Abstract:A novel highly sensitive Cys fluorescent probe Toc-Ac exhibited long wavelength emission (560 nm) and large Stokes shift (∼140 nm) in aqueous solution. The probe was successfully applied in detecting endogenous Cys in living cells and mice.
