Abstract:The terms of using machine learning and the protection of privacy via the use of federated learning in healthcare, specifically in the case of the ASCO program, have now come to a close. This study focuses on the current deployment of Federated Learning methodologies for classifying ECG information. In this research, we chose the True Active Digital HR Health Record to compare the FML with the one that is IID and non-IID. Instead, attention is focused on CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) as the base design of the problem under consideration, and also through data profiling by checking the performance of the models after 30 epochs. The results disclose that the centralized model yielded an accuracy of 98.39% and a loss of only 5% on the output. On the other hand, fibro learning that was implemented based on the IID data set was oriented 0.03% higher in accuracy with a loss value of 0.04. Its robust privacy protection features and consistent, substantial accuracy are necessary to maintain its operational effectiveness. Yet, the dissimilarities in Non-IID federated learning also affect the outcomes with a relatively low accuracy rate. The final training was well done, its Loss on the last layers being 0.08, leading to an accuracy rate of 87.70%. It is insightful to suggest that their origin is tied to the massive complexity brought about by data divisions among institutions. Therefore, electrocardiogram recognition data protection techniques may be very beneficial. It demonstrates that the mode of operation has an equivalent or even better function than the primary current models. The ability to recognize and remediate the issues embedded in unequal and mixed nature (Non-I-I-D) dataset distributions is an important field to explore and is significant in the future.
