Abstract:Regulators of G-protein signaling (RGSs) are recently identified negative regulator of G-protein signaling, most of the RGSs act as GTPase activating proteins (GAPs). RGSs can selectively act on Gas and their effects are scrupulously regulated in vivo. It is believed that we can learn more about regulation of signal transduction from the development of research on RGSs.
