Abstract:In this paper, we genelize the Heintze-Karcher type inequalities for fractional Q-curvature $Q_{2\gamma}$ on conformally compact Einstein manifolds. Such inequality holds for all $\gamma\in (0,1]$. In particular, for $\gamma=\frac{1}{2}$ and $\gamma=1$, we obtain some rigidity theorems by characterising the equalities.

Abstract:By establishing two general quadratic inequalities, we obtain some inequalities related to Ricci curvatures for Lagrangian submanifolds of K$\ddot{\mathrm{a}}$hler QCH-manifolds, which generalize some results for Lagrangian submanifolds of complex space forms.

Abstract:In this paper, we compare the first order fractional GJMS (see Graham et al. (1992)) operator P1 with the conformal Laplacian P2, on the conformal infinity of a Poincaré-Einstein manifold. We derive some inequalities between the Yamabe constants and the first eigenvalues associated with P1 and P2, and prove some rigidity theorems by characterizing the equalities. Similarly, some comparison theorems between P2 and the Paneitz operator P4 or the 6th order GJMS operator P6 are also given.

Abstract:In this paper, we prove a new Heintze–Karcher type inequality for shifted mean convex hypersurfaces in hyperbolic space. As applications, we prove an Alexandrov-type theorem for closed embedded hypersurfaces with constant shifted k th mean curvature in hyperbolic space. Furthermore, two uniqueness results for certain curvature equations are also obtained.

Abstract:The conformal Codazzi structure is an intrinsic geometric structure on strictly convex hypersufaces in a locally flat projective manifold. We construct the GJMS operators and the Q-curvature for conformal Codazzi structures by using the ambient metric. We relate the total Q-curvature to the logarithmic coefficient in the volume expansion of the Blaschke metric, and derive the first and second variation formulas for a deformation of strictly convex domains.

Geometric inequalities for quasi-Einstein manifolds

Abstract:In this article, we investigate some geometric inequalities for quasi-Einstein manifolds. We use the generalized Reilly's formulas by Qiu-Xia and Li-Xia to establish new boundary estimates and an isoperimetric type inequality for compact quasi-Einstein manifolds with boundary. Boundary estimates in terms of the first eigenvalue of the Jacobi operator and the Hawking mass are also established. In particular, we present a Heintze-Karcher type inequality for a compact domain on a quasi-Einstein manifold.

Abstract:Let $({\bf M},g(t))$ be a K\"ahler Ricci flow with positive first Chern class. First, we prove a uniform isoperimetric inequality for all time. In the process, we also prove a Cheng-Yau type log gradient bound for positive harmonic functions on $({\bf M},g(t))$ without assuming the Ricci curvature is bounded from below.

Abstract:Let $n$ be an integer and $s$ be a real number such that $n > 2s \geq 2$. Inspired by the perturbation approach initiated by F. Hang and P. Yang (\textit{Int. Math. Res. Not. IMRN}, 2020), we are interested in non-negative, smooth solution $v$ to the following higher-order fractional equation \[ {\mathbf P}_n^{2s}(v) = Q_n^{2s}(\varepsilon v+v^\alpha) \] on $\mathbf S^n$ with $0<\alpha \leq (n+2s)/(n-2s)$, and $\varepsilon \geq 0$. Here ${\mathbf P}_n^{2s}$ is the fractional GJMS type operator of order $2s$ on $\mathbf S^n$ and $Q_n^{2s} ={\mathbf P}_n^{2s}(1)$ is constant. We show that if $\varepsilon >0$ and $0<\alpha \leq (n+2s)/(n-2s)$, then any positive, smooth solution $v$ to the above equation must be constant. The same result remains valid if $\varepsilon=0$ but with $0<\alpha < (n+2s)/(n-2s)$.As a by-product, with $0<\alpha\leq (n+2s)/(n-2s)$, we compute the sharp constant of the subcritical/critical Sobolev inequalities \[ \int_{\mathbf S^n} v {\mathbf P}_n^{2s} (v) d\mu_{g_{\mathbf S^n}} \geq \frac{\Gamma (n/2 + s)}{\Gamma (n/2 - s )} | \mathbf S^n|^\frac{\alpha-1}{\alpha+1} \Big( \int_{\mathbf S^n} v^{\alpha+1} d\mu_{g_{\mathbf S^n}} \Big)^\frac{2}{\alpha+1}. \] for the GJMS operator ${\mathbf P}_n^{2s}$ on $\mathbf S^n$ and for all non-negative functions $v\in H^s(\mathbf S^n)$.

Abstract:We prove that the g-function operator g(phi), where 0 (x) = h (I x 1) Q (x) with Omega(x) = Omega(x') is an element of H-1(Sn-1) and h(s) satisfing certain continuity hypothesis, is bounded on Triebel-Lizorkin space F-p(alpha,q)(R-n) when 0 < a < 1 and 1 < p, q < infinity. In particular, we get that the Marcinkiewicz integral operator mu(Omega) with H-1-kernel is bounded on F-p(alpha,q).
Non-degeneracy of the Bubble Solutions for the Fractional Prescribed Curvature Problem and Applications

