Abstract:A novel electrochemical device for the sensitive determination of dopamine was developed based on a carbon paste electrode with polymeric ferric sulfate doped in the carbon paste and a carboxyl-functionalized carbon nanotube thin film on the surface. The modified electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The conditions for the preparation of electrode were optimized. The carbon nanotubes were shown to be stable on the surface of carbon paste electrode. The novel electrochemical device provided excellent activity toward dopamine. Amperometry and differential pulse voltammetry were used for the determination of dopamine in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer with a long linear range from 0.8 to 261 mu M and a detection limit of 0.2 mu M. The modified electrode showed excellent repeatability, good stability, and satisfactory reproducibility, thus demonstrating potential for practical applications.

Abstract:Uric acid and dopamine are closely related to the health of the organism, so it is important to determine them simultaneously and efficiently. In this paper, the metal-organic framework DUT-67 was in situ grown on the surface of bimetallic oxide ZnCo 2 O 4 nanoflowers , and then ultrasonically compounded with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) to prepare DUT-67/ZnCo 2 O 4 -MWCNTs composite. The prepared composite was characterized by XRD, SEM, XPS, FTIR, BET and other techniques. Finally, an electrochemical sensor based on DUT-67/ZnCo 2 O 4 -MWCNTs composite modified glassy carbon electrode for simultaneous detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) was fabricated. The introduction of ZnCo 2 O 4 into the composite efficiently overcame the disadvantage of the easy aggregation of DUT-67 and produced a synergistic effect with MWCNTs. The electron transfer rate between the electrode and the electrolyte solution was accelerated, and the detection signals of the target molecules were amplified. After characterizing the electrochemical properties of the composite electrode, it was found that the constructed electrochemical sensor showed low detection limits for DA and UA, which were 12 nM and 8.7 nM, respectively, and the wide linear range of 1.0–180.0 μM. Besides, the sensor had excellent reproducibility, repeatability, anti-interference and stability. The proposed sensor was also successfully used to determine the contents of DA and UA in dopamine injection and urine samples with relatively satisfactory recovery rates. This work not only provides a new strategy for the preparation of MOF modified electrodes, but also has a potential application prospect in bioassays.

Abstract:An electrochemical sensing platform for simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) is constructed based on covalent organic framework materials (IL COF-1), aminofunctionalized carbon nanotubes (MWCNT-NH2), and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs). The prepared sensor shows a good performance in detection of DA and UA due to porosity, large specific surface area, high conductivity and more active sites of the composite modified material. Under optimized experimental conditions, the constructed electrochemical sensor has sensitive response and good linearity to both DA and UA. Their wide linear ranges are 0.7–108 μM and 0.97–200 μM, and the detection limits are 0.21 μM and 0.29 μM (S/N = 3), respectively. The developed method has been successfully employed to determine the contents of DA and UA in dopamine injection and human urine samples. It has a satisfactory recovery rate, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) of three parallel determinations are all below 5.0%. In comparison, the constructed sensor platform has superior performance including low cost, simple structure, wide linear range and high sensitivity than some traditional methods, which is expected to be widely used in real sample analysis.

Abstract:Sensitive and simultaneous detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) by a sensor based on in-situ electrodeposited Au-Pt bimetallic nano-clusters decorated on graphene oxide (GO)-electrochemically reduced GO (ERGO) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was presented. The synergistic electrocatalytic effect of Au-Pt bimetallic nano-clusters and GO-REGO was investigated. First, the comparisons of electrochemical properties for GO, GO-REGO, Au (or Pt) nanoparticles, Au-Pt bimetallic nano-clusters decorated on GO-REGO were studied in detail. Second, electrochemical parameters of DA and UA were evaluated. It was observed that for the novel Au-Pt/GO-ERGO nanocomposites, GO-ERGO could provide much wider separation of the oxidation peak potentials of DA and UA, while Au-Pt bimetallic nano-clusters could speed up the electron transfer and enhance the electro-active areas. The linear range of detecting DA was from 6.82 x 10(-8) to 4.98 x 10(-2) M and limit of detection (LOD) was 2.07 x 10(-8) M (S/N = 3). The linear range of detecting UA was from 1.25 x 10(-7) to 8.28 x 10(-2) M and LOD was 4.07 x 10(-8) M (S/N = 3). The sensor was applied for the detection of DA and UA in human serum with good results. The sensor suggested that 3D metal-GO nanocomposites were superior materials for the fabrication of novel electrochemical sensors. (C) 2015 Elsevier By. All rights reserved.

