Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: The traditional method of synchronous training between the waist and abdomen to improve the strengthening of tennis strokes has been the main form of teaching in Chinese universities, but this method has not yet achieved its most expressive results in these years of teaching. Objective: Analyze the differences between traditional strength training for tennis hitting, and provide techniques for its improvement. Methods: A comparative analysis of improved hitting strength training and traditional hitting strength training was conducted, the relevant indicators of students before and after the experiment were collected, and a data analysis program was used for comparison and methodological analysis. Results: The students’ speed and performance were significantly improved. The mean speed of the experimental group increased from 152.66 km/h to 168 km/h; the mean speed of the control group increased from 153.12 km/h to 159.23 km/h; the score of the experimental group relative to the others increased from 42.66 to 72.96. Conclusion: Both methods of strength training can improve the skills of students practicing tennis. The main difference was found in the speed of the improvement frequency. Therefore, we noticed corresponding differences between the groups and the students’ abilities during the experiment, evidencing expressive short-term results. Abstract:In recent years, with the continuous development of machine learning technology, this technology has achieved success in many fields and activities. Therefore, using machine learning technology for fuzzy research has a good research prospect. In the development of related research, the author of this study noticed that some researchers began to use tennis machine learning technology and achieved good results. However, most of the research is only for simple analysis and is related to the current work. It cannot be used to move a solid tennis ball, nor it can make small changes to the original tennis movement; thus, it cannot carry out a complete and brand-new movement. The defense of tennis first establishes visual teaching tools with the help of various courses and visual teaching techniques to improve the teaching effect. By optimizing the network data, this study constructs the corresponding data search model, which downloads a large amount of data from the network ram, so as to separate the impact of the network environment on the load. The simulation results show that the model is optimized for the high-quality 3G network environment, and the load time and energy consumption are greatly reduced. It is more efficient in WiFi and a a high-quality 4G network environment.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to obtain and analyze the kinetic characteristics of the power serve in tennis and to jUdge whether or not the subjects' skills were reasonable. This in turn would provide a theoretical reference of the theory and training of the tennis power serve. Three-dimensional (3-D) videography was used to record the tennis service action of eight female tennis players. The analysis suggested that the theory of whiplash movement can be applied in the analysis of this performance. Quality and effectiveness of racket-swing action are decided directly by increased velocity and timing in successive segments from lower to upper. Some indexes were provided to evaluate the actions of the tennis power serve. Some suggestions were made to players for improvement in their performance.

Abstract:Abstract This paper first explains the tennis technical action representation and matching technology, using the Euler angle method to represent the coordinates of the tennis action gesture, realizing the deconstruction of the action gesture through the gesture-solving algorithm, and then using the weighted Euclidean distance to match the tennis gesture to the action. Secondly, we constructed the tennis technical movement training strategy for colleges and universities based on the task-driven teaching method, and gave the teaching experiment method to analyze the effectiveness of the strategy. Finally, the data was analyzed by examining the muscle characteristics of tennis technical movements and the teaching effect of task-driven teaching. The results showed that the maximal EMG integral value of the muscles was 32.91uV.s in the level 1 group and 87.91uV.s in the level 2 group, and the maximal angular velocity of the ankle-knee-hip joints was 645.23±189.42°/s and the minimum angular velocity of the hip joints was 461.87±115.08°/s in all the landing modes. 115.08°/s. The task-driven teaching method can effectively improve the students’ tennis learning and technical level and enhance the quality of tennis technical teaching in colleges and universities.

Research on the Application of Artificial Neural Network-Based Virtual Image Technology in College Tennis Teaching

Abstract:At the same time that my country has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development, my country has also put forward new requirements for education development. Due to the limited study time during college, each student's study habits and learning process are also different, and the degree of connection between tennis lessons is high, so there will be polarization when learning tennis. With the development of science and technology, more and more technological innovations are integrated into the classroom, and traditional teaching methods can no longer keep up with the pace of the times. Tennis teaching is a subject of equal proportion between theory and practice. The traditional teaching method simplifies the theory, which makes students to have some bad phenomena when they practice. Aiming at this series of problems, this paper uses algorithms such as softmax function and threshold function to construct an application model of virtual image technology based on the artificial neural network in tennis teaching. The research results of the article show that: (1) the average accuracy rate of the method in this paper is 97.22%, and the highest accuracy rate is 99.17%. The average accuracy rate also tends to increase with the increase of sample size; the recall rate is the highest, and the highest recall rate is 99.36%. The average recall rate is 96.77%; the highest correct rate is close to 100% and is significantly higher than the other three methods; the average correct rate reaches 98.8%; the response time is the shortest; the average response time is 33 ms; and the response time increases with the increase of the sample size. (2) After using this model, tennis skills have been improved, with an average of 12 in situ flips, an average of 7 in situ rackets, an average of 5 in situ forehand draws, and an average of 3 in situ backhand draws. (3) The average forehand and backhand scores of the class after the experiment were 90 and 86; the average forehand and backhand stability were 8 and 7; and the average forehand and backhand accuracy were 31 and 29, respectively. The average depth of forehand and backhand is 36 and 32. (4) Most of the students are satisfied with this model, and they all choose to strongly agree and relatively agree, and the percentage of very agree that helps stimulate learning has reached 60.52%, and no students choose to disagree very much.

