Abstract:Some Aberrant expression of miRNAs plays an important role in the occurrence and distant metastasis of breast cancer. This study aimed to identify crucial miRNA signatures for breast cancer using microarray data from the Gene Expression Omnibus database, including ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive duct carcinoma. In this study, we founded that miR-205 was significantly down-regulated in breast cancer, and the low expression of miR-205 was significantly associated with the TNM stage of breast cancer. In vitro, functional studies revealed that over-expression of miR-205 inhibited the proliferation and promoted apoptosis of breast cancer cells MDA-MB-231. Mechanistically, claudin 11 (CLDN11) was found to be the direct target of miR-205; the function of miR-205 could be exerted via downregulation of the target gene CLDN11 in breast cancer cells. Furthermore, the over-expression of miR-205 promoted the expression of the epithelial marker E-cadherin but reduced the mesenchymal markers in breast cancer cells. These results collectively indicated the tumor suppressive role of miR-205 in breast cancer by targeting CLDN11; implying miR-205 may serve as a novel therapeutic target for breast cancer.

Abstract:MicroRNA-183(miR-183) is abnormally expressed in many kinds of tumors. It participates in the initiation and development of tumors. There are many pathways regulate the expression of miR-183. The action mechanism of miR-183 in cancer is very extensive, and contradictory conclusions are often drawn. It was upregulated in 18 kinds of cancer, downregulated in 6 kinds of cancer. In addition, there are seven types of cancer, both upregulated and downregulated reports can be found. Evidence showed that miR-183 can not only directly play the role of oncogene or antioncogene, but also regulate the expression of other oncogene or antioncogene in different cancer types. In this review, we discuss the regulator of miR-183 and summarized the expression of miR-183 in different cancers. We also counted the target genes of miR-183 and the functional roles they play. Furthermore, we focused on the roles of miR-183 in cell migration, cell invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and microangiogenesis, which play the most important roles in cancer processes. It sheds light on the likely reasons why miR-183 plays different roles in various cancers. In addition, miR-183 and its downstream effectors have the potential to be promising prognostic markers and therapeutic targets in cancer.
Amplification of Hsa-Mir-191/425 Locus Promotes Breast Cancer Proliferation and Metastasis by Targeting DICER1

Abstract:The dysregulation of micro RNAs (miRNAs) is a crucial characteristic of human cancers. Herein, we observed frequent amplification of the MIR191/425 locus in breast cancer, which is correlated with poor survival outcome. We demonstrated that the miR-191/425 cluster binds the 3' untranslated region of the DICER1 transcript and posttranscriptionally represses DICER1 expression, thereby impairing global miRNAs biogenesis. Functionally, the forced expression of miR-191 or miR-425 stimulated the proliferation, survival, migration and invasion of breast cancer cells, whereas the inhibition of miR-191 or miR-425 suppressed these oncogenic behaviors of breast cancer cells, in a manner dependent on miR-191/425-mediated downregulation of DICER1. Furthermore, the miR-191/425 cluster promoted breast tumor growth, invasion and metastasis in vivo. The let-7 family of miRNAs was downregulated upon forced expression of miR-191 or miR-425, with a corresponding increase in the levels of let-7 target, high-mobility group AT-hook 2 (HMGA2). The forced expression of let-7 partially abrogated the miR-191/425-mediated oncogenic effects in breast cancer cells, suggestive of let-7 as a downstream effector of the miR-191/425-DICER1 axis. Collectively, we proposed that the inhibition of global miRNA processing, through miR-191/425-mediated downregulation of DICER1, promotes breast cancer progression.

