Abstract:In this paper we introduce uniformly local weak Zygmund type spaces, and obtain an optimal sufficient condition for the existence of solutions to the critical fractional semilinear heat equation.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The key problem that this paper attempts to solve is about the existence conditions of solutions for the fractional - order semilinear heat equation in the critical case \(p = p_{\theta}\). Specifically, the authors introduce a new function space - the uniformly local weak Zygmund - type space \(L^{q,\infty}_{ul}(\log L)^{\alpha}\), and establish the optimal sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of the fractional - order semilinear heat equation within this framework. This helps to better understand the behavior of this type of equations in the critical case and provides a new perspective for studying such problems. ### Background and Objectives of the Paper 1. **Research Background**: - The fractional - order semilinear heat equation is an important class of partial differential equations, which are widely used in physics, engineering, biology and other fields. - The form of this equation is: \[ \begin{cases} \partial_t u+(-\Delta)^{\frac{\theta}{2}} u = |u|^{p - 1}u, & x\in\mathbb{R}^n, t > 0,\\ u(x,0)=\phi(x), & x\in\mathbb{R}^n, \end{cases} \] where \(n\geq1\), \(\partial_t=\frac{\partial}{\partial t}\), \(\theta\in(0,2]\), \(p > 1\), and \(\phi\) is a locally integrable function. - The critical case refers to \(p = p_{\theta}=1+\frac{\theta}{n}\). 2. **Research Objectives**: - Establish the optimal sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions of the fractional - order semilinear heat equation in the critical case. - Introduce a new function space - the uniformly local weak Zygmund - type space \(L^{q,\infty}_{ul}(\log L)^{\alpha}\), and study its properties. - Provide a new method to deal with the problem of solution existence in the critical case, especially when the existing methods are difficult to apply. ### Main Results 1. **Main Theorem**: - Theorem 1.1: Let \(\theta\in(0,2]\), \(p = p_{\theta}=1+\frac{\theta}{n}\), and \(T^*\in(0,\infty)\). If the initial condition \(\phi\in L^{1,\infty}_{ul}(\log L)^{\frac{n}{\theta}}\) satisfies \[ |||\phi|||_{1,\frac{n}{\theta};T^{\frac{1}{\theta}}}\leq\epsilon \] for some \(T\in(0,T^*]\), then the equation (P) has a solution \(u\in C((0,T);L^{1,\infty}_{ul}(\log L)^{\frac{n}{\theta}})\cap L^{\infty}_{loc}((0,T);L^{\infty})\) on \(\mathbb{R}^n\times(0,T)\), and the solution \(u\) satisfies \[ \sup_{t\in(0,T)}|||u(t)|||_{1,\frac{n}{\theta};T^{\frac{1}{\theta}}}+\sup_{t\in(0,T)}t^{\frac{n}{\theta}}\left[\log\left(\frac{e}{t}\right)\right]
