Abstract:In the first part of this paper, we introduce the notion of "cyclic stratum" of a Frobenius manifold $M$. This is the set of points of the extended manifold $\mathbb C^*\times M$ at which the unit vector field is a cyclic vector for the isomonodromic system defined by the flatness condition of the extended deformed connection. The study of the geometry of the complement of the cyclic stratum is addressed. We show that at points of the cyclic stratum, the isomonodromic system attached to $M$ can be reduced to a scalar differential equation, called the "master differential equation" of $M$. In the case of Frobenius manifolds coming from Gromov-Witten theory, namely quantum cohomologies of smooth projective varieties, such a construction reproduces the notion of quantum differential equation. In the second part of the paper, we introduce two multilinear transforms, called "Borel-Laplace $(\boldsymbol \alpha,\boldsymbol\beta)$-multitransforms", on spaces of Ribenboim formal power series with exponents and coefficients in an arbitrary finite dimensional $\mathbb C$-algebra $A$. When $A$ is specialized to the cohomology of smooth projective varieties, the integral forms of the Borel-Laplace $(\boldsymbol \alpha,\boldsymbol\beta)$-multitransforms are used in order to rephrase the Quantum Lefschetz Theorem. This leads to explicit Mellin-Barnes integral representations of solutions of the quantum differential equations for a wide class of smooth projective varieties, including Fano complete intersections in projective spaces. In the third and final part of the paper, as an application, we show how to use the new analytic tools, introduced in the previous parts, in order to study the quantum differential equations of Hirzebruch surfaces. This finally leads to the proof of Dubrovin Conjecture for all Hirzebruch surfaces.

What problem does this paper attempt to address?
### Problems Addressed by the Paper The paper primarily explores the cyclic stratum of Frobenius manifolds and its applications in quantum differential equations (qDEs). Specifically, the paper aims to address the following two core issues: 1. **Simplifying a system of linear differential equations to a scalar differential equation**: - By introducing the concept of cyclic stratum, the paper demonstrates how to simplify a system of linear differential equations on a Frobenius manifold to a scalar differential equation, referred to as the "master differential equation." This simplification process makes the analysis of complex systems more intuitive and manageable. 2. **Finding an integral representation of the solution to the master differential equation**: - To further study the solutions of the master differential equation, the paper introduces Borel-Laplace (α,β)-multitransforms, a new integral transform tool. Through these transforms, the paper provides an explicit integral representation of the solutions to the quantum differential equations of Fano complete intersections in Fano manifolds. ### Specific Applications The paper also discusses in detail the application of these theoretical tools to specific geometric objects, particularly Hirzebruch surfaces. Specifically, it includes: - **Quantum differential equations of Hirzebruch surfaces**: - For Hirzebruch surfaces \( F_{2k} \) and \( F_{2k+1} \), the paper demonstrates how to use Borel-Laplace (1,2;1/2,1/3)-multitransforms to study the solutions of their quantum differential equations and provides explicit integral representations of the Stokes bases. - **Verification of Dubrovin's conjecture**: - Through the aforementioned methods, the paper successfully verifies the quantitative part of Dubrovin's conjecture, namely that for all Hirzebruch surfaces \( F_k \), the monodromy data of their quantum cohomology can be determined by certain characteristic classes and full exceptional collections. ### Main Results The main results of the paper include: 1. **Master function and master differential equation**: - It is proven that any master function can be represented as an integral form of the solution to the quantum differential equations in Fano manifolds through iterative Laplace (α,β)-transforms. 2. **Borel-Laplace (α,β)-multitransforms**: - A new integral transform tool is introduced, which can be used to find explicit integral representations of the solutions to quantum differential equations. 3. **Specific calculations for Hirzebruch surfaces**: - For Hirzebruch surfaces \( F_0 \) and \( F_1 \), the paper provides detailed calculations of the solutions to their quantum differential equations and verifies Dubrovin's conjecture. ### Summary By introducing new mathematical tools and concepts such as cyclic stratum, master differential equation, and Borel-Laplace (α,β)-multitransforms, the paper not only simplifies the analysis of complex differential equation systems on Frobenius manifolds but also provides explicit integral representations for the quantum differential equations of specific geometric objects like Hirzebruch surfaces. These results are significant both theoretically and as powerful tools for practical applications.
