Abstract:We provide a support theorem for the law of the solution to an SDE with jump noise. This theorem applies to general SDEs with jumps and is illustrated by examples of SDEs with quite degenerate jump noises where the theorem leads to an informative description of the support.

Abstract:We show the strong well-posedness of SDEs driven by general multiplicative Lévy noises with Sobolev diffusion and jump coefficients and integrable drift. Moreover, we also study the strong Feller property, irreducibility as well as the exponential ergodicity of the corresponding semigroup when the coefficients are time-independent and singular dissipative. In particular, the large jump is allowed in the equation. To achieve our main results, we present a general approach for treating the SDEs with jumps and singular coefficients so that one just needs to focus on Krylov's {\it apriori} estimates for SDEs.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider McKean-Vlasov stochastic differential equations (MVSDEs) driven by Lévy noise. By identifying the right equations satisfied by the solutions of the MVSDEs with shifted driving Lévy noise, we build up a framework to fully apply the weak convergence method to establish large and moderate deviation principles for MVSDEs. In the case of ordinary SDEs, the rate function is calculated by using the solutions of the corresponding skeleton equations simply replacing the noise by the elements of the Cameron-Martin space. It turns out that the correct rate function for MVSDEs is defined through the solutions of skeleton equations replacing the noise by smooth functions and replacing the distributions involved in the equation by the distribution of the solution of the corresponding deterministic equation (without the noise). This is somehow surprising. With this approach, we obtain large and moderate deviation principles for much wider classes of MVSDEs in comparison with the existing literature see Dos Reis et al. (Ann. Appl. Probab. 29, 1487–1540, 2019).

Abstract:This paper first establishes a fundamental mean-square convergence theorem for general one-step numerical approximations of Levy noise driven stochastic differential equations with non-globally Lipschitz coefficients. Then two novel explicit schemes are designed and their convergence rates are exactly identified via the fundamental theorem. Different from existing works, we do not impose a globally Lipschitz condition on the jump coefficient but formulate appropriate assumptions to allow for its super-linear growth. However, we require that the Levy measure is finite. New arguments are developed to handle essential difficulties in the convergence analysis, caused by the super-linear growth of the jump coefficient and the fact that higher moment bounds of the Poisson increments \begin{document}$ \int_t^{t+h} \int_Z \,\bar{N}(\mbox{d}s,\mbox{d}z), t \geq 0, h >0 $\end{document} contribute to magnitude not more than \begin{document}$ O(h) $\end{document} . Numerical results are finally reported to confirm the theoretical findings.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the explosive solutions to a class of parbolic stochastic semilinear differential equations driven by a L$\acute{\mbox{e}}$vy type noise. The sufficient conditions are presented to guarantee the existence of a unique positive solution of the stochastic partial differential equation under investigation. Moreover, we show that the positive solutions will blow up in finite time in mean $L^{p}$-norm sense, provided that the initial data, the nonlinear term and the multiplicative noise satisfies some conditions. Several examples are presented to illustrated the theory. Finally, we establish a global existence theorem based on a Lyapunov functional and prove that a stochastic Allen-Cahn equation driven by L$\acute{\mbox{e}}$vy noise has a global solution.

Abstract:In this paper we work with parabolic SPDEs of the form $$ \partial_t u(t,x)=\partial_x^2 u(t,x)+g(t,x,u)+\sigma(t,x,u)\dot{W}(t,x) $$ with Neumann boundary conditions, where $x\in[0,1]$, $\dot{W}(t,x)$ is the space-time white noise on $(t,x)\in[0,\infty)\times [0,1]$, $g$ is uniformly bounded, and the solution $u\in\mathbb{R}$ is real valued. The diffusion coefficient $\sigma$ is assumed to be uniformly elliptic but only Hölder continuous in $u$. Previously, support theorems for SPDEs have only been established assuming that $\sigma$ is Lipschitz continuous in $u$. We obtain new support theorems and small ball probabilities in this $\sigma$ Hölder continuous case via the recently established sharp two sided estimates of stochastic integrals.

