Abstract:To improve the development level of intelligent dance education and choreography network technology, the research mainly focuses on the automatic formation system of continuous choreography by using the deep learning method. Firstly, it overcomes the technical difficulty that the dynamic segmentation and process segmentation of the automatic generation architecture in traditional choreography cannot achieve global optimization. Secondly, it is an automatic generation architecture for end-to-end continuous dance notation with access to temporal classifiers. Based on this, a dynamic time-stamping model is designed for frame clustering. Finally, it is concluded through experiments that the model successfully achieves high-performance movement time-stamping. And combined with continuous motion recognition technology, it realizes the refined production of continuous choreography with global motion recognition and then marks motion duration. This research effectively realizes the efficient and refined production of digital continuous choreography, provides advanced technical means for choreography education, and provides useful experience for school network choreography education.

Reconstruction of physical dance teaching content and movement recognition based on a machine learning model

Abstract:With the technological development of movement recognition based on machine learning model algorithms, the content and movements for physical dance teaching are also seeking changes and innovations. In this paper, a set of three-dimensional convolutional neural network recognition algorithms based on a machine learning model is constructed through the collection to recognition of sports dance movement data. By collecting the skeleton information of typical movements of physical dance, a typical movement dataset of physical dance is constructed, which is recognized by the improved 3D convolutional neural network recognition algorithm under the machine learning model, and the method is validated on the public dataset. The experimental results show that the 3D CNNs in this paper can produce relatively satisfactory results for sports dance action recognition with high accuracy of action recognition, which verifies the feasibility of the 3D convolutional neural network action recognition algorithm under the machine learning model for the acquisition to recognition of sports dance actions. It illustrates that the future can be better to open a new direction of physical dance education content through machine learning models in this form.

Abstract:With the great changes in the social, economic, and cultural background, the traditional education model can no longer meet the current goal of cultivating dance talents. The application of wearable devices based on deep learning helps to improve students’ understanding and application of dance movements. Through extensive data analysis, experimental research, and kinesthetic theory, it is found that trainers based on deep neural networks can effectively improve students’ overall learning performance. At the same time, the application of emotion-intelligence teaching mode theory in dance experiments and the conclusions drawn from the experimental research fully demonstrate the teaching advantages of applying deep learning wearable devices to dance emotion-intelligence teaching mode. In order to explore the application of wearable devices based on deep learning in dance teaching, this paper discusses the improvement of deep learning through the elaboration of parameter smoothing initialization, convolutional pooling layer, optimal smoothing filter, and dynamic pruning method, and then a wearable device is designed. A device can recognize dance movements to verify the application of deep learning-based wearables in dance teaching in emotional mode.

Abstract:Currently, there is limited research and application of computer technology in the protection, inheritance, and teaching assistance of Chinese ethnic minority dance culture. Addressing the challenges of difficulty in inheriting ethnic dance and the monotonous teaching methods, this paper initially preserved key information from four types of ethnic minority dance movements using motion capture technology. Building upon this foundation, skeletal data of ethnic dance movements were collected using a lightweight Openpose keypoint detection network, forming a novel multimodal dataset of typical movements in Chinese ethnic minority dances. Subsequently, integrating a deep learning-based model for human pose detection and action recognition, this paper designs and develops a novel interactive system for assisting the teaching of ethnic minority dances. Leveraging digital representation for teaching and a dance movement quality assessment method based on the ST-GCN model, the paper expands the teaching paradigm for ethnic dances, providing a new approach to the protection and inheritance of ethnic cultures.

Abstract:In order to improve the real-time detection effect, therefore, a research on real-time scene detection of sports dance competition based on deep learning is proposed. The collected scene image is grayed by using the weighted average method, and the best image interpolation is calculated by using the deep learning method, so as to realize the smooth processing of sawtooth and mosaic information generated by panoramic mapping. After selecting the cube model, the processed scene information is projected to the visual plane to construct the panorama of the competition scene. Finally, combined with the three-frame difference, the changes between adjacent image frames are calculated to obtain the moving target. The test results show that the motion detection accuracy of professional dancers can reach more than 75.0% and that of amateur dancer can reach more than 64.2%.

