Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine the impact of accelerated aging (AA) on shelf stability, product loss, sensory and biochemical characteristics of 2 lower quality beef cuts. Triceps brachii (TB) and semimembranosus (SM) were collected and fabricated from 10 USDA Choice beef carcasses and assigned to 1 of 6 treatments: 3 d cooler aged (control), 21 d cooler aged, AA 49 °C for 2 h, AA 49 °C for 3 h, AA 54 °C for 2 h, and AA 54 °C for 3 h. The results showed that AA can decrease APC counts on steak surface and in purge and redness, but increase lightness and product loss of the steaks (P < 0.01). Lower shear force was also found for AA steaks compared to those from the control (P < 0.01), with the AA 54 °C treatments being comparable to 21 d cooler aging. However, the trained sensory panel determined AA steaks were less juicy and flavorful than those from the control and 21 d cooler aged samples (P < 0.05). There was no off-flavor detected in AA steaks though lipid oxidation was higher in AA samples than those in the control steaks (P < 0.01). The AA treatments stimulated cathepsin activity (P < 0.05), which may have enhanced the solubilization of stromal proteins and led to a different troponin-T degradation pattern compared to those from the 21 d aged samples (P < 0.01). Although AA is an economical and time-efficient method to increase tenderness of lower-quality beef cuts, further research is needed to determine strategies to mitigate the decrease in juiciness from AA treatments.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of chilling rate (1.44, 22.2, and 32.4 °C/h) on the evolution of volatile and non-volatile compounds in raw lamb meat during refrigeration (1, 24, 72, and 120 h). Through orthogonal projection to latent structure-discriminant analysis, the calculation of odor activity values (OAV > 1) and taste activity values (TAV > 1) analysis, 1-octen-3-ol, (E, E)-2,4-decadienal, nonanal, hexanal, nona-3,5-dien-2-one, 2,3-octanedione, hexanoic acid, 1-nonen-4-ol, aspartate (Asp), Glutamic Acid (Glu), 5′-GMP, 5′-IMP, and 5′-AMP were regarded as differential flavor or taste compounds for raw meat undergone different chilling rates. With a rapid chilling rate at 24 h after slaughter, the contribution of 1-octen-3-ol decreased, but (E, E)-2,4-decadienal increased. Moreover, at 24 h post-mortem, the equivalent umami concentration of Asp, Glu, 5′-GMP, 5′-IMP and 5′-AMP in raw meat were significantly lower at a chilling rate of 1.44 °C/h than 32.4 °C/h (p < 0.05). Conclusively, under the rapid chilling rate, more fatty odor and umami compounds accumulated in 24 h aged meat.

Changes in odorants and flavor profile of heat-processed beef flavor during storage

Abstract:Flavor quality changes of heat-processed beef flavor (HPBF) upon storage are greatly affected by storage conditions. Flavor characterization of HPBF stored for 168 days resulted in 17 key odor-active compounds having flavor dilution factors log3 FD ≥ 3 and odor activity values > 1. Based on the concentration changes of these key odorants, a total of 13 HPBF samples were divided into four groups by hierarchical cluster analysis. Combined with flavor profile analysis, the overall flavor of HPBF gradually changed from a characteristic beef aroma to burnt and fermented soybean paste-like notes. Some of the 17 key odorants, such as 2-methyl-3-furanthiol, 2-furfurylthiol, methyl furfuryl disulfide, and difurfuryl disulfide, contributed to the characteristic beef aroma of the freshly prepared product and in the early stage of storage. On the other hand, the odor-active compounds 2-methylbutanal, dimethyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide, and 2-ethyl-3,5-dimethylpyrazine were associated with the later stage of storage showing a positive correlation with the intensity of burnt and fermented soybean paste-like notes. A molecular understanding of flavor profile changes of HPBF during storage will provide the basis for developing characteristic beef aroma notes and maintaining the keeping quality of beef products upon storage. PRACTICAL APPLICATION: The relationship between sensory quality and changes in odorant concentration of heat-processed beef flavor during storage will provide the molecular basis for developing high-quality thermal reaction meat flavorings.
Effects of Feeding Regimes and Postmortem Aging on Meat Quality, Fatty Acid Composition, and Volatile Flavor of Longissimus Thoracis Muscle in Sunit Sheep