Abstract:Human growth hormone (hGH) plays critical roles in pubertal mammary gland growth, development and sexual maturation. Accumulated studies reported that autocrine hGH is an orthotopically expressed oncogene and could induce normal mammary epithelial cell malignant transformation. Previously, our group reported autocrine hGH promotes mammary epithelial cell epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT), facilitating invasion and increasing MMP activity. However, how hGH regulates EMT and invasion remains largely obscure. miRNAs are widely reported to involve in multiple processes of cancer. To determine whether autocrine hGH promotes EMT through miRNAs, we performed microarray profiling using MCF‐7 cells stably expressing normal or translation deficient hGH. We found that miR‐96‐182‐183 cluster exhibited highest response to autocrine hGH stimulation. We further observed that forced expression of miR‐96‐182‐183 conferred epithelial MCF‐7 cells with mesenchymal phenotype and invasive behaviors both in vitro and in vivo. Moreover, we revealed that miR‐96‐182‐183 promotes EMT and invasion by directly and simultaneously suppressing Breast Cancer Metastasis Suppressor 1‐like (BRMS1L) gene. In addition, miR‐96 and miR‐182 target GHR, introducing a potential negative feedback loop in the hGH‐GHR signaling pathway. Mechanically, we found that autocrine hGH stimulates miR‐96‐182‐183 expression and facilitates EMT and invasion via STAT3 and STAT5 signaling pathway. Clinically, we inspected that miR‐96‐182‐183 expression is remarkably enhanced in metastatic breast tumors. Together, we elucidate one novel hGH‐GHR‐STAT3/STAT5‐miR‐96‐182‐183 cluster‐BRMS1L‐ZEB1/E47‐EMT‐invasion axis, which sheds new insights into understanding the mechanism of autocrine hGH stimulated EMT and invasion of breast cancer cells.

Hence, we delineate the roles of the miRNA-96-182-183 cluster and elucidate a novel hGH-GHR-STAT3/STAT5-miR-96-182-183-BRMS1L-ZEB1/E47-EMT/ invasion axis, which provides further understanding of the mechanism of autocrine/paracrine hGH-stimulated EMT and invasion in breast cancer.

Abstract:MicroRNAs (miRNAs), a class of short, single‑stranded non‑coding RNAs, regulate and control gene expression in eukaryotes by degrading mRNA at the post‑transcriptional level. Regulation by miRNAs involves a plethora of biological processes, such as cell differentiation, proliferation, metastasis, metabolism, apoptosis, tumorigenesis and others. miRNAs also represent a powerful tool in disease diagnosis and prognosis. The miR‑17‑92 cluster, one of the most extensively investigated microRNA clusters, comprises six mature miRNA members, including miR‑17, miR‑18a, miR‑19a, miR‑19b, miR‑20a and miR‑92a. Originally identified as being involved in tumorigenesis, it is currently evident that the expression of the miR‑17‑92 cluster is upregulated in a wide range of tumor cells and cancer types; thus, this cluster has been identified as a potential oncogene. Considering the growing interest in the field of miR‑17‑92 research, we herein review recent advances in the expression and regulation of this cluster in various cancer cells, discuss the proposed mechanism of action for tumorigenesis and tumor development, and propose clinical and therapeutic applications for miR‑17‑92 cluster members, such as potential cancer biomarkers.

H19-Derived Mir-675 Functions As An Oncogenic Microrna In Human Colorectal Cancers Through Targeting The Rb Tumor Suppressor

Abstract:MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are 19-25 nucleotides non-coding RNAs that control diverse cellular events through multiple target mRNAs. Dysregulation of specific spectrum of miRNAs in human malignancies is frequently observed, suggesting that they may play a new layer of regulation as oncogenes or tumor suppressors. Apart from the functional role in embryonic development and tumorigenesis, the imprinted H19 gene also exerts as a primary source for miR-675 biosynthesis. As detected by quantitative real-time PCR, both H19 and miR-675 were overexpressed in human colon cancer cell lines (CloneA, MIP101 and SW480) as well as in primary human colorectal cancer tissues; the miR-675 level is positively correlated with the H19 expression level. Ectopic H19 expression by transfection with H19 expression plasmid induced miR-675 expression while H19 knockdown by using H19 siRNA decreased miR-675 expression in colon cancer cells. For biological function of miR-675, ectopic miR-675 expression by transfection with miR-675 precursor increased cell proliferation and anchorage-independent growth of colon cancer cells while miR-675 knockdown by using miR-675 inhibitor suppressed the growth of cells. Moreover, miR-675 overexpression decreased the luciferase activity of a reporter construct comprising the 3\#8217;untranslated region (3\#8217;UTR) of the Rb mRNA. By Western blot analysis, miR-675 overexpression also suppressed RB protein level in cells. These data show, for the first time, that H19-derived miR-675 is involved in colorectal cancer development and may serve as the potential therapeutic targets for colorectal cancer. Abstract:microRNAs (miRNAs) have emerged as major regulators of the initiation and progression of human cancers, including breast cancer. The aim of this study is to determine the expression pattern of miR-96 in breast cancer and to investigate its biological role during tumorigenesis. We showed that miR-96 was significantly upregulated in breast cancer. We then investigated its function and found that miR-96 significantly promoted cell proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro and enhanced tumor growth in vivo. Furthermore, we explored the molecular mechanisms by which miR-96 contributes to breast cancer progression and identified PTPN9 (protein tyrosine phosphatase, non-receptor type 9) as a direct target gene of miR-96. Finally, we showed that PTPN9 had opposite effects to those of miR-96 on breast cancer cells, suggesting that miR-96 may promote breast tumorigenesis by silencing PTPN9. Taken together, this study highlights an important role for miR-96 in the regulation of PTPN9 in breast cancer cells and may provide insight into the molecular mechanisms of breast carcinogenesis.
miR-615-3p promotes the epithelial-mesenchymal transition and metastasis of breast cancer by targeting PICK1/TGFBRI axis

