### What problem does this paper attempt to solve? This paper aims to explore and validate the value of different machine learning models based on ultrasound radiomics features in the preoperative diagnosis of lymph node metastasis in pancreatic cancer (PC). Specifically, the objectives of the study are: 1. **Develop predictive models**: Utilize ultrasound radiomics features to develop a model that can accurately predict the preoperative lymph node metastasis status in pancreatic cancer patients. 2. **Improve diagnostic accuracy**: Enhance diagnostic performance by combining radiomics features with clinical features to better guide clinical decision-making. 3. **Non-invasive diagnosis**: Provide an effective non-invasive method to predict lymph node metastasis in pancreatic cancer patients, thereby improving the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer. The study employs various machine learning algorithms (such as logistic regression, support vector machine, K-nearest neighbors, etc.) and selects the best model through receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis. Ultimately, the combined model of radiomics features and clinical features demonstrates the best predictive performance, showing high diagnostic capability in both the training and testing sets. Additionally, decision curve analysis (DCA) indicates that the model has good clinical application value.