Abstract:The effects of different feeding regimes on antioxidant activity, meat quality, fatty acid composition, lipid oxidation, and volatile matter production in the longissimus thoracis (LT) of Sunit sheep at 0, 24, 48, 72, and 96 h postmortem were investigated. The results showed that the activity of antioxidant enzymes, tenderness, water retention, and percentage of unsaturated fatty acids were significantly higher in the pasture-fed sheep (PF) than in the concentrate-fed sheep (CF) (p < 0.05). During postmortem aging, antioxidant activity, water retention, and the proportion of unsaturated fatty acids decreased in the PF and CF (p < 0.05), while malondialdehyde (MDA) content, the proportion of saturated fatty acids, and the content of flavor substances resulting from fat oxidation increased. After 24 h of LT muscle aging, the pH and shear force of the meat started to increase and the color stabilized. The differences between shear force values and lipid volatile flavor substance content of sheep meat under different feeding regimes disappeared with increasing aging time. PF had better oxidative stability and fatty acid composition. Postmortem aging changed the oxidative stability of sheep meat, thus affecting meat quality and fatty acid composition and consequently meat flavor composition, while aging also eliminated to some extent the differences caused by feeding regimes.

Abstract:Volatile compounds, carbonyls, non-heme iron, and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) were measured in both raw and cooked beef samples to determine the effects of muscle and packaging type on beef flavor development. All paired strip loins and top sirloin butts were packaged under vacuum and aged for 14 d postmortem. After initial aging, all subprimals were fabricated to produce M. gluteus medius (GM) or M. longissimus lumborum (LL) steaks. At 14 d postmortem, steaks were randomly assigned to 1 of 5 package types: high-oxygen modified atmosphere lidded trays (80% O2/20% CO2 [“HIOX”]), carbon monoxide modified atmosphere lidded trays (0.4% CO/30% CO2/69.6% N2 [“CO”]), rollstock (forming and non-forming films [“ROLL”]), vacuum packaging without retail display (“VAC”), and traditional overwrap (“OW”) remained under vacuum prior to retail display. Steaks were stored in darkness an additional 7 d prior to display. At 21 d postmortem, HIOX, OW, CO, and ROLL packages were displayed for 48 h under continuous fluorescent lighting, while VAC steaks remained in dark storage. Packaging and muscle type impacted (P < 0.05) quantities of multiple volatile flavor compounds, including alcohols, n-aldehydes, esters, furans, hydrocarbons, sulfur-containing compounds,and ketones in both raw and cooked samples. Volatile compounds related to lipid oxidation were more (P < 0.05) prominent in HIOX packaging. Package type (P < 0.05) and muscle (P < 0.05) had an impact on raw-steak TBARS, although package type did not influence (P > 0.05) cooked-steak TBARS. The GM possessed greater (P < 0.05) TBARS values than the LL in both raw and cooked samples. Package type had no effect (P > 0.05) on carbonyl and non-heme iron content although these analyses differed among muscles (P < 0.05), with the GM being greater (P < 0.05) than the LL. These results indicate that the development of lipid oxidation that occurs during storage and display was muscle and packaging specific. Therefore, to maintain flavor, quality packaging systems should be selected on a muscle-specific basis.

Abstract:Energy storage is a key challenge in solar-driven renewable energy conversion. We promote a photochemical diode based on dilute nitride GaPN grown lattice-matched on Si(100), which could reach both high photovoltaic efficiencies and evolve hydrogen directly without external bias. Homoepitaxial GaP(100) surface preparation was shown to have a significant impact on the semiconductor-water interface formation. Here, we grow a thin, pseudomorphic GaP nucleation buffer on almost single-domain Si(100) prior to GaPN growth and compare the GaP_(0.98)N_(0.02)/Si(100) surface preparation to established P- and Ga-rich surfaces of GaP/Si(100). We apply reflection anisotropy spectroscopy to study the surface preparation of GaP_(0.98)N_(0.02) in situ in vapor phase epitaxy ambient and benchmark the signals to low energy electron diffraction, photoelectron spectroscopy, and x-ray diffraction. While the preparation of the Ga-rich surface is hardly influenced by the presence of the nitrogen precursor 1,1-dimethylhydrazine (UDMH), we find that stabilization with UDMH after growth hinders well-defined formation of the V-rich GaP_(0.98)N_(0.02)/Si(100) surface. Additional features in the reflection anisotropy spectra are suggested to be related to nitrogen incorporation in the GaP bulk.
Sirolimus-induced drug fever and ciclosporin-induced leukencephalopathia with seizures in one liver transplant recipient.