Abstract:A composite modified electrode was prepared based on α-K7P2VW17O62·18H2O (P2W17V), CNTs and AuCo nanoparticles (AuCo NPs), and used as a structurally stable and highly sensitive electrochemical sensor for simultaneous determination of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). The combination of three active components endows the electrode with large specific surface area, high electrical conductivity, and excellent electrochemical activity. The as-prepared modified electrode exhibited impressive electrocatalytic oxidation performance of DA and UA at an optimum working potential (0.172 V vs. Ag/AgCl for DA and 0.288 V vs. Ag/AgCl for UA) with linear detection range from 1.25 × 10−6 to 2.81 × 10−4 M and 0.75 × 10−6 to 1.66 × 10−4 M and the detection limit of 0.15 and 0.25 μM (S/N = 3) for DA and UA, respectively. Additionally, the peak-to-peak separation signals in DPV are 116 mV. The influence of several possible co-existing substances was investigated. The applicability of the method for real samples analysis was tested by determination of DA and UA in human serums. This new sensor holds great promise for sensitive determination of DA and UA in real application.

Abstract:The development of enzyme-like electrochemical sensors with atomic-level catalytic activity sites is essential for the accurate and sensitive detection of active molecules in biological fluids. In this study, a sensitive signal amplification platform for simultaneous analysis of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) was prepared on a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE). The sensing platform combines polypyrrole (Ppy) with high electrical conductivity and cobalt single-atom nanozymes of tubular bis-paraben nitrogen-carbon (Co-NNC) with excellent strong oxidase activity, named Ppy-Co-NNC/SPCE. The single-atom catalytic process and detection mechanism were investigated by using density functional theory. DA and UA were simultaneously detected in the ranges of 1–50 and 2–500 μM with detection limits as low as 0.025 and 0.411 μM, respectively. In addition, real-time detection of uric acid in sweat under resting and exercising conditions was achieved using a poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogel as a sweat collector in combination with Ppy-Co-NNC/SPCE. Moreover, the simultaneous detection of UA and DA in human urine was also achieved. The method provides a new strategy for the detection of small molecules in biofluids, which is promising for sensing and personalized medicine.

Abstract:An effective electrochemical sensing platform based on electrodeposited NiO nanoparticles and graphene oxide (GO) has been successfully developed for the simultaneous determination of uric acid (UA), dopamine (DA) and ascorbic acid (AA). The chemical composition and morphology characteristic of NiO/GO nanocomposite were investigated by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Furthermore, cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry were applied to explore the electrochemical properties of the constructed electrode. As a result, the linear amperometric responses to UA, DA and AA were achieved in the concentration ranges of 2.0 similar to 120, 2.0 similar to 60 and 40 similar to 700 mu M with detection limits of 0.14, 0.10 and 5.50 mu M, respectively. Moreover, the method functioned well on the determination of these three molecules in real urine samples with acceptable selectivity, favorable reproducibility and durable stability. The results suggested that this electrochemical sensing platform has potential application for the simultaneous detection of UA, DA and AA in biological samples.

