Abstract:Green spaces provide various kinds of ecosystem service functions. Though some of them, such as the carbon-sinking and biodiversity preservation functions are of value to everyone, others, especially those related to aesthetic and recreational functions, only benefit people who have direct access to green spaces. In urban settings, where ecosystem services in the second category prevail, this means the spatial dimension of urban green spaces, including their richness, accessibility, shape configuration, and distributional characteristics, may considerably influence the realization of their ecosystem service value, and is therefore subject to scrutiny. In this paper, we study how the spatial pattern of urban green spaces influence the realization of their ecosystem service value by utilizing the Hedonic Price Modeling (HPM) method. Taking Beijing as the case, we use the price and other information in the city's developable land transaction records from 2000 to 2004 to construct the HPM, and use Landscape Ecological Metrics (LEM) as proxies of the spatial characteristics of urban green spaces. Four LEMs are used to measure the above mentioned spatial characteristics of urban green spaces. While subject to certain shortcomings in data quality and quantitative estimations of the magnitude of the spatial effects cannot be made, results show that most spatial characteristics of urban green spaces do influence their ecosystem service value as embedded in land value, except for the shape configuration characteristic for which the study yields no result. Further, specifically for Beijing, results indicate that in order to effectively realize their ecosystem service value, green spaces should occupy between 2.20% and 13.40% of the total urban area, located within a 50-550 m range from other developments, with green space patches so divided that each patch occupies more than 3.00% but less than 62.50% of the total green space area, and the ecosystem service value will be at the optimal level when each patch occupies 20.00% of the total green space area. Lastly, we stress the practical significance of the findings, urging an integration of the spatial patterns aspect of urban green spaces in urban planning practices. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. Abstract:The balance between ecosystem service supply–demand and landscape ecological risk are two crucial aspects influencing the sustainable development of regional ecosystems. Current evaluations ignore these aspects and lead to partial landscape planning in urban areas. As a result, a framework was built for regional planning in urban areas based on multidimensional evaluations of ecosystems for high-efficiency land use planning. First, to determine the ecosystem service balance in regional scale, the supply and demand of five ecosystem services were quantified—biodiversity conservation, carbon sequestration, water conservation, food production, and landscape recreation. Second, landscape ecological risks were identified using the "natural–social–landscape" research framework combined with spatial principal component analysis. Third, spatial clustering analysis of ecosystem service supply–demand ratios and landscape ecological risks was then performed through spatial autocorrelation, which aimed to identify areas for protection and restoration priority. Finally, GeoDetector was used to determine the main factors influencing ecosystem service balance and landscape ecological risks and develop targeted planning measures. The results revealed an imbalance in total ecosystem service supply–demand in Beijing's plain area, coupled with a high level of landscape ecological risk. The combined ecosystem service supply–demand ratios exhibited a significant negative correlation and aggregation with landscape ecological risk, and the significant area accounted for approximately 31.9% of the total area. Priority areas for protection and restoration accounted for 10.39% and 19.94%, respectively, of the total regional area. Land use, distance to settlements, and vegetation cover were the primary environmental variables influencing the distributions of the combined ecosystem service supply–demand ratios and landscape ecological risk. So, this study emphasizes the need to strengthen intensive land use and prevent the uncontrolled expansion of urban land and settlements. It is crucial to enhance urban green infrastructure construction, promote the development of biodiversity-friendly agriculture, and implement measures such as afforestation restoration to increase regional vegetation cover. Overall, by integrating a framework of ecosystem services and landscape ecological risk, a comprehensive scientific reference can be provided for the efficient land use and sustainable development planning in urban areas.