Abstract:Abstract Background Increasing evidence indicates that epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) can be regulated by microRNAs (miRNAs). miR-615-3p was shown to be involved in tumor development. However, the role of miR-615-3p in the metastasis of breast cancer remains largely unknown. Methods The expression of miR-615-3p in breast cancer cells and tissues was assessed by qRT-PCR and situ hybridization assays. Effects of miR-615-3p on tumor metastasis were evaluated with experiments in vitro and mouse model. EMT markers were detected by western blot and immunofluorescence assays. Molecular mechanism of miR-615-3p in the regulation of breast cancer cell metastasis was analyzed by Western Blot, Co-immunoprecipitation, and Luciferase assay. Results In the present study, we found that miR-615-3p was significantly elevated in breast cancer cells and tissues, especially in those with metastasis. In breast cancer cell lines, stable overexpression of miR-615-3p was sufficient to promote cell motility in vitro, and pulmonary metastasis in vivo, accompanied by the reduced expression of epithelial markers and the increased levels of mesenchymal markers. Further studies revealed that the reintroduction of miR-615-3p increased the downstream signaling of TGF-β, the type I receptor (TGFBRI) by targeting the 3′-untranslated regions (3′-UTR) of PICK1. PICK1 inhibits the binding of DICER1 to Smad2/3 and the processing of pre-miR-615-3p to mature miR-615-3p in breast cancer cells, thus exerting a negative feedback loop. Conclusions Our data highlight an important role of miR-615-3p in the molecular etiology of breast cancer, and implicate the potential application of miR-615-3p in cancer therapy.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: The aberrant expression of microRNAs (miRNAs) acts as crucial regulators in the tumorigenesis of breast cancer (BC). The aim of the study is to investigate the functional effects of miR-526b expression in breast cancer progression. PATIENTS AND METHODS: The expression level of miR-526b in breast cancer tissues and cell lines was detected by quantitative Real Time-Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR). Cell proliferation, migration, and invasion capacity was detected by CCK-8 cell proliferation, colony formation, and transwell invasion assays after up-regulating or down-regulating miR-526b expression in breast cancer cells. Bioinformatics analysis and Dual-Luciferase reporter gene assays were used to demonstrate that Twist1 was a target of miR-526b. Western blot analysis was also performed. RESULTS: We showed that miR-526b expression was significantly downregulated in breast cancer tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues. Lower miR-526b expression was associated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer patients. Function assays showed that upregulation of miR-526b expression suppressed cell proliferation, cell colony formation, and cell invasion ability in breast cancer. Furthermore, the upregulation of miR-526b suppressed EMT makers Vimentin expression but increased the E-cadherin expression. Mechanically, we showed that miR-526b inhibited cell EMT process by targeting Twist1 expression. CONCLUSIONS: Thus, our evidence indicated that miR-526b may serve as a potential target of breast cancer treatment.
Downregulated Mir-1247-5p Associates with Poor Prognosis and Facilitates Tumor Cell Growth Via DVL1/Wnt/β-catenin Signaling in Breast Cancer

