Abstract:Let $\mathfrak{X}$ be a formal smooth quasi-compact scheme over a complete discrete valuation ring $\mathcal{V}$ of mixed characteristic $(0 , p)$.We consider the sheaves of differential operators $\widehat{\mathcal{D}}^{(0)}_{\mathfrak{X}, k , \mathbb{Q}}$ with a congruence level $k \in \mathbb{N}$ and their projective limit $\mathcal{D}_{\mathfrak{X}, \infty} = \varprojlim_k \widehat{\mathcal{D}}^{(0)}_{\mathfrak{X}, k , \mathbb{Q}}$.In this article, we construct microlocalization sheaves of $\widehat{\mathcal{D}}^{(0)}_{\mathfrak{X}, k , \mathbb{Q}}$ for the different congruence levels $k$ admitting transition morphisms. Then we pass to the projective limit over $k$ in order to obtain some microlocalization sheaves of $\mathcal{D}_{\mathfrak{X}, \infty}$.These sheaves will be useful later to define a characteristic variety for coadmissible $\mathcal{D}_{\mathfrak{X}, \infty}$-modules when $\mathfrak{X}$ is a formal curve.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The main problem that this paper attempts to solve is to construct a microlocalization sheaf in order to define a characteristic variety suitable for coadmissible \( D_X^\infty \)-modules in the arithmetic D - module theory. Specifically, the author hopes to introduce a microlocalization sheaf \( F_\infty \) to help define the characteristic variety and ultimately define the category of holonomic coadmissible \( D_X^\infty \)-modules. ### Background and Motivation In the arithmetic D - module theory, Berthelot and Caro have respectively constructed the categories of arithmetic holonomic D - modules with Frobenius by different methods. However, for coadmissible \( D_X^\infty \)-modules, there is currently no satisfactory concept of holonomic. Ardakov - Bode - Wadsley introduced a class of weakly holonomic coadmissible D - modules, but this category is too broad because not all weakly holonomic D - modules have a finite length. ### Core of the Problem To overcome these difficulties, the author considers defining the characteristic variety by constructing a microlocalization sheaf. Specifically, the author needs to solve the following problems: 1. **Non - finite - order differential operators**: On a formally smooth scheme, the considered differential operators are not of finite order, so the classical complex manifold methods cannot be directly applied. 2. **Existence of transition morphisms**: It is necessary to find the microlocalization of each rank \( m \) so that it has transition morphisms compatible with Berthelot's sheaf of differential operators \( \mathcal{D}^{(m)}_{X,\mathbb{Q}} \). 3. **Localization conditions**: Since \( \mathcal{D}_X^{(0),k,\mathbb{Q}}(U) \) is not a commutative algebra and does not satisfy the Ore condition, other localization criteria need to be used. ### Solutions The author solves these problems through the following steps: 1. **Constructing the microlocalization sheaf \( F_{k,r} \)**: For each \( k\geq r\geq1 \), localize \( \mathcal{D}_X^{(0),k,\mathbb{Q}}(U) \) by the inverse element set \( S =\{\partial^\alpha,\alpha\in\mathbb{N}^d\} \) to obtain the Banach algebra \( F_{k,r}(U) \). 2. **Transition morphisms**: Construct transition morphisms from \( F_{k + 1,r}(U) \) to \( F_{k,r}(U) \) that are compatible with the transition morphisms from \( \mathcal{D}_X^{(0),k + 1,\mathbb{Q}} \) to \( \mathcal{D}_X^{(0),k,\mathbb{Q}} \). 3. **Limit construction**: By taking the projective limit \( \varprojlim_k F_{k,r} \), a new microlocalization sheaf \( F_{\infty,r} \) is obtained. 4. **Final microlocalization sheaf \( F_\infty \)**: Further take the inductive limit \( \varinjlim_r F_{\infty,r} \) to obtain the final microlocalization sheaf \( F_\infty \). ### Applications and Significance Through these constructions, the author hopes to be able to define a characteristic variety such that for a coadmissible \( D_X^\infty \)-module \( M \), its characteristic variety can reflect the geometric properties of \( M \). In particular, when \( X \) is a formal curve, the author proves that these microlocalizations can recover the characteristic variety of arithmetic D - modules. In summary, the goal of this paper is to introduce new microlocalization tools for coadmis