Abstract:We describe the first case of sirolimus-induced drug fever in a female liver transplant recipient, with a history of hepatitis C-induced end-stage liver cirrhosis in 1999. In 2005, six years after transplantation, she developed calcineurin inhibitor-induced renal function impairment. Immunosuppression was switched from tacrolimus to sirolimus. Two days after the intake of sirolimus, she developed daily fever spikes, but no infectious focus was found. Antibiotic therapy had no influence on the fever. After fourteen days, sirolimus was switched back to tacrolimus and the fever disappeared. In history, the patient developed ciclosporin-induced generalized seizures eleven days after liver transplantation, followed by the development of a motoric speech disorder. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings were consistent with leucoencephalopathy, therefore immunosuppressive therapy was changed from ciclosporin to tacrolimus and the neurologic symptoms improved significantly. Our case is the first reported case of sirolimus-induced drug fever. In addition, the patient showed the rare occurrence of ciclosporin-induced leukencephalopathy with seizures.
Effect of Dry Aging on Beef Muscle Proteins

Abstract:Meat is an inherent part of human diet. Its quality develops at different stages of production, storage, and processing. In this respect, the stage of aging is especially important. This technology makes it possible to regulate biochemical processes in meat raw materials. Long-term dry aging is a promising method that presupposes conditions that limit the growth of microorganisms. The transformations in the protein component are an important but understudied aspect of meat quality formation during dry aging. The research featured Hereford beef carcasses of Siberian breeding. The samples were isolated from the inner part of bone spinal-lumbar cuts after 21, 35, and 42 days of dry aging under the following conditions: 0–1°C, 74–75% relative humidity, 0.5 m/s air velocity. The samples were subjected to dry aging after 24 h at 4°C. The fractional composition of proteins was controlled by vertical electrophoresis in a Mini-Protean Tetra System chamber. The amino acid composition was defined by high-performance liquid chromatography in a Shimadzu LC-20 Prominence liquid chromatograph with a Shimadzu SPD20MA diode-matrix detector and a Kromasil C-18 separation column. The protein digestibility was measured by sequential exposure to pepsin-trypsin proteinase system under simulated gastric digestion. Long-time dry aging triggered proteolysis under the action of endogenous enzymes. The electropherogram analysis showed that the proteolytic changes in high-molecular myofibrillar proteins of high-quality beef became more pronounced after a longer maturation period. The distribution of protein fractions by dry aging stages indicated a different rate of degradation of contractile, regulatory, and cytoskeletal proteins. As a result, the structural integrity of muscle fibers degraded, the meat grew tender, and the proteins became more available to digestive enzymes. The amino acid and protein digestibility analyses in vitro demonstrated an increase in the nutritional value of beef and the availability of proteins to the action of proteinases after 42 days of dry aging. Long-term dry aging of high-quality beef increased the digestibility of muscle proteins as a result of proteolysis that accompanied the accumulation of low-molecular fractions. According to the amino acid analysis, the optimal result was most pronounced on day 42 as proven by the moderate oxidative changes in proteins.
Beef Carcasses Aged at Mild Temperature to Improve Sustainability of Meat Production