Abstract:Urbanization has substantially changed landscape patterns and seriously disturbed the structure and function of the ecosystems. However, the spatial characteristics and relationships between landscape patterns and ecosystem service values (ESVs) along the urban-rural gradient remain unclear. Based on high-resolution images, this study used concentric buffer zones to explore the characteristics and relationship between landscape pattern indexes (LPIs) and ESVs in the rural-urban gradient to reveal the impact of urban development on urban ecosystems. The results showed that the landscape heterogeneity was high in the urban fringe 18–20 km from the urban center. The PD, ED, LSI, SHAPE_MN, DIVISION, SPLIT, and SHIDI variables had the lowest values in the urban center, while CONTAG and AI had the high values in the urban. Water bodies and forest land are the main land use/land cover (LULC) types that provide ecosystem services. The total ESV of Kunshan city totaled 5597.31 × 106 CNY in 2018. The average ESV increased from 2.42 × 106 CNY to 9.92 × 106 CNY along the urban-rural gradient, which indicated that natural landscapes had higher ESVs. ED and Landscape Division Index (DIVISION) had positive effects on ESV, while Largest Patch Index (LPI), Contagion (CONTAG), Proportion of Like Adjacencies (PLADJ), Patch Cohesion Index (COHESION), and Aggregation Index (AI) had negative effects on ESV. The results of the regression model indicated there were quantitative relationships between ESVs and LPIs, which revealed how landscape pattern affected ESVs. The study can provide a scientific reference for the optimization of urban landscape patterns and urban and rural sustainable development.

Abstract:The regional ecosystem service value of Haidian District in Beijing was estimated in the 500 m × 500 m grid scale by using present regional land use data.The research area was divided into different types of sub-regions according to the distribution of ecosystem service values.The land use structure and landscape pattern of different sub-regions were analyzed through the software of GIS and FRAGSTAS.The results showed that the ecosystem service value of Haidian District was ranged from -2.35 million yuan to 2.08 million yuan,which was increased from the south to northwest.The land use structure and ecosystem service value were different in different sub-regions.The main land use types were urban green space in high value regions,cultivated land and forest land in mid value regions and construction land in low value regions.There were also large differences of landscape pattern index among different sub-regions of ecosystem service value.The fragmentation of the landscape pattern was gradually increased from low value regions to high value regions,indicating that the influence of human activities on the ecological environment was increased,and the disturbing of human activities on the landscape structure was also increased.The results of this research can provide a reference for the intensive evaluation of regional ecosystem service,and serve as a scientific basis for the structure adjustment,sustainable utilization of regional land and ecological landscape construction.
Forest ecosystem service functions and their associations with landscape patterns in Renqiu City

Abstract:Forest ecosystems are crucial to the survival and development of human societies. Urbanization is expected to impact forest landscape patterns and consequently the supply of forest ecosystem services. However, the specific ways by which such impacts manifest are unclear. Therefore, to discuss the relationship between them is of great significance for realizing regional sustainable development. Here, we quantitatively assess the intensity of forest ecosystem service functions and forest landscape patterns in Renqiu City of China’s Hebei Province in 2019 using ArcGIS and FRAGSTATS. We characterize the relationships between forest ecosystem service capacity and landscape patterns, and identify strategies for the spatial optimization of forests. We find that the ecosystem service intensity of forests are significantly correlated with their spatial distribution, forest area ratio, and landscape patterns. Specifically, the percentage of landscape (PLAND) index, landscape shape index (LSI), and contagion (CONTAG) index indices display second-order polynomial relationships with various forest ecosystem service functions, with critical values of 80, 5, and 70, respectively. We propose that forest ecosystem functions can be optimized by optimizing forest landscape patterns. Specifically, to maximize the function of forest ecosystem services, managers should consider the integrity of forest ecosystems, optimize their ability to self-succession, repair service functions of key nodes within forests, enhance forests’ structural stability, optimize forest quality and community structure, and strengthen the efficiency of functional transformation per unit area. Finally, we propose a strategy for the spatial optimization of forests in Renqiu to optimize their associated ecosystem services. This involves protecting important areas for forest ecosystems, rationally organizing different ecological patches such as forests and water bodies to maximize their functions, strengthening the connectivity of scattered forests, and supplementing woodland areas.

Abstract:Establishing a sustainable landscape pattern to cope with worsening ecological problems is an internationally recognized practice. However, previous studies have not considered the joint supply equilibrium of ecosystem services (ESs) and coupling with social systems. In this study, we propose an ecological security pattern framework composed of multi-level ecological elements, based on ESs, human impacts, and improved connectivity. The ordered weighted averaging decision model was used to analyze the four types of ESs specified by the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment and extract core patches. Based on potential corridors extracted by the minimum cumulative resistance model, ecological corridors were further classified by improved connectivity analysis coupled with the human modification index. The approach was tested using data from Dalian, Liaoning Province, China. The results show that the most service capabilities declined to varying degrees over the past 10 years. Forests, arable land, and grasslands had relatively high levels of comprehensive ecological services. Regulating services showed a significant decline in three or more land types. The principle of landscape ecology promotes the establishment of a buffer zone. In Dalian, the areas of the ecological core patch and buffer zone were 2,167.88 and 5,377.38 km2, respectively. The three levels of potential ecological corridors totaled 1079.78 km. The ecological elements and ESs assessment results obtained using the proposed method provide spatial guidance for ecological management, thereby ensuring the sustainable development of large cities.

