Abstract:The rise of knowledge economy has drawn much attention to Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education (IEE). IEE is conducive to helping graduates relieve employment pressure, and also to cultivating students' innovation ability and entrepreneurial willingness, which is also of great significance for promoting high-quality quantitative and sustainable development of social economy. However, the current IEE still has some limitations, such as the students' insufficient entrepreneurial willingness, low innovation practice ability, and unreasonable evaluation methods of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, which hinder the further development of IEE. Therefore, for the purpose of further promoting the development of IEE, this article studied the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching, and proposed an innovation and entrepreneurship teaching evaluation system combining Human–Computer Interaction (HCI) and Deep Learning (DL). The evaluation system was used to evaluate the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching of Class A and Class B. The evaluation result showed that Class A's innovation and entrepreneurship teaching evaluation score was 7; Class B's innovation and entrepreneurship teaching evaluation score was 7.1. The evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching in Class A and Class B was still not high enough, and the teaching quality and effect still needed to be improved; the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching evaluation system combined with HCI and DL had strong operability.

Abstract:Entrepreneurship education has become an important component of higher education development. The purpose of this study is to evaluate entrepreneurship education and determine the extent of satisfaction with the education program. Firstly, based on the CIPP model, this article theoretically analyzes the factors affecting the quality of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and clarifies the keys to improve that education quality. On this basis, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method, the evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation model of entrepreneurial education are established. The results show that student participation is the most important factor affecting the quality of entrepreneurship education. Empirical analysis indicates that students have the highest satisfaction with teachers and the lowest satisfaction with the entrepreneurial environment. Apart from convenient and effective measurement of entrepreneurship education, the proposed model provides an important reference for improving the quality of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

Abstract:There have been few studies on the quality assessment at the meso- or microlevel in my country's colleges and universities despite the fact that innovation and entrepreneurship (IAE) education is constantly progressing. A new assessment method based on big data is employed in this paper to investigate the design and management of microteaching modes for IAE education and to promote the development of IAE at these institutions while also enhancing the quality of innovative talent training. This paper addresses the urgent need to reform the evaluation system for IAE education. This paper has completed the following work: (1) this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of IAE education evaluation at home and abroad on the basis of literature research and summarizes the current theoretical thinking, methods, and shortcomings of IAE education evaluation. (2) Analyzing the present condition of IAE education assessment, relevant ANN technologies are introduced, and a suitable quality index system for IAE education is created. (3) With the use of big data, we were able to gather samples and data sets for the experiment, and then, we utilized the BP algorithm and the GA-BP algorithm to compare their accuracy in predicting the quality of IAE education, and the GA-BP algorithm has better performance.

Abstract:Nowadays, colleges and universities focus on the assessment model for considering educational offers, suitable environments, and circumstances for students' growth, as well as the influence of Teaching Quality (TQ) and the applicability of the skills promoted by teaching to life. Teaching excellence is an important evaluation metric at the university level, but it is challenging to determine it accurately due to its wide range of influencing factors. Fuzzy and Deep Learning (DL) approaches must be could to build an assessment model that can precisely measure the teaching qualities to enhance accuracy. Combining fuzzy logic and DL can provide a powerful approach for assessing the influencing factors of college and university teaching effects by implementing the Sequential Intuitionistic Fuzzy (SIF) assisted Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model proposed. Sequential Intuitionistic Fuzzy (SIF) can be used sets to assess factors that affect teaching quality to enhance teaching methods and raise the standard of education. LSTM model to create a predictive model that can pinpoint the primary factors that influence teaching quality and forecast outcomes in the future using those influencing factors for academic growth. The enhancement of the SIF-LSTM model for assessing the influencing factors of teaching quality is proved by the accuracy of 98.4%, Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0.028%, Tucker Lewis Index (TLI) measure for all influencing factors and entropy measure of non-membership and membership degree correlation of factors related to quality in teaching by various dimensional measures. The effectiveness of the proposed model is validated by implementing data sources with a set of 60+ teachers' and students' open-ended questionnaire surveys from a university.

Abstract:The ability of college students has important index to evaluate the training quality of universities. Domestic scholars begin to cultivate spirit and ability of students. With the rapid development of tourism industry and the continuous emergence of “tourism +” new business forms, there is an urgent demand for professionals with outstanding innovation and entrepreneurship ability. China’s education field urgently needs a system that can scientifically evaluate the teaching quality. The purpose of this topic is to enrich the theoretical methods of universities. Taking S University as the research sample, the relevant evaluation index system is set up, and, on this basis, the evaluation model of network is established, providing relevant basis for evaluation and cultivation of universities. According to certain evaluation indicators, this paper constructs the main framework of teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities. 7 representative universities in China are randomly selected, 6 of which are samples and 1 university is the research target, MATLAB is used to calculate the scores of each index, the current situation of quality in a university is analyzed, and corresponding improvements opinion is proposed. Based on the analysis of the current education in a university, it is found that, in the current education, innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge and professional knowledge are taken into account, and the academic achievements are remarkable, forming a preliminary education system, but it is also found that there are some problems of low educational practicality, and corresponding suggestions for this problem are put forward. If the evaluation system is put into practical application, it will improve the education level of cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents in tourism major in universities.