Abstract:The abnormal expression of microRNAs is a key hallmark of breast cancer. Nevertheless, the biological roles of miR-1247-5p in breast cancer remain unknown. In this study, we revealed that miR-1247-5p expression was markedly decreased in breast cancer. It was a valuable diagnostic biomarker for breast cancer with the area under the curve of more than 0.80. Reduced miR-1247-5p expression was significantly correlated with patient age, tumor size, and poor prognosis in The Cancer Genome Atlas cohort including 839 breast cancer patients. Multivariate Cox regression analysis demonstrated that miR-1247-5p was an independent prognostic indicator for overall survival (hazard radio [HR] = 1.683, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.087-2.606, p = 0.020) and recurrence-free survival (HR = 2.496, 95% Cl = 1.576 -3.951, p < 0.001). Moreover, functional studies showed that overexpression of miR-1247-5p inhibited proliferation and induced apoptosis in breast cancer cells. Bioinformatics analysis and mechanistic investigations revealed that Dishevelled 1 (DVL1) was a direct target of miR-1247-5p. Inhibition of DVL1 by miR-1247-5p resulted in the suppression of Wnt/beta-catenin signaling, whereas overexpression of DVL1 abrogated the miR-1247-5p-mediated effect. These data reveal that miR-1247-5p, as an oncosuppressor in breast cancer, may be a promising prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target. (C) 2018 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

A mathematical model was created to quantitatively illustrate the regulatory circuit. Our finding highlights the cooperative effects of miRNAs in a cluster and adds another layer of complexity to the miRNA regulatory network. This study may also provide insight into the molecular mechanisms of breast cancer progression.

miRNA Clusters with Up-Regulated Expression in Colorectal Cancer

Abstract:Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignancies in Europe and North America. Early diagnosis is a key feature of efficient CRC treatment. As miRNAs can be used as CRC biomarkers, the aim of the present study was to analyse experimentally validated data on frequently up-regulated miRNA clusters in CRC tissue and investigate their members with respect to clinicopathological characteristics of patients. Based on available data, 15 up-regulated clusters, miR-106a/363, miR-106b/93/25, miR-17/92a-1, miR-181a-1/181b-1, miR-181a-2/181b-2, miR-181c/181d, miR-183/96/182, miR-191/425, miR-200c/141, miR-203a/203b, miR-222/221, mir-23a/27a/24-2, mir-29b-1/29a, mir-301b/130b and mir-452/224, were selected. The positions of such clusters in the genome can be intronic or intergenic. Most clusters are regulated by several transcription factors, and miRNAs are also sponged by specific long non-coding RNAs. In some cases, co-expression of miRNA with other cluster members or host gene has been proven. miRNA expression patterns in cancer tissue, blood and faeces were compared. Based on experimental evidence, 181 target genes of selected clusters were identified. Panther analysis was used to reveal the functions of the target genes and their corresponding pathways. Clusters miR-17/92a-1, miR-106a/363, miR-106b/93/25 and miR-183/96/182 showed the strongest association with metastasis occurrence and poor patient survival, implicating them as the most promising targets of translational research.

Abstract:Objectives. Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among females, and miRNAs have been reported to play an important regulatory role in breast cancer progression. This study aimed to explore the function and underlying molecular mechanism of miR-301b-3p in breast cancer. Methods. Differential analysis and survival analysis were performed based on the data accessed from the TCGA-BRCA dataset for identification of the target miRNA. Bioinformatics analysis was conducted to predict the downstream target gene of the miRNA. Real-time quantitative PCR was carried out to detect the expression of miR-301b-3p and nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member 2 (NR3C2). Western blot was used to assess the protein expression of NR3C2. Cell counting kit-8 assay was performed to evaluate the proliferation of breast cancer cells. Transwell assay was conducted to determine the migratory and invasive abilities of breast cancer cells. Dual-luciferase reporter assay was employed to verify the targeting relationship between miR-301b-3p and NR3C2. Results. miR-301b-3p was elevated in breast cancer cell lines and promoted cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in terms of its biological function in breast cancer. NR3C2 was validated as a direct target of miR-301b-3p via bioinformatics analysis and dual-luciferase reporter assay, and NR3C2 was downregulated in breast cancer cell lines. The rescue experiment indicated that NR3C2 was involved in the mechanism by which miR-301b-3p regulated the malignant phenotype of breast cancer cells. Conclusion. The present study revealed for the first time that miR-301b-3p could foster breast cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion by targeting NR3C2, unveiling that miR-301b-3p is a novel carcinogen in breast cancer.