Abstract:The identification of the relationships between different landscape services is important in social–ecological complex systems, especially in areas with intensive human activities. In this paper, Beijing and its peripheral regions are taken as a case study to calculate and map the intensities of five classic landscape services including material production, carbon storage, soil retention, habitat conservation, and population support based on grid maps. Overlap and correlation analyses were used to identify multiple service hotspots and the relationships between landscape services. The results show that (1) landscape services have spatial heterogeneity: high-intensity area of material production and population support is on the southeast plains of this region and high-intensity area of soil retention and habitat conservation is on the northwest; (2) approximately 96.03% of the region can provide at least one type of landscape services, whereas approximately three-quarters of the area provide multiple services, with the multiple service hotspots surrounding Beijing and Tianjin; (3) correlations exist between all pairs of landscape services, but strong correlations (correlation coefficient >0.5 or <−0.5) exist between four pairs, which are soil retention and habitat conservation (0.672), soil retention and population support (−0.613), habitat conservation and population support (−0.540), and material production and population support (0.529); (4) the services can be divided into two trade-off service bundles: the “natural” bundle, which contains carbon storage, soil retention, and habitat conservation, and the “artificial” bundle, which contains material production and population support. Only 4.19% of the area in this region contains these service bundles simultaneously. Finally, an improved understanding of the relationships between services was illustrated, and the importance of such services was highlighted for decision-makers and stakeholders.

Abstract:Based on the interpretation results of Worldview-3 data,the spatial distribu tion characteristics of city green space is analyzed in Futian District,and its ecological service value is assessed,referring to the Forest Ecosystem Service Function Evaluation Specification.The results showed that:1) the ecosystem service value of urban green space reached up to 116.834 1 million Yuan in Futian District,and the average value per unit area was 83,500 Yuan.2) Various kinds ecological service values were sorted as follows:carbon fixation and oxygen release＞water resources conservation＞climate regulation＞environment purification＞ biodiversity maintenance＞ soil conservation＞ landscape recreation.3) The average value per unit area was various among different urban green space,namely,arbor＞ arbor-shrub＞arbor grass＞arbor-shrub-grass＞ shrub＞ shrub-grass＞grass.4) The value of urban green space in different sub district depended on the respective area of urban green space,namely,Lianhua＞Shatou＞Xiangmihu＞ Meilin＞Futian＞ Fubao＞ Yuanling＞ Huaqiangbei＞ Huafu＞ Nanyuan.As the central urban area in Shenzhen,it is important for Futian District to increase spatial heterogene ity,diversify species composition,optimize plant structure,and provide sound urban green space management,which is able to maintain the ecological balance and improve the ecological services of urban green space.

Abstract:Land ecological planning based on landscape ecology is an important way to improve land ecological quality and regional ecological environment.Key landscape pattem factors are the important bases of landscape planning and design.The paper selected a developed city in Yangtze River delta region-Kunshan city as the study area.Based on the comprehensive index for land ecological quality evaluation,the paper chose 14 landscape pattern indices and calculated the correlation coefficient between the comprehensive index of land ecological quality and the landscape pattern indices with correlation analysis to identify the key landscape factors which affect land ecological quality mostly.The results showed that:1) At town scale,land ecological quality has significant negative correlation with the largest plaque index (LPI) and the area weighted average patch area (AWMPS),and it has significant positive correlation with Shannon diversity (SHDI) and average shape index (MSI).2) Key landscape pattern factors affecting land ecological quality are different in areas with different land use structures.In construction land zone,land ecological quality has significant positive correlation with the patch density index (PD) and boundary density (ED) and has significant negative correlation with the aggregation index (AI) and contagion index (CONTAG).In ecological land zone,land ecological quality has significant positive correlation with land patch area (TA) and the area weighted average patch area (AWMPS).In farmland zone,land ecological quality has significant negative correlation with the largest plaque index (LPI) and negative correlation with separation index (SPLIT) and diversity index (SHDI).3) When we make land ecological planning and landscape design in the research area,the dominant types of landscape,the richness and balanced distribution of landscape types and the landscape complexity should be considered firstly.Secondly,we should focus on key landscape pattern factors in areas of different land use structures.The fragmentation and discreteness of landscape should be maintained in construction land zone.In ecological land zone,the maximum area and the advantage types should be maintained.In farmland zone,the diversity and spatial equilibrium of the landscape types should be ensured.