Abstract:As China's economic and social development enters a new stage, the role of innovation and entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly prominent, and its importance is also being emphasized. As the main force for future employment and national economic construction, college students naturally become the new force for innovation and entrepreneurship. Therefore, it is imperative for universities to carry out in-depth innovation and entrepreneurship education (IEE) for college students. Then, with the continuous development of social development needs and the professional growth needs of college students, the "innovation and entrepreneurship" education for college students should also be adjusted in a timely manner in terms of educational concepts, models, and methods. The IEE environment evaluation in universities under the background of " Double Innovation" is looked as multiple attribute decision-making (MADM). In this paper, the information entropy model is employed to calculate the objective weight of the evaluation attribute. Then, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy Combined Compromise Solution (IVIF-CoCoSo) is built based on the Hamming distance and Euclid distance to cope with MADM under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIFSs). The new MADM method is proposed for IEE environment evaluation in universities under the background of " Double Innovation". Finally, the IVIF-CoCoSo approach is compared with existing methods to verify the effectiveness of IVIF-CoCoSo algorithm. The main contributions of this constructed paper are: (1) the IVIF-CoCoSo method is built based on the Hamming distance and Euclid distance. Abstract:Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a key way to cultivate applied talents in colleges and universities. This article aimed to optimize the teaching quality of the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship courses by constructing a conceptual model of “teaching quality–student satisfaction.”Teaching quality is divided into four indicator elements, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching conditions, and teaching management. A student satisfaction questionnaire was designed to measure the teaching quality of a Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship course. The reliability and validity of survey data from Linyi University were analyzed using SPSS.20 software. Through correlation and multiple regression analysis, it can be seen that the teaching content, teaching methods, teaching conditions and teaching management have a significant positive correlation with the teaching quality of the Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship course, which is an important factor affecting student’s satisfaction, and there is a certain gap between the expectation of teaching quality and student’s satisfaction. On this basis, suggestions are put forward to improve student satisfaction with the teaching quality of Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship courses, and to provide empirical evidence and recommendations for continuously improving the teaching quality of Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship courses, thereby improving college students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability.

Abstract:Internet of Things has the ability to revolutionize computer-based teaching and assess the quality of teaching at the same time. The assessment of teaching efficiency is hampered by two issues: the evaluation index method (EIS) is insufficient, and the assessment framework is incapable of dealing with complicated fuzzy indexes. To address these issues, the theory of fuzzy stratification from IoT perspective is presented for the first time in this paper. This theory is based on the related theory of fuzzy assessment by measuring the teaching quality evaluation index. Initially, theoretical analysis and model measurement were merged to build a better multiangle EIS for teaching quality. To manage fuzzy indexes, a teaching quality assessment model was developed using both quantitative and qualitative studies. The suggested EIS and fuzzy assessment model can effectively evaluate the standard of teaching in schools, colleges, universities, and institutes, according to implementation results. This qualitative assessment approach is empirical and rational, and it strongly promotes the quality enhancement of educational effectiveness, based on our experimental and simulation results.

Abstract:Regarding the difficulties in the assessment of innovation and entrepreneurship teaching capability currently like biased qualitative assessment and less nonlinear quantitative assessment and insufficient assessment efficiency, an assessment model of innovation and entrepreneurship education targeted at local University students on the foundation of the Back Propagation (BP) neural network is designed. First, the contents of the questionnaire are carefully designed, on whose basis the assessment index system is built. Then, a BP neural network model is utilized for the purpose of comprehensively evaluating the collected data. Lastly, we carry out a demonstration study on innovation and entrepreneurship education, whose results reveal the students' professional knowledge and skills, participation in national competitions, and centralized entrepreneurship training camp play a key role and have a profound effect on innovation and entrepreneurship capability. The evaluation system is able to effectively assess the actual effects of innovation and entrepreneurship education, direct teachers' instructional activity, as well as motivate students to learn and practice.