Abstract:We consider the following fractional prescribed scalar curvature problem where N > 2s+2 , 1/2< s <1 , 2^*_s=2N/N-2s is the critical Sobolev exponent, Ḣ^s(ℝ^N) is the completion of C_0^∞(ℝ^N) under the semi-norm [u]_H^s(ℝ^N) :=(∫ _ℝ^N|(-Δ )^s/2u|^2dx)^1/2 , and K ( y ) is a positive radial function. We first prove the non-degeneracy result for the positive bubble solutions of the above equation via the local Pohozaev identities. Then we apply the non-degeneracy result to construct new bubble solutions by finite-dimensional reduction method. It should be mentioned that due to the non-localness of the fractional operator, we should establish the local Pohozaev identities for corresponding harmonic extension instead of u . This difference not only makes the sharp estimates for several integrals in the local Pohozaev identities, but also forces us to use the Pohozaev identities in quite a different way.
Conformally Covariant Boundary Operators and Sharp Higher Order Sobolev Trace Inequalities on Poincaré-Einstein Manifolds

Abstract:In this paper we introduce conformally covariant boundary operators for Poincaré-Einstein manifolds satisfying a mild spectral assumption. Using these boundary operators we set up higher order Dirichlet problems whose solutions are such that, when applied to by our boundary operators, they recover the fractional order GJMS operators on the conformal infinity of the manifold. We moreover obtain all related higher order trace Sobolev inequalities on these manifolds. In conjunction with Beckner's fractional Sobolev inequalities on the sphere, we obtain as an application the sharp higher order Sobolev trace inequalities on the ball.

Fractional Hardy type inequalities on homogeneous Lie groups in the case $Q<sp$

Abstract:In this paper, we obtain a fractional Hardy inequality in the case $Q<sp$ on homogeneous Lie groups, and as an application we show the corresponding uncertainty principle. Also, we show a fractional Hardy-Sobolev type inequality on homogeneous Lie groups. In addition, we prove fractional logarithmic Hardy-Sobolev and fractional Nash type inequalities on homogeneous Lie groups. We note that the case $Q>sp$ was extensively studied in the literature, while here we are dealing with the complementary range $Q<sp$.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the rigidity of Q-curvature. Specifically, we consider a closed, oriented $n$-dimensional ($n\geq6$) Riemannian manifold $(M,g)$ and prove the following results under the condition $\int_{M} \nabla R\cdot\nabla \mathrm{Q}\mathrm{d} V_g\leq0$. (1) If $(M,g)$ is locally conformally flat with nonnegative Ricci curvature, then $(M,g)$ is isometric to a quotient of $\mathbb{R}^n$, $\mathbb{S}^n$, or $\mathbb{R}\times\mathbb{S}^{n-1}$. (2) If $(M,g)$ has $\delta^2 W=0$ with nonnegative sectional curvature, then $(M,g)$ is isometric to a quotient of the product of Einstein manifolds. Additionally, we investigate some rigidity theorems involving Q-curvature about hypersurfaces in simply-connected space forms. We also show the uniqueness of metrics with constant scalar curvature and constant Q-curvature in a fixed conformal class.

On Kähler manifolds with non-negative mixed curvature

Abstract:In this work, we investigate compact Kähler manifolds with non-negative or quasi-positive mixed curvature coming from a linear combination of the Ricci and holomorphic sectional curvature, which covers various notions of curvature considered in the literature. Specifically, we prove a splitting theorem, analogous to the Cheeger-Gromoll splitting theorem, for complete Kähler manifolds with non-negative mixed curvature containing a line, and then establish a structure theorem for compact Kähler manifolds with non-negative mixed curvature. We also show that the Hodge numbers of compact Kähler manifolds with quasi-positive mixed curvature must vanish. Both results are based on the conformal perturbation method.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish a Heintze-Karcher type inequality for hypersurfaces with capillary boundary of contact angle $\theta\in (0,\frac{\pi}{2})$ in a half space or a half ball, by using solution to a mixed boundary value problem in Reilly type formula. Consequently, we give a new proof of Alexandrov type theorem for embedded capillary constant mean curvature hypersurfaces with contact angle $\theta\in (0,\frac{\pi}{2})$ in a half space or a half ball.

Abstract: We derive some elliptic differential inequalities from the Weitzenb\"ock formulas for the traceless Ricci tensor of a K\"ahler manifold with constant scalar curvature and the Bochner tensor of a K\"ahler-Einstein manifold respectively. Using elliptic estimates and maximum principle, some $L^p$ and $L^\infty $ pinching results are established to characterize K\"ahler-Einstein manifolds among K\"ahler manifolds with constant scalar curvature, and others are given to characterize complex space forms among K\"ahler-Einstein manifolds. Finally, these pinching results may be combined to characterize complex space forms among K\"ahler manifolds with constant scalar curvature.

Abstract:The $Q$-prime curvature is a local pseudo-Einstein invariant on CR manifolds defined by Case and Yang, and Hirachi. Its integral, the total $Q$-prime curvature, gives a non-trivial global CR invariant. On the other hand, Marugame has constructed a family of global CR invariants via renormalized characteristic forms, which contains the total $Q$-prime curvature. In this paper, we introduce a generalization of the $Q$-prime curvature for each renormalized characteristic form, and show that its integral coincides with Marugame's CR invariant. We also study generalizations of the critical CR GJMS operator and the $P$-prime operator, which are related to the transformation laws of our new curvatures under conformal change.

Sharp fractional Sobolev and related inequalities on H-type groups

Abstract:We determine the sharp constants for the fractional Sobolev inequalities associated with the conformally invariant fractional powers $\mathcal{L}_{s}(0<s<1)$ of the sublaplacian on H-type groups. From these inequalities we derive a sharp log-Sobolev inequality by considering a limiting case and a sharp Sobolev trace inequality. The later extends to this context the result of Frank, González, Monticelli and Tan (Adv. Math, 2015).