Abstract:Aiming at the unstable serving problem of domestic and overseas tennis training machine, a new solution is proposed and verified by simulation experiment in this paper. The design of the mother-son tennis training robot includes two functions: fixed-point serve and fast reclamation. Mother machine can adjust the set value of working pressure by air compressor through various sensors and functional valves to change the power and speed of balls. At the same time, the elevating mechanism, the traversing mechanism and so on synergistically work to control the path of balls. Based on these, mother machine can serve balls that can meet the training requirements. The mission of sub-machine is collecting the scattered tennis balls in the court. The design strives to be simple, reliable, fast and flexible, which has important practical application value.
Research on the training of tennis players’ serve speed improvement based on the OPT model

Abstract:The OPT model is an efficient training model that is convenient and highly operational and can provide a scientific training program template for tennis players’ physical training. In this paper, six kinds of physical training contents, including warm-up training, core/balance/rapid extension compound training, speed training, agility and quick reaction training, resistance training, and relaxation training, were developed according to the structure of the OPT model. In order to better regulate the training process, the tennis players monitored their body indicators in real time by wearing smart wearable devices during the training process. In order to digitally scan the collected data, this paper processes the physical training data under the OPT model based on time-series data mining, and finds out certain patterns that show periodic appearance in the time-series database through the DTWP algorithm. The OPT model training resulted in a significant improvement in the physical performance of tennis players through the experimental study. Before and after the measurement comparison of athletes’ tennis serve speed, the tennis players’ serve speed after OPT model training under digital monitoring, compared with the tennis players’ serve speed under traditional physical fitness training, had a significant improvement in the relevant indicators, in which the p-value of the average speed of the first zone serve and the average speed of the second zone serve were 0.043* and 0.043*, respectively, and a statistical difference appeared. It proves that OPT model training can have a positive effect on tennis players’ serve speed.

Abstract:This study presents an in-depth analysis of the serve in men's singles tennis matches at Wimbledon based on game theory, with the quantitative tool of the stroke performance relevance (SPR) model. This model quantifies tennis tactics more precisely, taking "each stroke" as the observation unit, and it includes scoring, losing points, and sequential information. Unlike traditional methods that consider "each point", the SPR metrics captures the role of specific technical actions throughout the match more comprehensively. While standard serve data like aces and double faults have no significant impact on match outcomes, the serve SPR index does. In a game matrix model with two pure strategy Nash equilibria, both the winner and loser show higher SPR indices than those with fewer equilibria. Winners consistently exhibited a higher serve SPR index, indicating that the two pure strategy Nash equilibria significantly influenced match outcomes on grass courts. This underscores the role of tactical strategies and Nash equilibrium in determining match results, offering scientific and theoretical support for tennis athletes' and coaches' tactics.

Abstract:Racket sports such as tennis are amongst the most popular recreational sports activities. Optimizing tennis teaching methods and improving teaching modes can effectively improve the teaching quality of tennis. In this study, a video and image action recognition system based on image processing techniques and Internet of things is developed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional tennis teaching methods. To validate its performance, the students of tennis courses are divided into experimental group and control group, respectively. The control group is taught by using the traditional tennis teaching method whereas the experimental group is taught by using the IoT video and image recognition teaching system. Three factors of students including service throwing height, arm elbow angle, and knee bending angles of both groups are measured and compared with those of world elite tennis players. The results show that the students' serving abilities in the experimental group are significantly improved using the video and image recognition system based on IoT, and they are better than those of the students in the control group. The proposed video and image processing technique can be applied in students' physical education and can be employed to provide the basis for the innovation of tennis teaching strategies in physical education.
Spatio-temporal Analysis Of Volleyball Serve