Abstract:Mass innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) is a national campaign in China. In this context, it is important to encourage college students to engage in I&E activities, and this calls for accurate and comprehensive evaluation of their I&E thinking ability. Therefore, this paper proposes an evaluation model for the I&E thinking ability of college students based on neural network (NN). Firstly, a reasonable evaluation index system was created for the I&E thinking ability of college students, and the evaluation indices were preprocessed through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then, a fuzzy neural network (FNN) was constructed based on GA rule optimization and the specific steps of the algorithm were given. Moreover, a few representative rules were selected by GA based on uncertain fuzzy knowledge rules, a 4-layer NN model with fuzzy inputs and outputs was established, and the evaluation flow of the I&E thinking ability of college students was proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified through experiments. The research results of this paper provide a reference for the application of NN in the field of ability evaluation.

Abstract:National policies have been very supportive of college students as a new force in IEE (innovation and entrepreneurship education). Universities across the nation have increased their emphasis on entrepreneurship education and put a lot of effort into developing and enhancing college students' EA (entrepreneurship ability). An important challenge facing universities is how to develop the psychological quality of IEE in college students and create a long-term training system. The author develops the EA evaluation model for college students based on practical experience with mental health education and applies BPNN (BP neural network) theory to the assessment of IEE in higher education. The scores corresponding to the students' evaluation indices are used as input vectors, and the innovative EA of the students is evaluated. According to the simulation's outcomes, the number of hidden neurons is calculated, and the outcomes are assessed through experiments. The outcomes demonstrate that, following the completion of the enhanced BPNN training, the actual value is valid, the expected value is reasonable, and the maximum relative error between them is 1.6 percent, which is essentially the ideal situation. It has been established that the IEE's established evaluation index system is fair and can accurately capture students' IEE spirit.

Abstract:The level of education in colleges is career and development-focused compared to that from high schools. Quality education relies on the teachers' qualifications, knowledge, and experience over the years. However, the demand for technical and knowledge-based education is increasing with the world's demands. Therefore, assessing the knowledge of teaching professionals to meet external demand becomes mandatory. This article introduces an Acceded Data Evaluation Method (ADEM) using Fuzzy Logic (FL) for teaching quality assessment. The proposed method inputs the teachers' skills and students' productivity for evaluation. The teachers' knowledge and updated skills through training and self-learning are the key features for evaluating the independents' performance. The impact of the above features on the student qualifying ratio and understandability (through examination) are analyzed periodically. Depending on the qualifications and performance, the teachers' knowledge update is recommended with the new training programs. In this evaluation process, fuzzy logic is implied for balancing and identifying the maximum validation criteria that satisfy the quality requirements. The recommendations using partial and fulfilled quality constraints are identified using the logical truth over the varying assessments. The proposed method is analyzed using the metrics evaluation rate, quality detection, recommendations, evaluation time, and data balancing.

Abstract:Abstract Based on the chained intelligent education model, this paper provides practical training and practice activities for the development of university innovation and entrepreneurship courses in colleges and universities by constructing a university innovation and entrepreneurship learning platform to achieve resource sharing of multi-professional experimental bases, thus ensuring that the development of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in all majors in colleges and universities is satisfied. Then the learning platform system is designed and implemented, and the system technical support includes classroom key frame extraction based on deep neural network, S-T graph and Rt-Ch frame feature analysis, and classroom face dataset. Finally, the construction guarantee measures and management suggestions of the university innovation and entrepreneurship platform are proposed. The platform can stimulate students’ entrepreneurial spirit, improve their entrepreneurial ability, expand the knowledge related to innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhance the practical experience. The statistical analysis of the development of the course affecting innovation and entrepreneurship through the survey analysis method yielded a score of 2.17 (standard score of 54.27) for the item of guiding other students in the innovation and entrepreneurship course, which is the lowest score among the 27 questions, indicating that students’ main consciousness has not yet been formed, and their consciousness and ability of active learning and guiding others to learn are to be improved. This study improves students’ innovation spirit, entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurial ability through the transfer of innovative and entrepreneurial knowledge, and it has a guiding reference value for college students to grow into high-quality and innovative talents.

Abstract:To address the limitations of the university digital teaching quality assessment algorithms as well as the large evaluation mistakes in the existing algorithms, this paper presents a unique university digital teaching quality evaluation method based on multilevel analysis. First, the existing state of digital teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities is studied to develop an evaluation index for digital teaching quality. Then, to identify and compute the weight of digital teaching quality indicators, an index weight evaluation matrix is built and the weight of digital teaching quality assessment indicators is plotted using a multilevel structure tree model. Then, from the top to the bottom of the tree, this paper computes the hierarchical ranking of assessment indicators. Additionally, this paper computes the membership degree of index evaluation, normalises the evaluation indicators, and completes the digital teaching quality assessment with the digital teaching confidence calculation. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method’s digital teaching quality assessment index has a high degree of accuracy and low evaluation error.