Abstract:Point-of-care testing is an essential approach in clinical analysis due to its rapidity. In the current research and for the first time, we developed an electrochemical POC sensor for uric acid (UA) determination using pencil graphite electrode substrate modified via a facile self-polymerization of dopamine. Alkaline conditions were used to produce polydopamine inspired from mussel adhesive protein. The PDA-modified electrode was further decorated by electrodeposition of gold nanoparticles. Sensor surface characterization was conducted using surface characterization techniques like X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy imaging. In addition electrochemical characterization methods were performed utilizing electrochemical impedance spectroscopy as well as cyclic voltammetry. The sensor yielded a reproducible voltammetric response upon using differential pulse voltammetry (linearity range: 5.0 × 10 -5 mol L -1 - 5.0 × 10 -4 mol L -1 of UA with 1.57 × 10 –5 mol L -1 limit of detection). The developed sensor's benefits include decreased manufacturing cost and selectivity. Accurate and precise results were obtained upon application to human urine sample analysis

Abstract:We described a nano-carbon ionic liquid electrode modified with palladium-doped graphene (Pd-GR/nano-CILE) for electrochemical analysis of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). The surface morphologies of the electrodes and palladium-doped graphene (Pd-GR) were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used for investigating the electrochemical properties of the proposed sensor. The oxidation peaks of DA and UA were well separated at the Pd-GR/nano-CILE using differential pulse voltammetry. The sensor displayed good electrocatalytic activity toward DA and UA with increased peak currents and reduced peak potentials compared with conventional carbon paste electrode. Under optimal conditions, linear calibration plots for the analysis of DA and UA were obtained in the range of 5–200 μM, respectively. The detection limits (at an S/N ratio of 3) were 0.5 μM for DA and 0.8 μM for UA. The method was successfully applied to the determination of DA and UA in spiked human urine and serum samples.

Abstract:In this study, we designed a novel electrochemical sensor by modifying a glass carbon electrode (GCE) with Pd confined mesoporous carbon hollow nanospheres (Pd/MCHS) for the simultaneous detection of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA), and uric acid (UA). The structure and morphological characteristics of the Pd/MCHS nanocomposite and the Pd/MCHS/GCE sensor are comprehensively examined using SEM, TEM, XRD and EDX. The electrochemical properties of the prepared sensor are investigated through CV and DPV, which reveal three resolved oxidation peaks for AA, DA, and UA, thereby verifying the simultaneous detection of the three analytes. Benefiting from its tailorable properties, the Pd/MCHS nanocomposite provides a large surface area, rapid electron transfer ability, good catalytic activity, and high conductivity with good electrochemical behavior for the determination of AA, DA, and UA. Under optimized conditions, the Pd/MCHS/GCE sensor exhibited a linear response in the concentration ranges of 300–9000, 2–50, and 20–500 μM for AA, DA, and UA, respectively. The corresponding limit of detection (LOD) values were determined to be 51.03, 0.14, and 4.96 μM, respectively. Moreover, the Pd/MCHS/GCE sensor demonstrated outstanding selectivity, reproducibility, and stability. The recovery percentages of AA, DA, and UA in real samples, including a vitamin C tablet, DA injection, and human urine, range from 99.8–110.9%, 99.04–100.45%, and 98.80–100.49%, respectively. Overall, the proposed sensor can serve as a useful reference for the construction of a high-performance electrochemical sensing platform.

Abstract:Electrochemical sensor is a promising platform in diagnosing the disorders of nervous and metabolic systems for its feasibility of detecting dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). Nevertheless, the reported electrochemical sensors still suffer from unfavorable selectivity and the high limit of detection (LOD). To address these problems, this paper introduced a heterogeneous electrode interface to improve the sensor’s selectivity with differently charged regions. The electrode was prepared on a flexible polyolefin substrate and modified with negatively charged graphene (GP) and electroneutral gold nanoparticles (Au NPs). Experimental results show that the optimal electrode with five layers GP and Au NPs (GP5AuNPs5) was capable of detecting DA and UA in the ascorbic acid (AA)-coexisted solution with minimum interference. The GP5AuNPs5 sensor manifests low LODs ( $3 {\sigma } /\text{S}$ ) of 10 nM and $1.47 {\mu } \text{M}$ for DA and UA, respectively, confirming its feasibility to detect the lowest concentration of the human body. Moreover, the introduction of the Au NPs makes a better separation for current peaks, which might be from the existence of a concentration gradient by electrostatic force difference and an enhanced diffusion from Au NPs. The high-performance sensor with well-separated current peaks is meaningful for detecting DA and UA electrochemically.
One-Step Electrochemical Fabrication of Reduced Graphene Oxide/Gold Nanoparticles Nanocomposite-Modified Electrode for Simultaneous Detection of Dopamine, Ascorbic Acid, and Uric Acid