Abstract:Background miRNAs are a group of small RNA molecules regulating target genes by inducing mRNA degradation or translational repression. Aberrant expression of miRNAs correlates with various cancers. Although miR-135a has been implicated in several other cancers, its role in breast cancer is unknown. HOXA10 however, is associated with multiple cancer types and was recently shown to induce p53 expression in breast cancer cells and reduce their invasive ability. Because HOXA10 is a confirmed miR-135a target in more than one tissue, we examined miR-135a levels in relation to breast cancer phenotypes to determine if miR-135a plays role in this cancer type. Methods Expression levels of miR-135a in tissues and cells were determined by poly (A)-RT PCR. The effect of miR-135a on proliferation was evaluated by CCK8 assay, cell migration and invasion were evaluated by transwell migration and invasion assays, and target protein expression was determined by western blotting. GFP and luciferase reporter plasmids were constructed to confirm the action of miR-135a on downstream target genes including HOXA10 . Results are reported as means ± S.D. and differences were tested for significance using 2-sided Student"s t-test. Results Here we report that miR-135a was highly expressed in metastatic breast tumors. We found that the expression of miR-135a was required for the migration and invasion of breast cancer cells, but not their proliferation. HOXA10 , which encodes a transcription factor required for embryonic development and is a metastasis suppressor in breast cancer, was shown to be a direct target of miR-135a in breast cancer cells. Our analysis showed that miR-135a suppressed the expression of HOXA10 both at the mRNA and protein level, and its ability to promote cellular migration and invasion was partially reversed by overexpression of HOXA10 . Conclusions In summary, our results indicate that miR-135a is an onco-miRNA that can promote breast cancer cell migration and invasion. HOXA10 is a target gene for miR-135a in breast cancer cells and overexpression of HOXA10 can partially reverse the miR-135a invasive phenotype.

Abstract:Emerging evidence indicates that the miR-23a/24-2/27a cluster may possess a causal role in mammary tumorigenesis and function as a novel class of oncogenes. However, the regulatory mechanism of the miR-23a/24-2/27a cluster in mammary carcinoma cell invasion and migration is still largely unknown. We observed that the expression levels of miR-23a, miR-24-2 and miR-27a were significantly higher in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis, compared with that from patients without lymph node metastasis or normal tissue. Forced expression of the miR-23a/24-2/27a cluster promoted mammary carcinoma cell migration, invasion, and hepatic metastasis, through targeting Sprouty2 (SPRY2) and consequent activation of p44/42 MAPK. Epidermal growth factor induced the expression of the transcription factor c-MYC, which promoted the expression of mature miR-23a, miR-24-2, and miR-27a and subsequently decreased expression of SPRY2 and activated p44/42 MAPK to promote mammary carcinoma cell migration and invasion. We therefore suggest a novel link between epidermal growth factor and the miR-23a/24-2/27a cluster via the regulation of c-MYC, providing the potential for the miR-23a/24-2/27a cluster to be used as biomarker in the diagnosis and/or treatment of breast cancer.
Down-Regulation of miR-194-5p for Predicting Metastasis in Breast Cancer Cells