Abstract:As a body movement art, dance has its special form of expression. In terms of dance vocabulary, it can be roughly divided into two parts: external body movement and internal modality. In the process of body movement, it conveys information through silent language and the audience directly feels the information given by the dance image through vision. This is the special way of expressing emotion and meaning in dance art. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology and BP neural network (BPNN) algorithm to intelligently control dance teaching and solve complex nonlinear control problems. This paper studies dance teaching based on artificial intelligence technology. In this paper, BPNN algorithm and PCA-BPNN algorithm are used to test the dance teaching training of dance language, dance music, and stage art. The average accuracy of the BPNN evaluation model is 85.35% when the time reaches 80, while the average accuracy of the PCA-BPNN evaluation model is 65.64%. This shows that the accuracy of the BPNN evaluation model is higher than that of the PCA-BPNN evaluation model. Under the artificial intelligence technology, the dance using BPNN algorithm brings more intense sensory stimulation to the viewer because of the accompaniment of music, so as to achieve the infection and enjoyment of beauty and achieve the harmonious unity of sports and art.

Abstract:With the rapid development of motion analysis and editing technology, more and more animation technologies based on real human motion analysis are widely used in games, medicine, film and television, sports, and other fields. The role of this technology in the teaching system of sports dance arrangement cannot be ignored. This paper studies the application of intelligent algorithm in injury analysis of sports dance choreography and puts forward a smooth and natural motion editing method which is more in line with the characteristics of human motion. The square spherical surface intelligent algorithm is used to naturally transition the rotation posture of each frame of human joint, and the action modification of computer-aided dance choreography system is more in line with the real action of human body. Simulation results show that interframe data can be used for the same type of dance. Different types of dance arrangement can adopt the method of inserting a new framework between the two dance movements, so as to finally meet the needs of sports dance coaches and students to observe their own dance movements in an all-round way, so as to facilitate the arrangement and modification of sports dance movement design. It provides a certain reference for the application and development of virtual technology in the field of sports and greatly improves the current situation of sports dance teaching equipment. Through animation simulation technology, we can effectively avoid the injury caused by dangerous movements, provide a way of observation and improvement for coaches’ dance teaching, and effectively improve the training effect. Compared with traditional dance choreography methods, the intelligent algorithm in this study can make the animation display of sports dance more coherent and realistic and effectively solve the needs of current events observation and modification in sports dance choreography. It can produce complex movements with simple movements and help teachers arrange and teach sports dance. Avoid the accidental injury caused by the limitation of time and space in traditional teaching and realize the modernization and intelligence of physical education teaching.

Comparative Analysis of Aesthetic Emotion of Dance Movement: A Deep Learning Based Approach

Abstract:Dance is a unique art with the human body movement as the main means, but dance is not limited to the human body movement itself. Like any art, dance is the product of human social behavior and a romantic behavior of human thoughts and emotions in the virtual world. Dances with different characteristics will also reflect different aesthetics, different cultural psychology, different living styles, and emotional trajectories of different times and different nationalities. People rely on the image of dance artists to develop and inherit the profound ideological connotation and philosophy of life. Viewers may form their own diversified and unique aesthetic characteristics. In the new era, in order to better promote the development, communication, and dissemination of dance art, it is very necessary to analyze and explore the connotation and aesthetic characteristics of dance art. Only through specific movements can the value and ideological connotation of works be expressed. Therefore, this paper comparatively analyzes dance movement aesthetic emotion based on deep learning. Experimentations are performed to systematically analyze the models from various perspectives. Findings of the evaluation show that CAP and CNN are effective models that can successfully extract high-level emotional features. The method proposes and effectively selects the best models among the five standard models based on key features and is, therefore, suitable in predicting the dancer's emotion and for the analysis of the dance movement in the future.
The use of deep learning technology in dance movement generation

