Abstract:In the current study, we took into account a model of nonlinear ``predator-prey'' interactions including the ``Allee effect'' on both populations and disease in the predator population. The population as a whole is split into three: the prey population, susceptible predator, and diseased predator. The ``Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) impulsive control model'' and the Fuzzy impulsive control model have been used to test the stability of the three-dimensional ``Lotka-Volterra predator-prey system'' model. Following the model's formulation, the global-stability and the fuzzy solution are examined using numerical simulations and graphical displays, together with the necessary consultation, to help comprehend the effectiveness of our suggested model.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
This paper aims to explore the dynamic behavior of predator - prey with the Allee effect and the influence of disease in the predator population. Specifically, the research focuses on the following aspects: 1. **Influence of the Allee effect**: Study the specific influence of the Allee effect on the quantity changes of the prey population and the predator population. 2. **System stability conditions**: Explore which stability conditions can ensure the survival of the prey and the predator. 3. **Influence of parameters on the population**: Analyze how different parameters affect the quantity of the predator - prey population. 4. **Role of the Allee factor**: Study the role of the Allee factor in the mechanism of maintaining the stability of the predator - prey system. To achieve these goals, the author uses the Takagi - Sugeno (T - S) impulsive control model and the fuzzy impulsive control model to test and verify the stability of the three - dimensional Lotka - Volterra predator - prey system. Through numerical simulation and graphical display, the effectiveness of the proposed model is further examined. ### Model description The model assumptions are as follows: - \(x\) represents the total density of the prey. - \(y_s\) represents the total density of the susceptible predators. - \(y_i\) represents the total density of the infected predators. The system of differential equations of the model is: \[ \begin{aligned} \frac{dx}{dt}&=\frac{rx^2}{x + \beta}-\frac{ex^3}{x + \beta}-\frac{nxy_i}{a + x}-mxy_s,\\ \frac{dy_s}{dt}&=\lambda y_s+\frac{f_1 mx y_s^2}{y_s + y_i+\beta}-By_i y_s,\\ \frac{dy_i}{dt}&=By_i y_s+\frac{f_2 n x y_i}{a + x}-\gamma y_i. \end{aligned} \] ### Parameter definitions - \(r\): The intrinsic growth rate of the prey. - \(B\): The disease transmission rate. - \(e\): Intraspecific competition. - \(m\): The predation rate of the susceptible predators. - \(n\): The predation rate of the infected predators. - \(\beta\): The Allee effect. - \(\lambda\): The mortality rate of the susceptible predators. - \(\gamma\): The mortality rate of the infected predators. - \(f_1, f_2\): Food conversion rates. - \(a\): The half - saturation constant. ### Main findings 1. **An increase in the Allee effect will reduce the quantity of the predator - prey population**. 2. **A reduction in intraspecific competition will increase the quantity of the prey population**. 3. **As \(d_1\) and \(d_2\) increase, the quantity of the infected prey and predators decreases**. 4. **As \(d_3\) decreases, the quantity of the prey and predators increases**. 5. **Reducing the mortality rate of the predators will accelerate the growth of the predator - prey population**. 6. **Increasing the mortality rate of the prey will lead to a reduction in the quantity of the prey population**. 7. **Increasing the predation coefficients of the susceptible and infected prey will reduce the quantity of the prey population**. 8. **Increasing the transmission coefficient will reduce the quantity of the prey population**. Through these findings, the author shows the complex influence of the Allee effect and the disease in the predator population, and proposes a method of using the fuzzy impulsive control model to analyze and control such a system.
