as random forest and gradient boosting decision tree. And then, through natural language processing and deep learning technology, this paper also builds a financial crisis prediction model based on financial statement text. Finally, an ensemble model is proposed and its performances are evaluated; the results indicate that the proposed ensemble model performed the best and significantly outperforms other benchmark methods for financial crisis prediction and identification, indicating that it can be employed as an intelligent identification system to enhance identification accuracy for early warning and identification of financial crisis of listed companies in China stock marketing.

Financial Reporting Fraud Detection: An Analysis of Data Mining Algorithms

Abstract:In the last decade, high profile financial frauds committed by large companies in both developed and developing countries were discovered and reported. This study compares the performance of five popular statistical and machine learning models in detecting financial statement fraud. The research objects are companies which experienced both fraudulent and non-fraudulent financial statements between the years 2011 and 2016. The results show, that artificial neural network perform well relative to a Bayesian network, Discriminant Analysis, logistic regression and Support vector machine. The results also reveal some diversity in predictors used across the classification algorithms. Out of 19 predictors examined, only nine are consistently selected and used by different classification algorithms: Employee Productivity, Accounts Receivable to Sales, Debt-to-Equity, Inventory to Sales, Sales to Total Assets, Return On Equity, Return on Sales, Liabilities to Interest Expenses, and Assets to Liabilities. These findings extend financial statement fraud research and can be used by practitioners and regulators to improve fraud risk models.

Abstract:In recent years, information security has been getting more concerned, and timely detection of abnormal campus accounts has great significance to the information security of colleges and universities. This paper proposes an abnormal campus accounts detection method using a machine learning model to detect abnormal campus accounts that have suspicious activities, and uses the quantity and the percentage of user sign-in logs of different campus business systems to detect accounts that have unusual access behaviors. This paper uses user sign-in logs of campus business systems for 9 consecutive months and the known abnormal campus accounts as data sources, and generates samples based on the proposed method to train the machine learning models, then verifies the detection effect of the trained machine learning models. The results show that the proposed method achieves a detection rate of up to 75% with a false-positive rate of 0.26% in identifying abnormal campus accounts.

Abstract:The existing teaching evaluation system partially reflects the teaching effect and other related conditions through statistical reports, but it is difficult to find the useful knowledge hidden in the database, and it cannot effectively assist the decision-making support. In order to improve the evaluation effect of college classroom teaching mode, this paper mainly uses decision tree algorithm and data mining technology of association rules to construct the effectiveness evaluation system of college classroom teaching mode based on decision tree analysis. Moreover, this paper analyzes the teaching information and evaluation data to extract the potentially useful knowledge contained in it, which can help decision-makers find the rules and explore various factors that affect the teaching effect of teachers, thereby improving teaching management and optimizing resource allocation. In addition, this paper uses experimental teaching methods to verify the performance of the system model constructed in this paper. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain reliability and practicability.

Abstract:There are certain risks in the network data of cloud accounting platform, and the accuracy of audit data directly affects the subsequent financial decisions of enterprises. In order to ensure the accuracy of enterprise decision management, this paper constructs a cloud accounting IT audit model based on big data technology. First, the enterprise’s solvency, profitability and operation capacity are taken as the indicators of financial status, and the evaluation index system is constructed. Then the data are preprocessed, after which the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyse the data and determine the audit focus. Finally, [Formula: see text]-means algorithm, rule association algorithm, SQL statement and audit intermediate table are used to conduct audit analysis, and audit doubts are found, and the effectiveness of the method is verified with specific cases. Through the experimental analysis, we can see that the average accuracy rate of the model built by the research institute is 98.37%, and the average recall rate is 97.67%. This model can accurately identify and judge the abnormal situation of the data in the cloud accounting platform, provide more accurate and effective data analysis results for the financial decision-making of enterprises, and have positive significance for the sustainable development of enterprises.

Abstract:Present-day enterprise accounting solutions have been developed to a certain extent to provide authenticity of accounting information and to provide modules for billing, pay role, general ledger, and more, but they come with certain problems such as distortion of accounting information, incomplete selection of indicator variables, and the limited and single use of identification methods. Based on this, this study starts with two points. The first is to give the concepts of decision trees and support vector machine (SVM) in data mining. Then, the accounting distortion information identification model is constructed based on this, and the model effect is verified by setting experiments. The second is to establish a regression model on the relationship between enterprise strategy and accounting information quality to further explore the factors that affect the quality of enterprise accounting information. The following are the research results: (1) The accuracy rates of classification and identification of training set data, overall data, and test set data using the SVM-based identification model are 99.19%, 96.21%, and 94.8%, respectively. (2) The average identification rate of the sample data is 88.5% using the identification model based on the decision tree. (3) The regression coefficients of enterprise strategy and accounting information quality are −0.053 and −0.054, respectively without considering the industry and year variables and with considering the industry and year variables, both of which are negative at the 0.1 significance level. The purpose of this study is to use data mining to achieve high-quality identification of enterprise accounting information and provide some references for enterprises to choose or formulate relevant development strategies.