Abstract:Beef carcass aging, which enhances tenderness and flavor through proteolysis, is traditionally costly and slow, requiring long-term storage at temperatures near 0 °C. To reduce energy consumption, a new technique using moderate cooling room temperatures was tested. Six carcasses of Holstein bulls were used. From each carcass, two shoulders were processed in different ways: one was refrigerated at 8 °C (W), and after spraying with a solution with calcium chloride and sodium chloride, was coated with sodium alginate. The other shoulder was stored at 2 ± 1 °C as a cold control (C). After five days of aging, the shoulders were dissected, and two muscles (Caput longum triceps brachii and Supraspinatus) were subjected to physico-chemical analysis, microbiological safety assessment, and sensory testing. The remaining samples of both muscles were stored in domestic conditions for an additional 5 days at various temperatures (2, 4, 8 °C), where the same physic-chemical and sensory tests were conducted. The results showed that moderate aging temperature improved meat quality, significantly reducing the shear force (p = 0.001) and increasing sarcomere length, the myofibrillar fragmentation index, and sensory tenderness (p = 0.042, p = 0.039, and p = 0.027, respectively). However, domestic storage post-dissection should not exceed 4 °C to prevent rapid lipid oxidation, as observed at 8 °C for both muscles (p < 0.001). Mild aging temperature maintained legal safety standards, enhanced certain meat qualities, and promoted enzymatic activity similar to traditional dry aging while reducing high energy consumption.

Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the partial substitution of 0, 25 and 50% sodium chloride (NaCl) by potassium chloride (KCl) coupled with high-pressure processing (HPP) effects on volatile compounds and lipid oxidation of beef sausage at five (0, 3, 7, 14, and 21) different cold storage days (4°C). The odor activity values (OAV) of the various compounds were visualized by heat map analysis. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) of the samples treated with 100% NaCl and HPP increased by an average of 0.52 ± 0.01 mg MDA/kg compared with the control (100% NaCl-no HPP) across the 21 storage days. In addition, 50% NaCl substitution with KCl in combinations with HPP treatments increased TBARS across the 21 storage days by an average of 0.40 ± 0.02 mg MDA/kg compared with no HPP treatment. However, on day 3, there was a sharp decrease in TBARS by an average of 0.10 ± 0.01 mg MDA/kg compared with days 0, 7, 14, and 21 in all treatments. At the end of 21 days of storage, a total of 227 volatile compounds were identified and quantified in the beef sausage, including 43 aldehydes, 46 phenols, 8 ketones, 30 alcohols, 14 acids, 12 esters, 27 terpenes, and 47 alkanes. However, no ketone compounds were detected on days 7, 14 and 21; esters on day 14 and acids on days 14 and 21 in the samples treated with or without HPP across the salts levels. However, high OAVs (OAV > 1) were obtained after partial substitution of NaCl with KCl at 25 and 50% with HPP treatment compared to the samples not treated with HPP. The aroma perceived in the beef sausage was due to compounds with the highest OAVs such as; pentadecanal, benzyl carbazate, anethole, myristicin, o-cresol, phenylacetaldehyde and (E)-methyl isoeugenol, pentadecanal, hexanoic acid, octanoic acid, eugenol, trans-2-nonenal, trans-2-octenal, trans-2-decenal, 2-butyl-1-octanol, 2,3-butanedione, ethyl hexanoate, ethyl octanoate, (-)-4-terpineol which had an OAV > 1 as compared to the other compounds with an OAV < 1. In conclusion, 25 and 50% NaCl partial replacement with KCl coupled with HPP technique can be considered in producing low-NaCl beef sausage in order to improve the flavor and decrease lipid oxidation during cold storage.

Abstract:Meat quality largely depends on the maturation conditions and natural biochemical processes that affect its taste, aroma, tenderness, and technological properties. Dry maturation and technological processing attract a lot of scientific attention. The research objective was to study the effect of dry maturation time on the physicochemical parameters of high-quality beef, as well as the effect of a new curing mix on the properties of raw materials. The research featured dorsal-lumbar cuts of high-quality beef on maturation days 21 and 40. Matured meat was tested for the main components, the solubility of sarcoplasmic and myofibrillar proteins, the hydrophobicity of myofibrillar proteins, protein oxidation products, and the activity of catalase and peroxidase. The chemical composition was evaluated depending on the dry maturation time using the arbitration method. The solubility of proteins was determined by the calorimetric method with a biuret reagent. The hydrophobicity of myofibrillar proteins was determined by bromophenol blue reaction, and the activity of catalase and peroxidase was determined by standard methods. Proteins were extracted with potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.2), while myofibrillar proteins were extracted with Tris-HCl and KCl buffers at pH 7.5 and 7.0. The meat samples were deboned and salted using sodium chloride and a combined mix of 70% magnesium chloride and 30% sodium chloride. The solubility of myofibrillar proteins on day 21 increased by 23.95% but decreased by 14.1% by day 40. The solubility of sarcoplasmic proteins decreased continuously (22.10 and 31.12%, respectively). The obtained data matched the hydrophobicity of proteins. Dry maturation initiated protein oxidation, as demonstrated by carbonyl and sulfhydryl groups of myofibrillar proteins on maturation day 40 (27.85 nmol/L and 27.3 μmol/g of protein, respectively). Sodium chloride and its mix increased the extractability of proteins by 5.2 and 6.9% on day 21 and by 6.8 and 10.6% on day 40 but triggered protein oxidation. Muscle proteins of high-quality beef proved functional after 21 days of dry maturation. The new mix with reduced sodium content can be recommended for high-quality dry-aged beef production.
Investigation of low molecular weight peptides (<1 kDa) in chicken meat and their contribution to meat flavor formation