Abstract:Ecosystem health assessment is always one of the key topics of ecosystem management. However, few studies has focused on assessing ecosystem health of landscapes, which are geo-spatial units composed of different kinds of ecosystem mosaics. Healthy ecosystems should sustainably provide a range of ecosystem services to meet human needs, and such a concept often cannot be expressed using the traditional ecosystem health assessment. Using Shenzhen City in China as a case study area, this research aims to assess the ecosystem health of urban landscapes based on ecosystem services. Results showed a distinct deterioration of urban ecosystem health for all of the 30 units assessed in Shenzhen City during 1978-2005. Five levels were classified with respect to health using fixed thresholds. There were 12 towns appearing with the worst level and 4 towns disappearing with the best level in 2005 compared with the status in 1978. Although there was no significant decrease in the level of health during 1978-2000, by 2005 more than 70% of towns belonged to the top two levels, classifying them as unhealthy. Among all the assessing indicators, the indicators of ecosystem organization contributed least to ecosystem health, except in 1986, and ecosystem services were found to be the most contributive indicator during 1978-2005. It was also suggested that land use patterns provided an integrating bridge among regional ecosystem health, economic development, and environmental performances. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. Land Use Based Ecological Assessment of Green Space:A Case Study of Tongzhou District of Beijing

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to review the concept and meaning of green space, and to establish a land use based green space ecological assessment system which was used in the case study of Tongzhou to measure the ecosystem services value. Such methods were applied as ecosystem services value assessment, GIS and comparative analysis. The results indicate the land use based green space ecological assessment can be a practical tool in land use planning and related ecological planning. It is found that the main ecological functions of green space in Tongzhou District are insubstantial including rubbish disposal, water source preservation, soil formation and protection. Farmland had the largest proportion in total ecological value, which decreased from 47.7% to 41.6% between the year 2001 and 2004. The proportion of forest land in total ecological value increased from 14.8% to 23.0%. The wetland and rivers played an important role in improving regional green space ecological value. The proportions of other land uses in total ecological value changed dramatically along with the changes in areas. As a result, it is crucial to improve the quality of water environment in order to build a new developed livable area with beautiful waterscape in Tongzhou District.
A Case Study of the Main Urban Area of Beijing, China

Abstract:Urban-scale green spaces have been a central topic as of late, but community-scale green spaces are overlooked in urban studies. This paper takes community green spaces in the main urban area of Beijing as the case to quantitatively interpret the spatial-temporal patterns of their service efficiency and distribution characteristics. The measurement section of the paper includes two parts: the first part compares the applicability of two major green space service efficiency measurement methods on the community scale and determines that the Shortest Time Distance method performs better in describing the spatial-temporal patterns of service efficiency. The second part applies the Time Distance Entropy method to initially identify the locational relationship between community green spaces and neighboring residential buildings, then proposes the Green Space Distribution Coefficient method based on this relationship to analyze the 'courtyard', 'mixed', and 'centralized' distribution types alongside the transition relationships between them, and the spatial-temporal patterns of distribution characteristics are measured. The results of service efficiency reveal that the community paradigms transform from 'humanistic-oriented' to 'benefit-oriented' as the Shortest Time Distance measurement values show an ascending trend with the passage of years and the outward expansion of the ring roads. The results of distribution characteristics reveal that the community residential culture transforms from 'closeness' to 'detachment' as Green Space Distribution Coefficient measurement values show a descending trend under the same conditions. Based on the measurements, this paper further provides several optimizing strategies for community green spaces in the central urban area of Beijing.