Abstract:MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as key negative regulators of gene expression, are closely related to tumor occurrence and progression. miR-194-5p (miR-194-1) has been shown to play a regulatory role in various cancers however, its biological function and mechanism of action in breast cancer have not yet been well explored. In this study, we use the UALCAN and LinkedOmics databases to analyze transcription expression in The Cancer Genome Atlas Breast Invasive Carcinoma (TCGA-BRCA). The epithelial-mesenchymal transition status of breast cancer cells was evaluated by wound-healing assay, trans-well assays, and gelatin zymography, while protein expression was assessed by Western blotting. miR-194-5p expression was found to be up-regulated in breast cancer clinical specimens but down-regulated in the triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) cell line MDA-MB-231 and breast cancer clinical specimens in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). miR-194-5p significantly inhibited the expression of the epithelial marker ZO-1 and increased the expression of mesenchymal markers, including ZEB-1 and vimentin, in MDA-MB-231 cells. miR-194-5p significantly reduced the gelatin-degrading activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 in zymography assays. In MDA-MB-231 cells and TCGA patient samples, ZEB-1 expression was significantly inversely correlated with miR-194-5p expression. High levels of miR-194-5p were associated with good overall survival. miR-194-5p regulates epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in TNBC. Our findings suggest that miR-194-5p functions as a tumor biomarker in breast cancer, providing new insights for the study of breast cancer development and metastasis.
Oncogenic miR-20b-5p contributes to malignant behaviors of breast cancer stem cells by bidirectionally regulating CCND1 and E2F1

Abstract:Abstract Background Breast cancer is the leading cause of cancer mortality in women worldwide. Therefore, it is of great significance to identify the biological mechanism of tumorigenesis and explore the development of breast cancer to achieve a better prognosis for individuals suffering from breast cancer. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have become a hot topic in cancer research, but the underlying mechanism of its involvement in cancer remains unclear. Methods The miRNA profile between breast cancer stem cells (BCSCs, CD44 + CD24 −/low ) and control MCF-7 breast cancer cells was obtained in a previous study. Based on biological analysis, miR-20b-5p was hypothesized to be a key factor due to the malignant behavior of BCSCs. Then, agomir-20b-5p and antagomir-20b-5p were transfected into MCF-7 and T47D breast cancer cells to detect cell migration, wound healing and proliferation, and lentivirus vectors silencing or overexpressing miR-20b-5p were transfected into T47D-CSCs to detect proliferation and apoptosis. The effect of miR-20b-5p on xenograft growth was investigated in vivo by transfection of a lentivirus-overexpression vector into T47D cells. The target genes were predicted by the online programs picTar, miRanda and TargetScan and verified by dual luciferase assay, and changes in protein expression were detected by western blot. Results MiR-20b-5p had the highest degree in both the miRNA-gene network and miRNA-GO network to regulate BCSCs. Overexpression of miR-20b-5p significantly promoted the migration and wound healing ability of MCF-7 cells and T47D cells compared with the control ( P < 0.05). In addition, miR-20b-5p facilitated the proliferation of MCF-7 cells and T47D-CSCs ( P < 0.05) and inhibited the apoptosis of T47D-CSCs ( P < 0.05). Moreover, miR-20b-5p promoted xenograft growth compared with the control group ( P < 0.05). Accordingly, potential targets of both CCND1 and E2F1 were predicted by bioinformatics analysis. MiR-20b-5p directly targeted both CCND1 and E2F1 in a dual luciferase assay, while antagomir-20b-5p downregulated the protein levels of CCND1 and E2F1. Conclusions Oncogenic miR-20b-5p was confirmed to promote the malignant behaviors of breast cancer cells and BCSCs. The underlying mechanism lies in that miR-20b-5p overall enhanced both CCND1 and E2F1 targets via bidirectional regulation probably involving direct downregulation and indirect upregulation.

Abstract:Cancer is one of the leading causes of human death. MicroRNAs have been found to be closely associated with cancer. The miR-183 cluster, comprising miR-183, miR-96, and miR-182, is transcribed as a polycistronic miRNA cluster. Importantly, in most cases, these clusters promote cancer development through different pathways. Exosomes, as extracellular vesicles, play an important role in cellular communication and the regulation of the tissue microenvironment. Interestingly, the miR-183 cluster can be detected in exosomes and plays a functional regulatory role in tumor development. Here, the biogenesis and functions of the miR-183 cluster in highly prevalent cancers and their relationship with other non-coding RNAs are summarized. In addition, the miR-183 cluster in exosomes has also been discussed. Finally, we discuss the miR-183 cluster as a promising target for cancer therapy. This review is expected to provide a new direction for cancer treatment.