Abstract:Here, we introduce the preparation of the hybrid nanocomposite-modified electrode consisting of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using the one-step electrochemical method, allowing for the simultaneous and individual detection of dopamine (DA), ascorbic acid (AA), and uric acid (UA). RGO/AuNPs nanocomposite was formed on a glassy carbon electrode by the co-reduction of GO and Au3+ using the potentiodynamic method. The RGO/AuNPs nanocomposite-modified electrode was produced by subjecting a mixed solution of GO and Au3+ to cyclic sweeping from -1.5 V to 0.8 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) at a scan rate 10 mV/s for 3 cycles. The modified electrode was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, contact angle measurement, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. Voltammetry results confirm that the RGO/AuNPs nanocomposite-modified electrode has high catalytic activity and good resolution for the detection of DA, AA, and UA. The RGO/AuNPs nanocomposite-modified electrode exhibits stable amperometric responses for DA, AA, and UA, respectively, and its detection limits were estimated to be 0.14, 9.5, and 25 μM. The modified electrode shows high selectivity towards the determination of DA, AA, or UA in the presence of potentially active bioelements. In addition, the resulting sensor exhibits many advantages such as fast amperometric response, excellent operational stability, and appropriate practicality.

Abstract:An electrochemical sensor based on polyethyleneimine (PEI)–multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs)–gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) nanocomposite was constructed for determination of dopamine (DA). MWNTs–PEI–AuNPs nanocomposite combined the advantages of PEI-well dispersed MWNTs and in situ formed AuNPs, thus endowed with high stability and some special properties to the enzyme-free sensor. The formation of the material was characterized by scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and energy-dispersive X-ray. Electrochemical activation of the modified sensor at a positive potential remarkably enhanced the signal due to some introduced fragmentation in the side wall of MWNTs–PEI–AuNPs. Another important conclusion which was not recognized before is that CVD–CNT with open end caps of CNT also can be electrochemically activated after coating with polyelectrolytes (PEs). The prepared sensor showed good performance for the determination of DA in a linear range from 50 to 4000nM with a limit of detection of 6.56nM and a sensitivity of 5.2μAμM−1. It also exhibit high stability of at least 2months and high selectivity of DA under the interferences of glucose, ascorbic acid, etc. due to the novel sensing materials and remarkable electrochemical activation. We also demonstrated the successful application of this sensor for the determination of dopamine in serum.
Sensitive sensing platform based on Co, Mo doped electrospun nanofibers for simultaneous electrochemical detection of dopamine and uric acid

Abstract:Abnormal levels of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) in the human body are valuable indicators for monitoring human health, as they are associated with certain diseases. Therefore, it is crucial to develop sensitive and simultaneous analytical techniques for DA and UA in diagnosing the related diseases. Herein, the Co- and Mo- doped carbon nanofibers (Co, Mo@CNFs) electrochemical biosensor was developed successfully for the sensitive and accurate simultaneous detection of DA and UA. A straightforward electrospinning technique followed by a carbonization process was employed for the synthesis of Co, Mo@CNFs, and the encapsulation of Co and Mo within CNFs served to not only prevent nanoparticle agglomeration, thus providing more active sites, but also to facilitate rapid electron transfer. By incorporating Co and Mo into CNFs, the electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode was greatly improved due to the beneficial conductivity and synergistic effects of transition metals. This enhancement effectively addressed issues such as the overlapping anodic peaks that occur when DA and UA are oxidized concurrently. Due to the mentioned synergistic contributions, the modified Co, Mo@CNFs electrode (Co, Mo@CNFs/GCE) achieved remarkable sensitivity for the simultaneous detection of DA and UA, while also exhibiting strong anti-interference ability. The detection limits for DA and UA were 2.35 nmol L-1 and 0.16 μmol L-1, respectively. We applied the developed Co, Mo@CNFs/GCE electrochemical biosensor to detect DA and UA in 50-fold diluted serum and urine samples. The results affirm the biosensor's reliability and precision. Moreover, the developed Co, Mo@CNFs/GCE biosensor demonstrated excellent performance in simultaneously detecting DA and UA, providing an efficient and dependable detection approach for clinical diagnosis and bioanalysis.
Poly(pyrocatechol-3,5-disodiumsulfonate)/Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes Composite for Simultaneous Determination of Dopamine, Ascorbic Acid and Uric Acid