Abstract:Urban blue–green space is essential to the normal functioning of the urban landscape ecosystem, and it is also a significant metric for assessing the quality of urban human settlements. In China's territorial space planning, the overall planning strategy's implementation depends on constructing the blue–green space network in the urbanized construction area. This paper used 85 typical riverside parks in Beijing's blue–green space as the research object, collecting and analyzing multiple social media user data. It explored the main factors that influenced people's satisfaction with the landscape design and sensory perception of urban waterfront green space from the perspectives of parks beside different river systems, parks of different types, and parks in different districts. The distinction between urban waterfront green space evaluation was further discussed through variance analysis. The research revealed the following findings: (1) by comparing the total number of park reviews in different seasons, it could be observed that tourists evidently preferred the spring landscape, and the winter landscape construction of waterfront green space needs to be improved. (2) By comparing the review stars of different parks, it could be observed that tourists appreciated parks with multiple functions, excellent recreation facilities, complete management services and parks close to the city center. Functions and services became important influencing factors for park evaluation. (3) There was room for improvement in water ecology in the river landscapes of parks adjacent to various river systems, and people paid more attention to the level of service facilities. (4) According to different categories of parks, people's demand for service facilities, activity organization, cultural displays and other aspects was different. (5) Among parks in different districts, people preferred the distinctive animal and plant landscapes and recreational activities of parks in districts on the outskirts of the city. According to the conclusions, suggestions were made for optimizing and improving Beijing's waterfront green space, providing managers with technical support and a basis for decision-making.

Abstract:Urban blue and green space is a key element supporting the normal operation of urban landscape ecosystems and guaranteeing and improving people's lives. In this paper, 97.1k photos of Beijing were captured by using web crawler technology, and the blue sky and green vegetation objects in the photos were extracted by using the Image Cascade Network (ICNet) neural network model. We analyzed the distribution characteristics of the blue–green space area proportion index and its relationships with the background economic and social factors. The results showed the following. (1) The spatial distribution of Beijing's blue–green space area proportion index showed a pattern of being higher in the west and lower in the middle and east. (2) There was a positive correlation between the satellite remote sensing normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) and the proportion index of green space area, but the fitting degree of geospatial weighted regression decreased with an increasing analysis scale. (3) There were differences in the relationship between the housing prices in different regions and the proportion index of blue–green space, but the spatial fitting degree of the two increased with the increase of study scale. (4) There was a negative correlation between the proportion index of blue–green space and population density, and the low-population areas per unit blue–green space were mainly distributed in the south of the city and the urban fringe areas beyond the Third Ring Road. The urban blue–green space analysis that was constructed by this study provides new aspect for urban landscape ecology study, and the results proposed here also provide support for government decision-makers to optimize urban ecological layouts.

Abstract:Ecosystem service assessment methods are commonly based on converting absolute service values into a monetary or energy equivalent. However, the absolute assessment value is always much higher than market price and dramatically different by different estimators. In fact, the purpose of regional ecosystem service assessments is mainly to recognize the superiority and vulnerability of the local ecosystems and explore the potential for ecological construction. Therefore, this study promotes the concept of the ideal forest equivalent and uses it as a reference point to measure the relative value of ecosystem service. A case study of Beijing was conducted ecosystem service using this relative assessment method on the support of geographic information systems (GIS) software platform. The basic data included remote sensing data, digital elevation map (DEM), a land use map, socioeconomic statistics, and climate data. The assessment results were as follows: (1) the ecosystem service for the Beijing green space was 555,234 ideal forest equivalents, which correspond to 36.38 % of the ideal forest cover in the area; (2) forest exhibited the largest proportion of service functions, which was followed by wetlands, gardens and farmland; (3) the distribution rule of comprehensive ecosystem service value was indicated; and (4) the Beijing region has the potential to improve and increase green space service functions. Finally, the results of this study recommend relevant countermeasures to ecological construction.

Abstract:The authors bring forward the concept of ideal forest equivalent,and takes it as the reference to measure green space service value.Base on GIS,the authors conduct relative assessment of green space ecosystem service in Beijing region(excluding central urban district) by inputting a series of data,such as remote sensing information,DEM,land use map,statistics and climate data.The assessment results are as follows: 1) The eco-service function amounts of Beijing green space is 555234 ideal forest equivalents,which correspond to cover 36.38% of ideal forest in area;2) Among the green space types,forest has the largest proportion of service functions,which is followed by wetland,garden and farmland;but the order of unit green space service functions are(from major to minor): wetland,forest,garden,grass land,farmland and barren land;3) Among the service functions,modulation is more than supply and culture service;4) In view of the function distribution,from the urban function extended district,via the new districts of urban development,to the ecological preservation districts,the comprehensive evaluation value are gradually increased;5) Compared to the ideal state,there are still more potential to improve and rise green space service functions in Beijing region.Finally,this paper put forward relevant countermeasures for ecosystem construction.

