Abstract:As the traditional financial accounting work is greatly replaced by artificial intelligence, it is the general trend to transform to management accounting. Now more and more business managers are eager for management accountants to deeply participate in the company’s operation and decision-making, so as to greatly enhance the economic benefits and wealth creation of enterprises. According to the current economic situation, this paper takes 180 accountants and 20 accounting experts as the experimental objects, analyzes the significance of the artificial intelligence era for the transformation and development of accounting, puts forward the transformation path combined with the environment of the artificial intelligence era, and probes into the specific strategies for the transformation and upgrading to management accounting in the artificial intelligence era. The results show that the probability of accountants being replaced by artificial intelligence is 97.6%; 65% of the obstacles to the current financial digital transformation come from enterprises’ concerns about data security, 50% from enterprises’ consideration of cost, and 40% from enterprises’ priority of process management in financial management; in practice, we should deepen the connection between functional departments and financial departments with the help of artificial intelligence technology, and adjust accounting information according to the characteristics of the times In order to ensure the high-quality development of enterprise accounting, we should carry out risk control in combination with artificial intelligence and transformation process.