Abstract:Abstract In recent years, the number of psychological problems occurring in college students has been increasing day by day, and timely, convenient, and accurate psychological warning is an important way to prevent college students from psychological crises. Starting from the basic needs of the system and aiming at realizing the embedding of data mining technology in the psychological management system, this paper elaborates on the design and implementation of the data mining technology module suitable for the psychological management system. The clustering algorithm-K mean algorithm of data mining is used to distinguish groups of students with different categories of psychological problems, which provides data support for the next decision-making. Through simulation experiments between the system designed in this paper and four other mental health management systems, the clustering performance and system evaluation performance of this paper’s system are better than those of the other systems. The result of mining the mental health of college students through this system shows that 82.2% of the student’s assessment results show normal, and 8.35% of the students need to focus on, and this result is not much different from that obtained from the statistical survey of a personality questionnaire, which indicates that the use of clustering analysis in the system can be an effective prediction of the mental health of college students.

Abstract:The increase in the financial data has led to the complexity in contemporary economic activities making traditional audit work challenging. The problem of financial frauds and economic losses has routed the path for designing of reliable financial big data audit models. To overcome this issue and assist the auditors to examine the elementary state of the audit object accurately, this article establishes an artificial neural network technology based financial audit model to perform large number of verification calculations. This article analyzes the effect of loan enterprises operating conditions based on the characteristics of financial audit to establish a financial audit model by using artificial neural network technology. The outcomes obtained reveals that accurate model performance is achieved with maximum error rate of the sample is 4.8%. The obtained outcomes demonstrates that the classification training accuracy of the model is 94.29% and testing accuracy of 90% is achieved. The evaluation value of the loan enterprise calculated by the model in this paper is essentially consistent with the assessment value of the actual loan enterprise, and the classification of the enterprise operation status is also accurate. This model can be utilized by auditors for the estimation of financial audit conditions and it can solve the overall analysis problem of financial audit data under the condition of massive amount of data.

Abstract:With the gradual and complete establishment of the current socialist legal market economy management system with Chinese characteristics and the continuous investment in deepening system reform and continuous improvement in the later period, the social financial industry and corporate financial management have gradually increased their risk awareness of corporate financial management. This paper deeply analyzes and studies the statistical methods of financial data-related legal rule interactive mining and proposes a new improved statistical algorithm of financial-related legal rules, which greatly improves the work efficiency of financial data interactive mining. At the same time, a multilevel analysis model based on the concept of corporate financial crisis risk assessment and a corporate financial crisis risk early-warning analysis model for decision-making risk evaluation are proposed. Finally, it can be determined how to choose more internationally representative corporate financial management risk analysis indicators, which have more objectivity and practical application significance than traditional analysis methods. Finally, it is concluded that the accuracy of this model is better than that of other models. The accuracy rate of financial crisis prediction reached 62.35%.

Abstract:The purpose is to make full use of data mining and machine learning technology under big data to improve the ability of trade financial enterprises to cope with the risk of excessive financialization. In view of the above needs, based on previous studies, genetic algorithm (GA), neural network and principal component analysis (PCA) methods are used to collect and process the data, and build a risk assessment model of excessive financialization of financial enterprises. The performance of the model is analyzed through the data of specific cases. The results suggest that the data mining technology based on back propagation neural network (BPNN) can optimize the input variables and effectively extract the hidden information from the data. The specific examples show that most of the current enterprises do not have greater financial risk. However, most of the financial enterprise indexes show that the actual enterprise assets are gradually financialized. The total accuracy rate of financial risk assessment model based on deep belief network (DBN) is over 91%, and the accuracy of the model can reach 80% even if the sample size is small. Therefore, the financial risk assessment model proposed can effectively analyze the relevant financial data, and provide reference for the financial decision-making research of financial enterprises.

Abstract:Abstract With the steady progress of China’s education information technology, learners generate massive learning behavior data during classroom interactions, and behind these data lie learners’ implicit behavioral characteristics. In this paper, we use accounting teaching as an example to deeply mine learners’ behavioral data, from which we extract behavioral features related to learning effects to create an experimental dataset. The Random Forest Important Feature Selection Algorithm uses the Gini index to filter out the learning behavior categories with higher importance among the learning behavior feature items. We extensively mine the learning behavior data to construct learning effect prediction models, establish feedback mechanisms, and intervene in the learning process in real time. The learning effect prediction model, which utilizes the Random Forest important feature selection algorithm, increases model prediction accuracy to 85.35% after cross-validation, as shown in the results. The increased accuracy allows for more accurate prediction of students’ learning effects in future periods, effective identification of student problems, and provision of targeted guidance to different student categories.