Abstract:In this paper, the author introduces the theory of fuzzy mathematics into the evaluation of higher education. By determining the set of evaluation factors and comments, the author constructs the relevant mathematical model and processes the data, thus turning the evaluation problem into the multiplication problem of the fuzzy matrix. Deep learning is a very active branch of machine learning research in recent years. By increasing the depth and breadth of the model, i.e. increasing the number of operations from the input end to the output end and the number of channels of the model, the scale of parameters of the model is increased, so that the model has the ability to express complex functions. It is appropriate to use deep learning in teaching quality evaluation. The simulation results show that the deep learning model is very effective in dealing with data diversity and extracting complex implicit rules. It can effectively model experts’ professional knowledge and experience. Deep neural network has powerful expressive ability, and can effectively extract the deep-seated laws affecting the teaching quality. It can be used as an assistant technology for the evaluation of teaching quality in Colleges.
Evaluation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students Based on BP Neural Network

Abstract:With the steady advancement, innovation, and entrepreneurship education (IEE) in higher education institutions has gradually become a powerful measure and a vital approach for cultivating talents. Therefore, establishing a complete and feasible evaluation system for IEE is vital for the enhancement of education level and quality. On the basis of the principles for the evaluating system, the study selected the evaluation indicators for IEE. Then, the adaptive flower pollination algorithm was used to evolve the BP’s initial weight and threshold applied to the evaluation of the IEE of college students. The improved BP network had a faster speed in the first to fifth iteration, and the mean square error converged between 10-7 and 10-6. In the comparison of fitness values, the method converged only in the 16th generation, and the fitness value was stable at about 1.95. In practical application, the error rate of this method was about 13%, and it had a high accuracy rate. Its high accuracy indicated that this method could effectively evaluate the IEE in higher education institutions, and provided certain technical support for the cultivation of innovative talents.

Abstract:Abstract With the rapid development of science and technology, computer-aided technology has been widely used in the field of education, but in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship education (Hereinafter referred to as IEE), there are still problems such as uneven distribution of resources and the disconnection between teaching content and actual needs. This paper puts forward a new model framework of computer-aided IEE, which is student-centered and practice-oriented. Through clear teaching objectives, rich course content, diverse teaching methods, and a scientific evaluation system, students’ innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability are comprehensively improved. The course covers innovative thinking, business models, market research, and other theoretical knowledge, and introduces virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies to simulate the real entrepreneurial process and provide a practical platform. In the aspect of algorithm application, the research combines the content recommendation algorithm and collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, constructs accurate user portraits by analyzing students’ learning behavior data, and matches them according to the characteristics of learning resources to recommend personalized learning resources for students. At the same time, the learning path optimization algorithm is developed, and the personalized and efficient learning path is planned by using the shortest path algorithm in graph theory to ensure that students can master the required knowledge in the shortest time. The experimental part designed a one-semester teaching experiment, and compared the differences between the experimental group and the control group in academic performance, learning participation, and satisfaction. The results show that the computer-aided IEE model significantly improves students’ academic performance, learning participation, and satisfaction, which verifies the effectiveness of the model. The research on the model and algorithm of computer-aided IEE proposed in this paper provides new ideas and methods for IEE, and helps to cultivate more high-quality talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability.
Fuzzy evaluation model for physical education teaching methods in colleges and universities using artificial intelligence

Abstract:The evaluation of Physical Education Teaching Methods in Colleges and Universities faces two main challenges: an excess of evaluating elements and a lack of assessment framework. Hence, the research proposes the multi-feature fuzzy evaluation model based on artificial intelligence to streamline the evaluation process and provide an efficient framework for accessing teaching methods. The framework integrates natural/human language using fuzzy instructions considering three evaluation perspectives, including the management stage, instructors, and students and employs the enhanced cuckoo search optimization algorithm. After the teaching expert has determined each parameter's ratings, they are fed into the improved cuckoo search algorithm and solved using an unbiased function to assess the assessment's final result. It incorporates the students' mobility mechanism and movement vector deconstruction designed based on functional criteria. A system for evaluating the quality of instruction has been developed utilizing the proposed model with enhanced cuckoo search optimization. The results indicate that the proposed algorithm has achieved the highest scores across multiple assessment categories, average skill performances of 97.01%, learning progress of 87.36%, physical fitness of 93.49%, participation rate of 95.04%, student satisfaction of 95.49%, and physical education of 96.8% teaching efficiency. The usefulness of the proposed framework in enhancing physical education teaching methods has been demonstrated by comparing the results with traditional methods. It contributes to advancing pedagogical practices in the field.
