Abstract:In this paper, we study the following $p$-Laplacian equation $$ -\Delta_{p} u+h(x)|u|^{p-2} u=\left(R_{\alpha} *F(u)\right)f(u) $$ on lattice graphs $\mathbb{Z}^N$, where $p\geq 2$, $\alpha \in(0,N)$ are constants and $R_{\alpha}$ is the Green's function of the discrete fractional Laplacian that behaves as the Riesz potential. Under different assumptions on potential function $h$, we prove the existence of ground state solutions respectively by the methods of Nehari manifold.

Abstract:In this paper, we study qualitative properties of the fractional $p$-Laplacian. Specifically, we establish a Hopf type lemma for positive weak super-solutions of the fractional $p-$Laplacian equation with Dirichlet condition. Abstract:We study regularity properties of solutions to nonlinear and nonlocal evolution problems driven by the so-called \emph{$0$-order fractional $p-$Laplacian} type operators: $$ \partial_t u(x,t)=\mathcal{J}_p u(x,t):=\int_{\mathbb{R}^n} J(x-y)|u(y,t)-u(x,t)|^{p-2}(u(y,t)-u(x,t))\,dy\,, $$ where $n\ge 1$, $p>1$, $J\colon\mathbb{R}^n\to\mathbb{R}$ is a bounded nonnegative function with compact support, $J(0)>0$ and normalized such that $\|J\|_{\mathrm{L}^1(\mathbb{R}^n)}=1$, but not necessarily smooth. We deal with Cauchy problems on the whole space, and with Dirichlet and Neumann problems on bounded domains. Beside complementing the existing results about existence and uniqueness theory, we focus on sharp regularity results in the whole range $p\in (1,\infty)$. When $p>2$, we find an unexpected $\mathrm{L}^q-\mathrm{L}^\infty$ regularization: the surprise comes from the fact that this result is false in the linear case $p=2$.

Abstract:In this article, we present the existence, uniqueness, and regularity of solutions to parabolic equations with non-local operators $$ \partial_{t}u(t,x) = \mathcal{L}^{a}u(t,x) + f(t,x), \quad t>0 $$ in $L_{q}(L_{p})$ spaces. Our spatial operator $\mathcal{L}^{a}$ is an integro-differential operator of the form $$ \int_{\mathbb{R}^{d}} \left( u(x+y)-u(x) -\nabla u(x) \cdot y \mathrm{1}_{|y|\leq 1} \right) a(t,y) j_{d}(|y|)dy. $$ Here, $a(t,y)$ is a merely bounded measurable coefficient, and we employed the theory of additive process to handle it. We investigate conditions on $j_{d}(r)$ which yield $L_{q}(L_{p})$-regularity of solutions. Our assumptions on $j_d$ are general so that $j_d(r)$ may be comparable to $r^{-d}\ell(r^{-1})$ for a function $\ell$ which is slowly varying at infinity. For example, we can take $\ell(r)=\log{(1+r^{\alpha})}$ or $\ell(r) = \min{\{r^{\alpha},1\}}$ ($\alpha\in(0,2)$). Indeed, our result covers the operators whose Fourier multiplier $\psi(\xi)$ does not have any scaling condition for $|\xi|\geq 1$. Furthermore, we give some examples of operators, which cannot be covered by previous results where smoothness or scaling conditions on $\psi$ are considered.

Abstract:Denote by $\Delta$ the Laplacian and by $\Delta_\infty$ the $\infty$-Laplacian. A fundamental inequality is proved for the algebraic structure of $\Delta v\Delta_\infty v$: for every $v\in C^{\infty}$, $$\bigg| |D^2vDv|^2-\Delta v\Delta_\infty v-\frac{1}{2}[|D^2v|^2-(\Delta v)^2]|Dv|^2\bigg| \le\frac{n-2}{2}[|D^2v|^2|Dv|^2-|D^2vDv|^2]$$ Based on this, we prove the result: When $n\ge2$ and $p(x)\in(1,2)\cup(2,3+\frac{2}{n-2})$, the viscosity solutions to parabolic normalized $p(x)$-Laplace equation have the $W^{2,2}_{loc}$-regularity in the spatial variable and the $W^{1,2}_{loc}$-regularity in the time variable.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider the existence and multiplicity of normalized solutions for the following $p$-Laplacian critical equation \begin{align*} \left\{\begin{array}{ll} -\Delta_{p}u=\lambda\lvert u\rvert^{p-2}u+\mu\lvert u\rvert^{q-2}u+\lvert u\rvert^{p^*-1}u&\mbox{in}\ \mathbb{R}^N, \int_{\mathbb{R}^N}\lvert u\rvert^pdx=a^p, \end{array}\right. \end{align*} where $1<p<N$, $2<q<p^*=\frac{Np}{N-p}$, $a>0$, $\mu\in\mathbb{R}$ and $\lambda\in\mathbb{R}$ is a Lagrange multiplier. Using concentration compactness lemma, Schwarz rearrangement, Ekeland variational principle and mini-max theorems, we obtain several existence results under $\mu>0$ and other assumptions. We also analyze the asymptotic behavior of there solutions as $\mu\rightarrow 0$ and $\mu$ goes to its upper bound. Moreover, we show the nonexistence result for $\mu<0$ and get that the $p$-Laplacian equation has infinitely solutions by genus theory when $p<q<p+\frac{p^2}{N}$.