Abstract:The dance generated by the traditional music action matching and statistical mapping models is less consistent with the music itself. Moreover, new dance movements cannot be generated. A dance movement generation algorithm based on deep learning is designed to extract the mapping between sound and motion features to solve these problems. First, the sound and motion features are extracted from music and dance videos, and then, the model is built. In addition, a generator module, a discriminator module, and a self-encoder module are added to make the dance movement smoother and consistent with the music. The Pix2PixHD model is used to transform the dance pose sequence into a real version of the dance. Finally, the experiment takes the dance video on the network as the training data and trained 5,000 times. About 80% of the dance data are used as the training set and 20% as the test set. The experimental results show that Train, Valid, and Test values based on the Generator+Discriminator+Autoencoder model are 15.36, 17.19, and 19.12, respectively. The similarity between the generated dance sequence and the real dance sequence is 0.063, which shows that the proposed model can generate a dance more in line with the music. Moreover, the generated dance posture is closer to the real dance posture. The discussion has certain reference value for intelligent dance teaching, game field, cross-modal generation, and exploring the relationship between audio-visual information.
A deep learning-based approach for emotional analysis of sports dance

Abstract:There is a phenomenon of attaching importance to technique and neglecting emotion in the training of sports dance (SP), which leads to the lack of integration between movement and emotion and seriously affects the training effect. Therefore, this article uses the Kinect 3D sensor to collect the video information of SP performers and obtains the pose estimation of SP performers by extracting the key feature points. The Arousal-Valence (AV) emotion model, based on the Fusion Neural Network model (FUSNN), is also combined with theoretical knowledge. It replaces long short term memory (LSTM) with gate recurrent unit (GRU), adds layer-normalization and layer-dropout, and reduces stack levels, and it is used to categorize SP performers’ emotions. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this article can accurately detect the key points in the performance of SP performers’ technical movements and has a high emotional recognition accuracy in the tasks of 4 categories and eight categories, reaching 72.3% and 47.8%, respectively. This study accurately detected the key points of SP performers in the presentation of technical movements and made a major contribution to the emotional recognition and relief of this group in the training process.

Abstract:Abstract Taking movement training in the teaching of classical Chinese dance as an entry point, combined with the application of digital technology, improves and enriches the existing teaching methods of movement training of classical Chinese dance. Based on the Kinect skeleton data acquisition technology, the study pre-processes the collected data and proposes a dance movement data segmentation method based on movement rhythm to segment dance movement segments. The ST-GCN network structure is improved to recognize Chinese classical dance by AAST-GCN, a spatio-temporal graph convolutional network based on adaptive and attention mechanisms. Finally, the DTW algorithm is used to analyze the degree of similarity between the recognized action sequences and the standard action sequences, so as to provide targeted assisted teaching of classical Chinese dance. The results show that the intersection and concurrency ratio of the human dance posture detection method based on deep convolutional learning is always located in [0.5, 1.0], and the system can give training suggestions according to the comparison results, and the trainer can reasonably adjust the movements according to the software prompts, so as to achieve the purpose of assisted training, and then effectively improve the trainer’s dance level. After 12 weeks of AI-assisted training, the dancers obtained more obvious improvement than the control group in both rotational speed and the number of rotations, and the enhancement of these two abilities is precisely the necessary condition for realizing high-quality classical dance turn-like movements.
Optimization Simulation of Match between Technical Actions and Music of National Dance Based on Deep Learning

Abstract:In the match between technical movements and music of folk dance, the most important thing is to extract features effectively. DL algorithm is one of the most efficient methods to extract video features at present. In this study, the DL method is applied to the matching optimization of technical movements and music in folk dance. Using DL to train the corresponding relationship between the technical movements and music of national dance, the given dance movements and corresponding movements are adapted to the musical beat points. To better reflect the degree of correlation between music and movement changes, the change rate of feature value is used instead of feature value itself in correlation calculation. The matching degree between this method and genetic theory method and spatial skeleton timing diagram method is compared. The experiment shows that the matching method of technical movements and music of national dance optimized by DL can achieve 95.78% accuracy, and the matching synchronization of technical movements and music of national dance can reach 96.17%. Therefore, the method proposed in this study can fully reflect the synchronization of music and movement changes, and the optimized movement matching method matches the national dance technical movements—music matching quality is better. This study expands a new perspective for the research of dance and music matching technology. It has certain practical and theoretical significance.

