Abstract:The qualities of universities' teaching secretaries will influence the qualities of teaching directly or indirectly by the usual teaching administration. Based on the analysis of the present situations and the existent problems of universities' teaching secretaries, this paper expounds the methods of enhancing the qualities from the aspects such as improving the occupational morality and the sense of responsibilities, increasing their professional knowledge and professional ability, raising the ability of coordinating and solving the problems synthetically, having more creative thoughts and the ability of development etc., in order to make teaching secretaries applicable to the development of colleges and universities.

Abstract:Most normal college students have not received effective systematical etiquette culture education,so graceless and uncivilized behaviors are very common at campus. On the contrary,the goal of normal education is to train outstanding teachers,so it is terribly necessary to begin etiquette culture program in the form of required course in normal colleges and universities,whose purposes include such short- term aims as basic knowledge about etiquette culture and ability,as well as long- term aims to lead the students to respect and love etiquette. The course covers the four modules of basic knowledge,personal images,social communication and personal development,the ways to implement the course include teachers' setting examples and creating polite,friendly and harmonious atmosphere and the like. This research conclusion may promote the construct of curriculum and the efficiency moral education of higher normal education.

Abstract:This paper deeply discusses the teaching practice and reform strategy of college etiquette course under the background of the new era. First of all, this paper analyzes the significance of etiquette education courses in improving students' comprehensive quality, promoting campus culture construction and cultivating students' social adaptability. Secondly, it analyzes in detail the existing problems and status quo in the teaching of etiquette course in college, including the old teaching content, the single teaching method and the shortage of teachers. Then, combined with the background of the new era, it puts forward the principles that the teaching reform of college etiquette course should follow, including student-centered, advancing with The Times, practice-oriented and so on. Finally, in view of the existing problems, a series of concrete reform approaches and countermeasures are put forward, such as updating the teaching content, innovating teaching methods, strengthening the construction of teachers and establishing an effective curriculum evaluation system, aiming at improving the teaching quality of college etiquette courses and cultivating more outstanding talents with good etiquette literacy.

Abstract:The secretary is a profession that requires skills and expertise acquired through years of education, training and experience. Professional secretaries are able to show a positive image of the profession to fellow colleagues and business clients of the company. Professional secretaries also always maintain and improve their self-image by having a formal appearance that is appropriate to their work. But the profession of excellence of secretaries is not enough just to adjust the physical appearance, but must be experts in communication. Knowing communication techniques to superiors and fellow colleagues is one of the driving factors for increasing professionalism secretaries. Communication ethics is very beneficial for everyone, especially for the secretary in carrying out their functions in the company, namely building harmonious relationships in the internal and external environment of the company.

Abstract:The article deals with the importance of future civil servants’ business etiquette development as a component of their professional image. The aim of the article was to determine the role of future civil servants’ business etiquette development as a part of professional image. The article examines the scholars’ viewpoints on image, professional image and business etiquette. It has been noted that business etiquette concerns not only the norms and rules of behaviour, respect for others, but also speech culture. The courses of general and professional training are of great importance for the future civil servants’ of business etiquette development , where a special place is given to the course "Image and Ethics in Public Administration". The authors note that in addition to lectures and practical classes, the students’ independent work, the students’ participation in scientific conferences, meeting with public figures (deputies, deputy mayors and territorial communities chairmen ), the work of the academic group supervisor play and important role in future civil servants’ business etiquette development.

Abstract:With the rapid development of global information technology and the continuous deepening of the new educational philosophy of College English majors, College English teaching is no longer limited to helping students lay a solid foundation in English language, but also to cultivate students’ cross-cultural awareness, cultural identity, and national pride. College teachers should fully integrate China’s excellent traditional culture, integrate “curriculum ideological and political education” into practical teaching to enhance students’ cultural confidence, and promote China’s excellent traditional cultural ideas[1]. “Integrated English” as a core professional course shoulders the dual mission of language learning and cultural exchange. The long-standing Chinese culture provides a rich source for the ideological and political courses of College English majors. This article, from the perspective of cultural confidence, combines the current situation of English major teaching in university education, analyzes the significance of developing ideological and political courses for College English majors from the perspective of cultural confidence, and explores effective ways to implement ideological and political education for College English majors from the perspective of cultural confidence. The author takes the course Contemporary College English Intensive Reading 1 as an example, explores the ideological and political elements in the textbook from the perspective of cultural confidence, designs a teaching outline that combines teaching objectives and ideological and political objectives, and explores the practical path of implementing the function of ideological and political education in College English teaching.

Abstract:With the development of The Times, the new curriculum reform is gradually promoted. Ideological and political course has become the key teaching goal in the current university curriculum, and also the teaching focus of the reform and innovation of the university curriculum system. As a public compulsory course for college students, college English course involves a large number of students and a long class hours. It is one of the main courses of development courses and ideological and political education. Ecological linguistics emphasizes the connection and connection between language and ecological environment, which has attracted the attention of the education industry in recent decades. As a language course, college English can be organically combined with ecological linguistics. Because language and its environment will interact, and language is the basis of social and cultural inheritance. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching level of college English, it is necessary to perfectly integrate ecological linguistics with ideological and politics of the course. However, in the current ideological and political teaching objectives of university courses, the integration of ecological linguistics has not been valued. According to the current background and the current classroom teaching mode of college English, this paper discusses the strategy of improving the ideological and political education level of college English courses under the guidance of ecological linguistics, in order to improve the current college English education system in China.