Abstract:In this article we prove the Pohozaev identity for the semilinear Dirichlet problem of the form $-\Delta u + a(-\Delta)^s u = f(u)$ in $\Omega$, and $u=0$ in $\Omega^c$, where $a$ is a non-negative constant and $\Omega$ is a bounded $C^2$ domain. We also establish similar identity for systems of equations. As applications of this identity, we deduce a unique continuation property of eigenfunctions and also the nonexistence of nontrivial solutions in star-shaped domains under suitable condition on $f$.

This study is analogous to the Choquard equation in the Euclidean space, which involves the non-local Riesz potential operator. We consider the functional setting within the Sobolev space $H^1(\mathbb{B}^N)$, employing advanced harmonic analysis techniques, particularly the Helgason Fourier transform and semigroup approach to fractional Laplacian. Moreover, the Hardy-Littlewood-Sobolev inequality on complete Riemannian manifolds, as developed by Varopoulos, is pivotal in our analysis. We prove an existence result for the above problem in the subcritical case. Moreover, we also demonstrate that solutions exhibit radial symmetry, and establish the regularity properties.

Abstract:In this paper, we present an $L_q(L_p)$-regularity theory for parabolic equations of the form: $$ \partial_t u(t,x)=\mathcal{L}^{\vec{a},\vec{b}}(t)u(t,x)+f(t,x),\quad u(0,x)=0. $$ Here, $\mathcal{L}^{\vec{a},\vec{b}}(t)$ represents anisotropic non-local operators encompassing the singular anisotropic fractional Laplacian with measurable coefficients: $$ \mathcal{L}^{\vec{a},\vec{0}}(t)u(x)=\sum_{i=1}^{d} \int_{\mathbb{R}}\left( u(x^{1},\dots,x^{i-1},x^{i}+y^{i},x^{i+1},\dots,x^{d}) - u(x) \right) \frac{a_{i}(t,y^{i})}{|y^{i}|^{1+\alpha_{i}}} \mathrm{d}y^{i} . $$ To address the anisotropy of the operator, we employ a probabilistic representation of the solution and Calderón-Zygmund theory. As applications of our results, we demonstrate the solvability of elliptic equations with anisotropic non-local operators and parabolic equations with isotropic non-local operators.

Abstract:Higher Sobolev and Hölder regularity is studied for local weak solutions of the fractional $p$-Laplace equation of order $s$ in the case $p\ge 2$. Depending on the regime considered, i.e. $$0<s\le\tfrac{p-2}{p}\quad \text{or} \quad\tfrac{p-2}{p}<s<1,$$ precise local estimates are proven. The relevant estimates are stable if the fractional order $s$ reaches $1$; the known Sobolev regularity estimates for the local $p$-Laplace are recovered. The case $p=2$ reproduces the almost $W^{1+s,2}_{\rm loc}$-regularity for the fractional Laplace equation of any order $s\in(0,1)$.

Abstract:We prove the existence of infinitely many solutions to a fractional Choquard type equation \[ (-\Delta)^s_p u+V(x)|u|^{p-2}u=(K\ast g(u))g'(u)+\varepsilon_W W(x)f'(u)\quad\text{in }\mathbb{R}^N \] involving fractional $p$-Laplacian and a general convolution term with critical growth. In order to obtain infinitely many solutions, we use a type of the symmetric mountain pass lemma which gives a sequence of critical values converging to zero for even functionals. Abstract:We obtain some regularity results for solutions to vectorial $p$-Laplace equations $$ -{\boldsymbol \Delta}_p{\boldsymbol u}=-\operatorname{\bf div}(|D{\boldsymbol u}|^{p-2}D{\boldsymbol u}) = {\boldsymbol f}(x,{\boldsymbol u})\,\, \mbox{ in $\Omega$}\,.$$ More precisely we address the issue of second order estimates for the stress field. As a consequence of our regularity results we deduce a weighted Sobolev inequality that leads to weak comparison principles. As a corollary we run over the moving plane technique to deduce symmetry and monotonicity results for the solutions, under suitable assumptions.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate a class of doubly nonlinear evolutions PDEs. We establish sharp regularity for the solutions in Hölder spaces. The proof is based on the geometric tangential method and intrinsic scaling technique. Our findings extend and recover the results in the context of the classical evolution PDEs with singular signature via a unified treatment in the slow, normal and fast diffusion regimes. In addition, we provide some applications to certain nonlinear evolution models, which may have their own mathematical interest.

Starting with the local up-to-boundary Lipschitz regularity for the homogeneous equation, we derive the global a priori estimates via Vitali covering coupling with p-harmonic approximation.