Abstract:A novel poly(pyrocatechol-3,5-disodiumsulfonate)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes (PPD/MWCNT) composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was fabricated and successfully used to simultaneously determine ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA). Owing to the synergistic effects of PPD and MWCNTs, the electrochemical responses of AA, DA and UA at PPD/MWCNTs/GCE were clearly superior to those at bare GCE. Additionally, the PPD/MWCNTs composite film could reduce the potential overlap of AA, DA and UA so as to favor simultaneous determination of the three substances. Under the optimum conditions, the linear calibration curves of AA, DA and UA were obtained by differential pulse voltammetry in the range of 10-1000, 1-100 and 4-1200 microM, and the detection limits were 5, 0.5 and 0.5 microM (S/N = 3) respectively. The results showed PPD/MWCNTs/GCE possessed good reproducibility and stability, and it could be applied to determine UA in human urine with satisfying recovery by standard addition method.
Facile synthesis of nickel@carbon nanorod composite for simultaneously electrochemical detection of dopamine and uric acid

Abstract:Nickel nanoparticles loaded with carbon nanorods () were facile synthesized by pyrolysis of a Ni-based coordination compound. The constructed hybrid showed a high special surface area with Ni nanoparticles uniformly distributing on its surface. It is expected that the high special surface area of may increase the exposure of active sites, whereas the uniformly distribution of Ni nanoparticles may shorten the gap between Ni nanoparticles and CNRs, and then speeds up the electron migration. Then, were used as effective electrochemical sensor for simultaneous dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) detection. It is found that modified electrode exhibited two linear ranges of 0.5–30 μM and 35–100 μM for both single detection of DA and UA. The detection limits (S/N = 3) were calculated to be 0.056 μM for DA and 0.166 μM for UA, respectively. In addition, due to its high sensitivity and stability, was successfully applied for DA and UA analysis in human urine. These results show that is an effective electrode material for DA and UA detection. This work provides an effective strategy for exploring new electrical sensing materials.

Abstract:An ultrasensitive electrochemical biosensor was fabricated for electroanalytical determination of ascorbic acid(AA), dopamine(DA) and uric acid(UA) individually and simultaneously based on polypyrrole hollow nanotubes loaded with Au and Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticles(NPs) uniformly(PPy@Au-Fe 3 O 4 ). The PPy@Au-Fe 3 O 4 nanotubes were synthesized in one-pot using MoO 3 nanorods as templates and the polymerization of Py, the formation of Au and Fe 3 O 4 NPs and the removel of MoO 3 templates took place stimultaneously. Electrochemical studies reveal that PPy@Au-Fe 3 O 4 modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE) possesses excellent electrocatalytic activities toward the oxidation of AA, DA and UA. Their oxidation peak currents increase linearly in the concentration ranges of 1–2000 μmol/L for AA, 0.01–25 and 25–300 μmol/L for DA and 0.1–300 μmol/L for UA. Their detection limit values( S/N =3) were calculated as 0.45, 0.0049, and 0.051 μmol/L for AA, DA and UA in the individual detection. By changing the concentrations simultaneously, the calibration curves showed linearity to 1000, 200, and 200 μmol/L with detection limit of 0.39, 0.0060, and 0.060 μmol/L for AA, DA, and UA, respectively. Finally, the obtained biosensor was successfully applied to the detection of AA, DA, and UA with satisfactory results on actual samples.

