Abstract:We study flavor phenomenologies in a basis of a double covering of modular $A_4$ group with a hidden $SU(2)$ symmetry, in which we work on regions at nearby two fixed points and three special points. These special points of $SL(2,\mathbb{Z})$ moduli space are statistically favored in flux compactifications of Type IIB string theory. Neutrino masses are approximately obtained by using the seesaw mechanism due to our two additional symmetries. We perform chi square numerical analysis for each of the fixed/special points in the normal and inverted hierarchies and demonstrate predictions for each case. Then, we briefly discuss the possible signature of hidden gauge bosons at collider experiments from the hidden $SU(2)$ symmetry.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The main problem that this paper attempts to solve is to study the lepton flavor phenomenology near specific points in the moduli space by introducing modular flavor symmetry and hidden \(SU(2)\) gauge symmetry. Specifically, the paper explores the following points: 1. **Special points in the moduli space**: The paper focuses on several fixed points and special points in the \(SL(2, \mathbb{Z})\) moduli space. These points have statistical advantages in the flux compactification of string theory. These points include \( \tau = i, \omega, -\frac{1}{2} + i\frac{\sqrt{15}}{2}, \sqrt{3}i, -\frac{1}{4} + i\frac{\sqrt{15}}{4} \). 2. **Neutrino mass generation mechanism**: By using the double - covered modular \(A_4\) group (denoted as \(T'\)) and hidden \(SU(2)\) gauge symmetry, the paper studies the neutrino mass generation mechanism. In particular, the paper uses the seesaw mechanism to approximately calculate the neutrino mass. 3. **Numerical analysis**: The paper conducts a chi - square (\(\chi^2\)) numerical analysis to verify whether the predictions of different fixed points and special points are consistent with the current neutrino oscillation data under the normal hierarchy (NH) and the inverted hierarchy (IH). 4. **Possible signals of dark gauge bosons**: The paper also briefly discusses the possible signals of multiple dark gauge bosons in collider experiments resulting from the hidden \(SU(2)\) gauge symmetry. ### Main contributions - **Selection of moduli space points**: Based on the flux compactification of string theory, the paper selects specific moduli space points for research, and these points are more likely to occur statistically. - **Calculation of neutrino mass**: By introducing additional symmetries, the paper provides a new method to calculate the neutrino mass and verifies the consistency of these calculations with experimental data. - **Detection of dark gauge bosons**: The paper proposes the possibility of detecting these dark gauge bosons in collider experiments, providing theoretical support for future experiments. ### Conclusion Through the study of specific moduli space points, the paper shows that after introducing modular flavor symmetry and hidden \(SU(2)\) gauge symmetry, the neutrino mass and mixing angles can be effectively explained. At the same time, the paper also provides a theoretical basis for detecting these dark gauge bosons in future collider experiments.