Abstract:Beijing Plain is an important region for ecological planning and management. In the past decade, human activities have dramatically changed the spatial and landscape patterns of greenspaces in Beijing Plains. However, very few studies have assessed the main causative factors of these changes. Herein, we analyzed the spatial patterns of greenspaces in the Beijing Plains between 2015 and 2020 using multi-source remote sensing data, geographical information system, and the landscape pattern index. Additionally, we utilized gray correlation analysis to quantitatively analyze the main factors contributing to dynamic changes in the greenspace landscape patterns. We found that the greenspaces in Beijing showed a gradual increase annually from 2015 to 2020. Further, the conversion of greenspace types throughout the study period mainly included the interconversion of woodland and cropland, water, and impervious surfaces. The transfer out of woodlands has been decreasing annually while the transfer in has been increasing. Grassland and shrubs were almost entirely converted into woodlands and other land use types. The fragmentation of the overall greenspace reduced, aggregation increased, and landscape patches tended to be fully distributed, connected, simpler, concentrated, and regular. The advantages of woodland landscapes were gradually becoming more evident. Population urbanization, rapid economic growth, and policies were important factors affecting changes in greenspace landscape patterns. The study findings provide a scientific reference to adjust the greenspace structure, transform and upgrade the existing greenspaces, and ensure sustainable development of cities.

Abstract:Urban landscape is closely related to human living environment. Optimizing urban landscapes can promote urban vitality and quality, which is the latest goal of modern urban sustainable development. However, compared with studies at macro-level in large areas (i.e. cities) or micro-level in small areas (i.e. buildings), the fine research on quantifying urban landscape characteristics in large areas are insufficient, though it has stronger linkages with reality and planning. This paper proposed a quantification analysis system for regional urban landscape studies with block as the study unit and built on three aspects, including city plan, pattern of building forms and urban land use. Spatial and contrastive analysis were adopted to portray urban landscape in 15 typical Chinese cities using geographical open data. Urban landscape in metropolises of China had clear spatial regularity with the distance away from the main center. Besides, most of urban landscape indicators had more than one center and the main center was matched with the area of highest land price and geometric center in most of metropolises, and the attraction of sub-centers still had significant gap with the main center. Meantime, different cities may indeed display distinctive spatial signatures due to their different development conditions, for example, the landscape features of Guangzhou and Suzhou did not have superiority compared with other cities at similar level. More importantly, quantitative study scope and dimension of fine urban landscape were expanded and a uniform and comparable standard for block-level urban landscape analysis in large area was established.
Spatial analysis of urban residential ecological quality: A case study of Shenzhen

Abstract:Based on the relevant theories of environmental economics and ecosystem services and functions, the article evaluates residential ecological quality within the Shenzhen city using the methods of mathematical statistics and GIS analysis, which helps to demonstrate the spatial distribution of the life quality of the citizens, and thus provide solid evidence for urban planning and policy making. The research is also helpful to other areas in China in that it makes efforts to predict the changing trend of living environment in relatively typical and quickly-developed cities, which reveals the causes and the solutions to the problems. The result shows that the residential ecological quality of Shenzhen decreases all along the southeast area to the northwest area of the whole region in the year of 2005, and meanwhile, communities inside the special zone, on the general, enjoy better living environment than those outside the special zone. As to the cause of the spatial distribution, while the urban plan serve as the fundamental factor and plays a vital role, the way in which the city develops also play active roles in the forming of this pattern. Furthermore, the analyses also shed light on the recipe to improve the current unsatisfying status: planning for more ecological lands like wetlands and forests, combined with adjusting the structure of local industries to decrease the pollution released by manufacturing in this region will serve as two efficient policy direction, which is sure to bring about a better living environment and contribute to a better life standard for all of the citizens in Shenzhen. © 2012 Peking University.