Abstract:In this work, a highly sensitive and selective biomimetic electrochemical sensor for the amperometric detection of trace dopamine (DA) in human serums was achieved by gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) doped molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs). Functionalized AuNPs (F-AuNPs), a novel functional monomer bearing aniline moieties on the surface of the AuNPs, were prepared via a direct synthesis method and then used to fabricate the conductive MIPs film on the modified electrode by electropolymerization method in the presence of DA and p-aminobenzenethiol (p-ATP). The obtained electrochemical sensor based on the conductive film of AuNPs doped MIPs (AuNPs@MIPs) could effectively minimize the interferences caused by ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). The linear range for amperometric detection of DA was from 0.02 mu mol L-1 to 0.54 mu mol L-1 with the detection limit of 7.8 nmol L-1 (S/N=3). Furthermore, the AuNPs@MIPs modified electrode (AuNPs@MIES) was successfully employed to detect trace DA in different human serums. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Abstract:A free-standing electrode was developed based on carbon cloth-supported Fe doped polydopamine derived carbon (Fe/PDA-C/CC) for detection of dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) simultaneously. First, dopamine was self-polymerized on the surface of carbon cloth to obtain the polydopamine coatings. Then, Fe3+ was introduced by the formation of coordinate bond with the hydroxyl functional group in the polydopamine layer. After calcination, a flexible and free-standing electrode was obtained. The sensing performance and mechanism of the Fe/PDA-C/CC sensor was investigated and discussed in detail. The experiment results demonstrated that the Fe/PDA-C/CC could simultaneous detection of DA and UA with a wide detection range of 0.5-300 μM and 0.5-400 μM, with low detection limits of 0.041 μM and 0.012 μM, respectively. Meanwhile, the Fe/PDA-C/CC possessed excellent anti-interference, repeatability, stability, as well as accuracy in real samples. Overall, this study provided a facile and effect approach for simultaneous detection of UA and DA.

The Comparison of Different Gold Nanoparticles/graphene Nanosheets Hybrid Nanocomposites in Electrochemical Performance and the Construction of a Sensitive Uric Acid Electrochemical Sensor with Novel Hybrid Nanocomposites.

Abstract:In this paper, water soluble poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)–graphene nanosheets (PDDA–GNs) were synthesized and characterized by UV–visible absorption spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). On the basis of PDDA–GNs, three different types of gold nanoparticles/graphene nanosheets (AuNPs/GNs) hybrid nanocomposites were obtained by one-pot synthesis, in situ reduction and adsorption methods, respectively. These nanocomposites were used as electrode materials for electrochemical determination of uric acid (UA). The results indicated adsorption to be the best method to synthesize hybrid nanocomposites from the electrochemical point of view. Given the fact positively charged PDDA–AuNPs could interact with negatively charged UA molecules, we then synthesized PDDA–protected gold nanoparticles/graphene nanosheets (PDDA–AuNPs/GNs) hybrid nanocomposites by adsorption method, for the first time. As were expected, PDDA–AuNPs/GNs gave better performance for UA than AuNPs/GNs obtained by adsorption, and the anodic peak current of UA obtained by cyclic voltammetry (CV) increased 102.1-fold in comparison to bare GCE under optimizing conditions. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was used to quantitatively determine UA. The linear range of UA was from 0.5μM to 20μM and the detection limit was 0.1μM (S/N=3) with a high sensitivity of 103.08μAμM−1cm−2. The assay results of urine sample provided satisfying recoveries by standard addition method. In addition, the anodic peaks of adrenaline (AD) and UA were well resolved at PDDA–AuNPs/GNs modified electrode, while they were too overlapped to separate at bare electrode, as a result of that UA was successfully detected in the presence of AD. In conclusion, rapid synthesis of PDDA–AuNPs/GNs were realized and applied as an advanced hybrid electrode material for UA determination.
