Abstract:In this paper, we first recall the concept of c-nilpotent multiplier and c-capability of n-Lie algebras and also, recall the formula for calculating the number of basic commutators in n-Lie algebras. Then we give the structure of 2-nilpotent multiplier of the direct sum of two n-Lie algebras. Next, we calculate the dimension of 2-nilpotent multiplier of every abelian n-Lie algebras and Heisenberg n-Lie algebras H(n,m). Then we give a dimension of 2-nilpotent multiplier of any nilpotent n-Lie algebras of class 2 by using the number of basic commutators.
What problem does this paper attempt to address?
The problems that this paper attempts to solve mainly focus on the structure of the 2 - nilpotent multiplier of n - Lie algebras and its applications. Specifically, the authors first review the concepts of c - nilpotent multiplier and c - capacity, and also review the formula used to calculate the number of basic commutators in n - Lie algebras. Next, they present the structure of the 2 - nilpotent multiplier of the direct sum of two n - Lie algebras. Then, the authors calculate the dimension of the 2 - nilpotent multiplier of each Abelian n - Lie algebra and Heisenberg n - Lie algebra \(H(n,m)\). Finally, by using the number of basic commutators, the authors obtain the dimension of the 2 - nilpotent multiplier of any 2 - step nilpotent n - Lie algebra.
The key contributions of the paper are as follows:
1. **Structure of 2 - nilpotent multiplier**: For the direct sum of two n - Lie algebras, determine the specific form of its 2 - nilpotent multiplier.
2. **Dimension calculation**: Provide methods for calculating the dimension of the 2 - nilpotent multiplier of Abelian n - Lie algebras and Heisenberg n - Lie algebras \(H(n,m)\).
3. **Application in general cases**: By using the number of basic commutators, derive the dimension of the 2 - nilpotent multiplier of any 2 - step nilpotent n - Lie algebra.
These results not only enrich the theory of n - Lie algebras, but also provide new tools and methods for studying the structure and properties of such algebras.
