Abstract:Promoting the full utilization of renewable energy and increasing the penetration rate of renewable energy in distribution network areas are important requirements for the development of low-carbon power systems. This paper analyzes the interest structure of each subject in the distributed wind and solar power area, constructs a multi-area wind and solar energy sharing framework, and establishes a cross-area energy transmission model considering the area topology structure. This paper uses Nash negotiation theory to design a multi-area photovoltaic energy transmission trading mechanism, which decomposes the trading problem into two sub-problems: maximizing the overall benefit and allocating the cooperative benefit among areas. Considering the limitation of large-scale information transmission among areas, an alternating multiplier method with less information requirement is adopted for distributed solving. The results presented demonstrate that the energy transfer model and trading mechanism proposed in this paper achieve optimal scheduling of cross-terrace wind energy, efficiently utilize network distribution capacity, decrease terrace operating costs, boost wind user revenue, and promote the maximization of renewable energy utilization. Compared to the scenario of no energy sharing, the approach presented in this paper has the potential to decrease distribution network operation expenses by as much as 57.5% and bolster the utilization rate of renewable energy by 13.9%.