Abstract:This paper considers the stochastic Landau-Lifshitz-Baryakhtar (SLLBar) equation with pure jump noise in Marcus canonical form, which describes the dynamics of magnetic spin field in a ferromagnet at elevated temperatures with the effective field $\mathbf{H}_{\textrm{eff}}$ influenced by external random noise. Under the natural assumption that the magnetic body $\mathcal{O}\subset\mathbb{R}^d$ ($d=1,2,3$) is bounded with smooth boundary, we shall prove that the initial-boundary value problem of SLLBar equation possesses a unique global probabilistically strong and analytically weak solution with initial data in the energy space $\mathbb{H}^1(\mathcal{O})$. Then by employing the weak convergence method, we proceed to establish a Freidlin-Wentzell type large deviation principle for pathwise solutions to the SLLBar equation.

Abstract:In this note, under a weak monotonicity and a weak coercivity, we address strong well-posedness of McKean-Vlasov stochastic differential equations (SDEs) driven by Lévy jump processes, where the coefficients are Lipschitz continuous (with respect to the measure variable) under the $L^\beta$-Wasserstein distance for $\beta\in[1,2].$ Moreover, the issue on the weak propagation of chaos (i.e., convergence in distribution via the convergence of the empirical measure) and the strong propagation of chaos (i.e., at the level paths by coupling) is explored simultaneously. To treat the strong well-posedness of McKean-Vlasov SDEs we are interested in, we investigate strong well-posedness of classical time-inhomogeneous SDEs with jumps under a local weak monotonicity and a global weak coercivity. Such a result is of independent interest, and, most importantly, can provide an available reference on strong well-posedness of Lévy-driven SDEs under the monotone condition, which nevertheless is missing for a long time. Based on the theory derived, along with the interlacing technique and the Banach fixed point theorem, the strong well-posedness of McKean-Vlasov SDEs driven by Lévy jump processes can be established. Additionally, as a potential extension, strong well-posedness and conditional propagation of chaos are treated for Lévy-driven McKean-Vlasov SDEs with common noise under a weak monotonicity.

Abstract:We are interested in the discretization of stable driven SDEs with additive noise for $\alpha$ $\in$ (1, 2) and Lq -- Lp drift under the Serrin type condition $\alpha$/q + d/p < $\alpha$ -- 1. We show weak existence and uniqueness as well as heat kernel estimates for the SDE and obtain a convergence rate of order (1/$\alpha$)*($\alpha$ -- 1 -- $\alpha$/q - d/p) for the difference of the densities for the Euler scheme approximation involving suitably cutoffed and time randomized drifts.

Abstract:We show existence and uniqueness of solutions of stochastic path-dependent differential equations driven by cadlag martingale noise under joint local monotonicity and coercivity assumptions on the coefficients with a bound in terms of the supremum norm. In this set-up, the usual proof using the ordinary Gronwall lemma together with the Burkholder-Davis-Gundy inequality seems impossible. In order to solve this problem, we prove a new and quite general stochastic Gronwall lemma for cadlag martingales using Lenglart's inequality.

Abstract:In this paper, we use a unified framework to study Poisson stable (including stationary, periodic, quasi-periodic, almost periodic, almost automorphic, Birkhoff recurrent, almost recurrent in the sense of Bebutov, Levitan almost periodic, pseudo-periodic, pseudo-recurrent and Poisson stable) solutions for semilinear stochastic differential equations driven by infinite dimensional Lévy noise with large jumps. Under suitable conditions on drift, diffusion and jump coefficients, we prove that there exist solutions which inherit the Poisson stability of coefficients. Further we show that these solutions are globally asymptotically stable in square-mean sense. Finally, we illustrate our theoretical results by several examples.

Abstract:We prove a characterization of the support of the law of the solution for a stochastic wave equation with two-dimensional space variable, driven by a noise white in time and correlated in space. The result is a consequence of an approximation theorem, in the convergence of probability, for equations obtained by smoothing the random noise. For some particular classes of coefficients, aproximation in the $L^p$ norm, for $p\geq 1$ is also proved.