Abstract:Background: Low molecular weight peptides (LMWPs) (<1 kDa) generated in meat during chilled conditioning can act as flavor precursors in the Maillard reaction with a potential contribution to key volatile organic compound (VOC) formation upon heating. Liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC/QTOF-MS) successfully detected 44 LMWPs in chicken breast and thigh muscles stored at 4 °C for up to 6 days. Carnosine (350 mg per 100 g), glutathione (GSH, 20 mg per 100 g) (concentrations based on reported values in the literature) and cysteine glycine (Cys Gly, 5 mg per 100 g) (concentration based on results from LC/QTOF-MS) were used in model systems containing ribose (25 mg per 100 g). The three model systems were heated at 180 °C for 2 h at pH 6.3. VOCs were measured by simultaneous distillation solvent extraction/gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Results: Of 33 VOCs detected, 26 were significantly different (P ≤ 0.05) between the three peptides. The majority of nitrogen-containing volatiles, pyrazines and pyridines, dominated the carnosine mixture, while sulfur-containing VOCs dominated the GSH and Cys Gly peptide mixtures. Conclusion: Known key aroma compounds such as thiazole (meaty), 2-methyl-3-furanthiol (beef and meat), 2-furfurylthiol (roasted), dihydro-2-methyl-3(2H)-thiophenone (meaty), 2-acetylthiazole (meaty and roasted) and pyrazine (meaty) were detected under conditions specific to aged and thermally treated chicken, suggesting a potential contribution to the overall sensory quality of cooked meat. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry.

Abstract:This study investigated the protein oxidation properties of lamb following chilled-then-frozen storage. Experimental (n=360) M. longissimus lumborum (LL) were randomly sampled from the boning room of a commercial Australian abattoir, at 24h post mortem, and assigned to five chilled storage periods (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8weeks) and six subsequent frozen storage periods (0, 4, 8, 12, 24 and 52weeks). Upon completion of each storage treatment combination, corresponding LL were sub-sectioned and analysed for carbonyl content, protein solubility, nitrate/nitrite content, particle size analysis and estimated myoglobin fractions. The association between these protein measures and shear force was also explored. During chilled storage, particle size and sarcoplasmic protein solubility decreased which indicated protein degradation, while frozen storage only affected myoglobin oxidation. Tenderness was best explained by decreased particle size, decreased deoxymyoglobin and increased oxymyoglobin. No carbonyl effects were observed. It can be concluded that, according to these analyses, that in chilled-then-frozen lamb carbonyl formation was negligible.

Effect of Aging Time on Physicochemical Meat Quality and Sensory Property of Hanwoo Bull Beef