Abstract:- The purpose of the study was to analyze the spatio-temporal analysis of volleyball serve. Fifteen (15) Indian International male volleyball players were selected from different institutions, training centers and training camps with their mean age, height, weight and training experiences in time as 23.53±6.47 years, 1.96±0.05 meters, 86.07±7.94 kg., 7.73±4.99 years respectively. Two volleyball serves skill were video recorded by using two synchronized Legaria SF10 Cannon Camcorder. The shutter speed of the camcorder (camera) was set at 1/2000 and frame rate of 50 Hz. The kinematic parameters were selected as three different phases; Approach phase, Arm Cocking & Arm Acceleration phase, and Follow Through phase. The parameter of first phase was TSLA. Second phase parameters were as SEAC, EEAC, MHTC, ABAC, SEAN, EEAN, SSHN. Third phase parameter were as BVF and ARBF. All parameter of three different phases were analyzed on two different volleyball serve variations i.e. jump float serve and jump topspin serve. The video recordings were analyzed by using Silicon Coach Pro8 motion analysis software to obtain data. The result of the study revealed that only two variables: EEAN and MHTC showed significant different in second phase. In third phase, ARBF showed significant different. The statistical analysis was done with the help of t-test by using SPSS v.21. with level of significance fixed at 0.05.

Abstract:ABSTRACT Introduction: The current challenge in tennis training in China is the integration with technology because, with the existing training methods, coaches and players pay little attention to strategies using a simple and retrograde tactical training method. Solutions need to be created to meet the development requirements of modern tennis. Objective: This paper aims to analyze tennis players’ technical level, tactical characteristics, and training methods in sports competitions. Methods: Eight male tennis players were randomly selected as research volunteers. The various tactics employed by the subjects under competition were observed. Based on the collected data, a mathematical-statistical analysis of the tennis players’ technical usage and training performance was prepared. Results: The athletes in this study could use various offensive tactics during and after the experiment. The athletes have a strong offensive baseline and can use a combination of speed, spin, and positioning to restrict each other during the competition. However, there were significant differences in the players’ awareness of offensive tactics on defense (P<0.05). Conclusion: Most athletes perform consistently and heterogeneously in stalemate tactics. A weakness noted was that most athletes are not showing good efficiency in scoring when stalemate presents opportunities. The results of this study can improve the scoring rate of tennis players. At the same time, this study's findings may strengthen tennis players’ ability to control the game during sports competitions. Abstract:The purpose of this study was to measure how much rookie players were thinking meditatively while mastering the serve technique, identifying the values of kinetic transmission and streamline for their performance of this skill as well as the connection, contribution, and influence of meditative thought on kinetic transmission and streamline when they perform the serve skill in tennis. This study employed a descriptive correlational design on a sample of 15 young tennis players who were specifically chosen to represent the entire target group. These players were selected from the Tennis Academy in Baghdad for the sport season 2018-2019. The Eysenck & Wilson Reflectiveness Scale was used after its translation into Arabic language. Each player’s performance for serve skill was used to measure the transmission of momentum between body parts and the kinetic streamline using the Dart fish–Team Pro 5 full version. Data were analyzed using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) for windows, version 25. The study results revealed that young players who have a high level of meditative thinking can control and master transmission of momentum between body parts with a streamline that reflects an improved performance for the serve skill in tennis. It is necessary to pay attention to support the meditative thinking in the teaching sessions for the young beginners in tennis and employing the kinetic activities to achieve the required model in performance. Furthermore, it is necessary to support the coaches in how to measure the meditative thinking and its improving to go parallel to improve the skillful performance in tennis to make players realize the local and international professionalism.

Abstract:Abstract As an important part of university physical education, table tennis teaching occupies a crucial position in physical education reform and requires continuous innovation and reform. This paper first starts from the current situation of table tennis teaching and proposes the application of a binocular stereo vision system based on a binocular stereo vision system for university table tennis teaching, which lays the foundation for three-dimensional reconstruction and skill learning. Secondly, the mathematical model of the 3D reconstruction algorithm is constructed by the tangential distortion of least squares, which avoids the complex algorithm of iteratively solving the 3D world coordinates of table tennis and improves the speed of the 3D reconstruction algorithm while the accuracy meets the subsequent prediction requirements. Finally, students in the experimental and control groups were compared in the technical evaluation of table tennis backhand pushing, attacking techniques, and left pushing and right attacking to verify the effectiveness of the table tennis binocular stereo vision teaching system. The study results showed that the experimental group students trained by the binocular stereo vision system for table tennis had 41.77% higher accuracy, 23.13% higher coordination, 12.31% higher return speed, and 14.84% higher hitting power compared to the control group. Applying a binocular stereo-vision system to table tennis teaching is novel and is conducive to stimulating students’ curiosity and challenge, enhancing their interest in learning, and effectively improving their understanding and knowledge of table tennis techniques.
