Abstract:The electronic medical record, as one of the core contents of medical information, represents the important development direction of medical information technology in a future period, which relevant technologies have become international research hotspots in recent years. The clinical data center, as the information basis applied by all electronic medical records, is the only way to realize electronic medical records. Therefore, combining with the development phase of our current medical information construction, it discusses the problem "How to construct clinical data center", introduces two main thoughts of constructing clinical data center, and analyzing the respective features and problems that need to be solved. Based on it, combining with project practice, it also makes introduction of an example of constructing clinical data center based on the logic concentrated scheme centralized in index.
