Abstract:Power series with rational functions as coefficients are ubiquitous in mathematics, particularly so in number theory and mathematical physics. In this paper we introduce a class of such series that we call meandromorphic. Under appropriate Diophantine conditions this class is quasi-analytic i.e. elements are uniquely defined by their Taylor series at any point of a so-called residual set. Our theorems also explain geometrically the divergence of the Taylor series by the presence of accumulation points for the poles.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The problems that this paper attempts to solve mainly focus on how to study the convergence of power series with rational function coefficients, especially the behavior of formal power series of these series at the boundary points of the domain. Specifically, the author introduced a class of functions called "meandromorphic" (labyrinth - type), and under appropriate Diophantine conditions, proved that the sheaf composed of such functions is quasi - analytic. This means that such functions can be uniquely determined by their Taylor series at certain specific points, even if these series may diverge in some cases. ### Main problems and goals 1. **Convergence of power series**: - Study the convergence of power series with rational function coefficients inside and outside the domain. - Explore the behavior of these series at the boundary points of the domain, especially when these boundary points contain accumulation points on the unit circle of roots. 2. **Quasi - analyticity**: - Construct a quasi - analytic sheaf that contains these "meandromorphic" functions. - Prove that under appropriate Diophantine conditions, these functions can be uniquely determined by their Taylor series at certain specific points. 3. **Geometric interpretation**: - Explain the geometric reasons for the divergence of the Taylor series of these series, that is, the existence of accumulation points on the unit circle of roots. ### Specific methods and results 1. **Weierstrass and Borel continuation**: - Through Weierstrass's method, the convergence of power series inside and outside the unit circle was explored. - The theory of Borel's single - generating function was introduced, and through the method of ray continuation, the functions inside and outside the unit circle were connected. 2. **Poincaré labyrinth**: - Discussed the Poincaré series related to dynamical systems, and showed the behavior of these series on the algebraic curves after truncation. - Through direct calculation, it was proved that the coefficient growth of the Poincaré labyrinth series does not exceed \( Cn! \). 3. **Quasi - analyticity conditions**: - Defined quasi - analyticity, that is, in a certain function space, a function is completely determined by its asymptotic expansion. - Proved that under appropriate Diophantine conditions, the sheaf composed of meandromorphic functions is quasi - analytic. 4. **Gevrey property**: - Proved that under Diophantine conditions, meandromorphic functions have Gevrey - class properties. - Through polar decomposition and covering arguments, further studied the properties of these functions. ### Conclusion By introducing the concept of meandromorphic functions and under appropriate Diophantine conditions, it was proved that the sheaf composed of these functions is quasi - analytic. This not only provides a new framework for studying power series with rational function coefficients, but also explains the divergent behavior of these series on the unit circle. These results are of great significance for understanding related problems in multiple fields such as dynamical systems, combinatorial mathematics, and number theory.
