Abstract:We study the possibility to describe dark matter in a model of the universe with two scale factors and a non-standard Poisson bracket structure characterized by the deformation parameter \kappa. The dark matter evolution is analyzed in the early stages of the universe, and its relic density is obtained via the Freeze-In and Freeze-Out mechanism. We show that by fixing \k{appa} and the initial ratio of energy densities present in the different sectors of the universe, the space of thermal average annihilation cross-sections and dark matter masses compatible with the standard cosmology prior to Big Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN), is enlarged. This feature of the model is compatible with non-standard cosmology.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The problem that this paper attempts to solve is: to describe the behavior of dark matter and its relic density in the bimetric universe model. Specifically, the paper explores the evolution of dark matter in the early stages of the universe in a universe model with two scale factors and a non - standard Poisson bracket structure (characterized by the deformation parameter κ), and obtains its relic density through the freeze - out and freeze - in mechanisms. The author shows that by fixing κ and the ratio of the initial energy densities in different parts of the universe, the space of the thermally - averaged annihilation cross - section and the dark matter mass that are compatible with standard cosmology (especially before Big Bang nucleosynthesis) can be enlarged. This property is compatible with non - standard cosmology.