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the meat quality and sensory properties of 12 major cuts from 10 Hanwoo bulls (25-32 mon of age) after they were aged at 2℃ for 0, 7, 14, and 21 d. Protein content (%) was between 19.17 and 22.50%. Intramuscular fat content ranged from 2.79 to 8.39%. The collagen content of the chuck roll, chuck tender, and short plate muscles was higher (1.97-2.04%) than that of the striploin muscles (1.48%) (p<0.05). CIE lightness (L*) values increased with an increase in aging days for tenderloin, loin, chuck roll, oyster blade, short plate, top sirloin, and eye of round muscles (p<0.05). Most muscles, except the short plate, showed no significant changes in redness CIE (a*) and yellowness (b*) color values during aging. The tenderloin, loin, and striploin showed significantly higher water holding capacity (58.60-62.06%) than that of chuck roll and short plate (53.86-57.07%) muscles (p<0.05). The Warner-Bratzler shear force values of most muscles decreased significantly as the aging period increased (p<0.05), exception the tenderloin. The chuck tender muscles showed the highest cooking loss, whereas tenderloin muscle showed the lowest (p<0.05). The tenderloin muscle had the longest sarcomere length (SL) (3.67-3.86 μm) and the bottom round muscle had the shortest SL (2.21-2.35 μm) (p<0.05). In the sensory evaluation, tenderness and overall-likeness scores of most muscles increased with increase in aging days. The tenderloin and oyster blade showed relatively higher tenderness and overall-likeness values than did the other muscles during the aging period. No significant differences were noted in juiciness and flavor-likeness scores among muscles and aging days.

Abstract:This study was designed to explore the effects of marbling on meat quality characteristics and intramuscular connective tissue of beef longissimus muscle. Chemical determinations, histological and mechanical measurements were performed on the raw and cooked meat at d 4 postmortem. The results showed that crude fat, collagen, fiber diameter and maximum transition temperature of intramuscular connective tissue increased (p<0.05) with the increase of marbling score. The cooking losses, collagen solubility, WBSF and perimysial thickness decreased (p<0.05) with the increasing marbling. WBSF correlated (p<0.05) with moisture, crude fat, collagen, cooking losses, sarcomere length and perimysial thickness. The development of marbling results in the decline in cooking losses, the avoidance of sarcomere shortening, and the disorganization of the perimysia, which accounts for the improvement of

Abstract:Sample pretreatment in conventional cellular metabolomics entails rigorous lysis and extraction steps which increase the duration as well as limit the consistency of these experiments. We report a biomimetic cell culture microfluidic device (MFD) which is coupled with an automated system for rapid, reproducible cell lysis using a combination of electrical and chemical mechanisms. In-channel microelectrodes were created using facile fabrication methods, enabling the application of electric fields up to 1000 V cm(-1). Using this platform, average lysing times were 7.12 s and 3.03 s for chips with no electric fields and electric fields above 200 V cm(-1), respectively. Overall, the electroporation MFDs yielded a ∼10-fold improvement in lysing time over standard chemical approaches. Detection of multiple intracellular nucleotides and energy metabolites in MFD lysates was demonstrated using two different MS platforms. This work will allow for the integrated culture, automated lysis, and metabolic analysis of cells in an MFD which doubles as a biomimetic model of the vasculature.

Abstract:The challenge in a recommendation system is to help users in dealing with the problem of information overload. Personalization, when applied to recommendation in e-market can transform a product into a dedicated solution for an individual. In this paper, we describe the method used for personalization of recommendations generated by an Interest-Based Recommender System (IBRS). This paper proposes a design framework for a personalized multi-agent IBRS. The IBRS is an agent- based recommender system that takes into account user's preferences to generate recommendations. The system is based on the agents having Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI) architecture. These BDI user agents are empowered with cognitive capabilities and interact with recommender and other user agents using argumentation. The explanation process uses argumentation so that the recommender can look deeper into the reasons behind user's likes and dislikes. The IBRS considers user's feedback for recommendation repair action. This results in improvement of the personalization process. The experimental study is conducted for Travel Recommender System to show that personalized interest-based recommendations improve quality.

Abstract:SummaryThis study aimed to investigate changes in the quality of heat‐processed beef flavour (HPBF) during 168‐day storage period at 4, 20 and 50 °C through evaluating 10 physicochemical indexes and sensory profiles. The sensory score of HPBF reduced dramatically at 50 °C compared with those at other temperatures. The correlation analysis indicated that among the 10 physicochemical indexes, oxidation–reduction potential (ORP), which is positively correlated to lipid oxidation, possessed the strongest association with the total sensory score of HPBF. The kinetic analysis showed that the increasing rate of ORP during the first 50‐day period at 50 °C was more than 10 times larger than those at 4 and 20 °C. These results suggested that lipid oxidation played a major role in affecting the quality of HPBF, especially during the early storage period. Reducing lipid oxidation via for instance maintaining a relatively low storage temperature should be given better attention for obtaining high‐quality HPBF.