Abstract:This paper studies the dynamic multi-path environment, mainly solves the problems of poor data transmission and high image recognition error in the existing system, and designs and develops a moving image monitoring and tracking tool, which can effectively complete the tasks of illumination balance, target recognition and target tracking. In addition, according to the teaching mode and actual situation of dance choreography in colleges and universities, the actual demand of teaching dance choreography in colleges and universities is analyzed, the teaching system of dance choreography is designed, and the system is tested in strict accordance with the design and development ideas of software engineering. The results show that the choreography teaching system proposed in this paper has certain advantages, which can effectively deal with different problems in the dynamic multipath environment, and also provide effective teaching solutions for choreography teaching in universities. The development and innovation of choreography teaching system can provide reference for other similar fields.

Abstract:We studied the use of machine learning models for training dance action models, collected dance action data, annotated and classified it, and established a training set for dance action models. We trained the training set to learn the feature representation and pattern recognition capabilities of dance actions. Through training and tuning the model, a model that can accurately recognize and generate dance movements was obtained. Evaluate the similarity between two dance movements and select the appropriate dance movements to form a smooth dance sequence. A planning algorithm was designed based on the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of robots to generate dance action paths suitable for the robot’s body conditions. Considering factors such as joint limitations, body stability, and smooth movement of the robot, generate a reasonable dance motion path while ensuring safety. Through on-site testing and data analysis of the system, it has been verified that it can effectively generate diverse and expressive dance movements, bringing a unique viewing experience to entertainment venues.

Research on action recognition for college dance teaching based on deep learning

Abstract:Abstract In this paper, Gaussian modeling is established to perform background subtraction of action feature images of dancers and combined with median filtering to denoise the background of feature images. The cumulative edge feature algorithm extracts relevant features from the dance dataset using the dance itself. Based on this, the directional gradient is introduced to output the extracted dance histogram features and cascade the optical flow histogram feature vectors in all blocks to form the HOF features of the image. The deep learning model is used to design the dance teaching model, and the teaching objectives are determined. The effect of dance teaching is tested through the method of simulation experiments and empirical analysis. The loss value of the model without deep learning is very high, reaching 1.25, and the loss values after convergence of the parametric model using deep learning are 0.85 and 0.95, and the deep learning algorithm has a better optimization effect on the model. The scores of the seven measures of teaching effectiveness are all above 12, and the significance p-value of each indicator is <0.05. The dance teaching effect is significant.

Abstract:Nowadays, China's sports industry has attained effective development, but the athlete's efficiency in the training process is too complex to have a scientific guarantee. Machine learning technology's help in guiding the sports training process has become a hot spot. In this work, we investigate the use of deep learning in real-time analysis of basketball sports data, utilizing research approaches such as scientific reporting, audio/video analysis, experimental research, and mathematical statistics. The suggested basketball stance action recognition and analysis system are made up of two pieces that are sequentially connected. The bottom-up stance estimate approach is utilized to locate the joint locations in the first segment, which is then used to extract the target's posture sequence from the video. The analyses are needed for a Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm based on the deep learning method of the space-time graph. The basketball activity of the set classification is recognized and extracted from the segmented stance sequence. The study used an auxiliary method, which is contrasted to standard training, in order to get higher accuracy and also correct player errors in a timely manner. The approach can help players rectify technical errors, develop muscle memory, and increase their abilities. The results revealed that the algorithm generated 97.7% accuracy in evaluating data from basketball training.

Abstract:At present, sports dance teaching still tends to "demonstration" training. Students have limited time and space for autonomous learning, and their enthusiasm for participation is not high, which leads to a decline in classroom learning efficiency. In view of this, video teaching has become popular in sports dance classrooms, providing a new model for sports dance teaching. Video recommendation is particularly important for the improvement of teaching quality. A sports dance video recommendation method based on style is proposed. The factorization machine model is used to combine features and process high-dimensional sparse features, the deep neural network model is adopted as the value function network of the deep Q-learning algorithm, and the deep Q-learning algorithm is used as the decision function to solve the recommendation accuracy and diversity question. Through the application experiment of sports dance video recommendation, it is resulted that the recommendation accuracy of the proposed model is slightly higher than that of traditional recommendation algorithm and the recommendation diversity is obviously better than that of traditional recommendation algorithm. The advantages and feasibility of the proposed model are verified.
